Old Town Trolley was awesome to work with! Jeanette and her team made everything flawless from start to finish, from phone calls to work out the detail to last minute schedule changes this team was a dream to work with. The photos are amazing and our driver, Lizz, had the perfect playlist to get us to and from the wedding. Our guests loved seeing the big beautiful white trolley outside the church on our wedding day and it felt like a gift to our bridal party to provide the best transportation San Diego has to offer! I highly recommend this team, if your on the fence just go for it!

Old Town Trolley Tours added a fun and unique element to our wedding celebration. We used them for transportation from our wedding reception to afterparty. We worked with Jeanette for booking who was awesome, and Daniel did a great job as our trolley driver day of. Everyone we spoke to at the office was nice and helpful. I highly recommend Old Town Trolley as a cool alternative for wedding transportation!

We booked "Bella", the wedding trolley, and LOVED having it a part of our special day. It was such a cool and unique experience, and we're so happy we hired them! We traveled in style, got some unforgettable photos, and will always have memories of this special experience. Jeanette and her team were very professional, prompt and easy to work with during the wedding planning process. Due to COVID, we had to reschedule our wedding, which was very stressful. However, Jeanette and her team were very accommodating and flexible, which we were so appreciative of! The day of the wedding went smoothly, and our driver was very nice. Old Town Trolley provided our wedding transportation from ceremony to reception, and then from reception back to our two hotel blocks. Jeanette was a pleasure to work with; she was so helpful and responsive. They were flexible with their hours and it was also fun to have a local Trolley provide transportation, as most of our wedding guests were from out of town! I highly recommend them for any of you shuttling service needs!

The Wedding Trolley was a unique and memorable addition to our wedding. Having a wedding during the pandemic, we already knew it wouldn't be as we originally planned. However, the wedding trolley and the service that provided before and during the wedding was amazing. Jeanette was flexible with the changing dates of our wedding and the changing plans. We changed our venue and location several times and they were completely understanding and accommodating In the end, we rented them for 3 hours, went from the church, to pitstop and get a snack, to Balboa Park, and to finally ending in La Jolla. We would 100% recommend having them at any event. It was a fun and beautiful way to get from Point A to Point B. The trolley made our wedding photos so special!

These trolleys added that extra little touch that made our wedding so unique and elegant. Our hotel to our ceremony site was only a 8 min walk, and ceremony to reception also 8 min walk, but you’ll love the extra little touch by renting these trolleys. We have seen many pictures of our guests in front of and inside them, and everybody said they were great. Our driver was fantastic, and Ren and Erica specifically were a pleasure to deal with. Their communication was fantastic throughout the process and they made everything so easy! Thank you to this team!

Our bridal party had such a blast taking the trolley to our reception. The driver was friendly and made sure we made it to our reception on time with music to listen too. They even rolled out red carpet for us and made everyone feel super special. We had some great photos with the trolley as it is so classy. It was nice as we live in the bay area to bring a part of San Francisco with us to our wedding. Would highly recommend hiring for your wedding and bridal party.

We had the Trolley transport guests between our Reception and Ceremony location in La Jolla. The distance was about 2 miles apart and Old Town Trolley did an amazing job. Parking was restricted in both locations so having the trolley provided made it much easier for our guests. The driver Tim was professional and fun and even came back and got us (bride and groom) to do some pictures with the trolley. Thank you!

Old Town Trolley was one of our favorite wedding touches! We opted for the white wedding trolley and it made the transportation and photo opportunities so incredible! Jeanette was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process and our two drivers were so professional and friendly - we had a great time! We definitely would recommend to future brides and grooms!

Our wedding was on 9/28/18. We had our ceremony at one resort and our reception at another. So we decided to have trolleys transport our guests from one resort to another. 3 green/orange trolleys were rented for the guests and white trolley was for my wedding party. Everything was perfect! They were early to make sure the area was safe for guests to enter the trolley. Each ride ran smoothly and they did an incredible job making sure everyone was having a great time and everyone was safe. Shout out to our drivers Mark, Milo, and Tim who drove our guests. And BIG shout out to Susie who was sooo sweet (she drove our wedding party to certain areas for pictures). Definitely a must for a wedding! It's the perfect surprise/addition. We worked with Old Town Trolley Tours for wedding party logistics and it ended up being one of the highlights of our wedding! The white trolley was PERFECT, exactly what I had imagined to get us from the ceremony to the reception. We were able to play music and celebrate with all our bridesmaids and groomsmen - much better than having to take individual Ubers! Throughout the planning process we had to tweak our schedule a few times and Jeannette could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We even received a card from the drive and follow up note from Jeanette after the wedding. So thoughtful, and truly speaks to the care this company has for their customers. if you have a chance to work with them, take it!

We were very happy to use Old Town Trolley Tours for transportation of the wedding party and guests on our wedding day in Coronado. Unfortunately all the special white trolleys were already booked, but the orange and green one was great. They were very flexible and helpful in the planning process and everything worked out perfectly. They were on time and made all the stops we requested, including last minute changes. We also got some great pictures and everyone had fun riding on it. Highly recommended!

We used Old Town Trolley Tours as the transportation from our wedding ceremony at Cuvier Park to our reception site at Hotel La Jolla. I was looking for a fun way to transport the guests and I nailed it with this company. They were on time (super early), very friendly, allowed us to plug in our iphone for music during the journey, allowed us to eat our Lobster (see my review for Maine Lobster) on board, which greatly helped with our timeline. There were fun, reliable, friendly, perfectly on time and great to work with. I did the booking with Jeanette - she was the nicest person and she was very well organized in reaching out to me. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend them.

