WOW! What a beautiful venue to celebrate our wedding! The farm tables and chandeliers were my favorite part. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Carol Ann was a pleasure to work with! Guests loved the layout making it easy to have fun! It was nice to have the bridal room as an extra space and that all tables and chairs were provided. The staff had plenty of suggestions for perferred vendors and only pointed us to the best which helped plan an out of town wedding. 11/10 would recommend!!
The venue coordinator had great professionalism and was able to make several recommendations to the bride to be for other vendors in the area that might offer services she was looking for!
Cannot say enough good things about Old Towne Event Center! The staff pays such close attention to your vision of your big day and sees it through to fruition. They are so friendly and truly care about you as if you are part of their family. The event space is beautiful and so so versatile. There are so many options for decorating to make it unique to your personal style. The day of the wedding, you don't have to worry about a single thing because they take care of EVERYTHING. You're in good hands at Old Towne, I can promise you that.
I had my wedding reception here and LOVED it. The staff was so friendly, professional, helpful and ready to help in any way possible. Both rooms are so aesthetically pleasing and chandeliers are breathtaking. You can really have any type of decor here and it will look amazing. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again for another event!
I just adore this location. As a photographer we see trends in locations and the past few years has been plenty of outdoor and barn weddings. This location is refreshing to me. With an industrial, yet elegant feel to it. I've even seen a very pretty rustic decor work here as well. So many possibilities. The staff is fantastic to work with and the location is great.

We attended a wedding here....stunning from the friendliness of the staff who are very accomodating to the elegance of the perfect celebration. Well done. One of the best venues in the area! Highly recommend.

Wow! The venue IS beautiful, however the experience was a stressful nightmare! Due to changing circumstances, a little more than 3 months from our wedding date, we needed a venue. OTEC didn't have an event scheduled for that weekend so we AGREED on a reduced rate. I met with Carol Ann 19 days before the wedding to discuss arrangements. She never took a single note throughout the whole meeting. She assured me SHE would work my event herself to make sure my family wouldn't have to stress about serving food, keeping drinks full, etc. I'm a note taker, so I asked if she would like me to email her a copy of my notes, and she agreed. That was the last I heard from her until 4 days prior to our wedding. She refused to return phone calls, text messages, emails, FB messages, etc. 4 days prior, I was beginning to wonder if we were going to have a venue at all!! When she finally returned a call to my mother, she confessed she'd not opened my email from 2 weeks prior that I'd sent her regarding our meeting. I was so frustrated I was in tears! The day before the wedding, we were decorating in a room that was 74-78', and when we asked about turning down the air temp. we were repeatedly told how expensive it was. I couldn't use the bridal room to get ready on my wedding day because to was too hot! The elevator was filthy, we PERSONALLY had to use a carpet cleaner/deodorizer to get rid of the smell, the stains to the carpet we couldn't remove.
The day of the wedding came and she chose to have ONE employee "work" our event vs her. Not a single person served food, and our drink containers ran dry. My family spent more time catering to our guests than enjoying the event. To top it off, we were previously told we could have the venue until 11 pm and could clean up the next day. However at 9:30 we were told we needed to vacate the facility (cleaned out) by MIDNIGHT, our wedding STARTED at 7pm!! I had family travel 4+ hrs to share this event!! Again, I left upset and frustrated. My guests, mostly family, had to help us clean up and be out by midnight. I was humiliated.
There is obviously a serious problem with communication when you book with this venue. If you are "lucky enough" to get a discounted rate, you will be treated like a discounted client!!!!
I am not recommending this venue because of lack of professionalism.
After reviewing this venue on FB, I received 3 phone calls, 1 text message, 1 voicemail & my husband received 3 FB messages within a 48 hr period. The venue then proceeded to "argue" my review, again, not professional. Feel free to read the review on FB
We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing. Not only was the owner there to make sure everything was going smoothly, the staff was awesome. They were so helpful and always asked if I needed anything. It was also absolutely gorgeous. We didn't even need too many decorations because it is naturally beautiful. They had beautiful tables, chairs, light fixtures (BEAUTIFUL), and table cloths. All of it was included in the price. They had a great sound system and a projector screen to use. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It was perfect. You will not be disappointed.
If I could give Old Towne more stars I would! Our wedding was in September of 2016 and it was the best day ever! Carol Ann and Cassidy made our day so special and went above and beyond to do so; they both did so much for me and always made sure that if I needed anything they offered to do it for me to make my day easier. Carol Ann and her whole staff are so caring and treat their brides like family. Almost 5 months later and I still have Carol Ann checking in to see how married life is and being a friend! This venue was my dream come true; I can't even begin to say how many compliments we received for how beautiful of a place we picked for our special day!! I would recommend this amazing venue to anyone! I could not have asked for a better or more beautiful venue!
Republic needed this venue so badly! My bridesmaids hosted my bridal shower here and it was everything I could've ever imagined. Carol the owner was so great to work with she went above and beyond to make sure my day was super special . I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, looking to host a special event .
