We just had our wedding this past Friday and I knew from the start I was not a DIY bride at all. We are soo glad we booked Ocean Hawks Rentals for our wedding!! The signage was out of this world; we loved it so much. The candles, the crates and the lanterns display around the entrance was so beautiful. The lanterns at the ceremony were so sweet! We were so impressed with how everything turned out! 10/10 Recommend!!!!

The first time I spoke with her on the phone I immediately felt such a relief knowing she knew exactly what I needed and wanted. She walked me through every second of the wedding day to be sure we didn't miss anything! We had such a long list of rentals from them and I couldn't imagine it any other way. Everything we used was stunning and made such a huge difference! Our venue looked flawless! The champagne wall was incredible and everything was set up and ready with ease. I continued to add on pieces during the year up until the last week and it was so simple to communicate back and forth and I genuinely trusted their guidance and suggestions every step of the way! Thank you for being so amazing!

All I can say is wow. This team went above and beyond.. my reception was stunning! Up until 2 weeks before the wedding we were making minor adjustments and they were flexible every time. Their eye for decorating is one for the books - I couldn’t have imagined anything more beautiful!

I met with Stephanie for the consultation and she had amazing ideas to make my vision come to life. It was like she was in my head reading my mind. My theme was Maleficent dark forest theme and it’s not as traditional, let me tell you it was hard to find a vendor that understood my vision. But Stephanie stated my ideas out loud before I could even say it, I loved that bond and spark which lifted weight off my shoulders. We loved all the decor and the overall customer service. Ocean Hawk Rentals did an amazing job designing pieces for our wedding! They created a seating chart, welcome sign, picture wall, and table decorations. They all turned out so beautiful! We had originally planned to have the wedding outside, but it rained all day. Their team did an amazing job redesigning things to fit inside the venue. They made my dream wedding come to life.

I have NO WORDS for how amazing it was to have Ocean Hawks Rentals for our wedding day! They came as a recommendation from every vendor we were working with at the start of our planning. We had a pretty clear vision of what we pictured for our day, and when I saw the gorgeous photos of their work I knew I had to work with them. The process was so seamless and completely stress free. I genuinely loved chatting with Steph and seeing our vision come to life. She took the time to get to know my husband and I, our style, and what was important to us. Any and every question I had was answered in detail. By the time our wedding day came, I had absolutely no doubt they would nail it for us. After my first phone consultation with Steph, I felt like I had just had coffee with a friend who not only cared about what I wanted my wedding to look like, but who seriously understood my vision and wanted to make it happen! From the professionalism to the sincerity, Steph and Robby truly care about their couples. Every email and interaction I had with them was so pleasant and easy-going. I had two main areas I really wanted to focus on with them, the diamond "arch" for the ceremony and a hedge wall with neon sign and seating area for photos for reception. Steph made it her mission to make these two areas feel special. The first thing I saw when I entered my venue was the seating area with the neon sign and immediately burst into happy tears. After dreaming about something and truly having vendors you can trust, it meant SO much to see it look better than I could've dreamed. We also got some other pieces, which were amazing, too! Even when I added things in closer to the wedding, they made it seem like a breeze. You will NOT regret working with Ocean Hawks! I'm so truly grateful for their genuine care, level of hospitality and dedication to excellence.

Ocean Hawks came recommended to us by our venue for all decor. We ended up getting a partial champagne wall and the neon “Drunk in Love” sign. The champagne wall was so timeliness and the neon sign was a humongous hit for photo ops! Communication was frequent and so easy.

While we did not get many items from OceanHawk, what we did get looked great for our reception and lounge decor. Stephanie was easy to work with and flexible as we needed to add a couple of items last minute. The execution the day of the wedding was perfectly seamless and they worked well with the venue.

