Our wedding was beautifully designed and executed and as much as I would like to take the credit, it was mostly due to Jessica and her crew <3

the planning process went on, I began to realize planning a wedding is so much more than that! Once it came down to details, I knew we were going to need help. I still remember seeing Jessica and Cassie for the first time at one of the wedding fairs we attended- they both looked so professional and poised, and I loved their style! After my future mother-in-law and I talked to them that day, we just knew we had to have them as our wedding planners! So the official planning began (the kind the pro's do ;)), and I felt instant relief knowing we could trust Jessica and Cassie with the most important day of our lives. After in-person meetings and phone conference calls (all well spent, organized, and productive), Jessica and Cassie were able to bring our wants and desires to fruition. They completely transformed the large, empty barn that was our venue into the most gorgeous production I have ever seen. To this day I honestly can't believe how absolutely breathtaking and beautiful our day was- it was everything we wanted, brought to life. From hanging flower orbs from the barn rafters using heavy equipment, to coordinating all of our vendors simultaneously without a hitch, these girls definitely know how to plan a seamless party! It was a priceless feeling for us to wake up the morning of our wedding knowing we didn't have any obligations or anyone to answer to, and we just got to relax and enjoy. Jessica even called me mid-morning the day of the wedding to check on me and ask if I needed anything. I highly recommend Jessica and Cassie for your wedding planning needs, they know exactly what they are doing and well worth it!

essica and Cassie were the perfect fit for the job. After our initial meeting, we knew they would be able to make our vision come true. We wanted to have our ceremony/reception in Graeagle, a small town just outside of Lake Tahoe in a big white barn on the corner of town. They provided us with unique ideas to help convert the space into a rustic chic atmosphere. Over a year of planning went into that day and OUTE kept constant communication along the way. We had multiple in-person meetings and over the phone conference calls (because we live in the Bay Area) and we always left feeling confident and reassured by Jessica and Cassie. When we came into town Jessica and Cassie set up vendor meetings for us in a timely manner. We were able to meet with our catering company (and have a private taste test), and also met with all of our other vendors during a short weekend trip to Reno. About halfway through the planning process, Jessica became very ill, but her sister and lead planner Cassie STILL managed to keep us on track for our wedding (She's wonder woman, I swear!) Only 6 DAYS before the wedding our florist backed out, but OUTE were able to quickly hire another vendor with their connections. We definitely woulnd't have had flowers or some of our ceremony decor that day if it weren't for them! And on the day of the wedding there was a nearby grass fire up the road and ALL OF THE POWER WENT OUT only 30 minutes before the ceremony! Jessica and Cassie again to the rescue! They were able to make a call to a friend and have a generator driven up from Reno (with a police escort too, because the roads were closed due to the fire). We were told that we may have to even evacuate our venue if the fire grew closer. The generator made it to the barn, but the power luckily came back on! But if it hadn't, we had a backup generator thanks to OUTE. Overall, Jessica and Cassie were easy to talk to and helped us with everything along the way. They helped us with our budget (for 200 guests), came up with a design board for us, and above all, were honest with us. They were honest about cost and what we really needed and what we really didn't need. They helped us with a live band, open bar, and even childcare for the kiddos at our wedding. They also helped us last minute with our rehearsal dinner. I would recommend OUTE over and over again. They are professional and go above and beyond for their brides and grooms. You won't regret it!

o many ideas on how to make it NOT look like a airplane hangar and it didn't. I still have friends and family talking about how beautiful our wedding was. Every detail was perfect. The hangar was a total hit with our guests. Our wedding day was perfect with only one tiny little hitch my zipper broke on my wedding dress!! So with one panicked phone call -Jessica and cassie came in with needle and thread and duct tape-yes ladies and gents good ol duct tape. Cassie had sewed me into my dress and taped it in while Jessica was informing our guests what was going on. The best thing was? You couldn't even tell!! I was only 30 minutes late to my ceremony but I knew with out a doubt that they wouldn't let me walk down the aisle with a broken zipper. The vendors we hired were spot on and nothing was left undone. I feel SO grateful that I met them at a bridal fair they made all of our wedding dreams come true. Jessica and Cassie truly have a passion for what they do and it shows. Future bride and grooms please take all these positive reviews and hire OUTE as your wedding planner. They do such a great job. It was an absolute joy working with them. We consider them not only friends but apart of our family.

