ai could not say better things about the venue and staff at Ocotillo! They were the best to work with and made all my dreams come to life! They let us come and taste and create our own menu which was DELICIOUS! The use of both indoor and outdoor was the perfect setup.

We had the walk thru with Jennifer and I couldn't ask for a more honest truth, we were set on our date but we were having a hard time with other locations and vendors, she explain to us the why's and the reasoning behind things we couldn't understand. She took the time to find options that work with the core things we wanted for our venue and with Michaelas help seen our vision and helping us bringing it to a reality, I know we choose the right place for our day.

Stunning! Ocotillo Golf Club is the best! A beautiful venue inside and outside! Michaela and Jennifer were amazing to work with! They paid close attention to every detail, and took care of any last minute needs! The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and the servers were very attentive! The customer service can’t be beat! A golf cart was provided for the bride and groom and their photographer for photos around the course. So fun! Drinks, club sandwiches, and a charcuterie board in the groom and bride rooms made the bridal party feel so special. My daughter loved her wedding and the experience she had at the Ocotillo Golf Club!

The place the staff the coordinators: everyone of them very great and unmatched service. Jennifer especially was the best. I felt like the celebration was from her family, not my family. That is how involved she was.

Ocotillo Golf club did an amazing job for my daughter’s wedding. This venue is in a quiet upscale location. The property feels like a private country club. It has a beautiful manicured golf course, waterfalls, and expanding lush landscapes. Sunsets here are breathtaking so my daughter’s wedding pictures turned out so beautifully. The pavilion is such a pretty room too with the all the stone and wood. It was the perfect backdrop for all her flowers . The Ocotillo event coordinators were absolutely amazing (Michaela and Jennifer ) These ladies were communicative, professional, kind, and very detailed. Thank you to them for all their hard work. They are THE BEST! I also wanted to mention that Ocotillo Golf Club has an amazing menu!! Their food is actually outstanding. We used them for the wedding and the rehearsal dinner. We received so many compliments on the food and the venue itself. We really can’t say enough great things about this place . Ocotillo Golf Club is seriously the best kept secret in the valley. Wow! What an amazing experience we had at the Overlook Pavilion at Ocotillo Golf Club for our wedding! We were treated like royalty! The building and grounds are beautiful and unique! The bridal room and groom's room were so nice! The bridal party enjoyed sandwiches, charcuterie board, and drinks there between events! Michaela was amazing in her planning and covering every detail! She made every request we had work beautifully! The staff was incredible! Food and dessert was delicious! We had so many guests ask how we found the Overlook Pavilion at Ocotillo Golf Club! It is unique! A great experience!

My wife & I had our wedding in September of 2023 and it was breathtaking! We weren’t so sure how our wedding would go as the golf club had a change in leadership. I can truly say with the presence of Jennifer Franklin, she made every moment so special for myself, my bride and our family! Jennifer jumped out in and assisted make our magical day come true. From an F&B side, Chef & Tiffany(F&B Manager) were accommodating and ensure our guests and family will leave satisfied the food came with a surprise & delight feel! It was an awesome presentation! Setup and lightening of the room was top notch! I can go on and on but I will say Ocotillo Golf Club will hold a special place in my heart for the rest of my life! BOOK WITH THEM AND YOUR DAY WILL BE MAGICAL!

We had an amazing ceremony held on a picturesque lawn, enjoyed the space of an upper patio/lawn for cocktail hour, and moved things inside to a lovely reception hall! All at one beautiful venue, thank you Ocotillo! Dinner prepared by Chef Scott and Team was excellent and a highlight amongst guests. The service, from outside attendants to behind the bar, was outstanding and Jennifer and Mary ensured our special night went off without a hitch.

Looking forward to a February 2024 wedding, super impressed with the planning stage. We had some very specific requests and they have accommodated everything we have asked this far. Love seeing all the wedding on their Instagram stories.

Ocotillo was the perfect place for our wedding. Mary, Tiffany, and Kaley were the trifecta and made our day so special. They are very accomodating and always available for any questions. I highly suggest having your wedding here, I could not have picked a better venue.

