Oberer's Flowers

Brides be aware! I ordered white and lavender roses, Greeny and purple hydrangeas for my November wedding Centerpieces. Had a wedding consultation with the wedding coordinator at the Easton location. My dad picked up the flowers the day before the wedding and the flowers were HORRIBLE! The roses were half dead, had a ton of brown spots and were literally full bloomed. They also decided to give me baby pink and baby blue hygrandeas instead of purple. The store manager was rude and didn’t even want to correct their mistake. I had to call corporate office since Easton wasn’t giving me the time of day for the their mistake!! Thankfully I talked corporate office and they were able to bring up my invoice and realized it was their fault for ordering the wrong color! They overnight shipped some purple hydrangeas (they had to spray white ones since they didn’t have purple in stock) and I got new roses. Easton Oberers never once gave me an apology. And after all that, they would only give me 20% back even though my WHOLE order has missed up and it was their fault. I was a long time customer of there’s but not anymore after their poor cusomter service. Brides think twice before going to them!!

I was in awe at how beautiful our succulent bouquets turned out! Oberer's was great to work with and reasonably priced!

Our flowers for our wedding were stunning! I almost cried when I saw my bouquet, it was prettier than I had imagined it! They are so creative and make the best floral arrangements. Highly recommend!

Oberer's did an absolutely AMAZING job on the flowers for our wedding this past weekend. I had a very specific vision for our flowers and they exceeded our expectations. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful they were and we even had family members take some of the centerpieces home on their flights because they loved them so much. In addition, they were very reasonably priced and even charged us less than a place in town where you have to make your own arrangements. I would highly suggest checking out Oberer's for your wedding!

The flowers were absolutely stunning! We gave them a photo to replicate and they did it with perfection. One of the flowers in the picture we provided was not in season but Wendy was extremely helpful on finding an alternate flower that looked similar. Cost was very reasonable and were promptly on time for delivery. We would recommend Oberer's Flowers to anyone!

Igor my bouquet here and it was perfect! I fell in love with a bouquet at a bridal show and they accommodated me one week until my wedding. Delivery was earlier than promised and it was perfect!

My husband and I chose Oberers Flowers at Easton after visiting their booth at a wedding show. I had entered into a drawing to win free flowers, however I did not win the original raffle prize but did win a free bridal bouquet with a value of up to $250. We decided to meet with Oberers to obtain an initial estimate to see if it would be cost effective to go through them vs doing a DIY flower option. After meeting with Krissy it was apparent that they would be able to meet our order and that the total cost including delivery to our Lancaster location would be comparable to a DIY option. Communication with Oberers was great with the exception that our point of contact changed midway and we were not notified that this would be happening. However, the new contact, Wendy, was prompt to get our final meeting scheduled to go over the final details and was available for any questions/concerns. We brought in our own centerpiece containers and they did the flower arrangements. The wedding party bouquets and corsages and boutonnieres were absolutely beautiful and were exactly what we wanted. We were very impressed with the floral arrangements and received many complements. Thank you Oberers! We are removing a star because after our point of contact changed, it became very business like and there wasn't as strong of a personal connection or feeling that everything was going to be handled as smoothly. In addition, Wendy was not going to be the one setting up the flowers, but instead a delivery driver. It left us with a feeling of uncertainty. In the end though there was nothing to worry about.

Discovered Oberer's when they dropped off their small piece of promotional material at my hairdresser's. Had looked and looked for a good florist in the Columbus and never found one that felt right. Now buy from them with regularity and think their work is beautiful and the design work exceptional. Now recommend them to everyone and they have an excellent policy of replacing anything that does not hold up well, have had that happen but, they have very quickly replaced with another arrangement.

I would have really liked to give them a good review. We used them for the bouquets, mother's flowers and corsages. They showed up 1.5 hours late and never called me. I had to call them twice to get status updates. Their tire blew on the way to the church. I understand those things happen, but they should have had a contingency plan to get the flowers to me on time, or at least called me! They never apologized. It delayed my photographs by a lot. The flowers were pretty, but I would never recommend them with what I went through.

The most beautiful flowers in town! They are fresh and brilliant. Great people and even better customer service! I'll never go to another flower shop!

