They had fair pricing and explained the fleet options. They were very responsive and walked us through the process. Even though we weren't getting married in an area that often has snow, we ended up having a forecast of snow the night prior to the wedding. Naturally, my husband and I worried that this might affect the transportation to the wedding. The day before the wedding, we had reached out to the team and they told us they were extremely confident the snow would not impact their plans and had contingency plans. We also asked them to add a stop to an after party on the day of and they graciously accommodated our request. We would recommend On The Town Limousine to anyone who needs reliable transportation for their wedding!

Had an unexpected change in wedding hotel about a week before the day of. On The Town were amazingly flexible and worked with us to make sure everyone got where they needed to go. They were unbelieveably helpful through the process.

The team at On the Town made the entire process of getting guests to the venue and back to the hotel so easy. From start to finish, they were responsive and very professional. Great team to work with—especially when you've never planned a wedding before!

Incredible service and great advice from Becky…. The drivers and party buses were excellent But our drivers were exceptional! Margo, Kim and Barry During a heavy snow fall - all got us safely to the church……. And Margo actually shoveled snow so the bridesmaids and moms didn’t have to walk through it 😘

On The Town made booking super easy and the driver the day of made our day as smooth as possible. Our limo driver arrived on time, the limo was clean, and all arrivals and drop offs went on schedule. Our limo driver was super nice and had friendly conversation with us. He was also very patient as we were running late at the end due to pictures, but he kept a pleasant attitude and didn’t make us feel rushed. He also drove us safely and we had a great time in the limo. I would highly recommend On The Town Limousines.

From the planning stages to the end of our wedding night, everyone was easy to communicate with. The rates were fair. We told Deanna what we needed and she gave us multiple quotes so we could pick in our budget. We rented a shuttle limo bus and it was stocked with drinks and well kept. We had Mike as a driver and he was friendly and kept my wedding planner updated on times for a shuttle bus and location. He was helpful with bags and making sure people got on and off safely. I would recommend.

We booked On The Town for a wedding party shuttle (mini bus) and a guest shuttle. The driver for the wedding party shuttle was great! We kept the shuttle until the start of the wedding as a place for the wedding party to stay out of sight. The driver made sure we were comfortable with the A/C running and had water on an extra warm October day. Everything went smoothly with the guest shuttle as it made multiple runs from our hotel to the venue before and after the wedding.

We are so happy we used On the Town Limousines for our wedding day transportation. Their fair prices, the staff’s attention to detail, and our driver’s punctuality and flexibility helped make our wedding run so smoothly. Was provided with great service. Even though they couldn’t help us with one of their buses they found us a school bus that they outsourced with and our wedding party had a great time with it! The driver was amazing as well! Great experience would highly recommend!

On the town limousine was fantastic to work with for my daughters wedding. The initial Online quote was super easy. I was worried about not having enough seats not knowing for sure how many people would opt to shuttle. I worked with the staff a few times by phone to go over different options we had and they were beyond accommodating. The driver was professional and on time for all runs the wedding day/night. Becky was extremely responsive and amazing to work with as far as booking and ironing out all the logistical details. The 22 passenger limousine bus was absolutely perfect! Everyone had a blast! Michael, the chauffeur, was incredibly friendly, welcoming and made everyone feel safe and well taken care of. We appreciate all they did to make this special day even more memorable. We would recommend them 100%.

On the Town Limo made our whole experience extremely easy! Becky and the team were so knowledgeable and helpful! We were able to customize exactly what we needed to make sure all our guests were taken care of. We wanted to use school buses because they were larger. Although they did not have any in their fleet, they were able to get us exactly what we asked for. Our friends were raving about how beautiful and clean they were! The buses showed up on time and communicated to every guest exactly where they were going. We also had a separate bus for the wedding party and at the end of the night they waited to take us to the after party. I can't recommend On the Town enough! We had heard horror stories of other bus services not showing up or getting guests late. On the Town could not have been more prompt, responsive, and wonderful if they tried!