y was unforgettable and my guests couldn't stop raving about it. They think of all the extra details I forgot while in the midst of planning madness and help elevate the event to the next level. Jessica used to be in a legal field so she's an expert at reviewing vendor contracts and making sure they are iron-clad; their team is great at managing vendors and we didn't worry about a THING the day of the wedding. Examples: hairdresser flaked and jessica called one of her friends who was able to step in and save the day. Shuttles picked up the wrong guests, so they shuffled things around so my bridal party and i weren't stranded and made it to the venue on time. I felt like I was in such good hands and was able to glide through the wedding day thanks to these super sharp and lovely ladies. I can't recommend them enough. They are brilliant and kind and fun - if you're thinking about hiring them I HIGHLY suggest you do. It's worth every penny.

anning. We had spoken with OUATE on the phone, but this was our first time meeting. Cassie picked us up from the airport, and we had our first meeting to discuss our vision for our wedding. The next day we all went to Tahoe to look at venues and found our perfect location for the wedding. Over the next year, every communication we had with Cassie and Jessica only made us more confident that we had made the right choice. The package we purchased was full on destination planning and design as we live in Los Angeles. OUATE helped with everything from budget to vendor suggestions and contract negotiations to creating a design board (which we decided to change our initial idea half way through planning and they just rolled with it) to executing a flawless wedding plus much more. We only were able to come back once to Reno/Tahoe before the wedding and Cassie and Jessica packed our short weekend full of tastings, trials and final vendor meetings, we got so much done and felt so excited and accomplished after we left. I can't say enough how much gratitude and appreciation we have for Cassie, Jessica and the OUATE crew that made our wedding dreams come true. They took my vision and just exceeded every expectation. Friends and family were blown away saying it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to and I can honestly say that without OUATE, it couldn't have happened. They are now family and we love them so much! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. Best decision I made was hiring OUATE, hands down!!!

Right after we booked OUATE, my fiance and I had a meeting with Jessica and basically told her everything we wanted, what we didn't want and what we dreamed of having but didn't think we could afford. She also had us fill out a questionnaire to get a sense of our style, get to know us and get an idea of what we envision for our dream wedding. After reviewing everything we gave her, she created a design board with everthing we had talked about. I loved how we got to go thourgh and point out what we liked and what we didn't like. This gave us a great sense of what our wedding was going to look like. Since I had a very hard time picking a theme and staying with that direction, this really helped me get on track and focus on one thing at a time. This also really helped me stop stressing and feeling overwhelmed and let me enjoy the wedding planning process. As a bride, I knew I wanted to be involved in the fun stuff but not the boring, budget related stuff. Jessica was amazing at handling all the stuff I didn't want to do or did not know how to do. We gave her our total budget and she planned around that very well and helped us stay on track. She also did all of the orders (which were a ton since we had our wedding at private estate and had to bring everything in) and delt with the most of our vendors. She has a great working relationship with a ton of wedding vendors in Reno that she was able to get things done and get them done fast! And she had wonderful recommendations for our wedding vendors. We loved them all! During the whole wedding planning process Jessica and her sister, Cassie kept us on track and made sure we were getting things done when they needed to be done. I loved how they took all of my ideas and wishes and made them happen without any questions. The whole time, they were professional but so nice and fun to work with! It made wedding planning a lot of fun! The day of the wedding, I had absolutley nothing to worry about. I sat in the house and got ready while Jessica, Cassie and her team set everything up and dealt with all the vendors. The wedding was not too big but the whole production of it was a lot! We had a ton of flowers, a fire pit, a dessert bar, photo booth, a lounge and a ton of details such a signage and personalized items. Jesssica and her team were so organized and executed everything PERFECTLY! It was above and beyond anything I had even imagined. They took my vision to the next level and made it better than I could had ever wished for. Jessica and Cassie kept the wedding on track the whole night and everything went off witthout a hitch. My husband and I nor our wedding party or family had to lift a finger, it was amazing! We got to spend our time enjoying ourselves while OUATE delt with everything else. Jessica, Cassie and the entire OUATE team are amazing!! They made planning our wedding an absolute joy and I would HIGHLY recommend them for wedding and party planning. If I plan another event you can be sure I will be booking Jessica and her team to help

d understanding when it came to budgets and vision, and then laid out a design plan that was so beautiful and found details that really stood out. She made sure the flowers were on point, negotiated with my vendors, and her staff took care of setup details so my wedding party and I could really enjoy the day. The wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to their help with staging, timing, and flow of the day. They really cared about what we wanted and I couldn't be happier with the results!

UaTE was because they charged a flat fee. We knew she wasn't going to push our budget to get more money out of us. Also, we could tell through our phone conversations and files that she sent us that Jessica (the owner) was very honest and fun. We only went out to Tahoe once before the wedding. They had photographer and venue meetings all set up for our whirl-wind of a weekend out there. I even got in a hair and make-up trial run. Everything else was decided via phone, email, and Skype. Jessica and her team really listened to our vision for the day and made it a dream come true. We are so glad we chose Once Upon a Time Events and would recommend them in a heart beat!
