October Oaks Farm

I can not say enough great things about October Oaks!! Ann is incredible and bends over backwards for her couples! When everyone was trying to cancel due to Hurricane Milton she advocated for us and made the wedding of our dreams a reality! Her crew was able to clean up the grounds promptly after the storm and allow for the most perfect landscape for our big day! Michael (her wonderful husband and caterer) was also fantastic and truly cared about our opinions and vision. Together they make dreams come true. We are so excited to be a part of the October Oaks family!

Did not end up choosing this venue *solely* due to location being further than I wanted but wanted to at bare minimum leave a review. The property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. They really take care of maintaining the landscaping as well. Plenty of picture worthy spots and options for the ceremony. Ann was amazing and seemed like she had thought of everything. You can tell she is very experienced and wants her couples to have a perfect day. Would definitely recommend. Oh, and the pricing is very reasonable!

An actual movie. A good one that you watch over and over and over. We called Ann on a Sunday morning and she ranged it so we could come see the venue before we left town. While we were there the couple that got married the night before came to pick up their things and were in tears raving about how great it was. Almost as if they were actors we toured the venue and fell in love with every single part of it, especially Ann. We booked almost immediately, as there really was nothing else we needed to see. She was calm, sweet, professional, and tough when she needed to be she made sure my (the bride) wishes were first and really went the extra mile in every category. We chose her husband as our caterer who was the star of our show. Her whole family worked our wedding. It was the most incredible night at the most incredible place, and I can’t wait to tell every bride for the rest of time, thank you for being the icing on the cake of our most special day. We love you guys for life!

October Oaks was absolutely amazing! The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. The food and service throughout the reception was phenomenal. Anne and Michael made our special day feel like a fairytale! We would highly recommend this venue.

Our experience of having our wedding at October Oaks was beyond words! The location is of course breath taking, but one of the most incredible parts of October Oaks that makes it so so amazing is the owner of the venue, Ann. She is without a doubt one of the most caring sweet people there is. She will make sure your wedding goes exactly how you picture it. She’s beyond just the owner of the venue, she will make sure your wedding is absolutely perfect! She cares so much about making sure your wedding is the wedding of your dreams. The whole wedding was exactly how I pictured it and more. Just a truly truly amazing night! The whole venue is so beautiful! It looks like it is out of a fairy tail!

I am going to put this into words as best I can…. If you tour this venue BOOK THIS VENUE!! My now husband and I toured October Oaks 1 year prior to our wedding date.. this was the 5th venue we toured. I was starting to freak out.. I had enjoyed several that we toured prior to here but he just hadn’t felt any of them were THE ONE.. until October Oaks. We toured with Michael and right before we got into the truck to head back home he said “we will be calling you to book our date.” October Oaks was THE ONE. It was the most magical place to get married and I already want to do it again! From day 1 Ann has been amazing. She stays calm, she talks you through everything, she gives recommendations and suggestions when you feel overwhelmed, and she runs a tight ship!!!! Wedding day went FLAWLESSLY. I would hands down recommend October Oaks for ANYONE’S special day. You feel like family from the moment you meet Ann and Michael. We have gotten so much positive feedback from our guests from the location to the beautiful scenery to the bridal cabin to the gorgeous barn.. I could not have envisioned a more beautiful or perfect day. You will NOT regret getting married in the wonderful world of October Oaks.. “our bubble” became palpable to everyone in attendance at our wedding day and I know without a day yours can too. It is simply magical.