Oberer's did the flowers for our wedding and we could not be happier. I don't know much about flowers but my mother-in-law has been going to Oberer's every week for many many years to get flowers for her home. I think I may start going to Oberer's on a regular basis now too! My mother-in-law came with me to pick out the flowers and we worked with Krissy. Krissy is wonderful! I live in Columbus but our wedding was in Cincinnati so it was so nice to pop into Oberer's around the corner from where I work and see Krissy to look at flowers but still have them brought to Cincinnati. Our colors were white and gray and since most flowers aren't gray, I wasn't sure what we were going to do. Not to worry, Krissy had wonderful recommendations and visuals for us! We had dusty miller and these gray berries put in the bouquets of lush white flowers to bring out the gray. To make my bouquet a little different from my bridesmaids, I asked Krissy if I could add succulents to my bouquet. She sent me pictures of what she was thinking and it turned our perfect! Oberer's also provided a tossing bouquet so I could toss a bouquet for the bouquet toss but not the one I walked down the aisle with. The week of the wedding my Mother-in-law stopped in Oberer's to get lilies for the rehearsal dinner (their lilies are out of this world and my MIL loves lilies). While she was there, she saw Krissy working on the flowers for our wedding. My MIL didn't send me any pictures because she wanted it to be a surprise (so glad!) but gave me the peace of mind that I would love them. She was so right! They were out of this world. I am normally a chocolate-over-flowers-on-Valentine's-Day kind of girl any day but I think Oberer's spoiled me a little. I now have this whole new appreciation for gorgeous flowers. The white Tibet roses are huge and stunning, a new favorite of mine. Oberer's made a flower lover out of me so I highly recommend them. You will be so glad you did! And work with Krissy because she is truly an artist when comes to flowers.

I was so excited after my initial meeting with Oberer's Flowers for my October, 2015 wedding. The table flower arrangements were mostly what they were supposed to be but the were missing the curly willow we had talked about. My mom was supposed to have an arm corsage but all she got was a pin on boutonniere. When I mentioned my disappointment to Krissy in an email she offered to send me an arrangement. The thought was nice, but not really what I was looking for. I was hoping there would be some compensation for their mistakes. Guests still loved the arrangements but I noticed the missing pieces.

As a bride who wanted to DIY her flowers, I was very excited to find a florist to work through. I was a walk in, and found them very helpful and accommodating. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and even with over-ordering I saved at least 50% off the other contender. The flowers arrived on time, and were beautiful! I put them immediately in water with food, and they lasted days. Every time I look at the pictures, I am pleased with how great the flowers look.

I used Oberer's at Easton for my June 27th wedding. I wanted to DIY my own flowers to help save money so I ended up getting wholesale flowers for the big day. They were great! I met with Krissy a few months before the wedding and I brought some Pinterest pictures with me because I really had no idea what flowers to use. She was very helpful in figuring out what flowers would be best and understood the look I was going for and my color scheme. Let me tell you, if you think you can do your own flowers, do them. Everything was only $235! I think I was a little unclear as to how the ordering process was going to work because I assumed I had to put some money down in a deposit to guarantee my flowers would be ordered (when you're in wedding mode you assume everything needs a deposit). I didn't actually need to do that, but I put $100 down anyway. This kind of muddled things up a bit, but it worked out in the end. I called Oberer's two weeks before my wedding to pay the rest of the amount I owed as I was told to do. It turns out that the number you call is not a store number but a call center. They couldn't find any record of the $100 deposit I paid in the store, but didn't make a big deal about it and let me pay what I still owed. When I picked up my flowers 2 days before the wedding in the store they couldn't find a record of the amount that I had paid over the phone. But again they didn't make a big deal and let me take the flowers. They were absolutely beautiful and I was able to make my bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, flowers for a wedding arbor, 9 centerpieces and vases for the dessert table, and gift and card table. And even better yet, they looked good still on Saturday even though I picked them up Thursday and assembled all of my arrangements that day. I would definitely recommend Oberer's. I had so many compliments and was really proud of myself that I was able to make beautiful arrangements for such a good price. I would just make sure you're clear about how they want paid and whether they prefer in store or via phone so you don't have the same confusing experience I had.

