Oh Hello was started by Amanda and Jessica after a conversation revealed they both had experience in and a passion for wedding planning. Since "wedding" their experience, the team has grown to include an additional planner and six additional coordinators, who all receive intense training and continuing education to ensure consistency and success.
While Oh Hello initially grew in Northeast Ohio, we have expanded to Amanda's home turf on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We have produced incredible weddings in both regions, as well as the low country and even Lake Como, Italy.

We truly cannot recommend Oh Hello enough!! We booked them for month-of coordinating and design, and Amanda + her team went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect! She took our minimal design ideas and created the perfect look/vibe for our dream wedding. When it came to planning, Amanda kept us on track and helped us plan the small details we didn’t think about. She gave us great advice and did a phenomenal job coordinating with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about small details the month of our wedding. She took away so much stress and the day wouldn’t have run so smooth without them. Amanda and her team were there the day of and made sure we were on schedule and everything felt seamless and perfect because of them. Do yourself a favor and book Oh Hello if you’re on the fence - it was the best decision we made during wedding planning :)
We used Oh Hello's coordinating service at our wedding on August 3, 2024. Our coordinator, Jess, was extremely on top of things and so easy to work with. We live out-of-state, so I was planning everything from far away, and she made it very easy to navigate timelines, budgets, and everything else. On the day of, I was able to truly enjoy our day because I knew she had things handled. Working with Jess and Oh Hello was easily some of the best money we spent during our wedding!
We loved working with Jess L! She ensured all of our wedding visions came true and thought of details we didn't even know we had missed. The detailed timeline she created for our wedding day was not only helpful for us, but all of our vendors, as well. She was always quick to respond and was so kind and fun to work with! We would highly recommend Oh Hello for your wedding coordination needs!
I cannot recommend Oh Hello, Amanda, and her wonderful team enough! My husband and I brought on Oh Hello to help plan our wedding in November of 2023, and it was the best wedding planning decision we made! Oh Hello’s services go above and beyond “event planning”. From the monthly planning calls for the better part of the year, to linen appointments, floral appointments, and venue walkthroughs, to coordinating with vendors to come up with a detailed day-of timeline, to managing a crisis that arose when no one from my wedding venue showed up on the day of my rehearsal, Amanda and her team at Oh Hello were there for my husband and I through it all! Thank you Amanda and team for making our wedding day dreams come true!!

Hiring Oh Hello to coordinate our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made, and I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for an organized and professional team. Jess and Molly were amazing to work with- I consider myself Type A but the timeline they put together was so detailed and seamless I could never have done it myself. On the wedding day, they went above and beyond in making sure everything went according to plan and I really felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing with them there. They constantly checked on us to make sure we were taken care of with food, drinks, etc. which we very much appreciated! Also, months after our wedding, we had some issues with our photographer that Amanda stepped in and helped us out with! You can tell that they are so passionate about what they do and really care about the couples they work with. Thank you so much for everything Oh Hello!!!
5/5 stars is not enough for Oh hello Event planning. Hands down, the very BEST decision I made was hiring Oh Hello for my month of coordination. We consider ourselves lucky to have been assigned to Jess L for our coordinator. From the very first meeting, to the wedding day, and even after, Jess was an absolute gem to work with. She made the entire process FUN and stress free. I did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding, and every detail was executed to perfection. A seamless timeline was created, all vendor communication handled, and she ensured my vision was brought to life.
Jess L is not only an exceptional wedding coordinator, but the sweetest human ever. She will bend over backwards to ensure the most perfect day for her couples and be your personal hype woman the entire time. If you are even remotely considering hiring a wedding coordinator, just do it!!! Thank you times a million to all of Oh Hello and to our ‘little Jess’!
we did set up and tear down and it was the best decision ever. we had several meetings leading up and they took exactly what I was picturing and made it happen. they made everything so easy, we brought the decorations and left and when we came back it was all set up beautifully. at the end of the night they did the full tear down and loaded everything into our uhaul and sent everything that needed sent with someone with who it all needed to be sent with.
