Before Chef Ted headed into a kitchen full-time he helped oversee the front-of-the-house at our award-winning restaurant. Other than food his focus was wine-oriented as well as being customer-centric. When we work weddings together there are four pairs of eyes to ensure everyone's needs are being met, and being naturally gregarious, Ted is warm and welcoming to all guests. We step in wherever help is needed, striving to make your event glitchless!

portion felt somewhat lacking. There wasn’t much guidance on timelines or when certain tasks should be completed, so I often figured things out myself. I was okay with this, but it may be challenging for couples who are seeking more structure. Perhaps a pre-scheduled check-in calls and a clear planning timeline would be helpful so couples know what to expect.
On the wedding day itself, everything ran smoothly, Linda has great expertise in running the agenda of the day and her husband was a helpful addition as well.

My “partial planning” and “day‑of coordination” services were designed primarily to manage and execute the plans couples have already put in place, rather than provide full‑service planning from the very beginning. That said, I always want clients to feel guided and cared for, and I’m sorry if that distinction or the level of support wasn’t as clear as it should have been.
Your feedback is very helpful, and I will be incorporating more structure going forward, so couples know exactly what to expect.

everal great ideas to make our day amazing. They are local Vermonters so they had insider information on many local vendors that we ended using and were super happy with. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about or do anything, as Linda and Ted had planned the day to be perfect for us to enjoy rather than worry about. We barely knew they were there but they did so much to help with vendor communication and timing to make our day perfect. I could not recommend them enough.

our day and ensured we thought through everything from the order of our ceremony to who was setting out the favors. Once the plan was in place, Linda helped us execute it perfectly on the day of! She reviewed rental orders and made sure everything was correct (we would have had 72 extra spoons without her sharp eye for detail). Her hosting instincts are impeccable. She's unflappable in the face of pressure. She's charming and clam. She's exactly who you need on your team as you plan and execute your wedding!