We were undecided about what to do for flowers. Fake flowers from Michael's had been one idea that was thrown around. My husband's sister suggested Oberer's and we took a visit the day before the wedding and they had reasonably priced bundles. It was a lot more affordable than I had anticipated. We ended up with the flowers we wanted at a wonderful price! I would definitely recommend Oberer's!

I was excited when I had my initial consultation with Linda. Her estimate was reasonable and she was very sweet and had nice ideas and knowledge of flowers. I paid my deposit (booked a year before). As the wedding approached, I never heard back from her or when payment was due. We didn't schedule a follow up appointment. So I called and scheduled since a lot of things change in a year. It was 3 weeks before my wedding. I updated her on things and asked for a new estimate. I met her on a Tuesday and she said she would have it back to me on Friday via email. She assured me. I waited until Monday and then called since I never received it. Connie who I was connected with pulled my file and told me my estimate and sent me the invoice. It was something else and it was one big paragraph of one long sentence basically. I called back and said I was coming in. When I arrived, Connie had the new estimate print-out. However, Linda did not update other items we spoke about or the pricing. She did give me a quote for the add on items but the number was off and she still missed items after repeatedly telling her about how many boutonnieres I needed. Connie edited as best she could but the file had to be retyped in to change certain things. Payment was also due and it was the week before the wedding. Connie said she would talk to her and I called Linda while at work and she emailed me an updated invoice because I did not want succulents etc. The est. looked better and when I went to pay on Friday, she assured me she had her notes of what we talked about and the # of some things were correct on the invoice. So I paid. Day of Wedding, our friend picked up the corsages etc and Linda forgot 4 boutonnieres. Furthermore, no small bouquet for flower girl like we discussed, instead a bag of petals. All the bouquets and some boutonnieres were not what I wanted or what we discussed. Lastly, she forgot the flowers for cake knife that my Mother-in-Law ordered. They assured her that they would deliver it with the rest of the flowers. My Wedding Coordinator and Mother-in-law used a boutonniere that was given extra to make up for it and figured it out. Plus other things were just incorrect. I was very disappointed with my service and my bouquets especially and the Groom's boutonniere. I wanted it small like he liked it but it was huge and didn't even resemble what we talked about. I don't know where it went wrong. Some things weren't worth the cost and I don't plan on using them again for flowers.

My mom researched florists for us because I’m fairly clueless about flowers. We didn’t have much need for flowers other than our bouquets so we planned this fairly close to the wedding. We went to 2 florists but went with Oberer’s because although our quoted price was similar to the other vendor, we enjoyed our meeting with them and they seemed to provide nice floral arrangements! We spent a long time setting up what we wanted and were able to review our contract with them afterwards to finalize details. On the wedding day however, they went to a completely different church and were then late. We also noticed the colors of our flowers were reversed from bride and bridesmaids arrangements, and after sending them a note about it we heard nothing. The flowers were still pretty that day so it wasn’t a huge deal, but we did spend so long setting things up that it was disappointing.

I had a wonderful time working with the florist and she was quick to respond. A week before the wedding, we met again and I realized we were on not on the same page for what I wanted for the bouquets so I cancelled those but still used the bulk flowers we ordered for the table centerpieces we did ourselves the morning of the wedding.

I used Oberer's at Easton for my wedding flowers and they could not have turned out more perfect. We worked with Linda throughout the wedding planning process and she gave us so much advice and so many ideas that correlated with our wedding theme and colors. When I saw the centerpieces at our wedding, I was in awe. They were absolutely perfect! My bouquet was a bride's dream! I would recommend Oberer's flowers to anyone who wants perfect wedding flowers!

We used Columbus Oberer's for my wedding recently and worked with Linda - she was amazing! She listened to everything I wanted to have for my big day, kept the price exactly where I needed it, and everything turned out extremely beautiful! I loved the color of my flowers, loved how they look in pictures and loved my centerpieces. She really knows her flowers, arrangements and what will look good with the venue and what type/color of your (and your bridesmaids) dresses. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend Oberer's to anyone looking for affordable, beautiful flowers for their wedding!