Wow is the first thing that comes to mind. There are so many wonderful ceremony sites at this venue, but we elected to go with the outdoor “room” created by trees and it was truly magical. I’ve been told by many in attendance that it was one of the most beautiful sites they’d seen between the land and barn. The on site area for bride and party to get ready was the perfect space and absolutely adorable. The barn also was plenty large enough for our wedding and Photo Booth and DJ and even a game area. And while the venue was perfect, Ann was really the one that put this venue over the top. Ann really listened to us wanting some help but also having a lot of personal touches. She made sure we thought of everything since she’d also double as our Day of Coordinator. I honestly didn’t have to stress about the flow of the night because Ann was there early to make sure everything was going right and all the vendors showed up on time. You can tell the moment you step on site the heart that Ann has for this place and it just radiates through to a perfect day. In addition, Ann allows you to look through a ton of decor and use it on your wedding day which saved us so much money overall. We literally sent a list over and all of the stuff was pulled out when we got there early to set up. We also were able to drop off our personal decorations at our rehearsal making the day of a breeze. It took me a while to get to writing this due to life getting busy, but even at this point there is just no doubt in my mind that this venue is levels above many. If you are looking at having an outdoor or AC barn wedding, I’d recommend giving this place and look and discuss your vision with Ann. She will provide so many options on how the venue can work best for you. Thank you Ann for making us feel like family and helping us have our perfect day!

WOW!! Where to even begin... from the first interaction that I had with the owner Ann, I knew my heart was " Home ". Ann is the kindest and sweetest person you could ever imagine and want alongside you during the planning process. When looking for a venue, it was a top priority for my now husband and I to have a venue that was dog friendly. Not just as in they were allowed in... but more so as if they were loved and WANTED there. We felt the love ann had for animals, especially dogs and we knew this was it!!! We wanted our dogs to partake in the best day of our life, and they did just that :) COMMUNICATION.. it was amazing!! Seriously, she would email back so kind and informative time after time so FAST, no matter how small or insignificant my questions were, I was always put at peace. I never ever had to stress on communication throughout the entire process, and as a bride thats all you could ever dream of. Lets talk about her decor inventory! Another of the many perks this venue has. I used her arch, tables, chairs, and lots of decor, which saved us so much money. She has an album on her venue facebook page that shows lots of her decor to check out. As we know weddings are very expensive but it was so nice to be able to use so much of her decor. She even has a greenery wall which we ended up buying a neon sign and adding it as a prop. There is also giant jenga, corn hole, you name it! The venue.. its seriously magical and sooooo beautiful. Go see it for yourself .. you will see! So many places for gorgeous pictures, my videographer and photographer had never shot at this venue and they LOVEDDD it! Also, lets mention how the venue includes a bartender and allows you to purchase and bring your own alcohol! That was yet another money saving hack! We were so happy and so happy with the bartender and drinks! Lastly, the day off the wedding. Ann and her ENTIRE team were the best " well oiled machine" is the best way to describe it. They were a power house! They all had roles and were so amazing at each. They always ensured our needs and happiness were above all. They were attentive, they were kind, and efficient. Our day ran so smoothly and it was thanks to this team. My husband and I were amazed trully about how every individual in her team was just so great!! They truly took care of us. They were a family to us and we will forever be so thankful that our paths crossed and that we chose them

I cannot express how thankful I am that we chose October Oaks for our venue. Ann and her team were the most genuine and helpful crew out there. Even with a hurricane hitting days before our wedding, she made sure she did everything she could to ensure it was on still. Our guests were so impressed with how nice the property was and the beautiful views (especially sunset). Ann as the coordinator made sure that everything went without a hitch and answered all questions we had since we did all planning by ourselves. She kept in contact with all of our vendors to make sure that there was not surprises the day of the wedding and made sure they were all at the venue when they were supposed to be. She communicated with us so well throughout the wedding and made sure we knew about everything going on and gave us multiple updates throughout the night. Our florals were canceled due to the hurricane and Meagan (Ann's daughter) kindly pulled any florals they had on site to help spruce up what we were able to find short notice. This was a life saver! We also hired Michael (Ann's husband) who owns Michael J Cuisine and what a success that was. He was so attentive and talked with all guests to ensure everyone was well fed and happy with their meals. Even weeks later, people are still talking about the food (especially his mushroom sauce!). I highly recommend hiring him for the catering. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our choice of picking October Oaks and would do so again!

