Our reception at Olive + Oak was everything we could've asked for. The team was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The ability to customize every aspect of the evening to my husband and I was so appreciated. O+O created a menu that reflected his Colombian culture and our favorite dishes. We have had so many people reach out after to say it was the best wedding food they've ever had (from cocktail hour to dessert) and the BEST wedding cocktails. Thank you O+O for helping us have the best day ever!
We are fully booked at Olive + Oak for 2025 and in the planning process, and our initial experience with Courtney has been amazing! From the beginning, she has been extremely responsive and incredibly helpful! While we looked at other venues, Courtney's customer service was a huge selling point for us when we chose O+O!
The venue is beautiful and you can really decorate/design it however you would like. We are so excited for our reception at O+O and so are our guests!! I would highly recommend touring with the venue with Courtney and Casey!
We had our reception here this past October and it was the best decision EVER! This meal will be the meal that your friends and family rave about every time they see you. The chef creates a personalized menu to your tastes and preferences making it totally unique. Courtney and the other members of the team we worked with in the past two years have been so nice, answering all my questions, letting me tour the space several times with various family and vendors, Courtney feels like a friend to me now. The space serves as a blank canvas so you can go as maximalist or minimalist as you want with decor and it will still look beautiful. I can't recommend this place enough, it is SO worth the investment.

Hosting our wedding reception at The Hall at Olive + Oak was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Our whole experience with planning as well as our experience on the day was exceptional. Courtney and the whole team were so kind and communicative and accommodating to all of our needs and requests. They went above and beyond to make the day exactly how we wanted. Not to mention the food! Chef Grace curated the meal to be a reflection of us and completely blew it out of the water. Every detail of the meal was so intentional and it was unlike any meal we or any of our guests had ever had at another wedding. We knew that the O+O team had every aspect of the day under control and we could relax and enjoy our wedding knowing that it was in good hands. We truly have no notes! Olive + Oak is the best!!!
The Olive + Oak Team were very organized, professional, fun, and very accommodating to Colton and Megan. They are active duty military and were not sure they would be able to keep their original date of their wedding due to their required commitments. Casey and her team were more than supportive.
The food, drink, venue, and staff were top notch! They were very flexible and listened to our request and were able to meet most of the request! They never seemed stressed or overwhelmed! They actually kept us very calm throughout the process. We were worked with the same people throughout the process which was very helpful.

My wife and I held our wedding reception at Olive + Oak in June of 2024 and it was some of the best money we spent during the entire wedding process. Casey Fletcher was wonderful to work with. She was prompt, professional, so so kind, and understood our vision from the start. Everything about the planning, set up, and wedding day ran smoothly -- both from our perspective and the perspective of our wedding planner (who saw far more than we did!). We had a number of complicated dietary restrictions and severe allergies among our guests. Chef and Casey were meticulous in understanding our needs, and successfully created a menu that was not only delicious, but safe for everyone! We couldn't be more grateful for everyone's hard work in making our day special and stress-free.
Would do it all again! We worked with Courtney at Olive + Oak, and she was amazing. Everything was clearly laid out ahead of time and responded to any questions in a timely manner. They offered a tasting which was absolutely amazing to pick your very own unique meals foe the guests and OMG it’s been almost a week since our wedding and people are still commenting on how good the food was (bar too!). All the staff was professional. We had right around 170 guests (with a dance floor) and the space felt perfect! The room looked full which was nice but we had a fairly large dance floor. I truly could not have been more happy with our everything turned out!

Courtney and Olive & Oak made my daughter's wedding reception "Magical". Magical in ambiance, magical in the exceptional quality of the food & beverage, magical in the level of service provided to our guests. The venue was absolutely perfect and allows full separation of the cocktail hour from the reception dinner...allowing for a perfect bride & groom reveal. Our guests were blown away by the beautiful space and what we heard was... This is the best wedding meal I've ever had. If I had more daughters, this would be my space for any wedding or formal reception.
