One & Done Events

I could hear the music and he was nailing the vibe I wanted. Many times throughout the night I noticed he took our specific song and artist requests into account. He also had all the right wireless equipment to provide sound and music for our outdoor ceremony - everything was just how I wanted it. He knows how to do announcements and introductions with energy but without being cheesy. We also chose to upgrade with the uplights and I loved how it transormed our reception space (especially when the evening is in that in-between light and dark, it helped create a mood). He also was able to play a special song during our cake cutting on-the-fly and no one noticed a thing. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

orgeous. We chose the highlight package which is about 6 minutes of the highlights of our big day. The editing team did a great job putting it all together and choosing perfect music to accompany the video. Mike did an excellent job as DJ. He was able to make my guests feel comfortable by taking requests when appropriate. The flow of the wedding was perfect and he kept to our schedule. He was also great at getting the crowd involved and excited. If any equipment malfunctioned or anything went wrong we certainly didn't notice! Two things to note: the total cost includes both the videography and DJ service (great deal!), and the only reason I gave four stars for service was because, at times, it was difficult remaining in contact and I wish they had been a little more on top of that. Overall, we loved them and would absolutely recommend One and Done!

ovide exactly the kind of services we wanted. While I was initially a little nervous about our limited correspondence, when we WERE able to touch base, he continually reassured me that he had it under control and helped put my mind at ease. He gave helpful suggestions for the general timeline and flow of events at the reception, but was also willing to work with our preferences. One and Done Events did a great job of creating an environment that allowed guests to enjoy both dancing and conversing with each other without one dominating the other. The volume level was perfect and all technical equipment performed smoothly. I recommend One and Done Events Dj's!

s awesome to work with and a pleasure to be around. He is out going and fun, and that is what you want in a DJ no? He knew exactly what to play to get everyone on the dance floor and if the mood were to change he would follow it and make everything work out. He was just interactive enough with the wedding which was perfect. I didn't want someone who would be all up in our business but I also didn't want someone to just hit shuffle and walk away. He was the perfect ballanct. He played all the songs that I needed to hear and the rest was what the people wanted to dance to. He was also very good about not playing the music I didn't want to hear. He is very professional and just an all around great guy. I met with him the weekend before the wedding because my sister had such a bad experience with her DJ and I didn't want that to happen to me. We went over the entire wedding and tweaked whatever needed changing. He had all our music the day of, looked professional and didn't get any of the names wrong! He did a great job and I would totally use him again! His prices are fantastic as well, I think we did the entire wedding for like $500! So worth it!
