I didn’t hire Once upon a Time for selecting my vendors, I did by myself! Sometimes I thought it was for the best bc I had my visions.. some other times I felt really lost and bc I didn’t hire the service I felt as I couldn’t ask for help or when I did, she couldn’t help me for the same reason.. So my whole year before the wedding it was this mix of feelings.. At my wedding day tough, everything changed! I couldn’t feel more peaceful and enjoying more my moment if Sussie wasn’t there! Even with a broken toe! I didn’t made a rehearsal so things were “imperfect” but also magical! At the end I can say: go big and hire them for the full service or just hire them for your wedding day (that I truly recommend).

We were so grateful for Sussie's help in making our day run smoothly, from getting ready through the ceremony and right up to the end of the reception! She did an amazing job making sure everyone knew what needed to happen and when, and made sure we could entirely enjoy our time without worrying about the details. Working with her leading up to the wedding was also helpful to make sure were on track.

Booking Sussie as our day-of-coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! Initially, we were on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but boy are we glad we did! She exceeded our expectations beyond belief. Sussie was super helpful even before the wedding, like putting things on our radar that we didn’t even think of! My husband and I are from Latino backgrounds and it was important to us that our coordinator be bilingual. It was so useful that she could communicate with my parents and family seamlessly! On the day of, she was so positive and organized with every passing moment on the timeline. The day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her ! Thank you Sussie!

Just returned from my son's wedding in Boston- What a beautiful event! Sussie Figueroa took care of so many things both before the event, as well as on the actual day of the wedding; I know my son and new daughter-in-law appreciated Sussie's attention to detail and good communication with all members of the wedding party and families. As an out-of-towner, I appreciated Sussie's emails regarding the rehearsal and wedding schedule, and her warm, welcoming demeanor helped put everyone at ease!