I decided to hire ocean hawk after I had seen amazing reviews but also had seen their work!! Stefanie is such a gem to work with!! I was so indecisive on what I wanted to do for the wedding and her and her team were patient with me and super helpful from start to finish!! Ocean hawk is a great company and Stefanie and Melissa are awesome! My sweet heart table back drop was stunning.. a real show stopper with a neon sign and everything!! They are a great team and i'm thankful I hired them! :0)

Working with Ocean Hawks was a dream. When we started planning, we never imagined the stunning, unforgettable day we would get with Ocean Hawks. Stephanie was the most incredible person to work with- she spent SO much time talking to me on the phone, was so patient when we needed to adjust payments, and went out of her way to make our day perfect. We had the pleasure of planning and working with them about a year before our wedding and we never once felt forgotten or like we were a bother. We were lucky enough to get to work with Ocean Hawks Rentals as part of our package with our wonderful wedding venue (Venue 1902 at Preservation Hall). At first, we weren’t planning on sourcing any rentals or additional decor, but we are SO THANKFUL that we met with Stephanie and Robby and learned all about their incredible business. They are some of the kindest, most personable vendors imaginable, the work they do is creative genius and they are so much fun! On our phone consultation with Steph, we were blown away by the beautiful ideas she brainstormed on the spot, how well she interpreted our vision and how she made sense of our chaotic Pinterest board! She was so patient while working with us, answering all of our questions and being such a joy to work with in making our special day memorable. Steph also was so helpful in breaking down the process and possibilities to make it all so simple and customized just for us. We quickly fell in love with so many of the one-of-a-kind pieces built by Ocean Hawks, especially the wooden circle arch and champagne flute hedge wall we ultimately selected! We were wowed with how many unique options they’ve built and customized. Steph and Robby were so generous in sharing ideas that we could incorporate into our special day—they even helped make some Christmas-y magic and extra special touches happen for us! Steph and Robby are so friendly and fantastic; any time we ran into them at a venue visit or wedding event, we were so excited to get to chat and laugh with them. Every time a friend and/or part of our bridal party met them, they absolutely adored them, too! And that goes double for all of the fellow vendors that coordinated with them. Our florist, caterers, coordinators and everyone else found Steph and Robby so helpful and generous with their time and resources. They made it so easy and worry-free for us as the bride and groom, and that meant the world to us come the wedding day! When our photographers arrived, they took a look around, and immediately started gushing about the decor from Ocean Hawks and how they’d never shot anything else like it. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests about the stunning pieces from Ocean Hawks, and we were blown away by the incredible value of their rentals, as well as how convenient they made it to have eye-catching, original decor on our special day. I cannot rave about my experience with Ocean Hawks Rentals enough. I was connected with their company through my venue, and truth be known, decor wasn’t the first thing on my mind. So, I put it off a bit. A few months in, I went to an open house my venue was hosting and got to actually meet Steph and Robby and get their take on some of the questions I had about the venue while waiting for one of the venue reps. I scheduled my initial phone conference for decor literally as soon as I walked away from them because Steph got me SO re-excited about my entire wedding. And I wanted to work with her more. I had my phone conference with Steph in April and when I tell you that her customer service left me in tears... I’m not lying. We walked through every step of what I wanted my dream wedding to look like - from the door I wanted guests to enter through, to the color linen I might want on my favors table. With all of the crazy COVID stuff going on, she got me re-excited (a second time!) to marry my guy. Unfortunately, due to too many family members with high-risk health issues and the uncertainties of the future of the virus... we made the hard decision to cancel our big wedding. I was not nearly as heartbroken about giving up our dream venue or the idea of not getting to wear a princess gown as I was about not having Steph and Robby bring our magical vision to life. That all being said, PLEASE don’t think twice about contacting Ocean Hawks Rentals for your event. Whether it’s a wedding, shower, birthday, photo shoot... I can not recommend them enough. They are a thorough, hardworking, inspirational duo that will leave you speechless in the best way possible. I cannot wait to contact them and utilize their skill, vision, professionalism, and care for their clients for future events!

Best Experience Ever! If it weren't for Stephanie and Robby (owners) we would have canceled my sisters wedding. We were discouraged initially because of the pandemic and how it had impacted our original plans. After speaking to Stephanie we were re-energized and felt assured that everything would work out. Ocean Hawks saved the day and created a truly amazing atmosphere for the ceremony and small reception. Not only did they create a dream setting, but they also walked us through the process patiently and made great recommendations based on our vision. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to leave a lasting impression of their special event.

