I cannot even begin to put into works how highly I think of Christine and her team! I started working with Christine about 3 months prior to my wedding and my only regret is that I did not find her sooner. Christine made me feel as if I were the only bride she was working with. (There were several!) She was very prompt with communication. I never waited longer than a few hours for a response to email and texts were almost always returned immediately. She made recommendation that I had never even thought of. (Highly recommend the last dance idea) and was very honest with me when I had ideas that she felt would not compliment the day. In full transparency, I asked her recommendations on just about everything. I liked that she gave me the pros and cons of everything we discussed and respected my decisions. Most importantly, Christine was my biggest ADVOCATE when it came to working with vendors. What I found was that many vendors had conflicting ideas (all great, btw) of what our day should look like, but did not necessarily fall in line with what I was hoping for. Christine communicated on my behalf to make sure they knew what my dream day looked like AND made sure they listened. I am very type A and pride myself on being a planner. Christine take this to the next level. Literally, the entire day was planned down to the minute. Her experience really prevented any roadblocks. The day of our wedding there were a few minor hiccups, but I did not learn of them until after my honeymoon as they had been taken care of on my behalf. The team really take the time to get to know you and your preferences which is why they knew exactly how I would have wanted to handle any potential challenges. Basically, I want to plan a second wedding just to do it all again with Christine. She is a DREAM and you will be in great hands!

Christine truly made what would have been a hectic day, an absolute dream wedding (10.06.23)! Christine is truly like one of your friends. She's easy to talk to, straight forward, organized and VERY responsive. My mom was encouraging a wedding planner/coordinator throughout the entire wedding planning process because it was a destination wedding, and we starting to feel in over our heads. We had already planned basically all of the details of my wedding and booked most vendors, but if you've ever planned a wedding, you know how many vendors/details/conversations you're trying to keep track of all at once, never mind ensuring it all goes well day of. Especially if you're like me, and have never planned a wedding before and are the very first wedding in your family for over 20 years (oldest grandchild here)! Finally, my mom convinced me and offered to hire a professional to ensure all of our hard work and vision came to life. Even though we hired Christine for "day of" she did so much PRIOR to the wedding. Christine created our wedding timeline, answered questions, made recommendations, coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure timing and contracted services were accurate, and of course she was there by my side day of making sure everything around me was running smoothly so my husband and I could enjoy our wedding with all of our favorite people. She set up everything and packed up at the end of the night. She thought of a lot of things that I never even thought to ask or think of and I really don't know how the day would have turned out if we didn't have her. Guests are still talking about what an incredible wedding it was! If you are debating whether to book Christine or not, JUST DO IT! You will have an amazing wedding. Christine worked my wedding last weekend on 10/7 and I don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her! She made sure the timeline was followed to a T and that everything we needed was in place before and after. She stayed up until the very end even making sure all of our valuables were secured in our vehicles for our send off. Most importantly she was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend her as anyone’s wedding planner!

Christine actually did my sister’s wedding and it only made sense to bring her back for mine! Christine and her team are absolutely WONDERFUL! Although there are many reviews of Christine as a day of coordinator, I had the pleasure of hiring her a year out from my wedding for full service planning. Our first phone call she asked so many questions I had never even though of before, going to weddings you never realize how many little details go into the planning process. The WedAssist App helps to keep things all organized in one place which I loved. The day of the wedding there were so many things that went through my head and I would mention them and they were already taken care of by Christine. I truly enjoyed my wedding day without having to think about all the little details, set up and break down at the end of the night, it was such a blessing!

If you want a stress-free wedding planning process, you MUST hire Christine. I was connected with her after she planned my best friend's wedding in 2022 and I ended up hiring her for both my wedding and housewarming party. My husband and I both have hectic work schedules and it was so valuable to have Christine as our partner in the planning process. She is the absolute best at what she does - she is so organized, professional, responsive, and passionate about bringing her clients' vision to life. I found Christine about three months before wedding -- and boy, am I glad I found her. Trying to keep straight all of the things that would make our wedding not only go smoothly but also make it *enjoyable* was causing me anxiety! Christine provided immediate relief to that stress -- seriously, simply talking to her on the phone during our initial meeting put me at ease because she was incredibly thorough. Christine ran through a laundry list of questions about our wedding plans -- some things we had already decided and some we hadn't even thought of. That's exactly the kind of person you want as your coordinator -- someone who thinks of *everything.* That's Christine. Christine is meticulously organized, laser-focused, and incredibly responsive. The comprehensive event file she created for our wedding put all the many, various details of our wedding in one place and made them digestible -- for us and our vendors (who she communicated to and chased down when necessary)! And on our wedding day, Christine was a force to be reckoned with. We somehow managed to get married on one of the windiest, coldest days in Florida, and when our photographers had to change our photo plan on a fly to accomodate the weather, we shot Christine a text to get the rest of the bridal party where we were -- and she did it! She covered countless other big and small, incredibly important logistics throughout the entire process, and if I could do anything differently, I would hire her for her full wedding planning services rather than just day-of coordination, because it would've given me so much more peace of mind earlier on!

