I was the MOH for my best friends wedding.
The DJ is a big deal for the reception and as such she went with this company as they had amazing reviews.
Leading up to the wedding, ...
she shared that she was nervous about the DJs preparation because over zoom he didn’t seem to give much reassurance or guidance she was hoping for. She shared the DJ she wanted was unavailable but as I would have done, trusted the company would have provided her with a good match.
Unfortunately, I do not think the DJ was a good fit for my friend, and I could not recommend using him based on his performance at the wedding. I believe my friend informed me his name was Kue.
The main reason I am writing this review are as she was lining up to walk down the aisle, Kue came up to us asking what song she wanted her husband to walk down the aisle too. My friend said this was in the email and she couldn’t remember. That was horrible. We spend what felt like 5 minutes RIGHT before she walked down the aisle talking about her ceremony choices. Obviously, she was stressed and I felt horrible for her.
Other things from the reception-
Apparently he didn’t introduce my friend by her new last name and said their first names, but I couldn’t hear their introduction. He couldn’t pronounce my last name either which is fair (it’s weird) and said half of it but again shows lack of preparation.
My other issue with the DJ was during the first dance, she danced with both parents but instead of announcing the switch for a seamless transition the mother of the bride just walked up and started dancing with the bride while it took 20 seconds to switch the song. Just poor planning, it seems like he was always catching up to what was going on vs being proactive.
The music was decent I liked the variety for all ages but I don’t think the bride was too happy with some of the music, but to me that was fine we just asked him to play something else when we needed to.
Finally, I felt like nobody was paying attention when they were cutting the cake and so I asked him to announce it again and he rolled his eyes and told me he did that already, but then I pointed to everyone and asked him to announce again trying to advocate for my friend.
He did do a good job with announcing the game at the end. That was fun. He is probably a fine DJ but was not prepared for my friends wedding, and for all the money she paid I hope she gets some back.

With his laid-back personality, he allowed us to be in communication with him at any time. It helped ease this bride's nerves. My Dad and I had choreographed our own Father/Daughter dance. DJ Brandon not only made a mix with the songs we requested for the dance but also did some choreography himself. It wasn't until we received our wedding video back that I realized he essentially had a light show playing during it. IT WAS AWESOME! e a problem for some vendors. However, OTM was a big and experienced enough company that inventory wasn't an issue and they were not phased by us tacking on new rentals every few weeks / months.
We ended up renting marketing lighting, tree uplights, most chairs, most tables, all tableware and linens from them. I didn't notice any quality issues throughout the night. The venue had no complaints about load in or out, either.
I dealt mostly with Jacob, and while he can be tough to pin down, a few calls will do the trick. And when you *do* get him on the phone he is polite and efficient.
It is worth noting that late in the planning process there was a scheduling conflict for load-in, and we needed OTM to make a tough situation work, which they did very gracefully.
Go with them and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We also added pipe and drape to the main focal wall and it added so much detail to the room and to the design of it all. The drapery was top of the line and came out looking absolutely amazing. As for the booking experience, everyone at OTM was responsive and professional to work with from the very beginning. I spoke with Jacob and Ruthie several times and also started chatting with Josey towards the end. Everyone was awesome. I would easily recommend them to anyone in need of drapery (or several other) services!

I ended up booking them for ceiling draping , entrance draping - which they executed flawlessly - silverware, water goblets & linens & linen installation. The reason I am giving 4 stars for their services instead of 5 is because they did not actually install any of the linens or napkins as I had paid for - they were just left & the instillation responsibility ended up landing on my day of coordinator to install all the table cloths herself which ultimately took her attentions away from other details that were not able to be completed such as placing the silverware on the tables, water goblets on the tables (which ended up not being used but paid for) & placing the menus in the napkins that were to have been on the tables . Nonetheless for the most part this team did a good job & would still recommend them for your wedding day needs !

d even the day of. Some services were not completed and they had to come back to complete them which did add a little stress on the day of. At one point, we were trying to contact them for over a month with no response-through both phone and email. Their end product, as stated above, was great, but need to have some better communication. They also were supposed to put on our chair covers and tie the sashes, but told my wedding coordinator that they did not have the correct people to do so. Thankfully my coordinator was able to do it.