I am so happy we chose to get married at Ocotillo Golf Club. The venue was absolutely beautiful for our ceremony and reception. Our coordinator, Jaidyn, was so helpful leading up to the wedding and throughout the entire day. The food was so good - so many of our guests are still telling us how much they loved the food! The whole staff was so organized and attentive and they added a lot of small personal touches for us that meant a lot. I definitely recommend checking out Ocotillo Golf Club :)

Thanks to the Wedgewood team we had our dream day come true!!! They are flexible, affordable and the Ocotillo Oasis staff are AMAZING! The venue at Ocotillo Oasis is beautiful! The food was amazing and they were very accommodating for gluten allergies. The coordinator we had Lora was amazing; she made our day stress-free. Everyone one there was great to work with! I recently attended a wedding at this venue and it was outstanding. By far one of the best weddings I've ever attended! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind! I would have loved to get married at a venue like this when I got married! The venue was beautiful and well kept! And the food was amazing! I would recommend this venue to everyone!

Ocotillo Oasis was a perfect venue for our ceremony and reception of about 80 people. The staff was very helpful in setting everything up before the event. The cost was very reasonable for everything that is included.

Our wedding day is rapidly approaching for the Ocotillo Oasis by Wedgewood Weddings. I’m reading reviews on the Knot and I truly wish we could have experienced the same thrilling feeling as other brides and grooms. I would love to write a stellar review, but unfortunately, we obviously have not gotten the same treatment. Our initial consultation with Jayla was good, however there were a few things that was left out that was important for us. We were excited that we found a place in our community that we loved as a substitute to our original plans to have a destination wedding. So excited we perhaps forgot to ask some key questions, but felt Wedgewood took that as the opportunity to woo us with all the pictures of things that are not included. Without even taking the time to think it over we gladly gave our deposit of over $3kto get the ball rolling on our anticipated nuptials. After getting home and the dust settled, reading over the huge binder of things, we started having questions. It was said numerous times that our wedding day is their most important thing for them and communication will be open and we can reach out at any time. Well, I would not be writing this review fs this was so. After several messages left and emails sent, our questions still have not been addressed, and let me just note that our initial meeting was at the end of July, its now the middle of October. Stacy, the manager of Wedgewood Ocotillo has been unreachable and seems just not to care about our concerns so returning a call is definitely not on her priority list. Oasis Ocotillo by Wedgewood has not lived up to our expectations for the enormous price tag of $13k. They were more than thrilled to take our money but everything else thus far has been mediocre at best. We have simply given up, has lost our excitement and simple have the attitude of we’ll try and make the best of it. How sad for my fiancé and I to feel this way for her big day. We would NOT recommend anyone to Oasis Ocotillo for their big day. This is very unfortunate and heartbreaking for us.

I am so beyond happy to be writing this review ♡ Our wedding was amazing, beautiful, and unforgettable. Everything was so easy to plan and everyone was so great to work with. Special shout outs go to Jayla, Lora, and Bri with your help planning and coordinating day of. DJ Gio was everything and more! I also used the preferred photographer Tara who was great and we had so much fun with some not so standard wedding photos. The food was out of this world and 2 weeks later I still have guests telling me how amazing it was. Thank you Chef Stephen and Terry for that! Our bartender Stacy killed it behind the bar, our captain Lucas was a pleasure and Anna the server was the sweetest. If I could do it all over again, I would :)

Wedgewood at Ocotillo could not have been a more perfect choice for our wedding. To start, they were incredibly flexible with us when we decided to postpone our original wedding due to COVID. Their planning process makes wedding planning as low stress as possible. They were ready to help whenever we had questions throughout the process. They are very friendly, and really take the time to understand what you are looking for. Jayla was amazing with us throughout the process. On our actual day, our day of coordinator Laura was extremely helpful. We only had one small issue on our day of (at no fault of wedgewood) that Laura quickly made sure was handled and solved. All of our guests complimented the venue, the food, the drinks, and how much fun the ceremony was. I would look no farther than Wedgewood Ocotillo.

I can’t tell you how happy I am that we went with this venue! I didn’t have to think of a thing on my wedding day, they had it all ready and everything went seamlessly. Prices are very affordable for what you get!! And paying just a little more so you don’t have to stress on your day is beyond worth it!!

