In short, they have the experience and creativity needed to handle all sorts of curve balls that people experience when planning a big event. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

We designed and then redesigned, changed our numbers (and the entire suite), but the staff was so flexible throughout. So many thanks to the team!! Plus, did I mention the invites were beautiful? We got so many compliments. Can’t wait to get them framed and hang them in our home forever!

us—Lynsey came into the shop the day before our wedding to make adjustments to our escort cards and was even kind enough to drop them off at our venue. Planning a wedding in a COVID environment was super stressful, but they took away all of our stress with paper products. Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of working with On Paper for all of my wedding paper goods (invitations + all of my day of papers). I can honestly say that they were truly AMAZING to work with!...
We initially picked out invitations with Beth, who was so organized throughout the entire process. She was able to give us extremely helpful guidance on finding the perfect invitations - she was extremely helpful while also leaving it up to us for all final decisions. The invitations were truly GORGEOUS and it was evident she knew exactly what she was doing. Trust me when I say you not only pay for gorgeous wedding day paper goods when you use on paper, but you're also paying for amazing service. We had a few week delay in receiving our invitations back from them due to a manufacturing issue from the paper company, but they were very kind to give us a $50 gift card to their store for the inconvenience.
We used that toward all of our day of paper goods, which turned out amazing thanks to Quierston and Joan! We were able to get table numbers, bar signage, food menus, etc. Nothing was less than perfect for our special day. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

g process, I was excited about the invitations. What’s better than receiving a beautiful wedding invitation in the mail? I was extremely picky about what I was looking for and second guessed so many of my decisions, but they handled all of my requests and indecisiveness with such patience and kindness. Their experience and knowledge of the industry made it so easy to trust their guidance and I’m so glad that I did because our finished products were absolutely beautiful. They were detail oriented, quick to respond and offered very fair pricing. We also used On Paper for our programs, signage, menus, place cards, seating chart and thank you notes and received so many compliments on everything!

I had a very specific vision and On Paper brought it to life at a reasonable price—which included custom drawings and design. I diligently cross-referenced different stationery vendors; including Minted, and other online websites. However, On Paper provided the best quality papers and planning process of the bunch.
Not to mention, meeting in person with Beth and experiencing the lighthearted energy of their store provided an extra special touch to the process that competitors couldn’t provide.
If you’re in the central Ohio area, go with On Paper for a wonderful experience!

I loved being able to discuss and make decisions in person. It was also great to have countless options at my fingertips. We are extremely happy with our final products, they came out beautiful. I will certainly recommend On Paper in the future and not only for their invitations but for any of the services they offer!

made it easier--from FaceTiming us to show samples to e-mailing proofs, they made the experience even easier than it would have been if we'd been able to come into the store! Our wedding planner was also super impressed with the efficiency and responsiveness of the On Paper team.
And then there's the fact that the invitation suite was gorgeous! We got so many compliments on our paper products, and they're some of my favorite keepsakes from our wedding.

per did an AMAZING job with ours. Our invitation suite was beautiful and they thought of all these amazing small touches that made them really special and unique. We ended up designing our entire wedding aesthetic around them! We also appreciated that they did not universally push the most expensive options on us. They told us what they thought was worth the money and what wasn't which I really appreciated. I enjoyed the experience so much I used them again to design some personal stationary after our wedding. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

he invites, a couple of revisions and finally picking up the beautifully envelopes with calligraphy. We had a couple of hiccups along the way( due to me) but Joan and Quierston went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. I also felt that the pricing was very reasonable for what we selected. It was so nice to have a darling store to go to and get questions answered based on my schedule and not worring about meeting at local coffee shops. On Paper knows the invite business and it shows in the final product.

nd did a little more shopping elsewhere to compare prices, and it just turned out that On Paper kept us coming back for the simple elegance and quality of the Crane invitations. We did splurge on them and we ordered too many (we had a calculation error on our side) so we are left with way too many. The invitation sets the tone for everything that follows, and On Paper helped us set the tone of elegance and class right from the get go. Very, very pleased.

On Paper designed our dream invitations for not one, but two separate sets of wedding events. Beth carefully worked with us to bring our invitation dreams into reality. We had a ...
traditional Indian wedding abroad, and a modern Indian reception in the States, and while the invitations carried similar themes, the wedding invitation set included many more insert cards. Beth listened to our vision, and really helped us bring our theme of Classic Indian/Hindu invitations, with a modern twist, to light. For the wedding, we had four total cards, and one reply envelope, and Beth helped us to design a beautiful belly band, complete with the perfect motif of the Hindu god Ganesh, to carefully keep the cards intact as they traveled via post, all over the world (literally - we had guests from almost every continent). Beth even helped us troubleshoot issues surrounding the invitations, such as streamlining RSVP reply addresses (since we had such an international guest list, reply cards were coming from EVERYWHERE), to ordering the exact number of cards. Her professionalism, expertise in her field, and her passion for making her customs happy truly made this experience one of the best we had in our entire wedding process. People are still talking about how beautiful our wedding invitations were, and we owe it all to Beth at On Paper!

of the price that would come with using a boutique stationary store and assumed going with a company online would be much cheaper. I was completely wrong! They have designs for every budget and do not make you feel bad for asking for a less expensive option. The one-on-one attention that you are provided as a customer cannot be matched – the sense of security with working with On Paper was priceless. Our invitation designer sold its company during our process and On Paper was seamless with helping us come up with an alternative – and without any delay. Michelle’s creativity is just a unique bonus that cannot be found elsewhere. We received nothing but compliments on everything that On Paper did for our wedding.
