About this vendor
Oh Hello was started by Amanda and Jessica after a conversation revealed they both had experience in and a passion for wedding planning. Since "wedding" their experience, the team has grown to include an additional planner and six additional coordinators, who all receive intense training and continuing education to ensure consistency and success.
While Oh Hello initially grew in Northeast Ohio, we have expanded to Amanda's home turf on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We have produced incredible weddings in both regions, as well as the low country and even Lake Como, Italy.
We would love to make your wedding vision come to life!

We couldn't have asked for a better team and would highly recommend OH Hello Planning to any couple planning their wedding!
Oh Hello Event Planning was amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process! Jessica went above and beyond every step of the way and was always there to answer ...
questions, offer guidance, and make us feel at ease. Her attention to detail and organization allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the logistics.
On our wedding day, everything ran seamlessly thanks to her hard work behind the scenes. I am so grateful to Jessica and the Oh Hello team for bringing our wedding vision to life and making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Oh Hello to anyone looking for a wedding planner—you will be in great hands! 🩷
I cannot recommend Oh Hello Events enough. Hiring them was hands down one of the best decisions I made for my wedding, and it’s genuinely my biggest piece of advice for any bride. ...
From the very beginning, they handled everything so seamlessly that I truly was not stressed. Every last-minute detail, question, or note I sent over - they were already on top of it before I even had to worry.
Their experience and professionalism showed in every aspect of the process. They have the best recommendations, incredible attention to detail, and they know exactly what they’re doing. They also worked so well with all of our vendors, which made the entire wedding day flow perfectly. Thank you Kelsey and Jessica <3
Because of them, I was actually able to enjoy being a bride and soak in every moment instead of stressing over logistics. I am beyond grateful for everything they did and would choose them again a million times over.
Amanda at Oh Hello Event Planning is the best!! I’m so happy she was recommended to us through our venue! I really don’t know what we would have done without Amanda. She, along wit...
h the help of her sister Stephanie, made our wedding day run PERFECTLY. We hired Amanda for our after Christmas wedding in Port Charlotte, FL! I remember my first phone call with Amanda and just absolutely loving her as a person immediately and knowing our wedding was going to be in the best hands! Amanda gave us recommendations for all our vendors, and every vendor we did end up hiring was THE BEST. We stayed in contact every month just to make sure everything was on target. Once we were 3 months out, Amanda started to take control of our wedding planning for us. She pointed out details I didn’t even consider. She created our flawless timeline!!! She set up calls with our vendors where we made sure everyone was on the same page come wedding day. The week before our wedding she took FULL control and handled all last minute tasks to ensure that my husband and I had time to relax before our big weekend. On wedding day, Amanda worked so hard to ensure we had the most perfect day! She set up our beautiful reception space, instructed vendors on set up, picked up my husband from his room once he was ready and brought him to the first look spot, dried off my bouquet with her dress, and took the best care of my family members as we all prepared to walk down the aisle. (Just to mention a few things she did that day!) Then at the end of the night while us and all our guests were having the best time on the dance floor, Amanda and Stephanie packed up ALL our cocktail hour decor and put it all in my moms car for her!! She then had the rest of our personal items all packed and ready for us to take back to our room the minute our wedding was over. She took all the stress out of the day. We really got to enjoy every second. Amanda worked so hard on our wedding day and we are forever grateful for her! Her professionalism and experience show and I wouldn’t want to trust anyone else for our wedding. I keep saying that I want to re-live our wedding day EXACTLY THE SAME. Thank you Amanda. You made our dream wedding come to life!

nside and out! There were a few hiccups, like us running out of bourbon after cocktail hour, that they handled right away. I'm sure they handled other things behind the scenes that I don't know of. One of the biggest reliefs was having their assistance in clean up! The groomsmen helped load some items into the car and that was all that was needed from us.
It would have been extremely helpful to have been provided with a true start-to-finish planning tracker. Unfortunately, full wedding planning services were not within my budget. They provided checklists, but as a DIY bride, having something more robust would have been awesome.
My other "wish" is that I had two assistants instead of one. There were a few instances where an extra set of hands would have been helpful. For example, the groom had to direct the alcohol delivery and round-up guests before the parent dances (part of this was because of the acoustics of the room.) Not sure if this an add-on that I hadn't paid attention to, but would recommend to other brides!
Overall, I'm really happy I chose to work with Oh Hello team!