Stephanie and Robbie from Ocean Hawks are AMAZING. I met these two at a Bridal Show at Bella Colina before we had a venue booked and knew immediately I would try my best to work with them. They are so talented at what they do, with such a beautiful selection of inventory. Stephanie and I have several phone calls over the year and a half planning process and she was a life savor. I did not have a wedding planner, only a day of coordinator, so the decor was all on me. Prior to talking to Stephanie, I was very overwhelmed with this task. She was so helpful with her suggestions, I couldn't have done it without her. You will not regret choosing to work with these guys. I was so happy with their service that my brother and his fiance decided to work with them for their upcoming wedding as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Ocean Hawks created our absolute DREAM wedding for us. Just like many other brides, I was extremely overwhelmed when I began the wedding planning process. Steph eased my stress and helped guide me through the planning process and made my dreams come a reality. Steph and Robby truly want the best for every bride they work with and are dedicated to creating anything you need. They are BEYOND creative and talented! All I can say is...WOW. Stephanie is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Not only is she and her husband incredibly talented at what they do and have a vast array of rentals, but Steph is just a gem of a human being. During our initial consultation, she told me that she wanted me to feel like it was like a group of my best friends bringing our wedding to life, and that's exactly how I felt. Drop everything you are doing and book this company! Just for context: our wedding was out of state, I'm a perfectionist, I had a bazillion decor ideas for the wedding, I'm indecisive, and I have difficulty delegating things to people. Stephanie & Robby were there every step of the way! I remember my first phone call with Stephanie, she walked me through my venue (Bella Collina) and finally it just seemed like everything was coming together. I wanted a winter woodland wonderland, and she totally understood that vision (which I imagine at the time was a complete scattered mess) and pulled everything together. Even as that vision evolved month by month until right before the wedding, it turned into something beautiful. I felt so comfortable texting her about things I wanted for the wedding, she would text me ideas as well. The best part is that they are so passionate about what they do and are genuinely excited for their couples! Going into the wedding, I knew I didn't have to worry about how the ceremony and reception was going to look and Ocean Hawk Rentals exceeded my expectations. I trusted Stephanie with her guidance when she recommended that I needed more of one thing, but maybe not the other, and she was 100% correct. She respected our budget and kept it real. When I asked for the impossible and needed a last minute wintery seating chart not even 1-2 wks before the wedding (yep this happened, sorry Stephanie & Robby!)...Robby created copper piping framing a frosted acrylic masterpiece and incorporated a neon sign I had bought, but didn't know what to do with it and turned it into something magical. There are few times you can put your complete trust in someone's creativity and I felt no hesitation in doing so with Ocean Hawk Rentals.

