I can't say enough positive things about the OMNI as a venue for weddings and special events. It was a pleasure working with Sarah McMillan on all the details for our daughter's June wedding reception and other related weekend events. She made us feel relaxed and confident that everything would be just right. Unfortunately, the wedding was canceled just a few weeks prior to the day. We decided to go ahead with all the events scheduled for that weekend as guests were already committed to flying in from around the country and to support our daughter. Sarah and the entire staff at the OMNI could not be more accommodating and bent on providing us with a wonderful weekend. We had three events - a Friday night social for our guests, a Saturday evening dinner reception, and a Sunday brunch. The food and service at each of these events was top notch. We had our dinner reception in the outdoor Pavilion which was a beautiful setting. The OMNI hotel is, itself, a wonderful place for wedding guests to stay on the weekend of our event. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly, committed to fulfilling your needs. We also liked the location of the OMNI - close to Boulder, Golden and Louisville. I highly recommend the OMNI for weddings and other events!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They truly bent over backwards to meet our every need and to make sure our guests were well taken care of. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made such a difference during what was an important and emotional time for our family.
A very special thank you goes to our wedding coordinator, Sarah McMillan, who was absolutely amazing! From our very first meeting all the way through our wedding day, Sarah was professional, courteous, responsive, and truly wonderful to work with. Her communication was fabulous-she answered every question, helped us navigate every detail, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what we hoped for.
Sarah played such an important role in making our daughter’s wedding weekend memorable, beautiful, and incredibly special. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and our family.

The Omni Interlocken was our dream. We were looking for a one stop shop venue that had it all. We live in Breckenridge, and we had a lot of friends and families coming from out of ...
town. Our goal was to have them be able to relax and enjoy each other’s company all weekend hassle free by just flying into Denver and Ubering to the hotel.
We did a four-day event, trivia night, prenuptial, the wedding day, and a buffet brunch. Shannon, the Even Coordinator, went above and beyond the whole year to help us plan. Our parents are particular, and she was sometimes communicating with all of us at once in different ways. We could not thank her enough for putting up with us! She made it easy and fun, and I hate planning!
The Suites were being renovated the weekend we booked, but that did not deter us from wanting to have our day at this beautiful location. Shannon was able to get us a conference room to make a hospitality/social room for our guests for the entire weekend. It was perfect. And the renovation looks amazing. I wouldn’t look any further!!
The property is dog friendly, which was important to us to have our dogs there. They have great sidewalks and dog bags!
The Outdoor Pavillion Venue was great for our 180 guests and live band!
The Spa was wonderful. While expensive, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I did the CBD oil add on and I was never more relaxed as my introvert self to deal with a bunch of people all weekend. It was a god sent.
The staff was amazing. They were attentive, friendly and fun to talk to! The pool, hot tub, firepits, and cabanas were incredible. Our family and friends will not stop raving about it being the best wedding and location they’ve every been to.

I'm a COVID bride. I was originally supposed to get married 7/3/2020, and clearly, we needed to postpone. I had to postpone a full year, to just a few weeks ago. My event coordinator/manager changed 5 times over the course of my postponement, and I finally ended up with Carli Balch. If I would have met Carli earlier in the process, I never would have hired an outside wedding planner. Carli never went more than 48 hours before responding to my e-mails, she was so easy to work with, so attentive to our needs, and truly made me feel important to the Omni's business. Though there were a few issues with the hotel (our wedding weekend was the first time since before COVID they were at full capacity, so I understand) but our event, was perfect. The food was EXCEPTIONAL, Carli ensured everything she could control was perfect. She was absolutely amazing, and the only reason I held my head on straight that day (there were other issues with outside vendors). She worked with us through every step of the contract, the day-of, and helped in ANY way she could to assist our guests. She is absolutely a one-of-a-kind individual, and I cannot recommend her, and the Omni, more for a wedding venue.

The staff at the Omni opened their doors to us and helped accommodate all of our guests with rooms, gave us a space for our rehearsal dinner and a welcome cocktail hour. It was all beyond amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is top notch and the food was great!! It couldn’t have turned out better! We are so thankful for them bending over backwards for us last minute!! on I had promptly. Every single staff member went above and beyond, with the exception of the manager Kevin who was an absolute disaster and extremely rude and unprofessional. He had my groom waiting in line mid-wedding trying to get a room key while not attending to any guests (after being asked) and was not helpful to the mother of the bride when asking to get ahold of someone. I leave the 5 stars because one bad egg didn’t ruin the rest of the incredible staff and their right to earn 5 stars. I’m so thankful to have spent our day there!