Amazing in all categories! Staff was super helpful leading up to our wedding and on the day of (we were planning from out of town and they made the process super stress free). Venue is naturally gorgeous, needing little decoration. Food was AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING.
Living in Webster, we already knew O+O and all of their establishments have great food and atmospheres, so it was easy to fall in love with this venue. We loved the modern industrial look, beautiful wood tables and bar. The staff was incredible, was truly above and beyond our expectations the night of, and we had pretty much every guest give raving reviews of the food. We have nothing negative to say about our experience with their team.
Olive + Oak was my immediate choice for my wedding venue mainly because of their amazing food. Not only did the food exceed my expectations but working with Courtney + team, was a wonderful experience. Planning a wedding from out of State is not ideal, but Courtney was very timely with her responses and updates (which is very much appreciated). The wedding was beautiful and the staff working the event was wonderful as well. Could not recommend O+O more for any event!
It's such a pleasure and honor to have had our wedding at Olive + Oak. They were super helpful and attentive during the planning process. They were also so generous and let us use so many of their own items and really helped keep the costs of decor down. They really have the whole process down to a T and even their staff was out helping us clean up when they didn't have to. I cannot recommend this venue more and just know that they will help cater the most amazing wedding, with the most amazing food and AMAZING drinks. There is nothing that this venue can't do and highly recommend.
The Hall at Olive + Oak was the only place we wanted to have our reception venue. We had only seen photos of the space before our tour, and scheduled other venue tours just to make sure, but we both knew we’d figure out how to make O+O happen for our wedding. The space itself is gorgeous, with its moody lighting and modern appeal, but we all know that if you’re considering The Hall at Olive + Oak, you want the best food. You want Chef Grace.
Chef Grace sent us a questionnaire ahead of our tasting that gave her insight on what we like to eat, how we typically dine and some of our favorite meals. She used this to create a menu that perfectly reflected who we are as a couple. With our mixed backgrounds and tastes, she was able to whip up an approachable menu that everyone at our wedding enjoyed, while including some of our special requests.
Our experience with O+O was even better than imagined, Courtney was our event coordinator who helped answer questions along the way, even when I asked about silly things like a coat check six months before the wedding date. Their staff the day-off was attentive to our needs the entire time, making sure we always had food and drinks in hand. They made us feel so special not only the day-of our wedding, but every day we interacted with them. So much love for Olive + Oak!

Courtney was our main point person from the venue and she did an amazing job! She was very communicative and helpful in answering any questions we had ahead of our event. Outside of the coordinator and venue itself, the food was outstanding! The chef really took our preferences into account and crafted delicious plates for our special night. The food was also perfectly made even for serving 150+ guests at the same tine. We highly recommend choosing Olive + Oak for any of your special events!
Where do I even start?! Courtney, Casey, and Chef Grace were beyond perfect to work with. We completed a questionnaire to capture what types of food we like, and holy cats did they deliver! The tasting time we had before the wedding went so well. They genuinely applied our questionnaire answers into curating a delicious and meaningful meal, appetizers, and salad. The coordinators were extremely communicative by email and phone when needed. They sent floor plans for the ceremony and reception. The space itself is so beautiful, filled with naturally light, and simple that any decor you use can personalize the space so easily. The loft above the Hall was perfect for our bridal party to hang out before the event. The Hall has everything you need in house: table numbers, linens, silverware and plates, food, alcohol; no need to coordinate outside vendors other than photographer and DJ. We cannot recommend them enough and are eternally grateful for the space and every person that works there.
