She was so patient while working with us, answering all of our questions and being such a joy to work with in making our special day memorable. Steph also was so helpful in breaking down the process and possibilities to make it all so simple and customized just for us. We quickly fell in love with so many of the one-of-a-kind pieces built by Ocean Hawks, especially the wooden circle arch and champagne flute hedge wall we ultimately selected! We were wowed with how many unique options they’ve built and customized. Steph and Robby were so generous in sharing ideas that we could incorporate into our special day—they even helped make some Christmas-y magic and extra special touches happen for us! Steph and Robby are so friendly and fantastic; any time we ran into them at a venue visit or wedding event, we were so excited to get to chat and laugh with them. Every time a friend and/or part of our bridal party met them, they absolutely adored them, too! And that goes double for all of the fellow vendors that coordinated with them. Our florist, caterers, coordinators and everyone else found Steph and Robby so helpful and generous with their time and resources. They made it so easy and worry-free for us as the bride and groom, and that meant the world to us come the wedding day! When our photographers arrived, they took a look around, and immediately started gushing about the decor from Ocean Hawks and how they’d never shot anything else like it. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests about the stunning pieces from Ocean Hawks, and we were blown away by the incredible value of their rentals, as well as how convenient they made it to have eye-catching, original decor on our special day. So, I put it off a bit. A few months in, I went to an open house my venue was hosting and got to actually meet Steph and Robby and get their take on some of the questions I had about the venue while waiting for one of the venue reps. I scheduled my initial phone conference for decor literally as soon as I walked away from them because Steph got me SO re-excited about my entire wedding. And I wanted to work with her more. I had my phone conference with Steph in April and when I tell you that her customer service left me in tears... I’m not lying. We walked through every step of what I wanted my dream wedding to look like - from the door I wanted guests to enter through, to the color linen I might want on my favors table. With all of the crazy COVID stuff going on, she got me re-excited (a second time!) to marry my guy. Unfortunately, due to too many family members with high-risk health issues and the uncertainties of the future of the virus... we made the hard decision to cancel our big wedding. I was not nearly as heartbroken about giving up our dream venue or the idea of not getting to wear a princess gown as I was about not having Steph and Robby bring our magical vision to life. That all being said, PLEASE don’t think twice about contacting Ocean Hawks Rentals for your event. Whether it’s a wedding, shower, birthday, photo shoot... I can not recommend them enough. They are a thorough, hardworking, inspirational duo that will leave you speechless in the best way possible. I remember my first phone call with Stephanie, she walked me through my venue (Bella Collina) and finally it just seemed like everything was coming together. I wanted a winter woodland wonderland, and she totally understood that vision (which I imagine at the time was a complete scattered mess) and pulled everything together. Even as that vision evolved month by month until right before the wedding, it turned into something beautiful. I felt so comfortable texting her about things I wanted for the wedding, she would text me ideas as well. The best part is that they are so passionate about what they do and are genuinely excited for their couples! Going into the wedding, I knew I didn't have to worry about how the ceremony and reception was going to look and Ocean Hawk Rentals exceeded my expectations. I trusted Stephanie with her guidance when she recommended that I needed more of one thing, but maybe not the other, and she was 100% correct. She respected our budget and kept it real. When I asked for the impossible and needed a last minute wintery seating chart not even 1-2 wks before the wedding (yep this happened, sorry Stephanie & Robby!)...Robby created copper piping framing a frosted acrylic masterpiece and incorporated a neon sign I had bought, but didn't know what to do with it and turned it into something magical. There are few times you can put your complete trust in someone's creativity and I felt no hesitation in doing so with Ocean Hawk Rentals.

We face-timed, called, emailed and texted, up until the very last second, knowing we had to recreate Katie's vision to an indoor ballroom. I can honestly say that it would not have been possible without the vision, support and love that both Stephanie & Robby provided. She was the only one that Katie put her trust in and the only one Katie would listen too! I felt so confident with Stephanie's dedication & talent to re-create (in just a few short days) the ambiance of the vision Katie had for her wedding from outside to an indoor space. She knew exactly what was needed and not only put me in touch with other vendors we would now need, but even went so far as to contact many of them (the lighting and the flowers) herself to make adjustments that she knew would be necessary. We took her advise, her guidance, her suggestions and her expertise trusting her along the way. The overwhelming support, love and assurance she continued to give us didn't end until we saw her and Robby the day of the wedding. Hugging this amazing, energetic and beautiful women made us feel as if we were part of her family. They personally worked tirelessly to do whatever was needed to bring Katie & Bryan's wedding vision to life. Like I said at the beginning of this review, there really aren't enough words or gratitude to say THANK YOU enough... for both Stephanie & Robby and the entire team at Ocean Hawks for going above and beyond to make my daughter's wedding even more spectacular then we could have imagined. But a picture says a thousand words. This is the picture of Katie and Bryan seeing the Ballroom for the very first time before we allowed the guests to join in their amazing celebration of their fairytale wedding. ight, I was browsing different event planners on Wedding Wire and I came across Ocean Hawks Rentals. I immediately sent her a message because everything that I saw on her site appealed to me. The next day, I spoke with Stephanie and it was the truly the start of something amazing. EVERY detail that I spoke with her about, she was able to bring it to life. She and her husband Robbie are amazing. The one thing that stuck out was when we visited Orlando several months later was the fact that Robbie told us that if we could dream it, he could build it. We were able to easily go on the site and pick out items that we wanted to use for the wedding. If I didn’t see and item, Stephanie went and got it.I received our “look book” or design board, with ideas a few days later and it was everything that I expected and more. I knew without a doubt that we had made the right decision and I didn’t look any further. One of the travel globes that she selected had parts of my wedding vows on it, so we felt that it would be a nice touch at our daughter’s wedding. My daughter was born in Kansas and she loved that there were sunflowers featured on one of the tables. Stephanie leaves no detail overlooked. Over the past year, I’ve seen different weddings that Stephanie has done and each one is amazing. She has a great eye for detail and takes into consideration every component of your wedding to ensure that it is amazing. We spoke with Stephanie a couple of additional times during the year prior to the wedding and we had a walk through at the venue with Robbie. He answered all of our questions professionally and offered valuable tips on placement of items.As a Type A personality, I was able to feel at ease knowing that they were taking care of all of the details. For me, there is no better choice. On the day of the wedding, they arrived promptly with everything that we ad ordered. Everything looked exactly as I had pictured it...just better (if that is possible). My guest raved about the fact that each table truly represented the country/continent/city for our travel theme. There were tears shed for our memorial wall. I believe that there is nothing that Stephanie and Robbie can’t do. No matter how weird my ideas were, she rolled with it and I can not thank Ocean Hawks enough.

I explained to Stephanie that I was on a budget and that I was set on not passing a certain amount which she assured me that what I was envisioning could be done within my budget. We had our original phone meeting almost exactly a year before the wedding and over that year whenever I had questions she was always there and ready to help me out. I had no wedding planner and planned my wedding all on my own but because Stephanie was so patient and attentive she made the process incredibly easy and not stressful. Even the day of the wedding Steph was answering my calls and let 👏🏼 me 👏🏼 just 👏🏼 tell 👏🏼 you, our wedding was everything and MORE! I told her I wanted it to feel like a twilight movie with the sweetheart table completely surrounded with candles up to the smaller details like the cheese cloth runners. It was absolutely gorgeous. I still get compliments on how I planned such a beautiful wedding but in all reality I had the help of two amazing people and their team who made my vision come true.