Our wedding day was better than we imagined it could be and went off without a hitch and that was all to do with Kelsey, Jessica, and the Oh Hello team! Not only did they put up with our awkwardness and indecisiveness, they were patient, kind, and went above and beyond to always get answers we needed and take care of us. The first thing I will do when someone I know gets engaged is recommend their coordination services - we simply would not have had a wedding without them! Not only did they create our schedule/timeline and coordinate with all of our other vendors, they were always there with suggestions and answers to any and all of our questions when getting down to the wire. Day of, Kelsey was SO attentive not only to my husband and I, but also our families and bridal party - she thought of and took care of everything for us. We were able to truly enjoy our day because we had her and the team there to help with everything! I would highly recommend fitting at least their coordination into your wedding budget - you will not regret it!

Amanda and her team were beyond wonderful helping us plan our wedding. Amanda was always on top of everything, extremely organized and so fun to work with. Amanda made every part of the experience easy and exciting. She was such a helpful resource to us as we were planning and always made us feel special and listened to all of my families input. We can not say enough good things about this company. In particularly the staff. We worked with Jessica who kept the train on the tracks the whole time. Cooper was our captain and took care of all our needs throughout the night.
In the beginning of our process I didn't think we needed any help planning. I was wrong, they think of everything. Attention to detail, there ability to spot potential problems and resolve them quickly and they packed up all the items our guests forgot and got them to us the next day. They even mentioned there maybe a few no call, no show guests which I thought was ridiculous, but we ended up having more than a handful and they handled like pros. By the time the dinner started we didn't even notice they weren't there. This team of people were incredible.
Everything was absolutely perfect for our big day. The DJ was phenomenal, we have pictures of our 5 year old niece spinning the hits throughout the night (he had a lot of patience LOL.)
The bartenders crushed it. We had approximately 200 people at the wedding and I didn't wait in line once. At one point we had the bartenders bring cases of beer to the dance floor as the DJ played Thunderstruck. Apparently it is a drinking song and all the college/older kids indulged. (WE Got Video)!!!
The set up was outstanding as they had both our initials and date of the wedding projected on the wall. Ive never seen so many gorgeous flowers either. They had them positioned on the table perfectly so they didn't interfere with the crosstalk happening at the tables.
We asked for the Photo Booth and it was a fantastic option. 1000's of photos were taken of all our family and friends on our big day.
I would be remised if I didn't say something about the food, it was outstanding. The dinner and the late night snacks, they even gave us and our guests to go boxes at the end of the night.
If your thinking about getting married definitely give Jessica a call, you won't be disappointed.
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Oh Hello Event Planning! Working with Jess was amazing, and she truly made our day run seamlessly! She is kind, professional, organized, and wonderful at what she does! I would rate this company 1000 stars if I could! It was so wonderful to have help with planning, the rehearsal, set up, and anything you could think of the day of our wedding! We worked with Jessica to plan our wedding and she was a DREAM! Not only did she make the lead up and planning process as seamless as possible but she is just so reassuring and calming in her professional demeanor overall. Her energy is exactly what you need throughout the stress of wedding planning. Even when she was on vacation, either her or Amanda were so quick to respond to any and all issues or questions!
The day of the wedding itself, it was even more apparent how right the choice was to hire Oh Hello. Everything went so smoothly and throughout the day myself and my husband had the utmost peace of mind because we knew Jessica was on top of everything. Being able to direct questions to her was such a gift to both us and our parents as well. It made our day that much better that everyone was able just to enjoy!

Jess was the absolutely perfect wedding coordinator. The day went so smooth and she thought of every detail. She worked with all of the vendors to make sure that my husband and I could focus on having fun with our family and friends. I would 100% recommend Oh Hello. We booked them for their month of coordination. They were incredibly helpful with building a timeline, contacting and confirming details with vendors, reviewing contracts, and providing advice. Amanda was so easy to work with and responsive in a timely manner. She’s professional and kind. I had little to no stress leading up to the wedding because of her. Additionally, Amanda's presence and organization took the load off any tasks that normally would’ve fallen on our families. I was curious/ hesitant if I wanted to set aside the money for a wedding coordinator but I’m SO happy we did and I’d recommend it to all brides. I was able to enjoy our wedding a lot more than if we hadn’t hired her.
