Oh so TRASHY..Is more like it!Let's start with Sasha's inability to simply show up hich is what a wedding planner is supposed to do..right?There supposed to be there at the church,rehearsal,and reception..isn't that just common sence?Not for this wedding planner!It wasn't till 7pm when we had arrived back to the reception hall that I noticed a woman mumbling something standing by our waiting area before we were to be announced.We all gathered in the waiting area and my father, mother, bride, groom, and pretty much everyone is in an absolute panic b/c Sasha was no were I had to walk through the horsdoures and fancy cocktail ballroom yelling,"IS ANYONE HERE THE WEDDING PLANNER?WHO KNOWS WERE THE WEDDING PLANNER IS?ARE U THE WEDDING PLANNER?"Finally,a woman comes panting into the lobby as if she had just ran into the reception at that moment!Then I had to tell Sasha she needed to introduce herself to my father(the man that payed her enormous fee's in advance)to simply show up and do her job.I mean what kind of business is this woman running were she doesn't even show up ALL day then finally appears and doesn't even have the respect to introduce herself to the individual that is paying her to do a service.No one in the wedding party or even the bride could find this woman.She gave absolutely NO direction to the wedding party as we were being introduced as to where we were seated or what direction we should go in as we were being announced.She was hiding in the back of the hotel lobby outside of the welcome area.My sister bought a beautiful guest book shaped as a tree and the guests were supposed to sign each leaf and it was going to be framed as a precious memory.Not ONE guest signed the book!Sasha has absolutely NO emotional connection or evolvment invested in making the day flow and all the pieces comming together.I verbalized my concernes about her unprofessional behavior and she did not seem to be bothered by my blatant disappointment in her.I really didn't think things could get worse but Sasha proved me wrong once again..she was at the reception a good 45min maybe an hour tops and my sister (the bride) and groom leave to finish up the last of there pictures with the photographer.They went outside and I knew that Sasha was probably not there to assist them if they needed help so I walked outside to attempt to locate them and I see Sasha standing at the valet holding the seating chart diagram and a plastic bag waiting for her car!The wedding planner, Sasha, was leaving the wedding after only being there 1hr tops!She wasn't even going to notify anyone! It wasn't until I caught her trying to leave that i finally confronted her.I said Sasha, "Do you feel you have behaved in a professional manner today"? She looked at me realizing I caught her red handed trying to leave and began lying to me telling me she was looking for me to tell me she was leaving.I said, "Sasha, why would you be looking for me outside at the valet with ALL your things and were is my sister? Sasha replied stating that after the guests start to dance there really is NO POINT in her being there and suprise suprise she had NO idea were the bride or groom where..If things couldn't guess worse...no one was notified that the cake was being cut and I think anyone that hires this woman is absolutely crazy! She was dressed like a bag lady at an upscale cocktail party and lacked manners and respect! She shouldn't be allowed to run a buisness!!! DONT HIRE THIS FRAUD!!
Reading the other bad reviews on here I can relate and sympathize with these other brides. This wedding planner completely disappointed me. She did not perform up to the standard that is portrayed on her website. She lacked leadership skills and had no real presence at my wedding. She didn’t go to my rehearsal and didn’t show up to my wedding ceremony. She wasn’t aware of who the important people at my wedding were because she didn’t go to the rehearsal. For example: bridesmaids, groomsman, mother of the bride, grandmother of the bride/groom. If you asked most people who were at my wedding or even in my wedding they didn’t even know who Sasha was. She left my wedding reception early before my cake was cut leaving my husband to ask the reception staff to hand out our cake. The photographer & videographer had to assist us during the cake cutting. The mother of the bride had to go into the kitchen to get a piece of cake. All the table decor had to be cleaned up by the reception staff. The whole reason I hired a wedding planner was so that I could relax and enjoy my day and I didn’t get to do that because of Oh So Classy. For the money you pay the service was poor. I do not recommend!
I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Sasha and the Oh So Classy team was!! My husband and I planned our wedding in Tampa while living in Chicago and Sasha made the process so smooth! Sasha is so skilled at filtering information to Brides/Grooms to minimize the stress of decision making! she truly made our wedding come to life and made the process enjoyable!! In addition to ensure the planning process went smooth, Sasha also kept our budget in mind and was able to help prioritize vendor selections to ensure we were spending money efficiently! Absolutely would not recommend. I spent a lot of time thinking through the little details of my wedding and required minimal execution by Sasha on the day of the Wedding.... none of it was completed as discussed. Sasha was meant to insulate my husband and I from Wedding Day issues but every time we interacted she was venting to me about the problems she had to deal with (what she was hired to do).
