Old Savannah Tours

I went back and forth for months on whether I wanted to book a trolley and decided 2 weeks before my wedding to do it and I am SO happy that I did! That staff's communication was fantastic, they were so quick in getting things booked which helped ease my stress of booking this so close to the wedding. They arrived on time with a very friendly driver and it was such a hit with our guests! I'm so glad I had them and would highly recommend!

For our Savannah wedding, we hired a trolley to pick the wedding party up at one of the squares downtown... did a champagne spray & then off to our venue. We also hired a minibus to pick up all family at a different square to take them to the venue as well. We kept the mini bus to aid with transporting guests to the ceremony location, and then the wedding party, even at the end of the night had 2 trolleys take all guests back downtown to the same location where they were initially picked up. The trolley and mini bus was perfection, such a sweet touch & gift to any out of towners to get a little more Savannah feel. Communication with the company was easy and perfect, we are so happy we did this! It made the day go by so smoothly and pictures/ video was perfection! Thank you!!

We utilized Old Savannah Tours to transport our bridal party between getting ready locations and venues. Sonja was amazing through the booking process and made sure that we had everything in order for the most perfect day. We were on a tight schedule and our trolley was never late. I highly recommend using Old Savanah Tours on your wedding day. There's no stress in booking and ensuring everything will happen perfectly. And they make for amazing photos!!

Having a trolley for our special day was definitely the right choice! The pictures turned out wonderfully, and it was a great way to get from location to location. They allow you to bring a cooler with drinks and snacks on board. We dropped the cooler off too late, but our kind driver even went back to get it for us while we went in the ceremony! I highly recommend using them for your transportation.

I used Old Savannah Tours in Savannah Georgia as transportation for my wedding on April 23, 2022. David was great to work with for scheduling and was super nice. He was always very responsive to any questions I had throughout the planning process and was flexible when we had some last-minute changes. He made it super simple to book and plan the transportation. Our guests told us how much they loved the trolley as the transportation between the hotel, ceremony, and reception. The trolley was beautiful and fun, and the driver was great. I also recommend adding the tour guide to the ride. Our guests are still talking about how interesting and informative the tour of Savannah Georgia is. They did this on their way to the reception while the bridal party took pictures. We used Old Savannah Tours for our daughter's wedding in November 19, 2021. We used it to shuttle all of our guests from each of their hotels and everything went super smooth. The trolley was fun and pretty and our driver was super informative. It was a terrific way to get around from the hotels to the wedding site to the venue. We highly recommend!

The entire experience with Old Savannah Tours was nothing short of fantastic! Everything from their communication to delivery of the final products was top notch! They made everything easy, seamless and stress free! We got trolleys to transport our bridal party and guests to our ceremony and also for a tour between the ceremony and the cocktail hour. The guests were raving about not only the tour and trolley but the drivers being the best tour guides they ever had, funny, informative and gracious. We also hired two cigar flapper girls during the reception, as we were doing a 1920's themed gatsby affair. I loved working with them and grateful to be able to support this amazing business!

Old Savannah Tours was great to work with. They were prompt and responsive. Everything went smoothly day-of with transportation. We are so glad we chose to get an air conditioned mini-bus for our wedding day on 9/11/21. It took us and the wedding party from square to square to take pictures. We highly recommend Old Savannah Tours for event rentals.

I think parking and transportation is what our parents freaked out about most leading up to the wedding. It drove us completely nuts for a hot minute. But then, on a trip to Savannah, my mom had the idea to hire a trolley to shuttle guests to the ceremony venue and backto the reception venue. Hot dang, what a difference it made. We had a 35-person trolley and a 24-person mini bus. The trolley shuttled people from our reception venue (used as a meeting spot) out to the ceremony venue and back, and the trolley shuttled people from the hotel my husband's family was staying in to the ceremony venue, then out to the recption venue. Sonja at Old Savannah Tours helped us every step of the way, and made booking super easy! Plus, their vehicles are just so pretty!

Such a perfect addition to our wedding day! We used the 35 passenger white trolley to transport the bridal party to and from photos at Forsyth park! The driver was early, respectful and a great driver! So easy to work with!