Jessica was so wonderful to work with. Whatever I needed, she was able to execute on. I could not have handled everything I was supposed to do for our wedding if it wasn’t for her - she was on top of every detail and curated a wonderful timeline for the day of. My now-husband and I were both extremely busy the whole year of our engagement and were looking for full service wedding planning. We are an out of town couple, and I was really impressed that Amanda and Jess made the effort to meet me in person on the one day that I was in town for our first meeting. Once we met, it was clear that Oh Hello Event Planning would be an excellent choice to plan our special day! We primarily worked with Amanda, and she was wonderful throughout the whole process, especially with communication and follow-up. I thought I'd be a pretty easy going bride, but it turns out that just meant it was very hard for me to make decisions! Also, being very busy, we tended to let a lot of emails slide, so Amanda's communication and follow through with us kept everything on track and was very much noticed and appreciated. She was so patient with us throughout the process. We felt very listened to during the vendor selection process, and all of the vendors that we chose were outstanding. Oh Hello used the Honeybook software for communication during our wedding planning process, which was nice because you could easily find threads of conversation and any contracts or vendor agreements all in one place. We also contracted Oh Hello to help plan our rehearsal dinner, which was a wonderful start to our wedding weekend. On the day of our wedding, Amanda and her team made us feel perfectly at ease, and the day went beautifully. If you are on the fence about full service planning, just do it, because your peace of mind is worth it, and Oh Hello definitely gave that to us before the biggest day of our lives. Our experience with Oh Hello was phenomenal. We started working with Jess about 6 months out from our wedding. Even though we had a month of planner, she was there for us throughout the entire planning process. We loved our detailed phone calls and timeline that she helped us to create, and how she helped us think through all of the small and large details. Overall, Jess and Oh Hello helped our day run smoothly and seamlessly. We can’t recommend them enough.
If you're questioning whether or not you need a month-of coordinator... DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica and she truly made our day come to life. My husband originally said he didn't think we would need something like this, and the day after our wedding he said he couldn't imagine not having them!
Jessica spent so much time with us, helping to put together every last detail. From the itineraries, to the coordination of all of our vendors, and even being an ear for me to vent to, she was my lifeline the month of the wedding. She was so helpful in setting things up the day of (she even took a full car load of our things the night before), put our cake, gifts, and belongings back in our room so that we didn't need to worry about it... and all of the phone calls & texts we shared before the big day which helped me SO MUCH to feel calm and prepared. Hiring Oh Hello as our month of coordinator was worth every penny! Jessica was extremely organized and alleviated all of my stress on the day of our wedding, as well as the weeks leading up to it. She created a very detailed timeline and coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. On the day of the wedding she ensured the ceremony began on time and then headed off to our venue to set up everything beautifully! Booking Oh hello Event Planning , specifically Jessica as our wedding planner was the best decision and investment we made towards our wedding. From start to finish Jessica walked me through every detail that we needed to plan. She was extremely organized and was able to act quickly when last minute changes needed to be made. She had a very good vendor base to choose from and always provided her professional expertise when necessary. Stop what you are doing and book Oh Hello right this very moment. We worked with Amanda and her team from September 2021 through our wedding in November 2022 and I cannot emphasize enough how incredible of a job they all did. They made our wedding planning process so easy and fun and were always happy to hop on calls for even the silliest of questions. Amanda is prompt, knowledgeable, and as we were a couple with very little vision, she crushed it with the bare bones we gave her to make the most amazing wedding. We got so many rave reviews on the reception room design and the flow of the day - all from Amanda's recommendations! We cannot recommend her and the Oh Hello team enough and we will sing their praises truly forever. We joked that Amanda was the most important person on our wedding day and honestly, it doesn't feel like a joke to us because of all the ways she made our big day special and easy for us.