Christine Olive was the day-of coordinator for my intimate wedding ceremony/reception (15 people). Prior to the event, she was very communicative with all of my vendors - after I booked them I didn't even have to talk to them until the day of the wedding, which took so much stress off of the planning process! She was so much more than a coordinator! Christine was ready to go with anything I needed on my wedding day (odds and ends and various other random requests). Also, I am a person who procrastinates, Christine kept me on task until everything was finalized. It would not have been the same wedding without her help, very pleased with the outcome, and I could not have done it without her. Definitely worth factoring a coordinator in to the budget.

My wedding was on 5/20/22 at Pelican Club in Jupiter FL and I am still receiving compliments about Christine and my wedding team's talent and professionalism. I was referred to Christine by a local vendor and knew after our first conversation that she was exactly what I was looking for. She is detailed, organized, prompt, responsive, resourceful, direct, and ON TOP of everything you wouldn’t even think of. She has multiple planning packages to choose from and is reasonably priced. We were contracted for partial planning services but Christine worked with me 6+ months before my wedding to ensure that things didn’t pile up last minute. She is very connected in the local wedding industry and had strong recommendations for vendors who are priced fairly and have talented portfolios. She helped me curate my dream wedding and wedding team who implemented a perfect day of timeline even when the weather decided to downpour on us! Christine, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Christine was amazing. We used her as a day of planner and she gave us the peace of mind we needed going into our wedding day! Leading up to our day she was extremely organized, professional, and responsive. She was also an excellent communicator: clear, concise, accurate, and timely— all of which made it easy to trust that she would do everything we needed to problem solve for us on our wedding day as needed. During our rehearsal and on our wedding day she was prepared and the perfect balance of sweet and assertive- so all our guests and wedding party really liked her but also were clear she was to be listened to. Christine helped us have the best wedding day possible! I booked her after getting recommendations and researching different vendors online. When I had an initial phone call with her and heard how she has worked with all my other vendors numerous times, I knew choosing her was the right call. And I was not wrong - she is organized, follow ups with you & others timely, and is very knowledgeable about the industry. She helped answer any wedding related question I had throughout the process. Before we decided to go with a professional planner, I noticed myself becoming overwhelmed with all of the details, and felt that I was making arbitrary decisions with vendors/planning. She replies to emails/texts the same day and stays calm when things out of our control go awry. Christine is an absolute professional, and literal superhero. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, fun, and efficient. She went above and beyond the job description in order to make sure our big day was absolutely perfect. I didn't have a florist, so we bought grocery store bouquets thinking we could just tie some ribbon and make them look pretty. Not as easy as we thought! Without a moments hesitation, Christine jumped in and took over and made gorgeous bouquets tied with yellow ribbon, just as I imagined. I found Christine on the Knot, I read her reviews and gave her a call. Immediately, I knew I was going to love her. I didn’t have any vision at all for our wedding so she suggested we meet her at Sundy House. Once we were there we knew that was the place and I began to trust her for everything else. I took her advice on basically all vendors she recommended, everyone was amazing and spoke so highly of Christine. 11 days before our wedding we made the terrible decision to post pone the wedding due to COVID.. it was so incredibly upsetting but Christine made it all okay and we soldiered on another year. I am so thankful that I was able to finally have the wedding we had planned and envisioned a year later. It was not only worth the wait but gave me another year to be able to have Christine as my most amazing wedding planner. There is not a thing Christine does not think of or have ready to go. Christine was the absolute best. Although my husband and I booked a wedding with an on-site event team, we knew it was a good idea for us to have the additional expertise of a day of planner. We chose the Coordinator package and were thrilled with the results. Christine made planning a South Florida wedding from NYC an absolute breeze and she really went above and beyond when it came to editing our photo list and creating the perfect wedding timeline. When my husband and I realized super last minute that we should videotape our ceremony because my grandpa was officiating, Christine offered to set up a tri-pod and do it herself. She also even helped with my dress when the bustle fell out. On top of her ability to handle whatever comes her way, Christine is incredibly sweet and bubbly—just what any couple needs on their wedding day. She worked seamlessly with the other vendors and we were thrilled with how everything was set up. Do yourself a favor and hire her now!