Rebecca at On The Town Limo was delightful to work with! The limo was clean and comfortable and arrived at least 15 minutes early! The driver was both personable and professional and was the perfect gentleman while assisting the bride and her party in and out of the limo while keeping them dry despite the downpour! Highly recommend!!

We hired On The Town to pick us and our bridesmaids up at the end of our wedding in a Sedan. They arrived early and were totally okay waiting outside until it was time for us to leave. The car was clean, the driver was super friendly and had waters inside that we desperately needed. He heard us discussing going to an after party in downtown and offered to drive us there! I want to thank Becky and her INCREDIBLE drivers for such an amazing experience! We had a party limo bus for our bridal party for the beginning part of our day and it was absolutely incredible - so much fun, so communicative and early for everything! The bridal party rode the shuttles back with the guests after the reception which made it THAT MUCH MORE FUN! On the town was the most cost effective, genuinely fun and most organized vendor we had for our day!

Buses were clean, on time and very accommodating. Drivers were very courteous. I wanted to pay in advance due to the way our wedding budget was working out and they would not allow me to do so which was frustrating. Slow responses to emails and voicemails in the weeks preceding the event.

Great service for our wedding day! They helped us organize guest transportation and a getaway limo for my husband and I at the end of our wedding reception. The only hiccup in service was with the guest bus transportation driver. Instead of pulling up to the front lobby of the hotel he parked the bus behind the hotel so our guests didn't know he had arrived and didn't board the bus on time. This caused a slight delay in our guests arriving for the ceremony but it all worked out in the end. It was not Wayne's fault but was the driver's error. Days before the wedding Wayne and I spoke on the phone and he was very organized and knew pickup times and locations. Our limo driver at the end of the night was kind and had plenty of water for us which was much appreciated! All in all definitely recommend using On the Town for your wedding day transportation! Used them to shuttle guests between the hotel block and venue. I didn't personally use the shuttle since I was staying at the venue, but they handled everything without me having to worry about it at all. The guests all arrived and departed on time and I didn't even have to think about it and could focus on other things on the day of the wedding.

The shuttles were on time, drove safely, and the busses were clean. We spent more then we wanted to on transportation but they did a great job. The shuttle that I was on, the radio/music didn't work but the driver was very nice.

Punctual and professional, On the Town Limousines turned a potentially stressful evening into a total, joyful breeze. We needed to transport about 60 out of town guests from our hotel to the wedding venue which was about 20 minutes away. We hired On the Town Limousines because they are local to the Frederick area and were able to easily accommodate our request. And they did a fantastic job - they were efficient, polite, punctual and even waited longer for all the guests to board the last shuttle back to the hotel. The shuttles were very nice - clean, comfortable, and spacious. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

We highly recommend On the Town for wedding day transportation! We worked with Becky (who was fantastic) and booked a 35 passenger shuttle to take guests from our hotels to our ceremony venue to reception and back to hotels at the end of the night. All communication was professional, and the shuttle itself was clean and super comfortable.

Pickup was on time, driver texted upon arrival, picked up our luggage, and was courteous throughout engagement.

She worked with me to determine how many and what type of buses we would need to get our guests from the hotel to the venue and back, and also to determine the best schedule to make it all happen. We used On the Town Limousines to provide shuttle services between the venue and the hotel where we had our wedding block. Honestly, I waited far too long to schedule a shuttle, and by the time I reached out to On the Town there were not many options available...but Becky Donovan worked some magic and was able to come up with a shuttle bus for our guests and a car for me and my wife. Then, when we needed to make some adjustments about a week or so prior to the wedding, Becky came through again and was able to secure us a second, smaller shuttle to accommodate extra guests who would be coming back to the hotel for the after party. Throughout the whole process she was very communicative, and even made me feel better about myself waiting until the last minute to reserve a shuttle because at least I wasn't "that couple that tried to reserve a shuttle a few days before their wedding." Overall Becky and her team were amazing, and we sincerely appreciate everything that On the Town Limousines did for us and our guests!