Oh Hello was a great hire for us! Noelle and Amanda were very helpful in the final month of planning. They kept us moving and made sure that everything went smoothly. The timeline was great, their communication with our vendors was wonderful and having them to set up and tear down was a great help! They are definitely there to help and support. All night beyond being on top of everything Noelle checked in on me multiple times! Loved working with Oh Hello!
I wish I could give Amanda and Oh Hello 1,000,000 stars! This group is the real deal. I have told other brides, if you are on a tight budget, FIND the money to hire a coordinator, particularly Oh Hello. Get a side hustle, borrow the money, whatever it takes! Amanda was the reason I was able to confidently say I was not stressed leading up to my wedding day. The timeline she created was priceless and alone is worth hiring Oh Hello. They manage every little detail leading up to the big day and help put you at EASE. You spend so much time and money dedicated to this day, and as the bride and groom, it would be impossible to truly enjoy that time if you're consumed with these small details leading up to your wedding and particularly during your wedding. They also had our entire wedding packed up/cleaned up at the end of the night which also was worth it's weight in gold. Hand it over to Oh Hello-- they are experts. They were the best decision we could have possibly made!

Amanda and the entire Oh Hello team were fabulous to work with for our wedding coordination. Amanda was incredibly organized, and her calmness really helped keep my anxiety at bay! She was always available to answer questions and I loved having access to the group of other clients to ask questions of, get recommendations, etc. It was also really great that Amanda had a lot of well-established relationships with the vendors we hired. I'm SO glad we hired a day-of coordinator and I was so so so impressed with Oh Hello.
Amanda and Alexa were absolute rockstars during our entire wedding planning process! I don't know how the day would've gone as smooth as it did without them both. They both were so responsive and helpful, even when I had lots of questions throughout my planning process. The day of our wedding, Alexa's calm personality helped me out and eased any worries I had. We had a small snafu with one of our roses for the church and Alexa immediately helped out and used glue to put it back together right in time! If you want peace of mind on such an important day, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Oh Hello to help you out!
Oh my gosh, where do I even begin?! Amanda was the absolute best. We are from out of state and she made everything so easy and always made me feel at ease. She was SO responsive and literally nothing fell through the cracks. The coordinator at our venue had to leave last minute due to a medical emergency and Amanda, without pause, stepped in and ran the show. When I say we couldn’t have done it without her, we really couldn’t have. Hiring Oh Hello was our best decision!!!
When you are planning a wedding you make 100,000 decisions. I can confidently say that hiring Oh Hello! was one of the best decisions that I made. In the months leading up to my wedding, Amanda’s responsiveness to my many questions was unmatched. The timeline that she built was so incredibly detailed and made me feel confident that the event would flow seamlessly. Amanda’s thoroughness while communicating with my many vendors during the month of my wedding made me feel so supported. Everyone always warns you that “things will go wrong”. They definitely did. Amanda handled all of the curveballs that were thrown at us with grace, poise, swiftness, and professionalism. Wow!! I can’t say enough good about Oh Hello Event Planning. When we first started planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted to do most of the planning and design work on our own but we wanted someone to help with coordination the wedding weekend. We got that and more. Alexa was our coordinator and I couldn’t recommend her more. She was so pleasant to be around and had every detail of the day organized. From set up to tear down, she took care of everything that we asked her to do and then some! We even had a few hiccups and she was on top of them finding a solution before it even became a problem.

Amanda, our planner, was instrumental in helping me crystallize my vision into a mood board and help select the absolute perfect vendors to make it happen. Jessica was amazing. We didn't need all that much help but she made sure everything was set up and it was done beautifully! She had table numbers, gift box and other items that we were able to rent which were beautiful. I let he place candles and items however she felt it looked best and everything was beautiful. At the end of the night, she boxed everything up and there was virtually nothing left for me to do. Thank you so much for your help! I couldn't have asked for more.
Book Oh Hello ASAP! Amanda helped me deliver the bridal shower and wedding of my dreams. I had many guests coming up to us telling us that it was the best wedding that they have EVER been to.