The Olives are truly amazing, super organized, kind and generous with their time, and prepared everything for our shower hassle-free. Everything was beautifully planned, and we left most of the decisions in their very capable hands. We are so glad we did! The event was beautiful, fit us to a tee, and everyone had a fantastic time. All the vendors chosen were absolutely perfect from the food to the beautiful cake. We could not have been more pleased! They even took thorough pictures for us of the event and decor, gave us pre-addressed thank you notes to send our guests afterwards, and made sure all decor was perfectly in theme, reasonably priced, and set up beautifully before the event. It was absolutely no stress whatsoever on our part and we couldn't have had a better experience! Christine is absolutely fantastic and I would love to work with her again. I worked with Christine Olive as the videographer for Kasey + Jessy's wedding at The Fontaineblue Miami. She was absolutely perfect!! Everything ran so smoothly. I was impressed! She was on top of every detail from taking the couple's puppy to the dance floor to cutting a loose thread on the groom's shirt. She was really easy to work with. I think it's important for potential clients to get feedback from other vendors as well. She cares about working as a team with everyone to create your dream day!!

Words cannot express how incredibly grateful I am to have had Christine as my wedding planner / life saver! She went above and beyond what was in her contract. She responded to every email so quickly (even late nights and while away with her family) I actually stopped replying to her a few times so that she could stop working ! Christine was amazing! I used her twords the end of my wedding planning as a great organizer. I had booked 90% of my vendors & didn’t need someone on site with me the day of. She was great at tailoring a plan that fit perfectly for me & in my budget. I was able to spit ideas & timelines ideas with her & she gave me great feedback. On the days before I was able to email all my vendors & my wedding party the documents we had worked on together & everything went so smoothly.

Christine did an absolutely amazing job coordinating our wedding. Her process and organization kept us on task the month before. We had a ton of questions about our venue, the Sundy House, and logistics during the planning process. Christine was always available to answer our questions and give recommendations to help us with the first dance, send off and back up locations in case it rained. When I tell you that Christine saved me throughout my planning I am NOT kidding. She answered questions I didn't even know I had and planned for the "what ifs" I never thought of. From the beginning, I knew Christine was going to be my planner. I honestly only called to get a quote but within that phone call she was already coming up with ideas for the wedding that I never would have come up with. She went above and beyond. Lets talk about the most patient, organized, and sweetest person - Christine was amazing! We met and decided to go with her as our day planner over the phone - sometimes you don't get the same connection over the phone, but with Christine I instantly knew I can trust her. She explained everything so clearly and kept everything so organized. My venue was shutdown a month before the wedding and she was there not only to help get the wedding reorganzied and settled for me, but also to let me vent. I also want to say her assistant Kim is basically a professional clone of Christine. She was at my wedding and if a fire happened...I have no clue. Nothing went wrong in my eyes cause I'm pretty sure Kim took care of everything. If a cup was going to fall...Kim was already there to catch it before it hit the floor. She was kind, patient, and professional. I cannot emphasize enough how stress free I was that day because Kim was there to take care of it. I HIGHLY recommend Christine and her company - If I could I'd hire them to be with me everyday forever. LOL

We hosted a wedding at our venue on February 9, 2019, the bride was in a bit of a pickle when she came to us for help being her original wedding venue canceled on her without notice. The bride's Mother found our venue and booked immediately an said she couldn't have been more at ease with our customer service. The mother of the bride introduced me to the team they picked to carry out their event initially. I have to say the ladies Christine(owner of the company) was an absolute sweetheart to work with. Olive and Ivory Event Design was the wedding planning company the bride selected to fulfill her big day. It was awesome to be able to collaborate to execute a memorable experience for the bride. Kimberly (Day Of Coordinator) was very attentive and caregiving to the bride and her guest's needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I look forward to working with you all in the near future.

