One & Done Events

We hired Mike with One and Done Events to DJ our wedding this past December. He offered us a great price (about $800) for the evening and was very flexible in working with us to provide exactly the kind of services we wanted. While I was initially a little nervous about our limited correspondence, when we WERE able to touch base, he continually reassured me that he had it under control and helped put my mind at ease. He gave helpful suggestions for the general timeline and flow of events at the reception, but was also willing to work with our preferences. One and Done Events did a great job of creating an environment that allowed guests to enjoy both dancing and conversing with each other without one dominating the other. The volume level was perfect and all technical equipment performed smoothly. I recommend One and Done Events Dj's!

I used DJ and a mic for my wedding on April 7, 2012. Mike ( the owner of the company) took very good care of my wedding day music. He had nothing but good vibes all the time. He was awesome to work with and a pleasure to be around. He is out going and fun, and that is what you want in a DJ no? He knew exactly what to play to get everyone on the dance floor and if the mood were to change he would follow it and make everything work out. He was just interactive enough with the wedding which was perfect. I didn't want someone who would be all up in our business but I also didn't want someone to just hit shuffle and walk away. He was the perfect ballanct. He played all the songs that I needed to hear and the rest was what the people wanted to dance to. He was also very good about not playing the music I didn't want to hear. He is very professional and just an all around great guy. I met with him the weekend before the wedding because my sister had such a bad experience with her DJ and I didn't want that to happen to me. We went over the entire wedding and tweaked whatever needed changing. He had all our music the day of, looked professional and didn't get any of the names wrong! He did a great job and I would totally use him again! His prices are fantastic as well, I think we did the entire wedding for like $500! So worth it!