Right from the first phone call, I could tell that Amanda was involved. She has a calm but confident personality, and she was always available no matter what. I never felt like she was in it for the business or the money. She gave the BEST recommendations for vendors, and I absolutely adored each and every one of them. Her organization skills are top notch, and she could whip together an excel sheet in her sleep. She was frequently working behind the scenes on tasks that I was never even involved in, which really helped cut down the stress of wedding planning.
On the day of the wedding, I truly felt like she and her team (Jessica, Natalie, Kristen) had everything under control so I could enjoy the day. We had an issue with the heat and our wedding cake. Jessica immediately went to work fixing it, assuring that we didn’t have to be bothered with fixing it or worry about it. You could not even tell there was ever an issue. It was amazing and we couldn’t have done it without her.

Oh Hello Event planning helped me navigate not only one, but two weddings! The pandemic forced my husband and I to change our big wedding plans last minute and have a 20 person wedding with a new venue, timetable, and new vendors while pushing our original plans back a year. Amanda jumped right into action and helped me contact all my vendors and organized all my new details! She completely handled the rehearsal, ceremony, and planning for our wedding which gave my husband and I so much relief on our special day! The next year Amanda set me up with Kaitlyn and helped with the second wedding as much as she could. Kaitlyn was just as amazing and truly put so much time into making sure our wedding day was completely how we envisioned it. I was so so lucky to have these two rockstars/ fair godmothers with me on my second wedding day! They truly took the stress off of me and my husband so we could enjoy both of our weddings. On our wedding days, they were always there to see what they could do to keep us cool, calm, and collected. We felt so supported and relieved to have them handle all of our details and any and all behind the scenes dealings. Hiring Oh Hello for my two weddings was one of my best wedding decisions! They are so supportive, they have amazing communication skills, and you can rely on them to make your day organized, relaxed, and all around perfect! I can't thank theses women enough!
We never imagined hiring a wedding planner. However, that is exactly what we ended up doing when planning a wedding during a pandemic started to become a bigger challenge than expected. I originally hired Amanda with Oh Hello for month of coordination and for help organizing my rehearsal dinner. After, flurries of emails became too daunting while also trying to work full time I quickly hired Amanda to finish the planning. It was hands down the best wedding investment we made.
Amanda was kind, calming, supportive, optimistic (which is what this pessimist needed), honest and trustworthy. It was like having my best friend plan my wedding. She was always a few steps ahead of me. She would let me vent and kept the utmost confidence with everything we discussed. She would listen and quickly send me an email or a txt with options on how she could help/resolve an issue. When she arrived at the venue on the day of the wedding I felt an immediate sense of relief because I knew everything was going to be taken care of professionally and perfectly. There are too many things she did to help, but here are a few exceptional examples:
1. The week of the wedding we had a hiccup with coordinating multiple moving parts with delivery and transport of a large mirror and arranging the calligraphy for said mirror for the seating chart. I reached out to Amanda she had a solution within minutes. After talking and coordinating with the 2 vendors she sent me a txt saying it was handled. She kept me out of all of the messaging because she knew my anxiety couldn’t handle much more that week.
2. On Monday after the wedding I realized I forgot to locate and return a few items to vendors. I was already on the plane to our honeymoon. I quickly reach out to Amanda just and just as usual she said “No worries!” she would take care of it.

I will always recommend to my friends that a coordinator is essential for your wedding day!!!! Katie and Oh Hello Event Planning were SO amazing and I could not speak enough praise. From the reminder checklist emails, to phone calls with Katie going over our extremely detailed timeline, to many many last minute changes, she was amazing and so helpful through it all. We had an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour planned/set up until we saw on radar that we were going to get rained on. Katie was able to instruct everyone to move everything to cover before the rain hit and we started setting up our backup plan. The rain stopped a few minuted before the ceremony was planned to start and she was able to have everything back in it's original place so we could continue with an outside ceremony...and it was PERFECT! She was able to keep the night rolling and it all went so smoothly. It was so nice getting to work with a friend and I'm so thankful for all her help!!!! 10/10 would recommend😍
Choosing Oh Hello was the best decision that we made in the wedding planning process! Amanda did the BEST job! I honestly have no idea how people plan a wedding without her! Amanda went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect for our wedding including last minute getting a chalk marker to make sure one of the signs looked flawless. The list of vendors that Oh Hello recommends was also a life saver - we had the best team for the entire day and it would not have been possible without Oh Hello Event Planning! I'm so grateful for this service and you definitely won't regret using them!