m enough for any of your planning needs!
My husband and I cannot recommend Oh Hello enough. My sister leveraged Amanda for her 2022 Cleveland wedding, and had such a positive experience that Amanda was my first call when ...
I got engaged in early 2023. Amanda is everything you could want in a planner: friendly, detail-driven, organized, well-connected with Cleveland vendors, and super communicative. She delivered on my vision perfectly, and when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted as a bride, she gave me expert advice and recommendations!
My MIL baked 800+ cookies for our wedding, and Amanda worked directly with her on the logistics of getting those to the venue and setting that display up, so my MIL could enjoy the day without that job. I overheard my MIL on the day of say to someone: “I don’t know how anyone could do this without a planner like her. She has put me at such ease. ” and that really sums it up for me. At this point, Amanda has become a staple for any wedding in our family and I will sing her praises to any new bride I meet. She allowed my husband and I, and our families, to really enjoy the day since she took care of all the stressors.
If you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, let this review be your sign to commit!

ur minimal design ideas and created the perfect look/vibe for our dream wedding. When it came to planning, Amanda kept us on track and helped us plan the small details we didn’t think about. She gave us great advice and did a phenomenal job coordinating with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about small details the month of our wedding. She took away so much stress and the day wouldn’t have run so smooth without them. Amanda and her team were there the day of and made sure we were on schedule and everything felt seamless and perfect because of them. Do yourself a favor and book Oh Hello if you’re on the fence - it was the best decision we made during wedding planning :)

lanning decision we made! Oh Hello’s services go above and beyond “event planning”. From the monthly planning calls for the better part of the year, to linen appointments, floral appointments, and venue walkthroughs, to coordinating with vendors to come up with a detailed day-of timeline, to managing a crisis that arose when no one from my wedding venue showed up on the day of my rehearsal, Amanda and her team at Oh Hello were there for my husband and I through it all! Thank you Amanda and team for making our wedding day dreams come true!!

am. Jess and Molly were amazing to work with- I consider myself Type A but the timeline they put together was so detailed and seamless I could never have done it myself. On the wedding day, they went above and beyond in making sure everything went according to plan and I really felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing with them there. They constantly checked on us to make sure we were taken care of with food, drinks, etc. which we very much appreciated! Also, months after our wedding, we had some issues with our photographer that Amanda stepped in and helped us out with! You can tell that they are so passionate about what they do and really care about the couples they work with. Thank you so much for everything Oh Hello!!!
5/5 stars is not enough for Oh hello Event planning. Hands down, the very BEST decision I made was hiring Oh Hello for my month of coordination. We consider ourselves lucky to have...
been assigned to Jess L for our coordinator. From the very first meeting, to the wedding day, and even after, Jess was an absolute gem to work with. She made the entire process FUN and stress free. I did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding, and every detail was executed to perfection. A seamless timeline was created, all vendor communication handled, and she ensured my vision was brought to life.
Jess L is not only an exceptional wedding coordinator, but the sweetest human ever. She will bend over backwards to ensure the most perfect day for her couples and be your personal hype woman the entire time. If you are even remotely considering hiring a wedding coordinator, just do it!!! Thank you times a million to all of Oh Hello and to our ‘little Jess’!

th our awkwardness and indecisiveness, they were patient, kind, and went above and beyond to always get answers we needed and take care of us. The first thing I will do when someone I know gets engaged is recommend their coordination services - we simply would not have had a wedding without them! Not only did they create our schedule/timeline and coordinate with all of our other vendors, they were always there with suggestions and answers to any and all of our questions when getting down to the wire. Day of, Kelsey was SO attentive not only to my husband and I, but also our families and bridal party - she thought of and took care of everything for us. We were able to truly enjoy our day because we had her and the team there to help with everything! I would highly recommend fitting at least their coordination into your wedding budget - you will not regret it!

ence absolutely incredible. From the initial stages to the big day, Jess was not only helpful and responsive but also played a crucial role in turning our dreams into reality.
Working primarily with Jess, we felt supported and guided every step of the way. She handled everything seamlessly, from booking hotels to alleviating pre-wedding stress. Thanks to her, I was able to fully immerse myself in the moment and enjoy our special day without any worries.
The entire team at Oh Hello was amazing. Hiring them was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Jess's dedication and expertise truly stood out. I can't express enough gratitude for ensuring everything went perfectly from start to finish. My husband and I can't thank you enough, Jess!