Not only is this venue gorgeous, but Ann is amazing! She goes above and beyond to help make sure your day is special, perfect, and beautiful. She worked with us when COVID hit and she really helped to make sure our wedding ceremony flowed perfectly. The added suggestions to help create more amazing memorable moments, easy communication, and the execution of everything is what makes this the best venue and vendor! I can’t say enough about Ann and her team. I will say that Ann is more than just a vendor she is like family to us! Thank you for everything!

Anne and her team were outstanding! From the final walkthrough to the rehearsal to the breakdown and cleanup, she was there every step of the way with the biggest smile on her face. You can tell how passionate she is about her couples and her property! She made everyone feel like part of the family and made for an amazing atmosphere and experience for the entire wedding process. I can't say enough about how beautiful October Oaks Farm is for a wedding venue! There pricing is incredible for what you get as well. There are many different locations on the property to have your ceremony and the barn being air conditioned is a huge bonus. I have never seen a wedding venue where so much is included in the pricing. They allow you to use their items for decorations if wanted (saves a lot of money), they are so very flexible with you bringing in/using your own vendors, and the fact that the the Bridal Cabin is available all day to the bridal party makes it a very special day/time with those in your wedding party. The staff is AMAZING!!! They are so completely dedicated to making it the most special day for the wedding couple. It was a wonderful and stress free day as they took care of need, want, desire, last minute change, etc. with gracious and loving attitudes. I really can't stress enough how wonderful the staff and venue are. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Awesome Venue! Very beautiful setting, Everyone was very comfortable in a air conditioned barn. Ann (owner) made the wedding stress free because she handled every little detail. Michael J catering was superb. Staff was excellent as well. Highly recommend this venue! Thank you again Ann & Mike!

October Oaks was beyond breathtaking. They helped make the entire wedding process easy. They have several areas where you can choose to have your ceremony and have different arches as a backdrop. I was fortunate for my wedding day because Michael and Ann built a new Rockwall to add to their collection of places to take photos at. The venue had several decorations, centerpieces, cake tables, couches, props, etc., to use for Free to make the venue your own. I didn't have to worry about paying out of pocket for any of it. Ann was an outstanding wedding planner; everything went smoothly during my wedding because of her. They had provided a pamphlet with vendors in the area to help make the search easier when finding a DJ, photographer, or bakery. She made sure to talk through how the whole ceremony would go down and kept everything running on time. Ann was an absolute sweetheart and would go out of her way to make sure your wedding would be stress-free. Michael and Ann made everyone feel like family.

Everything was great best food you could have on your wedding and the venue makes everyone and anyone feel at home.

Ann and her husband Michael are absolutely amazing! We loved them from the first time we met them until the very end. They helped us the whole way through the process, gave great recommendations for vendors and helped us create our dream wedding. They helped with everything we asked, even dumb questions. They were very professional the entire time. Both Ann and Michael made sure we were taken care of the whole night. They checked on us themselves and made sure we always had a drink, food and that we were enjoying ourselves. Michael did our catering and it was amazing. People still talk about how amazing the food was. He was adorable with amazing food and great techniques. If you are thinking of having a wedding at October Oaks DO IT!

The first time my daughter and I toured the venue she fell in love with it and couldn’t say enough about how much she like Ann. After looking at other venues she said no one else was attentive to what I wanted as Ann. Every time we had a question Ann replied quickly and was so helpful. The venue and barn is beautiful and we were able to use lots of decor that is there. On the day of the wedding Ann is the day of coordinator that thinks of every little detail. As the mother of the bride before I could think of it she had done it. The team that sets up and the bar tenders were amazing. I can not say enough great things! The day was beautiful!