I cannot say enough good things about working with Oh Hello, and especially Alexa, who saved the day when we had unforeseen issues come up at our reception that were beyond her and our control! From the very start of our planning process, the Oh Hello team was so organized, flexible, kind and professional. We just needed some help with day-of coordination, and they worked with us to customize a package that met our needs and fit our budget. They checked in regularly to help with our planning timeline and scheduled meetings to align on final details. They stuck with us through a COVID postponement and plenty of other changes along the way. When things got a bit chaotic at the reception, Alexa was flexible to stay for an extra 2+ hours to problem solve and take care of our guests and us. She was incredibly kind and helpful the entire time - and I'm sure she took care of issues behind the scenes that we didn't even know about. I am so lucky that I found Oh Hello! I wasn't sure if I needed a day of coordinator but I am sooooo happy we ended up doing it and wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else. Alexa from the start of the planning process made sure we had everything we needed. There were so many things that I didn't even think about when it came to the wedding day but she brought up every detail and put it all together. Alexa communicated with all the vendors and put together a day of timeline. She was on top of everything from the ceremony rehearsal through the entire wedding day and made sure all the details we talked about were in place. We had some unexpected things happen during the wedding reception and she was always checking on us to make sure we were doing okay or if we needed anything and worked with us when we made some last minute changes during the receptions. Alexa communicated well with all our vendors when things changed and was always positive and had our best interest at heart. I can thank her enough for everything she did for us on our day. I can't express how thankful I am for hiring a day of coordinator and am so happy I found Oh Hello Event Planning to help plan our big day!
All I can say is WOW! We feel so lucky to have found Oh Hello and to have had Alexa with us on our wedding day. From the very beginning, they went out of their way to make sure we were on task had check lists to review at various stages before the wedding which were so helpful. Some of the things they brought up we had never considered, but definitely needed to. And then for our rehearsal and actual wedding day, THANK GOD FOR ALEXA!! Before we hired Oh Hello, I was skeptical if we even needed a day of coordinator. But let me tell you, Alexa was worth every penny and more for all she did. She was amazingly friendly to us, our family and friends, and to all of our other vendors. She was on top of everything from making sure the flowers got to the right people, coordinating with vendors through what seemed were endless last minute changes, she made sure the venue fixed a separation in the dance floor we noticed the night before, she managed to round up the wedding party at the right times and let us know where we needed to be and when, and she even made sure all of our belongings were collected and placed together in a spot we could get them the next day. She handled everything I was not able to on the wedding day and my day went absolutely perfect. I felt so comfortable with having Alexa in charge. And the little wedding gift with every one signing a note of congratulations on our wedding was such a nice touch. If you are debating whether or not to hire Oh Hello, do yourself a favor and just do it. You won’t regret it. They deserve 10 out of 10 and are worth every penny. Even this review seems like it understates how happy we were to have Oh Hello in our corner throughout this process. Ask for Alexa if you can!

My husband and I were planning our wedding in Cleveland while living in California. My mom and sister did a lot of the ground work but we needed help in the last 2-3 months leading up to the wedding and especially the day of. We initially met with Jessica via zoom and we decided her and Amanda’s company was for us. We worked with Amanda and she was excellent through out the entire process from making the timeline to the day of. She worked really well with all of our vendors and everything ran smoothly. We would recommend Amanda and Jessica in a heartbeat!

After rescheduling my wedding not once but twice, I finally got some professional assistance to help set up and make the day run smoothly. Oh Hello particularly Alexa and Jess were helpful in thinking of the little details that I had not even considered the first time around. I bought the "month of" package and they frequently met with me throughout the month to update "to do" lists and had great communication about who was responsible for which task. The wedding day was the best day ever and ran so incredibly smoothly which I have to give them a lot of the credit. I would recommend Oh Hello to anyone!