f the experience easy and exciting. She was such a helpful resource to us as we were planning and always made us feel special and listened to all of my families input. I couldn’t have done this without Amanda and the Oh Hello team. She made our wedding day a breeze and was the main point of contact for all of our vendors so the day went by so smoothly. I couldn’t recommend Amanda and her team enough if you’re brand new to wedding planning or just need someone who knows how to handle the wedding planning stress off your shoulders!
We can not say enough good things about this company. In particularly the staff. We worked with Jessica who kept the train on the tracks the whole time. Cooper was our captain and ...
took care of all our needs throughout the night.
In the beginning of our process I didn't think we needed any help planning. I was wrong, they think of everything. Attention to detail, there ability to spot potential problems and resolve them quickly and they packed up all the items our guests forgot and got them to us the next day. They even mentioned there maybe a few no call, no show guests which I thought was ridiculous, but we ended up having more than a handful and they handled like pros. By the time the dinner started we didn't even notice they weren't there. This team of people were incredible.
Everything was absolutely perfect for our big day. The DJ was phenomenal, we have pictures of our 5 year old niece spinning the hits throughout the night (he had a lot of patience LOL.)
The bartenders crushed it. We had approximately 200 people at the wedding and I didn't wait in line once. At one point we had the bartenders bring cases of beer to the dance floor as the DJ played Thunderstruck. Apparently it is a drinking song and all the college/older kids indulged. (WE Got Video)!!!
The set up was outstanding as they had both our initials and date of the wedding projected on the wall. Ive never seen so many gorgeous flowers either. They had them positioned on the table perfectly so they didn't interfere with the crosstalk happening at the tables.
We asked for the Photo Booth and it was a fantastic option. 1000's of photos were taken of all our family and friends on our big day.
I would be remised if I didn't say something about the food, it was outstanding. The dinner and the late night snacks, they even gave us and our guests to go boxes at the end of the night.
If your thinking about getting married definitely give Jessica a call, you won't be disappointed.

It was so wonderful to have help with planning, the rehearsal, set up, and anything you could think of the day of our wedding! Our wedding day was a dream and I have to thank Jess and her assistant at Oh Hello Event Planning for making it possible!!

ming in her professional demeanor overall. Her energy is exactly what you need throughout the stress of wedding planning. Even when she was on vacation, either her or Amanda were so quick to respond to any and all issues or questions!
The day of the wedding itself, it was even more apparent how right the choice was to hire Oh Hello. Everything went so smoothly and throughout the day myself and my husband had the utmost peace of mind because we knew Jessica was on top of everything. Being able to direct questions to her was such a gift to both us and our parents as well. It made our day that much better that everyone was able just to enjoy!
If you are on the fence of hiring a wedding planner or coordinator, don’t look any further. Oh Hello is exactly who you’re looking for!! You won’t regret it!

rs, reviewing contracts, and providing advice. Amanda was so easy to work with and responsive in a timely manner. She’s professional and kind. I had little to no stress leading up to the wedding because of her. Additionally, Amanda's presence and organization took the load off any tasks that normally would’ve fallen on our families. I was curious/ hesitant if I wanted to set aside the money for a wedding coordinator but I’m SO happy we did and I’d recommend it to all brides. I was able to enjoy our wedding a lot more than if we hadn’t hired her.
Jessica was so wonderful to work with. Whatever I needed, she was able to execute on. I could not have handled everything I was supposed to do for our wedding if it wasn’t for her ...

pressed that Amanda and Jess made the effort to meet me in person on the one day that I was in town for our first meeting. Once we met, it was clear that Oh Hello Event Planning would be an excellent choice to plan our special day! We primarily worked with Amanda, and she was wonderful throughout the whole process, especially with communication and follow-up. I thought I'd be a pretty easy going bride, but it turns out that just meant it was very hard for me to make decisions! Also, being very busy, we tended to let a lot of emails slide, so Amanda's communication and follow through with us kept everything on track and was very much noticed and appreciated. She was so patient with us throughout the process. We felt very listened to during the vendor selection process, and all of the vendors that we chose were outstanding. Oh Hello used the Honeybook software for communication during our wedding planning process, which was nice because you could easily find threads of conversation and any contracts or vendor agreements all in one place. We also contracted Oh Hello to help plan our rehearsal dinner, which was a wonderful start to our wedding weekend. On the day of our wedding, Amanda and her team made us feel perfectly at ease, and the day went beautifully. If you are on the fence about full service planning, just do it, because your peace of mind is worth it, and Oh Hello definitely gave that to us before the biggest day of our lives. Thank you Amanda and Oh Hello Event planning for helping us plan and have the perfect wedding day!