Thank you just isn't enough to show my appreciation and gratitude to both Stephanie and Robby! From day one, they understood my daughter's vision and not only offered their expertise but their friendship. From the very beginning, Stephanie began designing and creating Katie's vision. She quickly became our wedding guru, always there to answer any questions we had, offering her suggestions and passing on any information she thought would be helpful. Stephanie's generosity with her clients goes beyond the working relationship and we quickly regarded her as our friend. We were so excited about the ambiance she created, with the beautiful table pieces, furniture and structures for the perfect outdoor wedding we planned together for 18 months. BUT, within 3 days of my daughter's wedding, it became apparent that the weather was not going to cooperate with our original outdoor plans. We began to panic, but Stephanie was there for us literally every step of the way. She made herself available any time of the day, creating Plan B. We face-timed, called, emailed and texted, up until the very last second, knowing we had to recreate Katie's vision to an indoor ballroom. I can honestly say that it would not have been possible without the vision, support and love that both Stephanie & Robby provided. She was the only one that Katie put her trust in and the only one Katie would listen too! I felt so confident with Stephanie's dedication & talent to re-create (in just a few short days) the ambiance of the vision Katie had for her wedding from outside to an indoor space. She knew exactly what was needed and not only put me in touch with other vendors we would now need, but even went so far as to contact many of them (the lighting and the flowers) herself to make adjustments that she knew would be necessary. We took her advise, her guidance, her suggestions and her expertise trusting her along the way. The overwhelming support, love and assurance she continued to give us didn't end until we saw her and Robby the day of the wedding. Hugging this amazing, energetic and beautiful women made us feel as if we were part of her family. They personally worked tirelessly to do whatever was needed to bring Katie & Bryan's wedding vision to life. Like I said at the beginning of this review, there really aren't enough words or gratitude to say THANK YOU enough... for both Stephanie & Robby and the entire team at Ocean Hawks for going above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding even more spectacular then we could have imagined. But a picture says a thousand words. This is the picture of Katie and Bryan seeing the Ballroom for the very first time before we allowed the guests to join in their amazing celebration of their fairytale wedding. The best rental company out there! Steph and her team helped me for over a year to make sure every detail of my wedding looked exactly how I envisioned it. It was hard as a bride who has only been to 1 other wedding to explain exactly what I wanted, but this team truly helped me design the most perfect day. They were always a text or phone call away. They built me a BEAUTIFUL custom seating chart and knew that was something important to me. They got the exact candles my fiance wanted and all their pieces were absolutely gorgeous. Ocean Hawks has THE BEST inventory! It made it difficult to chose what I wanted! Stephanie took my thoughts and ideas of what I pictured my wedding day looking like and figured out what would fit. I recently got married on 01/26 and booked Ocean Hawk Rentals as my decorator. I visited my venue a few months before my wedding, and saw beautiful wood panels set in the reception area. I had to find out if it was the venue’s decor or not, the venue provided an Ocean Hawk Rental’s pamphlet. I later spoke with Stephanie on a phone consultation. I was impressed with how thorough she was, she brought up decor ideas that I never thought about. Fast forward to my wedding day, I was blown away by the decor that was already set up before I got there. The decor pieces added an elevated elegance that tied everything together. From day one when I spoke to Stephani about my daughter’s wedding she has stood by me and Has been there and made my daughter’s wedding day the most beautiful, epic , elegant wedding ever I appreciate her hard work and Robbies Hardwork for everything they’ve done, my image came to life more than I could’ve ever imagined best day ever ! Steph is an absolute sweetheart and you NEED her on your team. We had first scheduled a phone call so she could hear out my wedding vision and she spent 2 hours on the phone with me. She immediately got me and if I was unsure of what I wanted to do she provided me with examples. We really focused on our table setting and we received several compliments about how beautiful it was. She truly blew us away. In another phone call, she caught a small error I had made (I had picked out tall lanterns from our venue and I had also picked out tall candle sticks from her to rent). Because she caught this, we were able to work out a solution to my table setting to make sure everything looked picture perfect. I couldn't be happier with her and her husband. They are a business that care about their customers and you can hear it in their voice and it reflects in their work

Truly the best! Stephanie and Rob at Ocean Hawks are a dream team! I didn't have much of an idea of what I was looking for when it came to decor for my wedding but Stephanie was so patient and kind to help me create the vibe I was hoping for and so much more. I love Stephanie's energy, artistic vision and style. Her attention to detail is so meticulous and made my wedding gorgeous. Over a year ago, we began planning my daughter’s wedding in Orlando. One obstacle was that we live in South Carolina and my daughter and her then fiancé lived in Alabama.Late one night, I was browsing different event planners on Wedding Wire and I came across Ocean Hawks Rentals. I immediately sent her a message because everything that I saw on her site appealed to me. The next day, I spoke with Stephanie and it was the truly the start of something amazing. EVERY detail that I spoke with her about, she was able to bring it to life. She and her husband Robbie are amazing. The one thing that stuck out was when we visited Orlando several months later was the fact that Robbie told us that if we could dream it, he could build it. We were able to easily go on the site and pick out items that we wanted to use for the wedding. If I didn’t see and item, Stephanie went and got it.I received our “look book” or design board, with ideas a few days later and it was everything that I expected and more. I knew without a doubt that we had made the right decision and I didn’t look any further. One of the travel globes that she selected had parts of my wedding vows on it, so we felt that it would be a nice touch at our daughter’s wedding. My daughter was born in Kansas and she loved that there were sunflowers featured on one of the tables. Stephanie leaves no detail overlooked. Over the past year, I’ve seen different weddings that Stephanie has done and each one is amazing. She has a great eye for detail and takes into consideration every component of your wedding to ensure that it is amazing. We spoke with Stephanie a couple of additional times during the year prior to the wedding and we had a walk through at the venue with Robbie. He answered all of our questions professionally and offered valuable tips on placement of items.As a Type A personality, I was able to feel at ease knowing that they were taking care of all of the details. For me, there is no better choice. On the day of the wedding, they arrived promptly with everything that we ad ordered. Everything looked exactly as I had pictured it...just better (if that is possible). My guest raved about the fact that each table truly represented the country/continent/city for our travel theme. There were tears shed for our memorial wall. I believe that there is nothing that Stephanie and Robbie can’t do. No matter how weird my ideas were, she rolled with it and I can not thank Ocean Hawks enough.

