e was so helpful with all questions that arose and helping organize us in the planning process, especially all those last minute questions. We got married at the upper grove - the white flowers behind the arch were truly stunning in our photographs. We had a larger wedding of 140 guests who all fit well into the overlook pavilions for dinner and dancing. The space inside and out was so beautiful. Our guests were very happy with the food choices. We were able to take sunset photos by the lake; there are so many beautiful spots for photographs. The staff here is fabulous, the venue is stunning, there is nothing not to love. When the weather didn’t agree with us on the day of- they quickly improvised and fixed it without me even knowing about the problems. I could not of had a better experience and am so grateful to have had them as our venue to remember the start of our forever.

We received so many compliments on the food and the venue itself. We really can’t say enough great things about this place . Ocotillo Golf Club is seriously the best kept secret in the valley. Our initial consultation with Jayla was good, however there were a few things that was left out that was important for us. We were excited that we found a place in our community that we loved as a substitute to our original plans to have a destination wedding. So excited we perhaps forgot to ask some key questions, but felt Wedgewood took that as the opportunity to woo us with all the pictures of things that are not included. Without even taking the time to think it over we gladly gave our deposit of over $3kto get the ball rolling on our anticipated nuptials. After getting home and the dust settled, reading over the huge binder of things, we started having questions. It was said numerous times that our wedding day is their most important thing for them and communication will be open and we can reach out at any time. Well, I would not be writing this review fs this was so. After several messages left and emails sent, our questions still have not been addressed, and let me just note that our initial meeting was at the end of July, its now the middle of October. Stacy, the manager of Wedgewood Ocotillo has been unreachable and seems just not to care about our concerns so returning a call is definitely not on her priority list. Oasis Ocotillo by Wedgewood has not lived up to our expectations for the enormous price tag of $13k. They were more than thrilled to take our money but everything else thus far has been mediocre at best. We have simply given up, has lost our excitement and simple have the attitude of we’ll try and make the best of it. How sad for my fiancé and I to feel this way for her big day. We would NOT recommend anyone to Oasis Ocotillo for their big day. This is very unfortunate and heartbreaking for us.

I also used the preferred photographer Tara who was great and we had so much fun with some not so standard wedding photos. The food was out of this world and 2 weeks later I still have guests telling me how amazing it was. Thank you Chef Stephen and Terry for that! Our bartender Stacy killed it behind the bar, our captain Lucas was a pleasure and Anna the server was the sweetest. If I could do it all over again, I would :)

e to COVID. Their planning process makes wedding planning as low stress as possible. They were ready to help whenever we had questions throughout the process. They are very friendly, and really take the time to understand what you are looking for. Jayla was amazing with us throughout the process. On our actual day, our day of coordinator Laura was extremely helpful. We only had one small issue on our day of (at no fault of wedgewood) that Laura quickly made sure was handled and solved. All of our guests complimented the venue, the food, the drinks, and how much fun the ceremony was. I would look no farther than Wedgewood Ocotillo.

at Wedgewood on its own gets 5 stars. We toured the venue shortly after going ring shopping, and the team was incredibly welcoming, especially considering we weren't even engaged yet. The lush golf course and sparkling water were so easy to fall in love with, and we were convinced once we saw the "all-inclusive" aspect of getting married here. So, we chose Ocotillo Oasis. Wedgewood gives all couples a binder full of worksheets to fill out and pick your details from appetizers to linens to ceremony decor. Nothing is left to chance (except the weather, for which there are contingency plans) and it's easy to knock out the binder over a weekend. Couples also get info about preferred vendors: We loved our cake tasting with Piece of Cake Desserts, and the florist at Blooming Bouquets had so many options to choose from! However, we're beyond disappointed in Giovanny at Direct Sounds DJ service. He was communicative and friendly leading up to the wedding, but the actual day was rough. Our biggest complaint was that he refused to play music at a reasonable volume, even after multiple family members and I asked him to turn it down. My aunt requested the volume be lowered, and she saw him turn it back up as she was walking away. Disrespectful. Additionally, he didn't give us forewarning about the mother/son and father/daughter dances or the bouquet toss or cake cutting. Without the heads up, those things felt rushed. It also meant our guests missed the cake cutting altogether and didn't even realize there was cake available. Finally, he didn't stick to the playlist we spent months curating, and when he played his own music, the dance floor cleared out quickly. So, I do recommend Wedgewood. I had a minimally stressful experience planning and executing my wedding with them, and it would have been perfect if I'd have hired my own DJ.