We were so thankful we chose October Oaks Farm for our wedding venue. Ann was so responsive and understanding, helping us to postpone without any fee or issue, not just once but three times (due to Covid and border closures)! As others have mentioned, the venue is gorgeous and allows for outside catering and alcohol to help maintain your budget. One of the biggest reasons I fell in love with this place was that I knew I wouldn't have to put much effort in decorating to make the wedding look beautiful. They have plenty of decor to borrow and the barn alone is already perfect. The team is incredible. Ann coordinated day of and really came through. It started raining 30 minutes before the outdoor ceremony was to begin and she seamlessly moved everything indoors. Many guests said that plan B seemed like plan A. The bartender Garrett was helpful and had such a good handle on maintaining our alcohol supply, organizing it so we could easily take home what was left over. The whole team came together to help make the night go smoothly. I can't recommend this venue enough! A truly beautiful location run by wonderful people.

Ann is such a joy to work with. She has and knows everything u will never think of. Her heart is into every single wedding she has. She made everything easy and stress free. She was there to answer all my questions and help in many ways. She made the process wonderful and fun. Ann response quickly every time i contacted her and she did it with care and a smile. It a feeling that she takes every wedding personally make you feel special. My wedding went off without a glitch! All my guest were very impressed!! And said they never been to a wedding that seemed so effortless and perfect

this is the best venue I have found by far!! I had a vision for my wedding to be whimsical, and Ann and Michael were able to bring it to life! Their venue is BEYOND gorgeous!! I wanted a forest wedding and they have the cutest forest nook, but they have plenty of spots for a ceremony. The area for cocktail hour was large enough to comfortably fit our 150 guests as well as the most elegant barn to fit them as well. So many people were raving about how beautiful OO is and the pictures I saw my guests post were just amazing!! Not only is the venue amazing, but Ann goes out of your way to make your day perfect and magical! She was our day of coordinator and made our day go smoothly! she was so accommodating to everything I wanted and helped allow me to bring my whimsical vision to life! She is kind, caring, and truly wants to make your day the best it can be. I can’t say thank you enough Ann!! that was the best day ever!

My daughter got married in February at October Oaks Farm. Not only is this place beautiful but the owners Ann and Michael make you feel like you have know them all your life! Ann did an amazing job as day coordinator and we used Catering by Michael her husband. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We all had an amazing time and are still getting messages of how great the wedding was. My daughter was able to have her dream wedding and this place and the owners made that happen! Can’t thank them enough!

I am reviewing as not only the Mother of the Bride, but as the planner who loves detail. My daughter got engaged in May 2018 and knew for a long time she wanted a woodsy feel to her ceremony. Between the 2 of us, we spent countless hours looking online at venues, knowing right away if they were a no, often checking out a spot 3-4x. We narrowed down our list and made a day plan to check some out in person. OO was the 1st stop and we felt the need to go no further, but did since we already had it planned. Arriving, you feel as though you are far away, and in some ways you are, from quite a bit. BUT not to far to accommodate guests staying over. The look of the venue is perfect for a photographer (my hobby and sometimes side gig) because their are NO eye sores. Ann, the owner, has looked from every angle to make sure no custom created area, on the property, has been thought about. From the cute little house covering some sort of water system, to the hidden refrigerator in the bridal cabin. Fast forward to 2020, and the year for the wedding. All during this crazy time, Ann was an organized, responsive, calm in my storm. She goes above and beyond, understanding your vision and making sure it happens. Although I hired some “day of” assistance, Ann did most of that job. She understood my need to control some things, and my desire to be a part of others, while encouraging me to enjoy the day with my daughter. What I loved about the day was the options of not having to stay in a stuffy room. The ceremony location was a dream! PERFECT! The cocktail hour area was accommodating to everyone, and made people less worried about social distancing because they were outside and could move about. The reception area, my daughter wanted farmhouse style long tables. We ended up with 3 rows of 5 tables end to end for guests. We had plenty of room between the rows and, if we had to, enough room to dance inside if needed. It was not. Outside we had a photo area using OO stock - a beautiful couch, 2 chairs, a rug and our triangle arch that my husband made. When the night was ending, a number of people mentioned the stars. The stars! The sky was lit with the brightest stars! Oh and we had 3 deer show up, 1 during cocktail hour and 2 shortly after, just roaming the field (my little nephew said they were on the “hill”). Ann was amazing. In the time since we booked the venue and had the wedding, improvements were made and I didn’t even think any were needed. The bar was rebuilt, new doors made for the bride to walk through, the landscaping changed. Things that I saw as enough, Ann and her husband saw as an area they could make better. Speaking of her husband, see him for the most AMAZING, talked about food (he is the famous Michael you may read about in many other reviews). I cannot say enough about this venue and although it has only been a few days since the 11/14/20 wedding, so many, and I mean so many, guests said it was the best spot - wedding they have been to. I cannot agree more.

