On The Day Event Coordinators in Frederick, MD, offers day-of-coordinating services for your wedding day. We love being located in Frederick, Maryland, but we are available to travel. We are a husband and wife team; the details we oversaw for our wedding were what made us want to be event coordinators!
After our initial meeting, we will provide you with our paperwork, designed to help you organize your wedding timeline, ground plan, vendors, photo call list, and more. A month before your wedding, we will meet again, review your timeline, and gather additional info from you. Afterward, we'll reach out to your vendors. We are their point of contact for the month leading up to your wedding. We'll meet again the week before the wedding to finalize any details with you.
Then we'll be there, on the day, to execute your vision exactly how you always dreamed, from pinning on your groomsmen's boutonnières to lighting your reception table candles. We are here to make sure it ALL happens On The Day so you can focus on enjoying every special moment with your family and friends. Anna helped us make our wedding day perfect at Attaboy Barrel House. She was there for us every step of the way and made sure we had NO worries on the big day. She went above and beyond to ensure there was no stress for us, our families, and our vendors. We had many guests who complimented her, as she was seemingly in 5 places at once all day and seemed to have fun while doing it! She truly cares about her clients, and is a pro at what she does and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you, Anna!
Paul and Anna are AMAZING at their jobs!! I am a very type A planner and could not have been more happy that we hired them to be our month of coordinators. They do a seamless job of reviewing anything you've already planned/booked/have in mind and help make your vision truly come to life! You can tell they adore what they do. Their communication was one of my favorites; they could always read my mind and always ask questions if we needed to be involved, but if not they took over so we didn't have to worry about a thing on our special day and the time leading up to it. Anna was an absolute gem throughout our entire wedding planning process and on our special day. From the moment we first contacted her, she was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Her organizational skills are top-notch; she effortlessly coordinated all our vendors, ensuring everything ran smoothly and on schedule.
On the day of our wedding, Anna truly shone. Her execution of day-of coordination was flawless. Despite some unexpected weather challenges, she handled them with grace and quick thinking, ensuring our outdoor reception was just as beautiful as we had envisioned.
One of the highlights was the surprise bagpipe performance she orchestrated for the groom from the bride. It was executed perfectly, adding an extra touch of magic to our day. Anna's attention to detail and ability to problem-solve made our wedding not only stress-free but also unforgettable.

Paul did an amazing job leading up to and during our wedding at Glen Ellen Farm in Ijamsville. Paul was always well-prepared and thorough in our meetings, giving us suggestions regarding things we hadn't thought about and making sure that we could execute the things that we had thought about.
He also took over all of the communication with our vendors in the final weeks, so we didn't have to worry about making sure that everyone was on the same page for timing etc. as we prepared the final details.
On wedding day, he assisted with pre-event setup and vendor direction, and then made sure everything behind-the-scenes ran smoothly for the whole event, so we didn't have to think about anything besides celebrating. We would strongly recommend On the Day for anyone looking for a day-of coordinator, they helped make our day amazing.
Anna and Paul were the glue that held our whole wedding together! At every step of the coordination process, we felt like we were heard and taken care of. They asked comprehensive questions that we had not thought to ask ourselves as we were planning the wedding, and their communication with us and vendors in the days leading up to the event was so effective and prompt. Anna and Paul executed our vision to a T, and I trusted their expertise to do something well even if we had not given them clear instructions. They were calm and professional throughout, and they were always close by during the wedding if we needed them to clarify or resolve something. They are also great people who are fun to talk to, and it became clear that we were going to get along when we found out that both them and my husband are from theater/film production backgrounds--we were speaking the same language. We worked with Paul from On The Day for our wedding at Dutch Courage in Baltimore — Paul was fantastic! During our pre-wedding meetings he helped us talk through questions and made sure everything was on track. His documentation was super helpful in making sure we had everything ready to go for our wedding day, as was his experience with similar events. Most importantly, on our wedding day Paul made sure everything ran smoothly, on schedule, and immensely helped me and my wife enjoy the moment (not once did we think about logistics during our special day!). Paul has a great way of being direct but also reading the moment and knowing if/when to ask questions, share opinions, or get our attention. Overall, working with Paul was an A+ experience, and we would highly recommend him to other couples looking for day-of coordination.

We were having a micro wedding but desperately needed someone to help coordinate with vendors and be the person in charge on the day of our wedding. We only had 3 months to plan our wedding and were starting to panic a little bit about details and if we could pull this off. Anna and Paul were professional and incredibly helpful from our first phone call. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing simply from the questions they were asking us. As the wedding day got closer, It was such a relief to know that Anna had been in contact with the vendors and was in control of all of the details. The day of the wedding, Anna and her sister were there and I can honestly say that we didn't have to worry. The room looked exactly like I had requested and everything was set up beautifully. She came so prepared for any situation and I felt so well taken care of. It was so much fun to just enjoy our day and know that she was taking care of things for us.