Incredibly thrilled about our experience with the Wedgewood team, less so about our experience with their DJ partner—consider yourself warned on that front. To start, I'll say that Wedgewood on its own gets 5 stars. We toured the venue shortly after going ring shopping, and the team was incredibly welcoming, especially considering we weren't even engaged yet. The lush golf course and sparkling water were so easy to fall in love with, and we were convinced once we saw the "all-inclusive" aspect of getting married here. So, we chose Ocotillo Oasis. Wedgewood gives all couples a binder full of worksheets to fill out and pick your details from appetizers to linens to ceremony decor. Nothing is left to chance (except the weather, for which there are contingency plans) and it's easy to knock out the binder over a weekend. Couples also get info about preferred vendors: We loved our cake tasting with Piece of Cake Desserts, and the florist at Blooming Bouquets had so many options to choose from! However, we're beyond disappointed in Giovanny at Direct Sounds DJ service. He was communicative and friendly leading up to the wedding, but the actual day was rough. Our biggest complaint was that he refused to play music at a reasonable volume, even after multiple family members and I asked him to turn it down. My aunt requested the volume be lowered, and she saw him turn it back up as she was walking away. Disrespectful. Additionally, he didn't give us forewarning about the mother/son and father/daughter dances or the bouquet toss or cake cutting. Without the heads up, those things felt rushed. It also meant our guests missed the cake cutting altogether and didn't even realize there was cake available. Finally, he didn't stick to the playlist we spent months curating, and when he played his own music, the dance floor cleared out quickly. So, I do recommend Wedgewood. I had a minimally stressful experience planning and executing my wedding with them, and it would have been perfect if I'd have hired my own DJ.

Wedgewood was fantastic to work with every step of the way! Natalia, Nicole, and Jayla were so fantastic to work with! They literally took care of everything! I cannot say enough great things about the people who helped put our wedding together! Our guests truly enjoyed our event and it is all thanks to the incredible staff! The food, the DJ, the bar, the cake, the floral, it was all amazing. Nicole and Jayla jumped right in to help bustle my dress when my mom and sister were struggling. My dad was impressed how Jayla was making sure that Jared and I had all the different hors d’oeuvres once we returned from pictures. Jared, myself, and our guests were truly impressed by how flawless our event was at Ocotillo! Wedgewood weddings at Ocotillo is a place that I will highly recommend to anyone having an event! Natalia and the Wedgewood Team at Ocotillo Golf Club was amazing. From the first meeting to the wedding day, they were attentive, helpful, creative, reassuring, and so kind!! Whether planning a wedding during or outside a pandemic, these ladies are on their game. They provided great suggestions and embraced all of our ideas for the most perfect day! We received many compliments on the food and the music. DJ Jeff was awesome and kept the dance floor full and hopping all night long. My fiancé and I had to come to the rough decision to postpone our wedding. Because of COVID, majority of our family would not be able to attend. 80% are out of state and all of my fiancé’s family is high risk. On top of that, we have also been having financial troubles. In the end, our wedding would be about 5 people and whatever is cheapest for everything else. I reached out to Ocotillo and they told me that because of COVID, they are not pushing back any 2021 weddings. Absolutely no care for our wedding day. Venues always say they want you to have your dream wedding but Ocotillo just wants to have your money. I am devastated by the lack of care and flexibility.

Wedgewood at Ocotillo was perfect! They walked me through every step and they communicated with all the vendors so well! From very beginning to the very end, the whole night went so smoothly! Highly recommended wedgewood weddings!

This team is beyond outstanding. Every question, every concern was taken care of before I could even ask. During the actual event, surprises came around every corner with a little extra something that the team had put together for us. The ceremony space was beautiful and before we sat down for dinner, a photo of our first kiss was sitting framed at our table! It was hot that day but the staff always had a bottle of water and a snack waiting for us during pictures and before the grand entrance. We were even given a bottle of champagne on our way out the door that we plan to drink on our first anniversary! I'm so happy this turned out the way it did, while keeping our guests safe at the same time! This review doesn't even do it justice how grateful I feel for this venue's team (shout out to Natalia, specifically)!

Wedgewood made my wedding dream into a reality. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic and finishing nursing school is hard for anyone. They kept us up to date and were so reassuring when questions regarding COVID were brought up. They always made sure we felt comforted about our wedding continuing on and ensuring we knew ourselves and our guests would be safe. They were so helpful in setting up and they made my decorations look better than I ever could've imagined. The staff always made sure myself and my groom were taken care of when it came to food and drinks. The wedding went off without a hitch and they handled everybody with grace and ease. Blessed and grateful that I had my wedding with this venue and this staff. I HIGHLY recommend it.