Our wedding was November 30 and the service Ocean Hawks provided was absolutely amazing and so much more than my husband and I could have imagined! Not only was the process so easy. But Stephanie really helped to make sure we were getting a cohesive look for the wedding and not just throwing things together. Along with some smaller items, we had a totally awesome craft beer room complete with unique couches, chairs, and tables and a seating chart made from acrylic and a hedge wall that was to die for. I would recommend Ocean Hawks to anyone who’s looking. The prices are so reasonable, the items are beautiful and unique, and you won’t have to worry at all that everything will come together on the big day! My husband and I had our wedding on November 21st of this year and it was everything a girl could ever dream of. I came across Ocean Hawk through my venue and I originally was nervous thinking about renting items to have my vision come to life because things like that usually end up costing an arm and a leg. I eventually scheduled a phone consult with Stephanie and from the second she answered the phone to the end of the phone call all I kept thinking was how I was talking to a close friend over the phone. She didn’t t jump straight into business she actually took the time to and wanted to know about my husband and I which ultimately made me want to work with them. I explained to Stephanie that I was on a budget and that I was set on not passing a certain amount which she assured me that what I was envisioning could be done within my budget. We had our original phone meeting almost exactly a year before the wedding and over that year whenever I had questions she was always there and ready to help me out. I had no wedding planner and planned my wedding all on my own but because Stephanie was so patient and attentive she made the process incredibly easy and not stressful. Even the day of the wedding Steph was answering my calls and let 👏🏼 me 👏🏼 just 👏🏼 tell 👏🏼 you, our wedding was everything and MORE! I told her I wanted it to feel like a twilight movie with the sweetheart table completely surrounded with candles up to the smaller details like the cheese cloth runners. It was absolutely gorgeous. I still get compliments on how I planned such a beautiful wedding but in all reality I had the help of two amazing people and their team who made my vision come true. 🚨 AMAZING ALERT 🚨 Wow where to begin! While I was beginning the process of planning my destination wedding, I was at a complete loss of how I was going to decorate in addition to my flowers. Of course I had a budget in mind as well! My wedding coordinator recommended Ocean Hawks Rentals and the beautiful & easy journey began!! For such a young business they have amazing quality pieces within practically any budget! To be honest I was embarrassed to tell the lovely Stephanie on the phone what my budget was. Did not phase her! They have this incredible service and attitude of You tell us your vision and we’ll create it within your budget! Even if you say “we want a gothic, great gatsby beach theme”, I promise they’ll do it and make it happen no matter how big or small the event! They seriously made my dream wedding become reality without breaking the bank. Not only that but because of Hurricane Dorian, I had to move my wedding back a day. They canceled their day off to make my day happen! You can’t get better service than that!!! So intentional, so kind, so quick, and just so amazing!! If I could give Infinite stars I would! Love OHR! Where do I begin to express my sincere gratitude to Ocean Hawks for the AMAZING experience they provided for my daughter's wedding shower. After an initial consultation, Stepanie quickly and completely understood the look and feel of the shower I was seeking. I had a request for hanging a specially made bridal shower umbrella/parasol (long story on the history of this Italian tradition!), and Stephanie and Rob ran with it! The end result....an absolutely gorgeous lounge area with the most stunning overhang. EVERYTHING they provided was stunning! They transformed a plain 4 wall venue into an elegant, classy, beautiful, and welcoming celebration. I would like to note that communication throughout this process was exceptional. Stephanie sincerely wants your event to be as special as it can be. How do I even condense the extent of love and gratitude I have for these two amazing people and team? Let's start with the beginning: I was frantic, lost, and completely unaware of how intimidating rentals can be. I was on my way from seeing items from another rental company when I received the best call! I was on a super tight timeline and had stumbled across OHR through a recommendation. BOY, did I get lucky. Stephanie called me after I emailed for a consultation and met with me the same day. We sat and brainstormed for 2 hours (which isn't nearly as bad as it sounds). It felt more like I was sitting and chatting with a friend. Stephanie was such a pro - really putting my vision into words. She understood my dream wedding right off the bat and did everything she can to give me that. I left that first consultation so relieved, like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. Throughout the process: Stephanie and Robby were fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the entire process. They diligently answered all my emails/texts/phone calls with patience and kindness (and answers!). I added a last minute item to my rentals list and they made it happen. I was so impressed by their artistic vision and resourcefulness that I really felt like I was in good hands. We met up once more before my wedding to finalize details - and lemme tell ya - it put my mind in such ease. There really isn't anything like knowing your vendors have your back. My husband (then fiance) met them for the first time during that meeting and LOVED them as much as I did. In his words "their creativity, ability to customize/add that personal touch, and genuineness make them amazing people to work with." Wedding day: They knocked it out of the park! From the moment I stepped onto my venue site, Stephanie gave me the biggest hug and reassured me that everything would be fantastic. Of course, I trusted her 100% but when I saw what they had done to transform the space - I was BLOWN AWAY. It was stunning, so much better than I could have ever envisioned. We got so many compliments that day - the small touches and intimate details they included were so...us. They seriously went above and beyond the call of duty and gave me my dream wedding. I remember at one point in the night, I closed my eyes for a second then looked out and saw the hanging globes and candles. Everyone was laughing at their tables, the beautiful runners cascading off the long elegant tables. The glittering glass globes dripping from the overhangs. The gelato cart peeking around the corner. And I was just so overwhelmed with gratitude. They make dreams come true. I can definitely attest to that and I am the luckiest bride (among many of their clients!) to have OHR by my side on the most important day of my life.