We fell in love with this venue as well as Ann and her husband Michael immediately!! I can't imagine getting married anywhere else! Ann, Michael and their team are the most compassionate and beautiful souls! They took what seemed like an impossible vision and made it a reality!

There are not enough words to describe how great Ann and Michael are! Ann made the wedding planning experience incredibly easy! The day of she took care of all the small details I was worried about. Michael was our caterer and stepped in to be our officiant at the last minute! Michael did an awesome job during the ceremony and the food was amazing!! All of our guest complimented how great the food was! You can’t not go wrong at this venue! They are such a great family! I say family because even their family is involved on the big day! All of our friends and family loved Travis as the bartender! Ann’s son in law was so helpful driving us around for pictures and asking if we needed anything! The catering staff were awesome as well! They came out during pictures to see if we would like hors d’oeuvres. You can not go wrong with october oaks! Amazing venue, gorgeous views, and great people!

From the beginning to the end Ann and Michael are there to answer your questions and walk you through the process. I can honestly say I had my dream wedding at this unbelievably beautiful venue. Don't waste money on a day of coordinator especially since Ann is there and knows the place better then anyone. I might have been asked 2 questions all day otherwise Ann took care of it all. She was sure to be on time and if any deviation at all in the timeline she was sure to figure it out. It was all a dream from the planning to the day of. I would recommend this venue to any bride that is looking for the perfect outdoor/barn wedding. I felt like I was apart of their family the whole time and especially with COVID Ann was sure to keep in touch often and let us know their plans. I was never stressed or worried because she always had a plan. We are so grateful we were able to get married in this beautiful place! 10/10 recommend October Oaks.

The moment we got out of the car and onto the property, my fiancé and I felt and instant peace. The venue is on a large property where you can’t hear the traffic and you can see the stars at night. We toured several places before coming to October Oaks and Ann, the owner, was the only one talked about the wedding in terms of the beginning of our marriage — and I could just instantly tell that she cared so much about making sure our wedding would be wonderful. The venue itself is beautiful and elegant, but to me what sets October Oaks apart is Ann. She is so kind, and thoughtful but boy does she run a tight ship. I am super type A, but felt totally confident that Ann had everything under control. Her and her family genuinely care about the couples that get married here. I cannot say enough good things about October Oaks.

October Oaks is by far the most amazing wedding venue. From the first meeting, to returning for friends weddings, Mrs Ann and Mr Michael make you feel apart of the October Oaks family every time. Mrs Ann is caring, informative, and extremely organized; she will help you EVERY step of the way. Mr Michael is the most amazing caterer, a year later people are still talking about our wedding food. We will forever be grateful for October Oaks, and the Mather’s Family!!!