y come to life. My husband originally said he didn't think we would need something like this, and the day after our wedding he said he couldn't imagine not having them!
Jessica spent so much time with us, helping to put together every last detail. From the itineraries, to the coordination of all of our vendors, and even being an ear for me to vent to, she was my lifeline the month of the wedding. She was so helpful in setting things up the day of (she even took a full car load of our things the night before), put our cake, gifts, and belongings back in our room so that we didn't need to worry about it... and all of the phone calls & texts we shared before the big day which helped me SO MUCH to feel calm and prepared. I'm so happy we went with OH Hello. They are a top notch business and I can't imagine not hiring them! Again, if you're on the fence, I very highly recommend hiring them. It'll make your day that much more special knowing that someone 100% has your back

me through every detail that we needed to plan. She was extremely organized and was able to act quickly when last minute changes needed to be made. She had a very good vendor base to choose from and always provided her professional expertise when necessary. I could truly say because of Jessica I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day, living in the moment without worrying about the behind the scenes work. Thank you Jessica and team for all the hard work, you guys are lifesavers! My advice to any new bride is HIRE OH HELLO EVENT PLANNING. You will not regret it and you will be in good hands on your wedding day! Cheers!
Stop what you are doing and book Oh Hello right this very moment. We worked with Amanda and her team from September 2021 through our wedding in November 2022 and I cannot emphasize...
enough how incredible of a job they all did. They made our wedding planning process so easy and fun and were always happy to hop on calls for even the silliest of questions. Amanda is prompt, knowledgeable, and as we were a couple with very little vision, she crushed it with the bare bones we gave her to make the most amazing wedding. We got so many rave reviews on the reception room design and the flow of the day - all from Amanda's recommendations! We cannot recommend her and the Oh Hello team enough and we will sing their praises truly forever. We joked that Amanda was the most important person on our wedding day and honestly, it doesn't feel like a joke to us because of all the ways she made our big day special and easy for us.

particularly Oh Hello. Get a side hustle, borrow the money, whatever it takes! Amanda was the reason I was able to confidently say I was not stressed leading up to my wedding day. The timeline she created was priceless and alone is worth hiring Oh Hello. They manage every little detail leading up to the big day and help put you at EASE. You spend so much time and money dedicated to this day, and as the bride and groom, it would be impossible to truly enjoy that time if you're consumed with these small details leading up to your wedding and particularly during your wedding. They also had our entire wedding packed up/cleaned up at the end of the night which also was worth it's weight in gold. Hand it over to Oh Hello-- they are experts. They were the best decision we could have possibly made!

Amanda and the entire Oh Hello team were fabulous to work with for our wedding coordination. Amanda was incredibly organized, and her calmness really helped keep my anxiety at bay!...
She was always available to answer questions and I loved having access to the group of other clients to ask questions of, get recommendations, etc. It was also really great that Amanda had a lot of well-established relationships with the vendors we hired. I'm SO glad we hired a day-of coordinator and I was so so so impressed with Oh Hello.

Amanda’s thoroughness while communicating with my many vendors during the month of my wedding made me feel so supported. Everyone always warns you that “things will go wrong”. They definitely did. Amanda handled all of the curveballs that were thrown at us with grace, poise, swiftness, and professionalism. I could not imagine pulling off our 250 person wedding at The Old Courthouse without her. Thank you so much Amanda for everything you did to make our day beautiful. We even had a few hiccups and she was on top of them finding a solution before it even became a problem.
If you need a wedding coordinator, hire Oh Hello. Don’t look anywhere else!
Thank you, Alexa, for helping to make our day the best day ever! You were amazing!

ER been to.
Right from the first phone call, I could tell that Amanda was involved. She has a calm but confident personality, and she was always available no matter what. I never felt like she was in it for the business or the money. She gave the BEST recommendations for vendors, and I absolutely adored each and every one of them. Her organization skills are top notch, and she could whip together an excel sheet in her sleep. She was frequently working behind the scenes on tasks that I was never even involved in, which really helped cut down the stress of wedding planning.
On the day of the wedding, I truly felt like she and her team (Jessica, Natalie, Kristen) had everything under control so I could enjoy the day. Even my guests were impressed with how in charge she was/how easy it was to talk to her. You won't regret for one second planning your wedding with Oh Hello and Amanda!!! I definitely plan on using them again if I ever need them!

We had an issue with the heat and our wedding cake. Jessica immediately went to work fixing it, assuring that we didn’t have to be bothered with fixing it or worry about it. You could not even tell there was ever an issue. It was amazing and we couldn’t have done it without her.
I can’t say enough great things about this company. They made all of the difference in the world for our wedding. We had a lot of moving parts, and they assured that they were all moving as planned! The best decision we made was including OH Hello in our day!!