ood, all of our guest couldn't stop telling us how delicious everything was. The whole planning process went very smooth and Rachel was able to answer all of our random questions in a timely manner. If she did not know the answer she would still get back to us as soon as possible. She is very professional and was always prepared for our meetings. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are amazing. We barely had to add any decorations to the pavilion outside. All of our guests were from out of town and this was a great location for everyone to go and tour different parts of this beautiful area. -town guests and the wedding party, is fabulous. For the reception, we had the buffet. The food was plentiful and truly top-notch in taste. We also loved the on-sight Tap Room Restaurant with pool tables and late-night hours to keep the party going.
The entire staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We didn't have the best weather this particular weekend in June, but the staff was able to bring the wedding and cocktail hour indoors at the last minute, and then they provided outdoor heaters for the reception in the outdoor pavilion. At night, the large gas fire pits were a huge hit with all the guests. Our friends and family can't stop raving about the amazing wedding and reception.
Having everything on sight made it very convenient for guests, and there was no need for driving after the festivities.

e could just enjoy the day. My only complaint was the room. I was supposed to check into their suite Friday night so that Saturday I could get ready in it with my bridal party. Upon check-in I was booked in a standard king room that didn't fit everyone. Saturday they gave us a second room so we had the space to get ready. My husband and I were then booked into the suite for the remainder of the time we were there at a discounted rate. I believe that it is not a company never making a mistake that makes them great but rather how they deal with the problems as they arise that makes them great. They dealt with this problem very well and made the whole weekend fantastic!

little rain before and the clouds were so incredibly perfect for our pictures. We didn't even have any decorations lining the aisle, because there was so much beautiful scenery! Our reception took place under the outdoor pavilion, which was beyond perfect! There was a nice, cool breeze coming through and every single person that helped set up and helped through the night were amazing! Our coordinators, Aley and Kelsey helped all the way when we picked the venue till it was dancing time during the reception! They worked above and beyond to make this day perfect for my husband and I. I will forever be grateful for them and everyone else who helped put our wedding together!

and is by far one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kate is always there to answer phone calls and emails. She offers fantastic advice and consistently helps to make your day exactly what you had imagined. The staff throughout the Omni are also very wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and lovely to chat with the entire time. We made welcome bags and sheets for our guests and they helped deliver all of them with no problem. We arrived on a very busy weekend and they made sure to do everything they could to get us into a room ASAP. The ceremony and reception space was absolutely perfect. We used the outside pavilion and it was beautiful. Kate and her team decorated just as we had hoped and the entire place was perfect. Having a one-stop shop for our entire wedding weekend was so perfect. I would use the Omni again if I was going to do it all over again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about having their wedding here. They will make sure you get what you want and then some.

I literately am trying to figure out the next party I can plan with Kate and Taylor:) All of our guests raved about the service, beauty of the the location, and the best part other than the awesome girls behind the scenes was the food OMG! We couldn't be more happy with how yummy the food was!! We could not be more happy than we are with how the entire staff of the hotel helped our event and guests. If I could do more stars I would!!

e my wedding the day of. I was hopeful that my wants for the day had been passed along. I was very wrong. I wanted white chairs set up at my reception and instead I was shocked to walk out to ugly conference chairs (black and gold). When I called to speak with them about this I was told it was my fault for not writing down my specifications. Apparently just stating it to 3 different people was not good enough. I had made favors for my wedding that were suppose to be put out. This was also not done. I hired a day of coordinator to help with this and both the day of coordinator and Omni failed to get my favors out. If this wasn't bad enough my now husband and I walked into a FILTHY suite on the night of the wedding. I specifically wrote in numerous e-mails I would like the suite I got ready in cleaned when I left. I even called down when I was leaving to have the room cleaned. The Omni failed to clean the room and my husband and I were disgusted. The only thing they wanted to offer me in apologies is the room rate for the night. They did not take into considerate at all how special this day was suppose to be for me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

ny options. All I had to do was make selections and they took care of the rest. They worked with my vendors to coordinate set-up day of and worked with me on a timeline for the day of the wedding. Everything was just beautiful and went so smoothly! If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it as they probably handled it before it came to my attention. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location and the staff. We have even gone back to visit the staff since the wedding. Loved working with them!

t 18 months out to ensure that we had the date and I was in contact with their wedding planner, Chae, up until the wedding day. She covered every aspect of the wedding and was on top of all details every step of the way. She even stored table decorations in her private office space for us the day before the wedding and had a golf cart ready to take the bridal couple and their photographer out to the golf course after the ceremony for some of the best pictures of their wedding day. We chose food stations for our guests which made it a less formal meal. The potato bar with all the fixings was a great idea! The prime rib and salmon were also delicious and we had many compliments on the food. We had many of our guests compliment the hotel in general, including the guest rooms and the restaurant. We stayed in a king suite which was spacious and lovely and the price was fair, around $180/night. Absolutely one of the nicest wedding venues in the area and I would highly recommend it.

le. I rated them a 4/5 only because the planning process when communicating with my main contact at the Omni was frustrating at times. I often needed to send multiple e-mails to get the same question answered and her response time was typically more than one or two business days. That being said, I couldn't have been more pleased with the "day of" experience.