The staff at Ocotillo made our wedding day perfect. As a “covid bride” I was feeling defeated and sad since we had to postpone our special day. The staff comforted me and made it extremely easy. They took care of all the details and all I had to do was show up and say I do! I could not imagine our special day anywhere else. The venue itself is GORGEOUS. Inside and out. The sweet Arizona sunset was like the icing on the cake of a perfect day. I am extremely grateful for the girls at Ocotillo, I would have been so stressed without them.

We were so incredibly lucky to have gotten married on March 13, 2020 before the pandemic really hit AZ. We had the absolute BEST experience with Wedgewood! The coordinators are so nice and helpful, and the fact that all the vendors know each other and work together made our experience so smooth and easy! The price of this venue package with everything included seriously cannot be beat. You can pick and choose your own vendors if you want, or you can do what we did and go with the vendors that all come with your package! Everything is included in one price-The venue, the food, the bar service, the floral, the invitations, the DJ, the bakery, etc! All we needed to do was find the photographer, videographer, a few decorations (but not all) and our clothes for the big day! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a venue! Had such an amazing experience with this venue! They took care of literally everything! They even set up the few extras we brought in for us! They are there to walk you through everything each step of the way. The staff is awesome, so sweet and encouraging and helpful. The vendors that work with the venue are the absolute best! We had so many comments about how awesome the DJ was and all the vendors made sure to touch base with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue itself is gorgeous and is exactly what I wanted. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because there were a ton of people at the venue when we arrived that had been there for a rehearsal and my guests had to ask them to leave certain areas. Also, the sprinklers came on right before my ceremony and several of my guests got wet and had to move as did the DJ! Lastly, a golf ball flew into my ceremony and almost hit one of my guests. Other than that, I would most definitely recommend this venue to others.

We had an amazing experience with Wedgewood Ocotillo. From the very beginning, they eliminated almost all stress by having an amazing team of coordinators and all-inclusive packages. They communicated with their trusted vendors for us and we just got to pick and choose. Their execution was everything we had hoped for and they went above and beyond the whole time to help our customization. I felt well taken care of and they were quick to reply via email or call. The scheduled meetings and calls were great to make sure everyone was aligned and it helped keep us informed as well. Their flexibility and professionalism truly was amazing. The venue has a beautiful indoor space that is unique to only them! It looks rustic and has a different feel than any other golf course venue would. Although the venue was gorgeous, truly the staff is what made this experience memorable. Two weeks after our own wedding, our best friends have now also booked their wedding with Wedgewood!

I could not have imagined working with anywhere else. Natalia, Amber, and Jayla were phenomenal and consistently went above and beyond to make my day perfect. This is an all-inclusive package that will put your mind at ease shutting the planning process. All of my guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and that the food and service were excellent. Our wedding at the Ocotillo Golf Club was simply beautiful! A golf course setting combined with all the wood and limestone, along with the beautiful floral provided by their Florist and a beautiful and spacious bridal suite, made for a perfect setting. We initially worked with Blayne and while we enjoyed our time with her, she left the property about halfway through the planning process to work at a new Wedgewood property. Natalia took over and with her experience and professionalism, the transition was seamless. She and Nicole were wonderful to work with. We were also very pleased with the Banquet Captain and his staff, who ensured that we and our guests were taken care of on our wedding day. The Open House was a great opportunity to see what the various vendors offered. The chef changed a couple of months before our wedding, so we were pleased to get a phone call from him to answer questions we had from the Open House. The food was very good, received many compliments from our guests, and the bartender was a delight to work with. Our guests loved her sense of humor, fun demeanor and professionalism. We did have one minor hiccup with the specialty napkins we ordered and although we did not have what was originally planned, we were contacted immediately by the Corporate Office who graciously apologized and did all they could to make the situation right...which we appreciated. Overlooking this minor detail, the venue was perfect for us. The setting, the staff, and all the special touches by the vendors made our day beautiful and so very special. We made the right choice by choosing the Ocotillo Golf Club. Thank You!

