On The Day Event Coordinators in Frederick, MD, offers day-of-coordinating services for your wedding day. We love being located in Frederick, Maryland, but we are available to travel. We are a husband and wife team; the details we oversaw for our wedding were what made us want to be event coordinators!
After our initial meeting, we will provide you with our paperwork, designed to help you organize your wedding timeline, ground plan, vendors, photo call list, and more. A month before your wedding, we will meet again, review your timeline, and gather additional info from you. Afterward, we'll reach out to your vendors. We are their point of contact for the month leading up to your wedding. We'll meet again the week before the wedding to finalize any details with you.
Then we'll be there, on the day, to execute your vision exactly how you always dreamed, from pinning on your groomsmen's boutonnières to lighting your reception table candles. We are here to make sure it ALL happens On The Day so you can focus on enjoying every special moment with your family and friends. On the wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect. Anna brought our vision to life flawlessly. She seemed to be everywhere at once and was completely on top of every single detail. From the table settings to the drink garnishes, her execution was immaculate.