I am not one to write reviews, but feel this is completely warranted. Our first date was at the original Olive + Oak up the street. One of the main reasons that the restaurant holds a special place in our heart is the service and the people who take care of you. The same can be said about the unbelievably high level of service and personalized experience The Hall at Olive and Oak provided. From our first conversation with Casey, to the tasting with the Chef, our experience could not have been any better. We were made to feel special, our questions were always answered, everyone we interacted with truly listened to us. There was always the question of what can we do for you, or how do you feel about this. It made my wife and I feel such at ease with our selection. As individuals who truly take pleasure in what we eat and drink, the food was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our minds were blown away and had zero changes to make to the delicious and inventive menu. The service staff (bar and wait staff) did an unbelieve job taking care of our family and friends. Every guest had nothing but positive things to say about our special day. Everyone was professional and kept the evening on track from a timing perspective, so we did not have to worry about a thing. The team worked synergistically with all of our vendors and there were zero hiccups.
We could not recommend the Hall more. From the elegance of the space, to the service, to the planning and coordination with Casey our wedding day was perfect. A sincerest thank you to the entire team for making us feel loved and taken care of.

We chose Olive + Oak Hall because food, atmosphere and location were the top priorities. O+O exceeded our expectations on all levels. Our guests continue to rave over the meal and the overall experience. Our Event Coordinator kept us calm, confident and executed our vision perfectly. We enjoyed every moment without any stress and we have a memory of a lifetime. Watching our guests walk around with fancy cocktails, having the time of their lives dancing the night away is a dream come true. It was the best decision to entrust O+O with our most special day!
Olive + Oak was a phenomenal venue to work with from the very beginning of wedding planning to the day we got married. No detail was spared when our planners (Katie and Casey) were helping us figure out the timeline of our wedding day. They answered my many questions quickly and in great detail. I never felt like I was imposing. They worked with all our vendors to ensure the day ran smoothly.
My personal favorite part of having our wedding at O+O was the unbelievable custom menu. The chef at O+O is amazing. She was able to pinpoint our favorite foods based on a survey we took and she made them unique and enjoyable for our large group. My husband and all our guests were blown away by how great our dinner was.
O+O is, without question, a five star experience. My husband and I are officially die hard O+O fans! Thank you so so much for making our day truly perfect.
Need an amazing wedding venue? Look no further! Our top priorities were great food and drinks (including craft beer), and O&O had the best of both worlds. Beyond the offerings, the staff and atmosphere were amazing! We hosted our 200 person wedding here with food stations and late night O&O burgers, and it was flawless. We knew staff members by name, and we had the party of a lifetime. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we look forward to many celebrations with O&O and Perennial in the future.
If I could give 100 stars I would! I mean COME ON! The food, the venue, the staff. Literal perfection. Casey and her phenomenal team made our rehearsal dinner everything of our dreams. An upscale but casual evening spent eating oysters, chicken and waffles, burger bites, street tacos and multiple signature cocktails was just what our group needed leading up to our wedding weekend. Honestly I don’t know why anyone would ever eat anything other than this food ever again after they try this. Casey was so wonderful throughout our whole planning process. She is pure joy to work with and her team in The Hall excuses happiness. I don’t know what you all are waiting for, book your next event at Olive and Oak right now!! You won’t regret it!!!
When looking for a wedding venue, we specifically wanted a place with excellent food and drinks. Olive + Oak provided both! The experience of getting to taste our food and talk directly with the chef made the process personalized and comfortable. They were able to accommodate our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The venue itself is already beautiful which helped with needing minimal decorations throughout the day. The team was great to work with, and we will be back for future events and dinners.
Olive + Oak was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! The absolute highlight of the event was the food - it was FABULOUS! As we have reconnected with our guests post-wedding, the first thing everyone says to us is how great the food was. We had multiple guests who are in the food industry (one is the sous chef at a Michelin Star restaurant in Chicago) who said it was the best prepared event food they have ever had. Everyone was so impressed that their filets were expertly cooked while also being prepared for 200 people. Prior to our event, we were able to do a full scale tasting a couple months before our event and give tasting notes directly to the chef. They put together a custom menu based on our unique taste preferences which helped add another personal touch to the event and it was noticed by our guests!