Choosing Oceanhawk to do the decor for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. We had an out door wedding ceremony planned and when it poured rain an hour before the wedding was supposed to start Stephanie and Robby didn’t skip a beat. They took what could have been a huge problem and made it into the most beautiful indoor ceremony I’ve seen. I was so impressed with how it turned out. My guest continue to compliment how elegant the ceremony and reception were and I couldn’t be more thankful for how beautiful everything looked!

Absolutely obsessedddd with Stephanie! Can't say enough amazing things about her and her husband. She answered every call, text and email and was there every step of the way. She completely took my vision and ran with it. Robby is also very talented and made our circle arch specially for us to make sure it fit the elevator of our venue. Awesome couple, stunning work, and beautiful decor. Highly recommend!

This couple is so sweet! Lifelong friend-like. Super patient, super on par with your vision, willing to get, make, find props for your vision. They work to keep their pricing MUCH lower than other rental companies bc of their personal philosophy on renting and pricing products (they expected low prices for their wedding, and didn't find it in any other company, so they created their own!) Overall amazing experience with them, and they do/did what they needed to deliver Ferrari product on a BMW budget! Thanks Robbie and Stephanie! We highly recommend them!

Ocean Hawks Rentals were wonderful to work with and created the “piece de resistance” of my wedding!! I had always imagined some sort of “reveal” when guests would see me in my dress for the first time with my dad by my side and for when I would see all our guests for the first time with Jason at the end of the aisle waiting for me. With our wedding being outdoors, I knew we would need to find some sort of portable doors to rent to make this “reveal” happen. The problem was that there were very few doors in the area available to rent and my slim options did not fit the rustic chic theme of our wedding. My planner raved about Ocean Hawks, who we were already renting beautiful wooden tables and other pieces from for our ceremony and reception. Without expecting them to say yes, they agreed to build and design custom doors from scratch for us! They were able to not only create my vision to make it a reality, but they built the most stunning and detailed doors I could have imagined. My guests say that the opening of the doors was the most breathtaking moment of my wedding, and I could not be more grateful for a company that takes its clients’ visions to the next level. Ocean Hawks worked seamlessly with my other vendors to make my wedding absolutely stunning, and I’m so thankful! Highly recommend them!