I am an October Oaks bride and proud of it! This place is not just a venue it’s a family and you feel it! They make you feel like they are there for you and whatever your needs are they are there to meet them! Ann and Michael are the sweetest, most genuine people you will ever come into contact with! Honestly this was our 2nd venue we toured and everyone... I mean everyone that came with us, my husband, my parents and his parents fell completely in love with the venue and Ann right away! We wanted to keep our wedding close to home and this venue was an hour or so away but my groom and I knew this was it!!! Ann is very personality A, she answered all our questions and put our wonders at ease with her words and her actions! Anything we wanted was up for trying and working out! She made the best suggestions for us that we would have never thought to ask. We chose her husband Michael at Michaels cuisines for our caterer after our tasting! Not only was the food amazing... everyone at our wedding raved about the food but he was the best to work with! He was very accommodating and he felt like an uncle to me! We were in contact about the food and ever changing numbers and any questions or changes I had. I truly cannot say enough about October Oaks! They make you feel like family and never make you feel like a price tag. From letting you use their decor to opening up their venue to let you see what decor works for you! I would recommend this venue to any bride that wants their dream wedding to come to life with the most amazing group of people you could ever imagine!! Nothing but love radiates from the family at October Oaks! When considering a venue you would be doing yourself and injustice to not meet Ann and Michael and see their venue!!

I don't have enough words to express how incredible this venue and this family are. We visited the venue 2 years before our wedding and I knew it was THE ONE. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, the owners are some of the most genuine and selfless people I've met. There are so many beautiful ceremony spots, you are for sure to find a place that fits your vision. The barn was perfectly set up for cocktails, dinner, and dancing. Everything about the venue was PERFECT. Ann and Michael are so welcoming to their guests and treating everyone as family. Ann was quick to respond to emails and answered all questions that I had. She also let me visit the venue a few times between booking and the wedding so I could show it off to my family and bridesmaids. Michael was our caterer and I couldn't be more pleased with how it all turned out. Our guests still make it a point to mention his food when talking about our wedding. Michael was also quick with emails and helped with perfecting our menu. He even helped with last minute dietary restrictions. Having my wedding at this venue and working with this family is a major highlight of my wedding, you won't regret choosing October Oaks for your wedding.

When Tim and I first set foot on the land October Oaks sits on we knew it was where we would be married. The serenity of the space and the warmth and gentle kindness Ann shared with us as she showed us her beautiful property was something you just don’t feel in many venues (we did not feel it anywhere else we visited)! Coupled with that it was clear Ann really knew and cared about how each wedding she hosts is run. The level of thought put into all the of the details throughout the bridal cabin and barn makes for such an elevated yet grounded event, just what we were going for on such a special occasion. Tim and I are huge lovers of Mother Earth and Ann and Michael were completely open to working with us to achieve a wedding that was in alignment with our desire to tread lightly and reduce waste. I cannot praise them or this space enough. Oh, and Michaels’ cuisine was a huge hit. Delicious.

Wow. Where to begin. We got married on Saturday, 2.9.19, and I wanted to review as soon as possible to give this wonderful venue a glowing review. Ann and Michael are the most generous, kind, and loving venue owners you could ever meet. From the first tour, to the four week meeting, to the rehearsal, to the day-of, Ann (who coordinates day-of) was there every step of the way. She responds quickly to emails; no question is too silly! They made us feel like we were the only bride and groom they worked with- never felt like we were just another couple. Ann made sure the day ran perfectly and it did. Michael’s catering was raved about at our wedding, and he was so easy to work with and made everything so seamless. With Ann and Michael, there was NO worries about how the day ran. It was perfect. They made sure to say goodbye and we made new friends during this whole process. Now, to the actual venue. It. Is. Stunning. As soon as we drove into OO, we knew it was the one. Our guests raved how beautiful it is. It truly felt like a dream. Ann also has a lot of wonderful decor that you are able to use, which saved us a lot of money! You are also able to bring your own alcohol as well!!! I felt like a princess that day in the special bridal suite tiny house for my bridesmaids and I. Wish I could say even more, but all I can say is, please book October Oaks for your wedding. It was everything we ever dreamed. Thank you, Ann and Michael! We love you guys!