Hiring Oh Hello was the best decision I made while wedding planning. Amanda seemed to always know what I needed before I even needed it. She was such a calming presence on the day of and I know our day would not have gone as smoothly without her. She allowed us and our moms to have a fun stress free day as she took care of everything. We got the month of package which was so worth it. She made us a very detailed timeline, shared it with vendors, acted as the main communication with vendors, did all the little day of things that you don't think about. From making sure our welcome sign got moved to the ceremony, packing up all the ceremony decor, working closely with our reception venue to understand how our decorations would be packed up etc. I never felt any stress the day of and would HIGHLY recommend hiring Oh Hello for your wedding
We are so grateful that we hired Oh Hello to help us on our wedding day, it was by far one of our best decisions. We purchased the month of coordination package, which was what we were looking for as we had a general vision but needed some help putting all the pieces together and executing it. Our wedding day was completely stress free thanks to Amanda and team. She made sure everything was set up and decorated how we envisioned it, created a detailed timeline, worked with all our other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page, sent everyone down the aisle, made sure we were always taken care of and really did an all-around fantastic job with all the little details you don’t want to deal with on your wedding day. OH Hello was the best decision we made for our wedding! We worked with Amanda and her team for almost 2 years leading up to our wedding and we could not have pulled off such an amazing weekend without their guidance and help! I cannot stress strongly enough how thankful/happy we were to work with Jessica and Oh Hello Event Planning. Jessica was on the ball for everything. There were a lot of things thrown at us from left field (Covid included) and she helped us navigate all of it and went above and beyond the whole planning process. The amount of stress I felt lifting off my shoulders as she stepped in was insane. She would even encourage us to leave more things to her. She created timelines, worked with and coordinated vendors, made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be. BY FAR the best money we spent the whole wedding planning process. They’re reasonably priced, amazing at their jobs, and will take SO MUCH off your plate. You will not regret it.
I worked with oh hello for my wedding this year and they were nothing short of amazing. Let’s start with the fact they have the most affordable prices out there. It was right in my budget so I jump on the chance to work with them.
They are so organized and made me a detail plan of every that I would need for my wedding and how to stay in budget. They have a great list of vendors they use and find more if you need them. They sent me what I should be doing each month leading up to my wedding so I was alway on schedule and everything ran smoothly. Also they remind me which payments I had coming up with my vendors and created me a timeline for the day of my wedding so I didn’t have to do anything. Not to mention that they organized everything with all my vendors so I didn’t stress about a single thing. I don’t know how I would have done this without them.
They have knowledge about weddings that I would have never thought of or even thought to ask. On the day of my wedding everything ran so smooth i couldn’t even believe it. Jessica flipped my ceremony room and clean up the decorations for me as well. She keep a count of the cards and gifts we received and also put them in the back for us during the reception after everyone was in and the party started. She set up our favors and did so much more for us. I cannot stress how wonderful they are!!!! Jessica was a calming presence though our wedding and the rehearsal. If I was worried about anything I just looked to her and she immediately put me at ease. They also were so sweet they have me a gift from everyone in the company. Trust me if you don’t use them for your wedding your missing out!!

There are not enough stars available for my review. We originally hired Oh Hello for month of coordination, then it was time to postpone. We decided to hold a "minimony" in my parent's backyard and I called Amanda for help. She immediately stepped in and made everything perfect, creating a special package for what we needed. Throughout the whole process of planning the most beautiful perfect day, Amanda kept reminding me, this was still our day and could still be a beautiful piece of heaven...and it was. She found vendors who fit the vision I had, making it more than I could have ever hoped for. Throughout the day of, Amanda and Alexa had everything under control, every time I turned around to ask about something, it was already done. The whole party sang their praises, it seemed like they were part of the entire group making sure to celebrate us and making us take the time to enjoy our day. When the big wedding comes, I can already breathe a sigh of relief knowing Amanda will be with me again. I cannot say enough nice things about them.