The food, the DJ, the bar, the cake, the floral, it was all amazing. Nicole and Jayla jumped right in to help bustle my dress when my mom and sister were struggling. My dad was impressed how Jayla was making sure that Jared and I had all the different hors d’oeuvres once we returned from pictures. Jared, myself, and our guests were truly impressed by how flawless our event was at Ocotillo! Wedgewood weddings at Ocotillo is a place that I will highly recommend to anyone having an event! We received many compliments on the food and the music. DJ Jeff was awesome and kept the dance floor full and hopping all night long. fiancé’s family is high risk. On top of that, we have also been having financial troubles. In the end, our wedding would be about 5 people and whatever is cheapest for everything else. I reached out to Ocotillo and they told me that because of COVID, they are not pushing back any 2021 weddings. Absolutely no care for our wedding day. Venues always say they want you to have your dream wedding but Ocotillo just wants to have your money. I am devastated by the lack of care and flexibility.

It was hot that day but the staff always had a bottle of water and a snack waiting for us during pictures and before the grand entrance. We were even given a bottle of champagne on our way out the door that we plan to drink on our first anniversary! I'm so happy this turned out the way it did, while keeping our guests safe at the same time! This review doesn't even do it justice how grateful I feel for this venue's team (shout out to Natalia, specifically)!

They were so helpful in setting up and they made my decorations look better than I ever could've imagined. Blessed and grateful that I had my wedding with this venue and this staff. I HIGHLY recommend it.

We had so many comments about how awesome the DJ was and all the vendors made sure to touch base with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue itself is gorgeous and is exactly what I wanted. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because there were a ton of people at the venue when we arrived that had been there for a rehearsal and my guests had to ask them to leave certain areas. Also, the sprinklers came on right before my ceremony and several of my guests got wet and had to move as did the DJ! Lastly, a golf ball flew into my ceremony and almost hit one of my guests. Other than that, I would most definitely recommend this venue to others.

The venue has a beautiful indoor space that is unique to only them! It looks rustic and has a different feel than any other golf course venue would. Although the venue was gorgeous, truly the staff is what made this experience memorable. Two weeks after our own wedding, our best friends have now also booked their wedding with Wedgewood!

We initially worked with Blayne and while we enjoyed our time with her, she left the property about halfway through the planning process to work at a new Wedgewood property. Natalia took over and with her experience and professionalism, the transition was seamless. She and Nicole were wonderful to work with. We were also very pleased with the Banquet Captain and his staff, who ensured that we and our guests were taken care of on our wedding day. The Open House was a great opportunity to see what the various vendors offered. The chef changed a couple of months before our wedding, so we were pleased to get a phone call from him to answer questions we had from the Open House. The food was very good, received many compliments from our guests, and the bartender was a delight to work with. Our guests loved her sense of humor, fun demeanor and professionalism. We did have one minor hiccup with the specialty napkins we ordered and although we did not have what was originally planned, we were contacted immediately by the Corporate Office who graciously apologized and did all they could to make the situation right...which we appreciated. Overlooking this minor detail, the venue was perfect for us. The setting, the staff, and all the special touches by the vendors made our day beautiful and so very special. We made the right choice by choosing the Ocotillo Golf Club. Thank You!

e had known of the location from previous visits to the area and we were aware that the venue was taken under new management in recent years. When we finally had a chance to tour the venue we were pleasantly surprised by the options that were available for the venue. The ceremony provided its own private courtyard that provides an intimate setting for you and your wedding party. The South facing courtyard was perfect for our winter desert theme wedding and provided a beautiful backdrop as the sun began to set towards the end of our ceremony. The reception hall inside worked perfectly with our theme which tied together the wood, rock, and metal really well with our theme. With our wedding party totaling 60 people we were not short on space and even had ample room to move about between tables and groups of people sharing conversation. By far the best aspect of our experience was how willing the staff was to accommodate some of our ideas which included a kids entertainment table and smore’s bar. This venue truly felt unique to our experience and we were so pleased with how smooth the day was. Wedgewood is organized, thorough, and they put out a good product.