Where do I start? I can’t imagine having had my wedding anywhere else. Not only is October Oaks the most GORGEOUS outdoor venue in Florida but, you also get to work with the owner/day of coordinator Ann, who is the sweetest woman you’ll ever meet. Her and her husband, Michael, own and built (by hand) this incredible barn and will give you the wedding more amazing than you can imagine. From day one Ann was so approachable and so incredibly knowledgable. I planned my wedding without a wedding planner and I would have been lost if it weren’t for her. I emailed her countless times over the course of my two year planning process and each time she was so prompt, helpful, and kind in her responses. She and Michael have thought of everything in creating this venue and it is absolutely stunning. Not only that but from the time of our rehearsal the night before to the moment we left at the end of our reception they took care of everything and not a single detail was forgotten. Our entire wedding day went off without a hitch, which I thought would be impossible. You can feel how much they truly care about each couple and each wedding and it shows in their beautiful work. Ann, Michael, and their wonderful venue, October Oaks, are truly the best at what they do and I could not recommend them more highly!

It’s so hard to put into words just how incredible our experience was with October Oaks was. My husband and I just got married there on December 7th. Since the first day we looked at the venue, we were in love! It’s a beautiful scenery with a majestic and romantic barn that you can tell the owners put a lot of love in. Speaking of the owners, Michael and Ann Mather are truly gems. They were so helpful through the whole wedding process and such wonderful people. When you are there, you feel like family. They both did everything in their power to ensure that our wedding ran smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about anything. I HIGHLY recommend October Oaks for any coupe looking for a wedding venue. We will never forget our wedding day, but also, we will never forget our experience with the Mathers. P.S: If you do end up booking with them, you HAVE to have Michael cater your wedding. I was the DJ for our friends' daughter's wedding at October Oaks in December 2015. The location is storybook charming with open pasture and gorgeous oak trees. The barn is custom built for events (A/C, heat, and rustic decorated restrooms!) and even has chandeliers. The owners are also phenomenal chefs and served up a delicious dinner for 200 people. And I appreciated the dance floor strung with Edison lights as the music went up and the sun went down. Who knew such a country gem was so close to Orlando?

My daughter’s wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to this beautifully built and wonderfully run venue. Ann and Michael were a dream to work with and I can’t thank them enough for providing such stellar service and delicious food. It was the most delicious wedding food I have ever had. I can’t wait for several years down the road when my next two daughters are ready to be married because they want to have their weddings here too! Love love this place!❤

Two things you should know about October Oaks. First, this is a family-run business that puts your happiness above all else. You can feel confident that your budget and your vision remain intact, but also that these professionals will guide you every step of the way. (And the food is AMAZING!) Second, the location can't be beat. It has everything you need for your special pictures - water, trees, elegance, fun - whatever look your trying for, the location (and owners) can create it. My husband and I got married at October Oaks and our whole day was beyond perfect. Michael and Ann have thought of everything a bride and groom, families included, could possibly want for their big day. When we relive our wedding night, we both remember how attentive Ann was and how much fun Michael had while catering our wedding. They added such a great presence to our party and we couldn’t have picked a better venue or couple to have memories with for the rest of our lives. Hands down the best venue for any wedding or event! Would highly recommend!

We got married at October Oaks on March 3rd, 2018. And I still can't believe how beautiful everything turned out. Ann and Michael went above and beyond our expectations and we will be forever grateful for making our day so special. Their commitment to excellence and making the couple happy was noticed from the very beginning. Ann and Michael are kind, patient, and truly want your day to be perfect! I loved how the whole October Oaks team made us feel like family! The property is absolutely breath taking! I also loved being able to get ready on the property in the bridal suite. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day!