We loved having Old Savannah Tours as our guest transportation from downtown Savannah to Old Fort Jackson. We had three stops for the trolleys to pick up and drop off, as well as a specific trolley who first picked up the gentlemen, and then picked up the ladies and kept us safely out of view of other arriving guests. It was a relief to know our guests had the option of a safe way to and from the fort, especially since the site is so tucked away. Thank you for taking such good care of us and on our special day!

We wanted a way to get to and from our ceremony that could A. fit our entire wedding party and B. had some cool Savannah charm to it. This definitely fit the bill! The company allowed us to split our three hours of time, so we were able to have them pick up the boys and then come back for the girls pre-ceremony and then scoop everyone post-ceremony for one price. Other companies were going to make me pay for the time the trolley was not in use by us (i.e. ceremony, cocktail hour, reception), and at what I considered to be a ridiculous price. Old Savannah allowed for a perfect and stress-free transportation day. Bonus points for having big trolleys, allowing for my parents and my party's significant others to hop on board to get the to ceremony!! And our doggo, of course! Great experience!!

We used Old Savannah Tours to transfer 20+ people from historic downtown to our venue about 15 minutes out. The company was easy to work with and were right on schedule based on our detailed itinerary. We loved taking the trolley, as did our guests! We hired Old Savannah Tours for our June wedding in Savannah. We booked the trolleys for a private ghost tour for guests that came into town early, wedding transportation, and a day tour for guests after the ceremony while we took pictures. Our experience with Old Savannah Tours exceeded every expectation and they truly enhanced the wedding weekend experience for guests. I was a destination Bride and when I came to Savannah for our menu tasting I asked Patti if she could meet with us and give a tour of the open air trolleys (for the ghost tour) and AC mini buses for the wedding transportation. She was more than accommodating and happy to help in anyway she could to answer any questions we had. She is one of the best people I have ever met and truly cares about you and your guests. I would also like to say that one of our wedding guests will be going back to Savannah in two weeks with a few friends and asked what the tour company was called so they could book the ghost tour again. Hired a trolley service for wedding transportation to ceremony and from ceremony to reception. Trolley was on time. A little confusion upon arrival but all settled after a couple of phone calls. Trolley driver was friendly, funny and knew where to go.

Old Savannah Tours is great for transportation on your wedding day! They stayed on schedule and are very reliable. We had no problems and the drivers were safe. Our put of town guests enjoyed the trolley experience!

Old Savannah Tours is great and so easy to work with!! We made one phone call and had the trolley booked for our wedding date! We were very promptly sent the contract and that was all that had to be done! We ending up having to change the trolley time less than a month before the wedding and it wasn't an issue at all. The trolley arrived exactly when it was supposed to, made several trips for the bridal party and guests and everyone loved it!! I think the value for the cost is outstanding as well! It was so nice to have a really cool mode of transportation for all of our guests so they didn't have to worry about driving or parking! You could never get this accommodation at this price with a limo service! I love Old Savannah Tours!

Easy to work with up to the wedding day;I had given specific instructions to the trolley company about the wedding day schedule, yet that information wasn't relayed properly to the trolley driver. The driver was supposed to drop us off and then circle around every 15 minutes or so to see when we were ready to be picked up. Instead, she left and didn't return until the 'end of service' time.

;Savannah's roads can be very bumpy, especailly in a carriage or old trolley.

We had over 30 out of town guests, so we used the tour company to pick them up in a Trolley to bring them to the ceremony and then on to the reception and back to the hotel afterward. The driver was on time and the office staff was very helpful in making the arrangements for multiple stops.;The only problem with the trolley companies in Savannah is that they are limited by city ordinances as to where they can stop. And the stop point was a few blocks from the restaurant. That would have been ok if it didn't start pouring as soon as the reception was over. The driver was a bit argumentative when my husband asked him to stop at the door to the restaurant to pick up guests in the rain. We even offered to pay the fine if he should incur a ticket for doing so. He was a teeny bit rude on that point.