Amanda was unbelievably kind, supportive, understanding, and helpful throughout our wedding process. We went from a 180-person wedding, to a 30-person wedding, to a 6-person wedding due to COVID. Throughout it all, Oh Hello was a godsend helping us through the decisions and steps of downsizing and still making our wedding the most special day ever. I couldn't recommend them more.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone! Right from the beginning they were so helpful. I had Amanda as my month of planner and she also helped me with design. She answered any questions I had throughout my planning process. I didn’t know what to expect but she exceeded my expectations tremendously. I did not have to do a single thing on my wedding day. She took all of my worry away and handled everything. All of my bridesmaids were super impressed and loved her as well! Like I said I would recommend to anyone!!!
I'm so dang glad I decided to hire a day of coordinator, despite the number of people who told me I wouldn't need one. It was absolutely one of the best decisions I made and so worth every penny. Amanda exceeded my expectations and did so much more than what I thought a day of coordinator would do and I truly don't know how I would have made it through the day without her. I didn't have to worry about a single thing and I really got to just "go with the flow" the entire day. 10000% recommend!!

I’m pretty organized and have a lot of friends and family willing to help with the wedding, so I wasn’t sure we needed a planner, but without a doubt, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without Oh Hello. There are so many moving parts and small details that I never would have thought of. Having a third party look at the wedding in the big picture makes a huge difference. They see things in a different way than your mom or family would have are true advocates for the couple so your big day is everything you want it to be. They have so much knowledge about the industry, local vendors, and are truly talented.
The whole team is amazing. Amanda was our coordinator and Amanda and Natalie worked our wedding day. We think of Amanda as more of a part of the family than a vendor. I was in law school while we were planning and then had a double-postponed bar exam four weeks before the wedding, also during the 2020 pandemic. I didn’t do many wedding-related things from May-October because of the bar exam, and Amanda was so seamless in adjusting timelines and planning around the bar and finals. She is a very calming presence and was so good at translating what we envisioned into reality. I trusted all the vendors she helped us find because she had experience with them and I trusted her judgment. Whether I just needed some encouragement or there was a serious issue, Amanda answered so quickly and was always on her game. She had innovative and creative solutions that worked perfectly and ended up saving a lot of money in the long run. I can’t say enough in support of Amanda, Jessica, and Natalie. They are a must-have for your perfect day.
Amanda and Jessica are amazing! We hired them for our Day of Coordinator for our wedding that was originally planned for May of 2020. We rescheduled to October of 2020, and they were so helpful and encouraging throughout our rescheduling process. They have been extremely thorough and great to work with. We highly recommend Oh Hello!

Jessica at Oh Hello was fabulous for my daughter's wedding. We hired her for the month of the wedding, but she had to do a lot of prep work to prepare before the month started. She is very detail oriented and doesn't miss a beat even with all our changes due to Covid and last minute request the week of the wedding to rent silver chargers. She had them rented in 5 minutes. She took the stress off my daughter and I, especially finding out the vendor's needs and being the liaison with the venue also. The wedding was fabulous. Jessica worked from morning til night the day of the wedding and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend her without any hesitations. Will miss working with her.
I am so happy that I found Amanda and Jessica on The Knot!!! I had originally hired them to help with month of coordination, then covid hit...we were at a lost and had to plan a new wedding in three months. We ended up having a backyard wedding and I couldn't have done it without their support and guidance. It ended up being better than the originally planned wedding!!! We decided to hire Amanda after we moved our date due to COVID, then downsized, then relocated to a backyard wedding. Stressed was an understatement. But hiring Amanda as our wedding planner and day of coordinator was the best decision we made! She constantly was easing our stress. From booking and coordinating with all of our vendors, to making things run smooth and doing all of the decorating and setting up our backyard oasis the day of the wedding, she was amazing. We could NOT have done this without her. The day was truly magical. If you are considering a planner or a day of coordinator, look no further, OH Hello is awesome and Amanda is a sweetheart!