My wife and I were recently married this last December at the Wedgewood of Chandler at the Ocotillo Golf Course. This was a destination wedding for both of us, coming from Iowa. We had known of the location from previous visits to the area and we were aware that the venue was taken under new management in recent years. When we finally had a chance to tour the venue we were pleasantly surprised by the options that were available for the venue. The ceremony provided its own private courtyard that provides an intimate setting for you and your wedding party. The South facing courtyard was perfect for our winter desert theme wedding and provided a beautiful backdrop as the sun began to set towards the end of our ceremony. The reception hall inside worked perfectly with our theme which tied together the wood, rock, and metal really well with our theme. With our wedding party totaling 60 people we were not short on space and even had ample room to move about between tables and groups of people sharing conversation. By far the best aspect of our experience was how willing the staff was to accommodate some of our ideas which included a kids entertainment table and smore’s bar. This venue truly felt unique to our experience and we were so pleased with how smooth the day was. Wedgewood is organized, thorough, and they put out a good product.

Wedgewood was the perfect venue for us! My husband and I have very demanding work schedules so while we were excited to get married surrounded by our loved ones the thought of having to plan every single detail (while still meeting our high standards) was daunting. Luckily Wedgewood, Natalia, and her team were there to help. They were quick to respond to every email, every random question that I had. They were there to work out all the cute details I wanted and helped me execute. I appreciated that so much. The day was a dream, we choose the ceremony by the lake and our pictures look amazing. I gotta be really honest, when I saw the pictures of the venue and the prices of the packages I was 100% certain I would book it for my wedding there the same day. I've made an appointment for the tour and realized that the venue is not as affordable as it claims to be. The venue package brochure lists 22% tax that is being added to your total - fair enough. Now what the package brochure doesn't tell you is that that there's additional service fee which when you add it up to the tax it gives you a whooping 30% that is being added to your total. Not only that, for Saturday evening wedding for 50 guests in February I was told I would have to spend 14k minimum (before taxes). I don't mind spend money on my wedding day but I refuse to work with establishments that do not tell you about minimums like that upfront, this should've been listed on their package brochure.

I can not stop raving about this venue! This was my 8th venue that I looked at and knew automatically that this was it. The venue is just so gorgeous with a beautiful lawn view. Natalia and Blayne were so helpful with the planning and executing. They helped my nerves and I felt at ease with them. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my day. Everything went so smoothly and was everything that I wanted! The food was delicious, the music was on point, and the settings were excellent! I recommend this venue to everyone!

Wedgewood Ocotillo was the first and only venue we visited! That’s all it took! The venue is absolutely gorgeous! It was like someone put all of my thoughts and dreams of what I wanted my wedding day to look like into Wedgewood Ocotillo. Natalia and Blayne were super helpful and made planning our perfect day much easier than expected. They were very quick to respond via email and phone calls and answer all our questions and Jayla was there to help us through the big day. We got married on 10/5/19 and our special day went on without any glitches due to the amazing staff. Everything looked perfect and the food was delicious! Our guests are still raving about it! We used several of the preferred vendors and couldn’t have made a better choice to do so! Big shout out to DJ Damien. He was awesome from start to finish! Very flexible and accommodating. He even helped my new husband surprise me with a special serenade during the ceremony. We are so pleased with choosing Wedgewood Ocotillo for our venue! I’m so glad I selected this venue for our special day! The coordinators made everything a breeze. Especially when planning my wedding long distance, and took a lot of the stress of planning of my shoulders. I absolutely loved exchanging vows on the green overlooking the water, and the reception hall is beautiful.

Wedgewood Ocotillo is a stunning place to be married. The ceremony areas are stunning, the ballroom is straight out of a dream, even the bride and groom suites are stunning. I have to give some advise to anyone looking for the perfect venue for there wedding. Don't think twice. I recommend this place 100%. Natalia was very good at keeping us up to date and on our toe's in planning the wedding. And Blayne was with us every step of the way, coaching my wife and I throughout the entire ceremony. She was by our side calming us down, seating all the guests. She did all the running around finding people at the last minute. Keeping everything on time and everything coordinated. Even making last minute changes to make my wife happy.The food was outstanding and the staff treated us and our guest like royalty. These people are 100% professional and on target. They did all the hard work, and there customer service is something they take pride in. It's not just a beautiful place to have your wedding as much as it is them taking care of all the loose ends involved in the stress of having a wedding that came out perfect. I loved working with the staff at Ocotillo! They really helped me stay within my budget and still get everything I wanted. My wedding day went by seamlessly. My guests were definitely impressed by the location and how clean the facility was! I would definitely recommend choosing Ocotillo as your venue!

The Staff and venue coordinator, Natalia, was absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for a better staff and the a better venue. Throughout the planning process Natalia was amazing, and helped tremendously with many planned and unplanned things that came up.
