All I can say is WOW. We just had our wedding at O’Brien’s this past Saturday 8/15/2026 & I couldn’t be more impressed with everything from start to finish.
Let me start with my wedding coordinator, Holly. To say she was “incredible” would be an understatement. She exceeded every single expectation I had. She listened, she cared, she answered my 1000s of questions no matter what time of day it was leading up to our actual wedding. I have never felt so supported & taken care of in my entire life. Every detail was absolutely beautiful. Her & her team brought my entire vision to life & im still shocked it came together as beautifully as I had envisioned it would. As girls, im sure many of us create “vision boards” leading up to our wedding day & we have a million ideas in our heads, but seeing those ideas actually come together on your big day is a feeling I’ll never be able to accurately describe. None of that would have been possible if it wasn’t for Holly who made sure all of my expectations were met. Not only that, she also had the pleasure of dealing with my chaotic family the morning of & handled it all with such grace. She is incredibly talented at what she does & she makes it all look so easy. Never once did I feel overwhelmed on my wedding day. She went above & beyond to create a calm & comfortable atmosphere for our entire wedding party. O’Brien’s is blessed to have her.
As for the food, it was absolutely incredible. Days later & people are still raving about how delicious everything was. If I could have their chicken piccata & prime rib everyday, I would.
The overall atmosphere is next level. Seeing all of our loved ones enjoying themselves & taking it all in was such an amazing feeling. It made every stressful moment planning over the past year beyond worth it.
My only complaint about my wedding day was how fast it went by. I blinked, and it it was over.
We cannot thank the staff at O’Brien’s enough for being a part of one of the most important days of our lives. Dennis has picked some of the greatest in the industry to work for him & it was an absolute pleasure having our wedding at their venue.
My husband and I are truly blown away & can’t wait to recommend your venue to many others in the years to come.

Dennis and Cayleigh we knew we could trust them for our big day. Not only is the venue stunning, but their personalities were so genuine and we were so excited to work with them. We met multiple times and communicated via email many times leading up to our big day - they were a sounding board for all of our ideas, were always responsive, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They were a great help as we planned out all of the details. The day of our wedding was seamless and truly the best day ever. Dennis, Cayleigh, the bartenders, the waitstaff, and all of the staff involved were AMAZING to work with for both us and our guests too. They worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to keep the day on track. The food was absolutely incredible and our guests still rave about the food. We cherish the wedding planning process thanks to the amazing team at O’Brien’s. We never had to worry - we knew they would take good care of us - and they delivered ten fold! We just celebrated our wedding at O’Brien’s this past weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue! There is so much space to take pictures and for guests to explore....
The ceremony space is perfect, with a view out to the creek. The entire staff was so friendly and attentive throughout the night. They made sure we were offered drinks and saved us appetizers while we were taking photos during cocktail hour. They stopped by our table during dinner to make sure everything was perfect and even gave us our first wedding picture from the day, which they printed out right after the ceremony. Tiana was our coordinator and she was efficient and professional. She made sure my vision came to life and kept the entire night running smoothly. And she answered my many questions quickly before the day, which was so helpful because I was planning the wedding long distance. All of our guests raved about the food, especially the prime rib and salmon. I can’t thank the entire team enough!

took our breath away- we knew at that moment there was no need
to look futher. Dennis O’Brien was easy to work with, very accommodating, & had excellent suggestions that we probably would not had thought of. That comes from so many years of experience in the business. Well done Dennis! The new bridal suite is gorgeous, and a perfect place to get ready, freshen up, or go for a private moment if needed. The decor with the flowers, barrels, outdoor tables, fire pit with smores and cigars, the wagon, the lit tree and beautiful tent- I can go on & on! Married on site at their arch in front of the creek on a beautiful sunny day - it was perfect!! We used the back bar
for the 1st hour after the ceremony, many compliments on that! The food buffet was delicious, roast beef so tender,
pork loin and baked chicken, mac salad
tasted like Mom made it! And finally- if you have any doubt- do not! Work with Holly- I cannot recommend her enough! Any questions (I had a lot of them!) Holly answered quickly and professionally. When we dropped off a lot of decor & said where it was to go, I was very pleased to see it was exactly as we instructed. The entire place was just magical! The whole day of the wedding she took care of everything letting the parents, bride, & groom able to enjoy their day at O’Briens’s carefree! She is truly amazing! Holly was there for me any time I needed anything, throughout the whole process from booking to the end of the wedding night. I was sad to see her leave at