I feel compelled to write this review since I've tried contacting Old Town Trolley for at least two weeks now without any appropriate follow-up. I followed instructions on the company's website to contact Erica, which I did first by email without a response. I called and left a message after days of no response by email. Again, zero response. Then I got through to the receptionist last week, and told her I was interested in the wedding trolley and would like to speak with Erica. She put me through to Erica's assistant after a long time on hold to which she came back to ask if I already had a contract. NO! I cannot even get basic information, much less a contract. When I asked David about the wedding trolley, the only piece of info he gave me was the price! $490 seemed very high for a one-way trip from the church to the venue (one way, 1 hour rate), so I inquired about a few other options. I also had to ask very basic questions, such as, "Are there two trollies or just one?" and "What are the differences?" He said he would email me with the information and never did. I was very interested in this service for my guests but after this experience I cannot fathom how my wedding day transportation would go.

Used the Felicity Trolley to transport our wedding party to the church then to pictures and the reception after the wedding. It was beautiful and made for some really fun pictures. On top of that the driver was super nice and really fun. He made sure we had waters for everyone during the whole time since it was really hot outside. During the planning Old Town Trolley was very easy to work with and let us alter our timeline and locations up until the last minute (we ended up adding an additional hour).

We hired them to pick up our wedding guests after our reception at Casa Marina & drive us to the other end of Duval for the after party. We were able to make a couple different stops for guests. Our driver was awesome! Such a fun way to continue the celebration. They were a breeze to work with, especially being remote. 5+ stars!

What a great way to get your guests around. I liked using the trolley for our guests because it allowed them to enjoy alcohol without having to worry about driving, and it got everyone to the wedding together and on time! The bus driver (Susie) was early and very kind! It was a unique experience!

The Trolley is a great way to get your bridal party around town and the pictures are so much fun!! We had the best driver, who stopped at all the locations we wanted! It's open and roomy (unlike a limo), and the pictures are so fun!!

Instead of the same old boring limo that everyone uses...we wanted something unique, beautiful! The stunning wedding trolley went perfectly with our old town church wedding and downtown reception! Our driver Richard was so friendly...the trolley makes for great picture setting and is able to get 22 of your friends and family in...im sure more than a regular limo...couldnt be happier with our choice

We used the trolley for our wedding party transportation and for our guests. The drivers were friendly and fun. One of my favorite memories of the day was them playing "going to the chapel" while the wedding party was on the trolley headed to the venue. They were the perfect addition to our day!

We opted for the green & orange trolley, rather than the Felicity, the elegant all white trolley. The colorful trolley seats about 12 people more than the white, and the sales coordinator, Erica, was willing to work within our budget for this trolley. She made it very quick and easy to schedule the trolley, and though she was not available the week of our wedding, her assistant Carrie was more than helpful in making sure we had all the contact information for our driver. She even made sure to save and mail our “Just Married” sign to us after we accidently left it on the trolley. Hatch was our driver, and he was absolutely wonderful! While we were taking pictures on the trolley it was parked in a loading zone at the venue. An employee of the park asked him to move it, but he negotiated to give us some time to finish the photos. He was very accommodating in transportation back and forth between the hotel and the venue (for the guests). He even made an emergency run to make sure no guests were left stranded at the hotel right before the ceremony! At the end of the night he waited very patiently for our (slightly rowdy) guests to board and settle in before asking our choice of CD to listen to on the ride back to the hotel. He even helped my husband and me with all of the “luggage” we had to take back to the hotel with us after the wedding. He really made the transportation experience fun and easy!

it is an amazing way to be taken around on your wedding day.... its open air.... they play great classic music.... there is a bell to ring... its so elegant and beautiful. the driver was so kind. the pricing is great.

Since 13 of the 20 people at our wedding were from out of town we didn't want to have everyone driving themselves. We could have rented 3 limos or 1 party bus, but it wasn't the right feel for our small carefree wedding. We found this trolley service and you can rent one of their normal orange and green trolleys or their special white trolley. It was a great experience and every time someone honked or waved our driver would ring a big bell. They also played cute wedding themed music like "going to the chapel". It was fun and very open and airy. I thought the price was a bit much, it was $875 for 3 hours, but in the end it was worth it.

We got two trollies to transport our guests and wedding party to the church and then the venue. It was so much fun and the guests absolutely loved the tour part from the church to the venue. Both conductors were excellent and very courteous. So wonderful!!!!

Instead of a limo, limo bus, or stretch hummer, I love how unique and classic the Old Town Trolley for weddings (called "Felicity")is. Our driver was named Frank. He was a professional, kind, skilled driver. Highly recommended. One tip: book way in advance like we did. They only have one wedding trolley in their fleet.

It was difficult getting a hold of Erica in the planning stages, but were later informed that upon getting her voicemail to have her paged. After that, everything went very smoothly and we were very happy with the service and our trolley driver Steve!

The trolly was all white and fit our entire wedding party. It was wonderful to be with all of friends during our wedding. It had fresh air as we were driving which was great on a hot day in San Diego. Also it was really fun to wave to other cars as we drove by - a real highlight of the day.