To name a few issues: I had to repeatedly ask her for promised documents/access to my timeline spreadsheet before the wedding. She was non-responsive to vendors in the days leading up to the Wedding when they were asking her for timeline information. My videographer never even heard back from her at all before the wedding. She was late to arrive on the Wedding Day as well as to our in-person meeting at the venue. Our card box was left in the hallway of the public venue well into the reception which is something Sasha scoffed at the venue for reminding her of at our on-site meeting. She told guests she did not want to hang up my bar signs (that matched my decor) because she didn't "want them to look janky." Inappropriate to speak with my guests that way. She was non-responsive when I sent an email post-wedding looking for some kind of resolution.
I spent hours filling in her massive spreadsheet for her to not follow any of the included directions. Extremely disappointing that this is how she runs her business. I am honestly shocked by all of the positive reviews for her services on this page. There is another one-star review on here and says they would give zero stars if they could- I agree.
The other vendors we worked with on the Wedding Day had nothing but negative feedback about Sasha and her unprofessionalism. Had I not had an extremely supportive Maid of Honor and all my ducks in a row before the Wedding it would have been an absolute disaster in Sasha’s hands.
We love love love Sasha and her team at Oh So Classy Events!!! We were unfortunately one of the couples affected by the sudden closure of the 1930 Grande Room, and with only 4 months until our wedding, we set out to completely re-plan from out of state. Sasha was one of the very first vendors to reach out to us, and she extended a very thoughtful discount, since we had lost so much money. She along with Hope from the Rialto, really made us feel like the wedding community of Tampa really cared. Sasha has such great attention to detail, I knew I could trust her from the beginning. The wedding was executed flawlessly!!! I had a very specific vision, and Sasha stayed true to my expectations, and even threw in some nicely complimented surprises to the decor I provided. I did not hire her for the design package, but know I am wondering how much better it could have been if I did! She has a very tasteful and classy design approach, and like I said, amazing attention to detail!
My husband and I met with Sasha and Annika after getting a recommendation from our photographer to use them. We explained what we were looking for, that we just wanted assistance leading up to our big day and then coordination the day of. Sasha was able to put together a package that included partial planning, taking over communication with all of our vendors two weeks before, and coordination the day of. In retrospect, I really wish we would have done full planning, it may have saved me some sanity during the planning process! Annika was our primary contact throughout planning and every month would email us to check in on how planning was going and asking if we had any questions. Despite the fact that I'm awful with communication, whenever I reached out for help, I always got a quick response. There was one time Annika wasn't available (everyone needs vacations!) and Sasha promptly responded and got an answer for us.
About two weeks to the wedding, Annika basically took control over contacting all our vendors. There was even one time I had called the caterer and asked about linen for some of the tables and they already had added them per Annika's request! At the rehearsal the day before, Annika let everyone know where they needed to be at all times before and after the ceremony. The day of our wedding, I dropped off all the items we had DIYed and that was all I had to worry about doing all day! Anything else that needed to be addressed, Annika contacted my MOH. I only heard about one thing, and that was asking where the cake cutter and server were. Despite the fact that this was on my to-do list and I kept looking, I never found one I liked and then completely forgot about it! No need to worry though, Annika got it taken care of!
In addition to Annika was Allison and together, they set everything up perfectly! I was trying to be way too involved and was even going to send a picture of exactly how I wanted our cupcake stands set up. I decided that outside of approving the the layout and quickly decided which tables were which (we didn't use table numbers) I would leave where everything went and how it would be set up, up to Annika. Both my husband and I were blown away with how perfectly everything looked!
Like I said before, I didn't have to worry about anything the day of and part of that was watching the time. Annika had worked with our photographer putting together our timeline and shortly before we needed to be present for things like intros, speeches, cake cutting, etc. she would find us to let us know. Everything went so incredibly smoothly and we were able to truly enjoy our day celebrating with each other and all of our loved ones!

I'm giving one star because I can't give 0. I hired a wedding planner 14 months before the wedding to make sure we stayed on Budget and so I didn't have to worry about making appointments. Up until 1.5 months before the wedding, I had made all the appointments for vendors myself. Then My planner realizes that the budget tool she supplied was $10,000 off our original budget. I had to fire the Wedding Planner. Oh, and by the way, Oh So Classy was the first vendor they paid from the wedding fund (she paid herself) and told me they would be unable to provide any kind of discount or refund.