Christine was amazing from start to finish. Upon confirming her as the day of coordinator she was on top of everything . She created detailed documents and was happy to edit the timelines whenever we needed The day of the wedding she was so calm and new exactly what needed to be done and was happy to help with everything (and she had a little day of emergency kit). Everything ran seamlessly and beautifully thanks to her (including the million of portraits that needed to be taken after the ceremony) . I would recommend her to any and everyone in a heart beat .

Christine was the absolute best. We hired her and the Olive & Ivory team as our day of coordinators and as a Type A personality giving the reigns to someone else is never easy, but we could not have been in better hands. Christine and her team took care of every little detail so that we could focus on enjoying what could have ended up being a very stressful day. It's the little things that I will remember Christine for, fixing a last minute chuppah disaster, sewing up my dress when the bustle broke two times and making sure we had a drink in hand immediately after the ceremony. Additionally, within one hour of our ceremony, our Director of Catering started to strongly express concerns regarding the weather, and Christine managed her effortlessly without involving me. Christine is wonderful in every sense of the word. The day of my sister's wedding, our family was a mess of emotion and adrenaline and every type of feeling you can imagine. Our main priority and focus was my sister (and her future husband)...and so, was Christine's. She made sure that all the big AND little details were taken care of so that we could focus on the most important parts of the day - family and the love that we all share. She is so detail oriented and pays close attention to the small things that make all the difference. We had full confidence that Christine had all the details under control and she helped to put our minds at ease, as we knew we were in good hands. Why add the stress of planning your own logistics when you can hire a professional to do it in half the time, twice as good? To me, it's a no-brainer to hire a wedding planner; and if you're looking for a seamless planning experience, including the big day itself, I believe Christine is the obvious choice. I cannot put into words how AMAZING Christine is! I had the wedding of my dreams, and literally it would not have been a tenth of what it was without her! My husband and I hired Christine this past weekend as our day of wedding coordinator and I have to say it was the best decision we made! She was absolutely amazing! Even though she was just my day of coordinator she kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole planning process. Hired Christine for the day of and she was AMAZING! Made my vision come to life just as I imagined. I am very particular and it is rare that I find someone that is able to execute what I want. Also, she was so thorough that when any issues occurred she was able to handle it before having to come to me. One of the best purchases I made for my wedding. I would hire her all over again!

I really cannot say enough good things about Christine!  I originally found Christine for day of coordination, but after discussing my visions with her she ended up doing our floral decor as well. I told Christine right from the beginning that I wanted a simple, yet specific look. Christine and her husband literally brought my Pinterest dreams to life! She was conscious of our budget, but really worked to still give me everything I wanted! This is not usually the case in the wedding industry, so to find this in Christine was such a blessing! She went above and beyond!  In terms of coordinating, Christine is definitely your girl! She is unbelievably organized and on top of everything. Even though we just hired her for day of coordination, she was supportive months prior to the wedding always responding immediately to any questions and ideas that i had! She worked incredibly well with all of our vendors, who honestly raved about her during and after the wedding. There were very few hiccups throughout our wedding process, thanks to Christine, but anything that did come up was taken care of with ease. You cannot go wrong with Olive and Ivory Event Design. Christine is truly one of the most genuine people who really cares about the brides (and grooms) she works with. Her and her husband make an incredible team in terms of both floral design and coordination!

Christine was an angel in disguise! I decided almost last minute how much a day-of coordinator is necessary. She helped me so much, and was extremely tentative and organized. Anytime I needed her, she was there. Christine is extremely knowledgeable and asks you things you would’ve never thought of on your own! We cannot day enough great things about Christine and Olive & Ivory Event Design! From the beginning Christine was very accommodating and was able to provide me with a package for day of coordinating 1 month before the wedding including everything I needed. Christine was very detailed, organized, and very professional! Many of our family members and guests were very impressed on how organized and smoothly the whole wedding went from rehearsal, to church ceremony, reception, and sparkler exit! I found Christine of Olive & Ivory Events on Facebook where many planners where reaching out to me to hire them. She stood out to me because she is extremely genuine, kind, and truly a caring person. She is straight forward, responsive, and provides information up front. Christine is the owner of the company which makes it very convenient and she is extremely affordable for her services. My mom and I pretty much planned all the details of my wedding; however, we were seeking an "insurance policy" and someone that would coordinate everything and carryout all the details we had planned and ensure everything we had contracted for actually happened. Christine created my timeline for the vendors and wedding day and was at the venue for over 12 hours on the day of. She set up everything and supervised all my vendors and she packed up at the end of the night. She is smart and quick and very detailed oriented. She though of a lot of things that I never even thought to ask or think of. On the day of she was an asset, anything I needed anything she was there ready for me. Same for my mom and other family members. She has only been in business for a short time, but I know she will be big in the wedding planning business. If you are looking for a consistently responsive and detail oriented coordinator that is dedicated to her Brides and their families Christine is your girl!