When looking for venues in STL, we struggled to find an event space for 200 guests in STL (most venues either max out around 175 or are meant for more like 350). Not only was The Hall the perfect size, but it was the perfect blank canvas for our black tie event. It is a beautiful space that can be dressed up or down based on your style. I was beyond floored by how beautiful the space turned out on the big day. We knew we would have a big drinking group so the large bar was a huge selling point for us.
The event team was amazing an helped us make the entire process feel seamless and even helped us arrange to come in to practice our first dance a couple days before our event. I could not recommend O+O more!!

The food was amazing, the wait staff was great, and Mia went out of her way to make sure everything went perfectly. I cannot say enough great things about Olive + Oak!! They helped make the planning process easy and fun, and we loved being able to customize the food and drink and choose our other vendors. The event space is beautiful on its own, but at night with all the candles lit it was magical. Our wedding night was absolutely AMAZING!! The staff did an incredible job setting up and putting up with our crazy dance party. They were all so nice! Guests were raving about how delicious the food was and how great the cocktails were. We had a total of 110 guests that fit perfectly into the space without feeling crowded. Katie was a joy to work with - dealing with a million questions and being incredibly flexible. The Hall at O+O was absolutely everything we wanted and more! We chose this venue because it was close to home and we wanted guests coming into town to get a glimpse at "our" neighborhood and because we consider ourselves STL foodies, you just cannot beat Olive and Oak food. The space is the perfect mix of industrial and cozy and we got SO many compliments. The food, obviously above and beyond any expectation we could have had. The service was wonderful and I can't tell you how many compliments we received about how perfect everything was. We really enjoyed working with Katie to plan our day! Would 10/10 recommend this place - just the most special and unique venue. I will never get over how wonderful our day was!
We ere looking for an intimate venue for our ceremony and reception space. With an anticipated 65 guests, we needed a venue that would help us achieve a festive dinner party vibe without feeling too big or too small. Olive + Oak’s atrium and hall immediately felt right. The building just has good bones and we felt just having beautiful florals would be all the added decor we needed. Kathy Pelch was our amazing event coordinator, helping us bring our vision to life in the space. Our ceremony was in the atrium, with half-moon seating and tons of natural light. The reception space in The Hall could have held a much larger guest list, but worked perfectly for our sized party. We went with a tasting menu to fully celebrate all of the delicious food and desserts Olive + Oak has to offer. Even the menu design process was amazing—we filled out a detailed form, had a tasting, and worked with Kathy, the chef and pastry chef to design the perfect, unique menu. Vegetarian or vegan guests were fully accommodated. At the reception, the bar staff treated guests to amazing cocktails and mocktails. Our guests raved about the bar package. Overall, we had the best time working with Olive + Oak. A beautiful space and delicious food with a thoughtful and talented team—what more could you ask for!?
The O+O team/venue was wonderful for our wedding, everything was perfect...the standout things: easy to work with/communicate with, extremely considerate of all of our requests including patio/late night food etc, food/cocktails of course amazing, venue was beautiful, the ceremony/reception flip worked seamlessly! O+O was the most dreamy place to hold our rehearsal dinner! The food was outstanding and the service was amazing! Our friends and family all raved about the experience. We booked the hall to accommodate our larger party. Kathy Pelch and her team made sure the night with off without a hitch. We had our wedding reception at Olive+Oak in January and it was everything we could've ever dreamed of in a wedding venue. Kathy was our event coordinator who helped us with all of the details and day of coordination. Kathy provided us with suggested vendors and also worked closely with our chosen vendors to ensure our day was absolutely perfect. The O+O staff made it clear from day one their goal was to provide us a personalized experience and they succeeded!! We met with the O+O team to personalize our menu and they listened to every suggestion and delivered three different exceptional main courses and unique appetizers. All of our guests are still talking about them! We were so lucky to find the Hall at O+O when we did because it won't be long before they have a 3+ year waiting list. They're really THAT amazing! 12/10 would recommend!!

