Oh Snap! Event Photo Booth

They were a huge hit at our wedding, everyone had a blast taking goofy pictures together. The staff worked well with everyone to make it a memorable experience. The only things that were downers were that there were not a lot of props to use (we were glad that we supplied some), and at the end of the night they announced that props were missing. In fear that we were going to be charged for these missing props, in the morning, we decided to go out to the area where the photo booth was to see if we could see the props. IF the crew would have used a flashlight, they could have easily found the props on top of the grass. We did receive an email from Oh Snap charging us for each item that was missing & they removed the charge when we informed them that the props were found & available for their pick up at the venue. It was disappointing to see this charge, especially since they were easy to find & there was no wording in the contract about us being liable for missing props.
