She made the planning process so easy and stress free. Where Olivia really shines is the month and day of the wedding. She followed up with all of our vendors with 1:1 meetings/calls. Ensured everything was going to be correct for our day, while taking care of the last minute details. Then on our wedding day, she was amazing. From start to finish, she made the day go so smoothly and allowed us to really relax, and enjoy our wedding day. She made sure decorations and details were set up correctly, were on top of all of our vendors to make sure they were set up and timing was correct, and helped with any issues/emergencies that arose during the day (ex: stain on the wedding dress). She did all of this and so much more all while keeping us on a tight, organized schedule, that never felt rushed or stressful. Olivia's hard work allowed for us to enjoy our day stress free and really focus on each other. I would highly recommend Olivia to anyone else getting married.

Olivia is very organized and had the day laid out in a structured yet realistic schedule that she shared with me a few weeks in advance of the wedding. She helped me round up a very large group of family members for pictures and made sure I had what I needed for anything photo related. She was also very attentive to the bride and rest of the wedding party, checking in often and making sure everyone was where they needed to be.