The O’Brien’s team went over-and-above in service, including welcome drinks and more. Every detail was flawless and friendly. The team was gracious and kind, assisted our guests (e.g. golf cart transportation for a few who needed it, someone who needed more salad dressing), and provided a stress-free, fun experience for all. From our very first meeting with Dennis, we felt confident placing an event of this size in the hands of such a capable staff. Tiana was a wonderful day-of coordinator as well, with an eye for detail and a warm demeanor.
I can’t count how many people raved about the quality of the food. We were hearing it was the best food served at any wedding they had ever attended over and over again. My aunt, recently retired executive from a large hospitality corporation, commented that she knows the hospitality industry well and watches for the small details. She said the food was served quicker for that number of guests than she has ever seen, the servers were polite and helpful in a "5 star way," and the food was exceptional (some of the best she has ever had at a plated event: the prime rib was cooked to perfection, and the food was served warm and at the right temperature).
O’Brien’s truly knocked it out of the park in every way. The entire facility was gorgeous: the landscaping and flowers are incredible, the overall property is lovely, the new area for the bride to change was spectacular, everything was wonderful. Thank you for the special touch of having a picture of us as a newly married couple on our sweetheart table by dinner. Every moment was just so thoughtful and intentional.
If you are getting married anywhere near Buffalo, why would you not choose O'Brien's? It is perfect in every way - 5 stars all around.

My wedding party couldn’t believe they brought us appetizers during pictures. It was the little things like that that made the night so special. The atmosphere is absolutely breathtaking. Lynn and Dennis were extremely attentive, responsive, and more than helpful and made our planning process pleasant and stress free. O'Brien's is the perfect venue; the grounds are stunning, the food is to die for, they are dog friendly (!!) and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day. There are many add-ons available to customize your day- we used the back barn for our cocktail hour (a must), rented their air bnb next door for the weekend to allow a space for our wedding party to stay, and added a welcome drink and signature drinks our guests loved! We had so many compliments from our guests about the amazing food and top notch service from Dennis, Lynn and the entire staff. Our wedding at O'Brien's was an absolute dream and we can't thank them enough. Wishing we could relive this day over and over - thank you so much!!

as amazing, trust the reviews! They made sure my husband and I had appetizers during pictures so we didn’t miss out. You are able to customize your day so easily as they have so many extras right on site which means less vendors to deal with. We included the back pole barn for cocktail hour, phone and Photo Booth and a fire with S’mores.
Everything happened on time and there were zero hiccups or issues. They made everything so easy and stress free. We were able to really enjoy our day.
My in-laws even rented the house next door for the week as they live out of town. We used it to get ready and it was so convenient to be able to just walk next door.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks O’Brien’s for giving us an unforgettable wedding day.

e staff were amazing. They were quick to serve and clean up dinner, very friendly and attentive to the guests, and did an incredible job setting up the decor. The grounds are seriously one of the most beautiful venues we’ve ever seen for a wedding and we couldn’t be more proud to have had ours on such a beautiful property. The number of “best wedding I’ve ever been to” compliments we’ve received from friends and family has truly shocked us. Dennis and his team were so easy to communicate with and they took care of everything so that we had little to worry about. Their pricing is very competitive and in comparison to the service we got, it felt like we got a steal. Its very clearly a “Mom and Pop” operation, which was fun to be able to keep things on the “local, neighborly” level, but it was among the most professional and well managed operations I (the groom) have ever worked with. We highly recommend O’Brien’s Sleepy Hollow. It might be difficult to get the exact date you want, but its really because its a testament to how great and sought after they are.

The chef, who might be part owner too (not sure) was excellent and very personal. I was tipped off about their salmon so I got that and it tasted excellent. The portions of the different dishes were generous.
I also have to mention the DJ they recommended. He was inexpensive but very good and was a nice addition.
All my expectations were exceeded. They get 10/10
PS my only negative was that their were no choices about the open bar. It was one price with no options.

to utilize multiple areas in 1 location between the ceremony space, cocktail hour out back and covered reception.
Everything about our day was absolutely magical. The food... unreal. We were still hearing compliments from our family over the holidays about the food at our August wedding! The scenery is so beautiful that you really don't need much for decor because of the beautiful location. The convivence, we were able to bring all of our additional set up items to our rehearsal dinner and everything was arranged exactly as we had wished. The morning after our big day we arrived and everything as neatly packaged back up for us, all we had to do was load the boxes into our car!
Cayleigh and Dennis are amazing. They truly love what they do and make you feel like family. Cayleigh was out day of coordinator but she did so much more for us than just the day of. From answering endless questions over text and/or email. from helping our rehearsal run smoothly. Down to little things like making sure the entire wedding party had specialty cocktails while waiting for guests to arrive. I am a pretty big planner and had many details to include and Cayleigh and Dennis made every single one possible for us.
We truly had the most magical day at Obrien's. Although our wedding was in August, we didn't feel like it was overly warm. There is lots of shade with the amount of trees and fans they have running to create a cool summer day. And absolutely no concern for bugs! Another plus, they are dog friendly! We chose to do some photos at Knox Farms prior to arriving at Obrien's but was definitely not necessary. There are so many options for photos right at the venue. Only downfall is the bridal suite is a little small, perfect for your girls to hang out as you wait for guests to arrive. They do have a newer house right next door you are able to rent for the weekend however, we chose not to do this option.
If you are considering Obrien's for your wedding, DO IT! When planning our wedding we were definitely overwhelmed by the price for all vendors but know that Obrien's was worth every penny. Thank you to all of the staff at Obrien's Sleepy Hallow for making our day perfect! I hope we will be back soon!