Christine at Olive and Ivory was a pleasure to work with. She is extremely detailed oriented, answers emails and calls immediately, and is very pleasant and upbeat to work with. She ran our rehearsal the night before with the wedding party. The day of the wedding she was at the venue hours before us making sure all the vendors were doing their jobs. There were a few minor glitches with one of the vendors but we expected that based on the amount of details associated with a wedding. Christine kept her cool and handled it well. So glad friends advised me to get a coordinator the month before the big day. Took a lot of worry off my shoulders and allowed me to have a great time. Thanks Christine.

Let me just start by saying from the Groom's perspective Christine and her husband Josh were amazing! I'm not sure that she would have been able to keep her sanity if it weren't for Christine's calming advice. And in many instances she talked my wife "off the ledge", more than I was able to. For this, among many other reasons, I am truly grateful. Leading up to the wedding I didn't have much of an opportunity to interact with Christine, but I didn't need to. She was in constant communication with my wife and truly went above and beyond what was expected. They spoke so much, and she made my wife so happy that I knew instantly we were in good hands. And during the Big Day, forget it... Christine and her husband Josh crushed it! They're a power team and took control of every situation that came their way. Anyone would be LUCKY to have them plan their special event... I know were were. Thank you Christine and Josh... you guys ROCK!

I am SO happy I found Christine! When I first called her to inquire about a coordinator for my wedding, not only did I feel so confident that she was good at what she does, but I also felt like I had instantly made a new friend for life! Christine was so detail oriented (which I LOVE) and kept me on track throughout the entire planning process. She would call and check in and always wanted to make sure I wasn’t stressed! Christine went above and BEYOND with my wedding planning. One day she called me and as we were chatting I mentioned that I hadn’t been able to find any good cake stands. Low and behold Christine calls me about an hour later from Homegoods and found the most perfect stands! She is absolutely amazing! Anything she can do to take any stress off of the bride, she will do it! When it came time for the wedding, she and her husband Josh were on top of everything! Everything came out so beautiful, better than even expected! They also did some pictures and video of our special day and sent them to us right away so we had some footage to look at on our honeymoon. All of my family and friends saw how hard they worked and kept commenting how great they were.. and I couldn’t agree more!

Christine did an amazing job as our wedding coordinator this past Saturday. From the first consultation till the end of the wedding night, she was prompt, responsive and made everything run smoothly. Maritza and I highly recommend you choose her as your wedding planner. She is sweet, kind, attentive, and made sure things were done. She was also very patient with us, as we were some what difficult the day of. She made us feel at ease. Thank you again!

If I could give Christine more than 5 stars I would. I knew we would be a great fit to work with each other from the beginning. Her knowledge and attention to detail are worth every penny and more. As a bride things can get pretty stressful, but Christine takes matters into her own hands and the stress goes away. She has made everything seem so easy and I am truly thankful for that. I can't imagine going with another wedding planner!

Christine was absolutely essential to making sure my wedding day went as smooth as possible. I honestly do not know what our day would've looked like without her (nor do I want to)!!! we hired her for the "day of" position and she was always checking in with me to see how planning was going and made valuable vendor timelines for me. When it came to the day before the wedding, my mom and I handed her 3+ hotel luggage carts full of decor that needed to be set up for the next day and she got it all done- ahead of time!! this was the biggest relief for me as I truly felt like neither me or my mom felt like we had to worry about the details on my wedding day, which really allowed us to enjoy the day. Christine is INCREDIBLE! Words truly cannot express how grateful I was to have Christine through this process. She took care of SO much for us and made me feel just so comfortable with the day. From the moment I met with her she got right to work helping me to organize the details of our day. She reminded me (when I was overwhelmed or too busy to remember) of things that needed to get done and offered me ample support along the way. She helped me with details I NEVER even knew I needed. After our meetings she would give me action steps to get me closer to feeling organized for the big day. Finally, on the date of our wedding she was prepared, she came early and kept me calm.