We had the absolute best night and are so happy we chose to have our wedding at the Hall at O+O! We had about 160 people which ended up being the perfect amount. I was worried it would be too tight but we could have easily added more tables and the dance floor was the perfect size. Kathy was our coordinator and made the planning so easy. We ended up adding greenery to the ceiling (through the florist) and doing some candle decorations on the table and it had such a cozy, intimate vibe. We also are still hearing how much our guests loved their entrees! The staff were so friendly all night and I loved the little details they did like setting aside some appetizers for us at our dinner spots, and packing up some cake for us to take home since we didn't get to eat any at the reception. We also had a band and the space was perfect for them on the stage. Overall highly recommend!!

Their online portal helps keep things simple and easy handling everything from the contract to seating arrangements, payment, and meal selections. If you are a fan of their restaurant I can assure you the same quality meal will be had when you host an event with them.
Olive + Oak exceeded our expectations for our wedding ceremony and celebration. Katie, our event coordinator was able to create a space that was absolutely what we envisioned and we could not have been happier. The Atrium Room space is beautiful and perfect for an intimate celebration. Our guests are still talking about the DELICIOUS food, drinks, and cool ambiance that O+O provides. The service was incredible during our entire event and the staff were professional and friendly. Excited for any future bride and groom to choose Olive and Oak for their wedding.
We got married at Olive + Oak a couple of weeks ago and we had the best experience. They made everything so incredibly easy. The food and drinks were perfection and our guests repeatedly said the same thing. Where to begin.
When my now husband and I started wedding planning, we agreed that we wanted to have our wedding reception in a safe part of town, a part that showcased how wonderful our city is.
Olive + Oak provided a phenomenal space from the cocktail hour in the atrium to our full reception in the hall. The entire wedding was picturesque. The loft space overlooking the dinner/dancing area is the perfect spot for people or kids to lounge and take a breather.
The enormous atrium windows illuminate natural light as the sun sets, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures.
The hall has a beautiful bar which is large enough to allow people to walk up and review cocktail selections without having to stand in line.
Our guests loved posing in front of the “I Really Love You” sign off to the side of the dance floor, which eventually evolved into a slightly more intense message that people got a kick out of.
This space is a must see if considering a wedding in StL.
We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. The space was beautiful and the perfect size for our ~200 guests. The sound quality in the venue was excellent for our band. The bartenders and quality of cocktails can not be beaten (can't emphasize this one enough). All of the staff and O+O went above and beyond to make our day special, including Casey who was working hard in several different roles throughout the night to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We hope we get to return to the venue as guests someday!
We have been long time patrons of Olive and Oak so picking their event location was a no brainer for our March 4th rehearsal dinner. Casey and Kathy were amazing to work with and were so helpful with all of our requests and kept us updated with the latest COVID-19 restrictions and protocols. Our rehearsal dinner was held in The Hall and they did a great job of making it feel cozy and inviting . The serve staff was amazing and kept our guests lubricated and happy. The food was top notch and they even were able to provide me and my husband our own little cheese curd heaven. We got so many compliments on the food, ambience, and service from all of our guests. We are very happy that we chose our favorite restaurant for our most important celebration. Olive and Oak went above and beyond to make our wedding (and a bridal luncheon) exceptional. Despite uncertainty and chaos with Covid, the team remained flexible, optimistic and accommodating even though our “Covid plan” was incredibly inconvenient and out-of-the norm for their staff. From menu and service planning to execution the night of, Olive and Oak exceeded every expectation. We knew the restaurant offered an amazing experience, food and culture, but their ability to translate that service at scale to events was unparalleled. We are still hearing how amazing the food at our wedding was from guests. You will work with caring and passionate people - just good people - when you choose Olive and Oak. Casey, Kathy, Jesse and the whole team didn’t think twice about going the extra mile to make our special day flawless and we will always remember their generosity with their time and talents.