We recently had the pleasure of having our June 2019 wedding at O'Brien's Sleepy Hollow and it was absolutely perfect! Dennis and Julie accommodated our every need....
It was a warm and humid day but they made sure we had plenty of shade and fans. That being said, the grounds are breathtaking and our pictures tired out so great!
The food was absolutely inredible. The best prime rib and chicken cordon blue we have ever had!
All in all, we highly recommend O'Briens for your next event!

We first met Dennis and Julie at a wedding show. O'Brien's was on my list of possible places for our wedding, but once I saw them at the wedding show and got to talk to them I knew...
that was where my wedding was going to be. The facility is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. At our 1st meeting with Dennis he showed us a video of the venue and some photos from past weddings. Obviously we booked with him. That summer we got to be a part of the food tasting so we could decide on food. They had the venue set up as it would be for a wedding. We got to try a salad and were then called by table to get other foods. They also showed how large their portions were. We heard great things about their food but until you actually try it you won't understand how delicious it is. A few months later we met with Laura our event planner through O'Brien's. She was fantastic. She had great advice for what to do. She gave me her phone number and e-mail address to contact her with any questions that came up. Though the months I had MANY questions. She never got upset with me and she was very quick to respond back. At the rehearsal Laura was there and made everything so easy it was over in no time. The day of the wedding Laura was kind enough to put on the groom and groomsmen boutineers. She greeted me in the bridal suite and asked if I needed anything as I prepared to walk down the aisle. My concern after the ceremony was making sure I got their buffalo bites appetizer. I asked Laura if she could put some aside for me and my groom and she said they had staff designated for the bridal party to bring us appetizers so I did not have to worry. Dinner was quickly served to 200 guests. One of the best things about O’Brien’s besides their amazing staff is that they set up all of your decorations as you instruct and tear it all down and box up for you to pick up the next day. I HIGHLY recommend O’Brien’s to anyone who is looking for an outdoor venue!

d is so delicious with HUGE portion sizes (we had the prime rib and chicken cordon bleu), the staff was pleasant and efficient and the day was coordinated seamlessly. It is easy to see that Dennis and Julie have been in this business a long time- they are very knowledgable, were so accommodating throughout the whole process and made everything leading up to and including our wedding day very easy on us. Julie or one of the staff always had an eye on my husband and I and the wedding party during the reception and was always a step ahead of us when we needed anything. Our family and friends are still talking about how much fun they had, how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was! If we had to do it all over again I would pick this venue in a heartbeat! I highly highly recommend others checking out this hidden gem, you will certainly be very happy with what you find.

'Brien's as well, which was great since the guests were able to easily move into cocktail hour and the reception. The entire wedding was breathtaking and our guests all raved that it was one of the best wedding venues they had been to. I would highly recommend O'Brien's Sleepy Hollow for your wedding!

hey had at our wedding. We got so lucky on our wedding day with the weather. It was 70 and full sun which is hard to come by in mid October in Buffalo. I know the wedding would have been great even if it rained, but the land surrounding O'Briens is to die for, especially when the sun is shining through the changing leaves of the trees. The creek running right along side of the venue is just the icing on the cake. Our guests loved the scenery and how gorgeous the grounds were. Most people didn't even know O'Briens existed but we heard multiple people say that it had to be one of the best venues when it comes to scenery in all of Buffalo. The food was amazing. People kept telling us how good their food was and the generous serving size. I was most amazed at how fast the food was delivered. We had almost 200 people and almost everyone was served super fast. The staff was great with all this. It's too bad that the wedding went by in a blink of an eye for us, but looking back at our pictures we are so happy we decided to have O'Briens as our venue. Zero complaints and easily a 10/10.

My only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 was that it was sometimes hard to get a hold of and/or hear back from the venue to discuss details. Our wedding day itself there was perfect. I had complete trust in them for handling every potentiality on the big day.

relaxed approach to help me plan our wedding. I wanted a venue that would have great food, be beautiful, affordable, and accommodate our guests. I got all of this at O'Brien's. It is clear that they only make high quality food, which I know can sometimes be difficult when feeding a large amount of guests. O'Brien's does a wonderful job at maintaining high quality service and food, even for large crowds. Dennis and Julie are so personable. I always felt like they were putting forth their best efforts to help us have a wonderful wedding. Many of our family members live in the town where O'Brien's is, and many said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I was a little wary about it being mainly an outdoor venue, but O'Brien's has everything figured out in case of rain (luckily that wasn't an issue for us). We also wanted to have somewhat of a laid back feel and asked for lawn games, and they supplied those! O'Brien's understood what Brad and I were about. It was a great representative of my husband and my relationship.
