The Showroom is ideal for those hoping to host a more intimate celebration, spanning 1200 square feet and accommodating up to 75 guests. For those throwing a large-scale event, the Main Room is suitable for over 250 guests and features high ceilings with exposed beams. It also boasts large garage windows that pool natural light throughout the room. Centrally located, the venue offers ample parking, making for the ideal space to gather with your nearest and dearest.
On Broadway Event Center offers a range of packages for you to choose from. The most comprehensive package includes the use of the venue for both your rehearsal dinner and wedding day. It also includes get-ready suites, tables, chairs, linens, and assistance from their event lead. The team would be delighted to help make your wedding dreams come true. They can take care of the setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, and linens, so all you have to worry about is spending quality time with the people you love. Additional services comprise an in-house DJ, rentals, decor, a suggested vendor list, specialty cocktails, and customized lighting. For your convenience, they also offer bar and catering services. On Broadway Event Center is owned & operated by Bridgewater Place. We offer full service staff from managers & sales associates to event leads & event staff. Including in all rental quotes is your tables, chairs, table covers (spandex linen), set up, breakdown, and an event lead who will confirm all of your venue based logistics and remain on-site throughout your event. On Broadway Event Center is easily the nicest and most accommodating venue I’ve been to in East Tennessee, and trust me, I’ve seen a lot of venues! I’m something of a “venue enthusiast” and people are constantly telling me about new venues that...
I need to spend time at…it’s always “this venue that venue” and I’m always like I’ll be the venue judge of that venue…cut to it being time for my niece’s 16th birthday party and being a venue enthusiast, I thought I would give this venue a shot and volunteered to plan her super sweet 16 bday extravaganza, and boy did it deliver! My niece, who is notoriously hard to please, even said it was the greatest venue her and her friends had ever attended, and the staff was so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. We’re talking food, dancing, party favors so plentiful you’ll wonder if you died and went to event venue heaven. Don’t wait, book an event there TODAY!!!!!

Although I have only attended events at this venue (which were well done in every detail), I have used their catering for receptions that had to be held at locations in neighboring towns. Their food is extraordinary and top notch! It rivals hig...
h-end restaurant fare hands down--both delicious, interesting, and on par with current trends. Can also get the same old comfort food, too, but it is so refreshing to find a caterer in the area that can do more! I found the staff easy and pleasant to work with in helping to establish menus as well as staying on top of keeping me updated. I would recommend the great venue but also keep them in mind for any catering need you may have!

Our wedding was everything we ever dreamed! This venue was stunning. The staff was so helpful and attentive! The food was incredible. We cannot say enough good things.

I continued communicating with the staff until Friday, just two days before the event, but never received the updated pricing. Instead, I received a dismissive email suggesting that I find a new venue. This forced me to scramble in the eleventh...
hour to locate another location and get the word out to family and friends in hopes everyone would see the update.
Broadway Event Center staff began the process with professionalism and an accommodating attitude, but this changed as the process continued. The stress created for my family was unnecessary. I was reminded that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is. While weddings, proms, and other events are held here, I would caution anyone considering this venue to proceed carefully. The staff may appear professional at first, but became condescending when a food sale could not be made.
The venue offers amenities such as a customer portal, but ultimately, customer care was lacking. The focus seemed to be on selling food add-ons, and when declined, there was reluctance to rent the venue. I plan to add our communications to this post shortly to show our interactions in detail.