We had the easiest and most beautiful wedding at Olive + Oak. Their team was very responsive and accomodating, they even helped us brew a special beer with Perennial for our guests! The space was gorgeous, the food was AMAZING, and the servers were delightful. All around perfect experience.
Amazing. They were very flexible given the COVID environment and helped us give our guests a meal they’ll never forget. To quote several guests “best wedding meal ever”. They also were awesome in the tasting and making sure it was all exactly what we wanted to serve and not just cookie cutter wedding meals. So excited to continue to support all of their businesses!!!
Had a wonderful experience at Olive + Oak--awesome service, delicious food, and just the right amount of attention! You have to try the wings (appetizer)--they were incredible along with everything else. We had a meal after a small wedding, and it was delightful including the special dessert requested by the bride and groom and made by the pastry chef!
Olive + Oak was the perfect venue to host our rehearsal dinner! The experience they provided set the mood for a memorable wedding weekend! The event coordinator helped us with the table arrangements, menu planning, and timing of events. When we arrived that evening, she was there, along with other attentive staff members who all worked together to serve our 40 guests. The food was unique, delicious and catered to the dietary needs of several guests. The invitees raved about the grilled shrimp, the expresso rubbed flank steak, and of course, the butterscotch pot de creme! We would highly recommend Olive + Oak for your next celebration!
Olive and Oak was the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. Casey helped us with all the necessary decisions and changes that had to be made during COVID. The appetizers, dinner, drinks and late night snack were all delicious. An amazing time was had by all!
We had to change our large wedding into a smaller one with very short notice. Cassie was very helpful and did an excellent job getting our reception planned fast and exactly how we wanted it. We used their new event space for smaller gatherings. It looked beautiful and was the perfect size for our party of 25. Everyone loved the food and the signature cocktail we chose. I highly recommend Olive and Oak for any reception.
We planned a beautiful wedding in Mexico for May 29, 2020. Sadly, due to the pandemic we were forced to cancel. We spent weeks trying to figure out what kind of wedding we could have with the current environment. A friend mentioned the new event space at Olive + Oak. We thought it was perfect since it is our favorite restaurant. We have a reservation every year on our anniversary and love the cowboy ribeye! I reached out to Casey Fetcher and she was absolutely unbelievable from the beginning. She worked with us through several options, spaces, meal changes, decor, sound systems, allergies...you name it. We ended up having an intimate, immediate family only ceremony and dinner on August 14th. She gave me a space to get ready, a beautiful ceremony space, a perfect dinner setup, and worked in EVERY detail that we requested. The food and wine pairings were AMAZING. We offered four entree options and everyone said it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding. The service was absolutely perfect. Everyone was kind, gracious and so helpful. Casey was there for every need. She was truly the best event coordinator I have ever worked with. She turned what was a difficult time to plan a wedding into a beautiful, small, perfect wedding day for us. I would also add that they went above & beyond to protect the safety of the guests and staff. The event spaces are truly beautiful. We are forever grateful to Olive + Oak and Casey!
Olive + Oak was wonderful to work with from the planning stage through the execution of the wedding. We were a pandemic bridal couple and in the end opted to go with an intimate ceremony of 12. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent and our server gets 10 stars. Would highly recommend this as a venue for any and all of your special occasions.
Olive + Oak was the perfect venue for our wedding! They have such a cool aesthetic with their atrium for cocktail hour and large ballroom for the reception. Casey along with the members of the O+O team made it an unforgettable night. Everything from the service to the five star meal was amazing.
With Covid-19, O+O was extremely flexible and accommodating with the constant changes from the city guidelines. We ended up narrowing our wedding down from 200 people to 50 people, and it was such a nice intimate night that I wouldn't change for anything. Everything was socially distant and felt extremely comfortable for our guests. Their space was extremely clean, and they put a lot of effort into making everyone feel safe. Thank you Olive and Oak!