I would highly recommend you either plan it yourself (like I did) or hire a different company.
Sasha is a god send when it comes to wedding planning.
I had her for partial planning because I had a general idea for my wedding and needed some help on some things along the way.
The majority of the wedding planning was smooth until the week of the wedding. Random things just went crazy (with no fault to Sasha) but Sasha was able to save the day and fix all the issues that occurred. On the day of wedding, whatever issues that might have happened I never knew about because my husband and I both believe the wedding went beautifully with nothing out of place. She also made sure everything was wrapped up after the wedding when my husband and I left in our get away car. Everything was taken care of without me needing to be there.
Not only is Sasha a professional and knows what she's doing but she's a wonderful person and was always there when I needed her. With her I never had to feel I was overwhelmed with wedding planning.
Getting Sasha as our wedding planner was the best wedding decision we could have made. All the vendors she recommended were wonderful, and her coordination skills are unmatched! Everything went smoothly despite unexpected rain and lightning. Sasha is calm, efficient, organized, and flexible. On top of that, she's just plain nice! I can't even imagine having my daughter's wedding without her. Because she was there, my husband and I got to really enjoy the day and not worry about details. Thank you Sasha!
Booking a wedding planner was definitely one of the best ideas I've ever had! Sasha has the hook-up to some fantastic vendors who (shamless bragging coming) blew our wedding out of the water! By making the vendor referral process pain-free and also with discounts vendors provided by booking through Sasha, her services basically paid for themselves. Sasha also provided me with a time-line that helped me to clearly understand what I needed dto accomplish and by what point in the planning process. And having a point-person in charge of taking care of logistics and details the morning of the wedding took away a tremendous amount of stress. It's worth it!
I used Oh So Classy's "Just Guide Me" services for my wedding in August and it was so worth it! There are so many things that you do not know, especially if you have not planned a wedding before! Sasha and Briana help me throughout the entire process and although I did not use the full planning services, they still were there for full support when I needed it! These ladies know what they are doing and are very very good at what they do! Not only are the customer service driven, they are very personable and down to earth! Which if you did choose the full planning guide, would make for a fantastic experience!

The girls at Oh So Classy events are just fantastic! We used their services for day of coordination since our ceremony and reception were at different locations and I didn't want to have family worrying about logistics on the wedding day. They have a very, very thorough planning sheet that covers decisions I didn't even know needed to be made! They are experts in their field for sure. They also helped us with coordination between vendors and as well as transporting decorations to each place. My family was at ease (as well as me!) and fully entrusted them with all of the decorating and logistical details the day of and they executed exactly what we had in mind perfectly! It was so nice not to have to worry about anything! Special thanks to Sasha, the bustle queen for also helping bustle my dress and repairing a tear in a bridesmaids dress. You guys were fantastic!
Sasha was so helpful in planning our wedding in Sarasota. My bride and I both live about twelve hours from where our ceremony was held, so it was important that we had a competent planner. Sasha was very patient with us and provided quality assistance on everything from hiring a DJ to choosing a dessert menu. Her service was much appreciated and genuinely helped make our day wonderful and an "oh so classy" event!
My son and his bride used Oh So Classy to assist in planning their destination wedding. Not being residents in the area they chose for their wedding was a challenge, but using an event planner removed all obstacles. We were all impressed with the staff. They were thorough, reliable, courteous, friendly, and flexible. They made sure everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Sasha was a joy to work with. We would definitely recommend this team to anyone needing help in planning a wedding or other event! ~ I did not put a rating in the " value" category since the bride's family paid the bill 😊
Sasha did an excellent job keeping us on track with our daughter's wedding. She was prompt in returning emails and phone calls. And provided us with options when we faced challenges. She took care of all the little details that would have fallen through the cracks. Not only did she get the job done, she made it an enjoyable experience! I would highly recommend Oh So Classy Events.
Sasha and her team did a really good job at staying in contact with us, she was very flexible with me on some deadlines when I had some family emergencies. Our rehearsal went great because of her and she did her best to help me deal with a bad DJ and a hairstylist that went over an hour and a half. She kept me informed the day of the wedding and went out of her way to help us. She even helped me through the days after the wedding. We wouldn't of made it through the day without her.