I attended a wedding in October at October Oaks. The venue was well kept, beautiful and clean! The staff was friendly and everything was well organized and exactly how it should be! One of my favorite parts was the sparkler ceremony at the end! There is plenty of room and the owners allow for the bride and groom to personalize their wedding according to their liking. The food was delicious especially the creamy mushroom gravy! The bartender was very nice although I think he could have used an extra hand at times! The officiant was very personable and it made for a special ceremony! All in all I would highly recommend this venue to future bride and grooms

The October Oaks wedding venue was awesome!! Better than supergood!! It offers a gorgeous setting, a barn built and designed prrrfectly for a wedding , and the owners are servant leaders with the Bride and Groom’s best interest in mind!! October Oaks made me feel instantly like family the moment I stepped onto their property. The venue is like a dream and the team behind the venue make your wedding experience everything you could want. They go above and beyond for their bride and groom and they truly are there to give you your dream wedding. I can not speak highly enough of my experience with October Oaks and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, southern wedding!

Where do I begin?! Wonderful staff, Ann & Mike are AMAZING! They are super sweet and very organized on every detail for the day of! The venue is stunning, plenty of spots to say "I Do" around the property. My wedding turned out simply amazing with the help of Ann and Mike! The bridal suite is so cute and very accommodating; the pond adds the perfect touch to the cocktail hour and the market lights over the dance floor makes it feel so romantic! The price is very reasonable for everything you get and all the help you get from Ann! It's off the main road so it's quiet and peaceful, so I recommend October Oaks to EVERYONE! I haven't seen any pictures of other weddings out there that weren't gorgeous! I seriously give October Oaks 100/10!

October Oaks is an absolutely amazing venue! Ann and Michael Mather go out of their way to make sure your day is everything and more that you've dreamed it to be. Extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. They are genuine and kind and make you feel like you are family. The venue is gorgeous! Spacious for big or small weddings and it is the perfect combination of classy, romantic and rustic. The bridal cabin is so fun to spend the day getting ready with your girls. Bring... in lunch and just relax! So many options for ceremony sites throughout the property and of course the barn is absolutely breathtaking and makes for a perfect reception! We are so blessed to have had our wedding here and HIGHLY recommend booking them for any couple looking for the perfect place to have their wedding. I wish we could go back and replay this night over and over! It was a truly magical evening! Thank you October Oaks for making our day unforgettable!!!

Where to begin? There are so many things to positively say about this venue and even more so about Ann and Michael. I may be biased, but to say the day was perfect is an understatement. The venue was breathtaking, well kept, and made for the most gorgeous photos I've ever seen. We used Michael's catering company and are STILL getting comments on how incredible the food was months later. It was delectable. Ann is a warm soul who genuinely cares about every single wedding and every single bride. She never rushed us, was overly responsive, and truly was present in every aspect of our wedding. She is a light and we are still thanking the universe for finding her. October Oaks was the first venue we visited and I knew the second I pulled in it was the one. We visited a few venues afterwards just for fun and there were endless restrictions that October Oaks didn't have. We were able to do our sparkler exit, bring our own alcohol, etc. That alone saved us thousands. We cannot recommend this venue enough. It's a special thing to have been married here and I welcome you to this club! It's a day to never forget and one that still brings tears of joy to my eyes.

We recently got married there and our experience could not have been any better! Ann (the owner) and her staff were fully dedicated to making sure each planned event during the course of the day went off without a hitch. And when it rained on our wedding day they made the adjustments so seamlessly that it felt like it was planned! I have worked in the food service industry for almost 15 years and Ann’s husband Michael is one of the best caterers we’ve ever experienced! He and his team made sure that we, the bride and groom, were able to experience and enjoy every single bite of the selections we made for all of our guests! Throughout our wedding day our guests would not stop complementing us about how good the food was! Some of our guests said they had been to many weddings but never actually tasted good ‘wedding food’. October oaks farm is one of the best family owned and operated venues for any event, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a big event or even something small.

I fell in love with this venue from the get go and just had to book it. The owners are a husband and wife team that felt like family throughout the whole process.