Recommended by my venue. Driver was very friendly and ahead of schedule. Due to COVID related shortages, the parts necessary to get the vehicle we originally contracted would not arrive in time and we had to select a different vehicle. This was communicated about a week ahead of time and we were able to pick a comparable vehicle. Most importantly we were able to get the Bluetooth hooked up for groovy tunes during our ride! Becky has a lovely British accent and I could talk to her all day, very professional.

We booked On the Town at the last minute to provide shuttle service for our wedding. We contacted them a week prior to the big day and Becky was super helpful and responsive. She very quickly got us a quote and contract and we locked in transportation with no problem. A couple of days later we learned that more of our guests needed shuttle service so we reached back out to Becky to secure a larger vehicle. We were able to make the change in minutes! The service provided was perfect-on time, professional and seamless. We would definitely book them again and would 100% recommend this vendor to friends and family!

We used them to provide car service for the Bride & her dad to the ceremony and for the Bride & Groom back to the reception. They arrived early and were ready to go! The booking process was also very smooth and any questions we had they answered right away. I would definitely recommend them!

I found this company's response to COVID impacts very disappointing. We ensured that each vendor we signed up with had clauses that took the pandemic into account. However, when Virginia limited groups to less than 10, Becky told us that we were out of luck in terms of cancelling a 35 person bus that we could no longer use. There was no other option than to lose our deposit, even though our contract had a clause that stated in the case of a pandemic the contract could be altered. I will say our limo driver was amazing and a joy to work with. The limo was clean and well stocked.

Let me just say this company is absolutely amazing to work with. Becky is efficient, kind, polite, and an all around beautiful person-- exactly what one needs when dealing with the stress of a wedding! We had to reschedule several times but Becky was well prepared and organized with many helpful suggestions! The white limo that the couple transported in was immaculate- and the driver personable and early-- as well as patient and kind, being the couple got caught in a back up on the highway due to an accident. I will be using this company in the future! Their prices are reasonable and worth every penny. I love that gratuity is included! Very VERY impressed with On The Town Limos

We used On the Town Limousines for our guest transportation and our private transportation after the wedding. My bridesmaids also organized using a 25 person bus for my bachelorette party. The drivers were professional, courteous and so much fun. No hidden fees. Super flexible. Professional. Would definitely recommend for any event!

Leading up to the wedding, the coordinator kept in touch and clarified all the details. The bus arrived promptly, was very clean, and the driver was happy to be there and helpful. As we move forward, we know we will not be recommending On The Town Limousines, Inc to our family and friends. For any couples planning their weddings in the next few years, please avoid vendors like this one who were inconsiderate to couples during a public health emergency. On The Town Limousines was extraordinarily inconsiderate during a global pandemic. We have health concerns about our friends and family that have preexisting conditions and/or risk factors associated with traveling during the COVID-19 crisis. We also have friends and family that would be unable to attend solely due to travel restrictions. Our 235 person wedding that took two years to plan was scheduled for 10/10/2020. We began to inquire about cancelling our wedding in June 2020 as cases and deaths are rampant across the US. Just because the state has loosened restrictions on gatherings, doesn't make it safe or acceptable to hold events. On the Town Limousines failed to recognize this. In our communications with Becky D, she consulted with the President of the company who declined our attempt for a partial or full refund which all of our other wedding vendors (venue, food, photographer, band) were happy to work with us on. The President's counter offer was to extend our reservation for a 2 month partial credit to the end of 2020 which was a hollow gesture and insulting since all events in 2020 were canceled. From our communications, it is clearly obvious to us that On The Town Limousines cares more about money than it does about the safety, health, and wellbeing of the people they are serving. While small businesses are eligible for interest-free loans from the federal government, engaged couples are not eligible for any assistance covering the losses incurred by the COVID-19 crisis.

I had my wedding on March 14th and used this service to get the bridal parties to the venue and guests to and from the hotel. Becky was absolutely amazing to work with, I can’t say enough good things about her. She was very helpful with the planning process and calming my nerves about not having enough room etc. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because the drivers were pretty unfriendly. Overall, a good experience and it got the job done!

No late bridal party for this wedding! Everyone got home safe and sound after a night of drinking and that was our biggest concern. The money was well worth the peace of mind for our our big day.