nator there. They were really flexible, accommodating to our needs and helpful! We wanted something a bit different for our wedding (e.g., different types of food than would be normally served). The Omni was completely open to helping us achieve what we wanted for our wedding and Chae worked with us a lot to try and get everything ready and organized for our big day. However, during our reception there were some issues, some minor and some a bit more serious such as the vegetarian not getting his vegetarian meal. Unfortunately, he didn't let me know that until the next day so he never did end up getting it. There was another wedding there that night as well so perhaps it got a bit hectic so some of the stuff that was planned beforehand might have been forgotten in the chaos of everything.
However, the food that the chef did was absolutely amazing!! We had a different menu than their typical choices for a wedding because we wanted to add a South African flare to our wedding since that is where my husband is from. The chef took traditional South African dishes and made them spot on. He even made everything for us to try at the tasting and give comments on if we didn't feel as if something was right. All night guests would tell us how delicious and amazing the food was! Having good food was something that was really important to us and we were not at all disappointed by the food served!
We also had a brunch the day after the wedding at a private breakfast room for some family and friends, which was really nice. The Omni staff even made sure to put some of the centerpieces from our wedding reception on the tables in the breakfast room, which added a nice touch.
Overall, we had a good wedding at the Omni! However, there were a few issues on the wedding day.

rom the very first meeting to the few days after the wedding we were treated the best customer service one can expect to receive. More than that, our guests absolutely loved atmosphere at the hotel and the wedding turned out to be more beautiful than I anticipated.
Our overall experience with the Omni Interlocken and our planner, Chae, was, in a word, perfect. We had an unbelievable wedding day that was free of stress, chaos, and challenges. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a mountain setting with excellent service.

I had my wedding at the Omni Interlocken Report in July of 2012. We decided on the Omni because of the outdoor site and the fact they had guest rooms. We booked the "top package"...
for 250 guest. We felt like that would get us everything we wanted with out an issue. We were wrong! The entire process was difficult. You have to be willing to be your own advocate. Everything is an extra cost, not matter what they tell you. To have mountain views will be additional cost, having the signature drink will be additional and much much more! In addition to the extra cost, top package does not include top quality products. If you want top booze and food you have to pay an additional cost! Another thing we learned was the departments inside the hotel DO NOT talk. The rooming people have no idea what the event people said and vice verse. Over all we had a great wedding because we put in the time and effort to make it amazing! I had a great support system to help! I could not have done it without them! The great news, the hotel general staff is wonderful! The bell people are going to make your guest feel so welcome!

room for us (we never got to even try our appetizers), there would be a table arranged to sign our certificate and take pictures (that was never found), we didn't even get to eat any of our wedding cake and it looked like "clean up" happened quite abruptly and before we expected it. But the grounds are beautiful and if you are looking for the convenience of having pretty much everything handled in one place, this is the place for you! You will enjoy this venue very much if you budget wisely and are prepared to just enjoy your day!

downstairs for the ceremony and reception. There was even a big after party at the hot tub after our wedding ended! Of course we were upstairs in our honeymoon suite, but we heard it was a great time! The in-house wedding planner coordinates all the set-up details, orders and deliveries, and the entire staff is truly hospitable and professional. They helped us have a gorgeous wedding! I can't say enough wonderful things about the Omni and their staff!

We got married in the pavilion area of the Omni Interlocken Resort. It can be enclosed on three sides, or only one, with a beautiful lofted wood ceiling and chandeliers to set the ...
mood. This allowed our guests to flow in and out of the reception, to enjoy the Colorado sunset, stars, and views of the mountains. The Omni also has a gas fire pit next to the Pavillion, and it's near the pools, which provide a nice shimmering blue light on the walls of the hotel, providing a surreal sense of openness and containment of the whole event.

The facilities are amazing! The hotel gave us a great rate of $109/night for all of our wedding guests, for as long as they were staying there. We got a night in the bridal suite, included in the whole package, which must be one of the best suites in the hotel, based on the view!

The hotel also has a wonderful spa, where we picked from a variety of massages (we got the couples massage), and exercised in the gym. The restaurant is great, and we found the separate bar/restaurant a perfect place for everyone to find each other and hang out during the weekend.

The best thing about getting married at the Omni was the wedding coordinator that was included in the package. Kindra was helpful beyond our expectations. Our ceremony (which was supposed to be outside the pavilion) got rained out, and Kindra took all the flowers inside the pavilion, did some last-minute repairs to some of the arrangements, and coordinated everyone to have our ceremony inside the pavilion, instead of outside. This was all pulled off so seamlessly, our guests commented on how impressed they were at Kindra's adjustment for the rain. Kindra also helped us manage all the details that would have driven us crazy, if we had to deal with them. I don't even know everything she did, but she certainly made our wedding more stress-free.

We chose to have our ceremony and reception at the Omni, so our guests could come in and stay there for the whole weekend. This turned out to be a wonderful way to spend the weekend. This beautiful hotel was very comfortable and accommodating to everyone, giving us plenty of places to gather and visit throughout the weekend.

The Omni is within easy driving distance to scenic Boulder, and bigger Denver. We provided some suggested activities for our guests, which they took advantage of as private excursions of their own. Some people chose to drive to the mountains for a hike (which is only a 20-minute drive away).

Overall, you can't go wrong with the Omni. They will take excellent care of you and your guests. The setting is amazing, and the service is superb.
