Incredible selection of dresses and service from the stylist. Loved the privacy of the shop as well as the detailed service.

I knew my dress was the one the moment I put it on. It wasn't anything I even imagined when I said I wanted to try on dresses. Im so thankful the designers provide plus size options to such beautiful dresses. I only wish the store had more options in plus sized. It was overall an amazing experience. Also, I really wish they had in-house alterations available. But I love my dress and i loved the veil I got here too. The quality here of dresses is unmatched and worth every penny! Mrs Weaver

Had the absolute best experience at One & Only Bridal! From the moment we walked in, they exceeded all my expectations. From the first-class service to the beautiful dress selection, I walked away with memories my family and I will cherish forever. It went so well, I walked away with not only one dress, but TWO stunning gowns that we just couldn't choose between. Not to mention, we had a blast in the process. The designer price point was super reasonable, and Natasha made us feel so comfortable. The booking fee for the appointment is extremely worth it. This was the best bridal boutique experience I had, and I went to A LOT of boutiques. They had a very unique selection of dresses and the stylists were amazing! I worked with Peyton who was very attentive, listened to my likes and dislikes, and ended up finding my dream dress that I don't think I would have found without her help and encouragement!

O&O had an amazing selection of modern wedding dresses and were so helpful in my search for the perfect dress! They were kind, patient, and celebrated with us when we found the one! I can’t thank these ladies enough!!

Mid/plus size women beware! This shop does not carry plus size bridal dresses. 95% of the dresses are a bridal size 10 (real size 4/6). I called twice to make sure they had dresses in my size and the style of dress I was looking for (A-line) and they assured me they did and stated they had a large selection. They did not. They had a handful of poofy out of style ball gowns. They were hideous. I was told there were plus size gowns scattered around the store and to pull what I liked. Didn’t ask for my budget. I posted and described what I wanted prior to the appointment (on lookbook), along with my regular dress size (16/18) on my profile my stylist kept pulling these ball gowns that were far from what I was describing because she didn’t have anything in the store. I was mortified and so was my stylist as she was new. If this had been the first place I went to, I would have hysterically cried. Please don’t waste your time if you’re above a size 6. I would have rather they called and cancelled my appointment then wasting my time and causing my extreme embarrassment. The only reason I even gave one star is because the store is pretty inside.

O&O, is absolutely amazing. I was originally supposed to go to Georgia to find the dress, but after some turn of events, I ended up at O&O because my coworker begged me to go there. I was not disappointed. The most caring and sweet girls work there. I not once felt uncomfortable. I tried on a total of 9-10 dresses, but I knew by the 2nd one. They were so patient and eager to help me try on. They literally go above and beyond to make you feel so special, whether it’s the day you try on or the day you pick up. I’m so thankful I ended up at O&O!!

This salon was INCREDIBLE! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces, through the whole fitting process it felt incredibly authentic. They were never ever pushy, genuinely just focused on giving me the best experience. To finding the perfect gown, I said yes to my one and only dress.. it was incredible! Finished the experience off with a glass of champagne! 10/10 recommend this salon!

I purchased my dress from one and only bridal, and am so glad I did! The dress itself was truly so amazing and perfect for my wedding. The girls at the bridal store were all so helpful in trying on different dresses and styles. They were all so kind and receptive to what my concerns or feelings towards a dress were, and they worked to help me find a dress I was comfortable in.

Vanessa was super knowledgeable on designers, prices, trends and potential alterations. I felt so comfortable at a time I was so nervous and anxious. She was honest and helped me accessorize to where I saw my vision come to life.

As a plus size bride, I was really concern about going to a straight size boutique. But they made me feel beautiful and I found my dream dress!

While I personally didn’t like this boutique, I can see many girls liking this place. I loved the inside of the boutique, it was very modern. The dresses did not suite my style, as it was definitely for the modern and trendy bride (while I was going for classic and elegant). A lot of the dresses had the same aspects and I couldn’t really tell the difference between a lot of them - they all started to blend together. My consultant, Faith, was very nice and definitely recommend her if you go here!

Clean and friendly atmosphere, great selection of bridal dresses (was not easy to choose...so many great options!) and amazing staff. Faith helped me get into the dresses and made me feel comfortable. I also loved how they had private rooms for you and your guests (they even had a cute set up and personalized welcome sign). When I said yes to the dress, we were given champagne to celebrate as well as an adorable personalized sign to take a picture with. 100 % recommend!

So amazing! Best boutique I went to (out of probably too many) everyone there was so sweet and accommodating. Being plus size I was worried I wouldn't have options or be judged. Not here. They are so welcoming and kind with a great selection of dresses that I could actually try on. love everyone at one and only and the gorgeous boutique. highly recommend!

While my attendant was very sweet and tried her best to be accommodating. We could not help but notice that they paired us, the only minority customers in the salon, with the only minority stylist on their staff present that day. Whether that was on purpose or by accident, who knows. It felt purposeful though due to the unwelcoming atmosphere and behaviors of the other stylists present during our appointment. I'm not sure if they were stereotyping us or what, but the smirks and looks exchanged between the other stylists were obvious and beyond awkward. My family and I were shocked since the salon is in one of the most diverse cities and had such wonderful reviews! I don't know if it was due to the way we look, how we were dressed, or if it was because we spoke some Spanish to my grandmother during our appointment. We could not even stay the full time of the appointment because of how uncomfortable the other staff made us feel. Later on, while looking at the photos of the few dresses I did try on, we realized we may have overlooked "the one" because of how awful the experience was. Either way, I'm writing this to warn others. Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere that supports all kinds of brides no matter their background. Even though the dresses and decor were beautiful, the staff's awful behavior made it our worst appointment out of the five salons we went to. Don't ruin the special experience of looking for your wedding dress by dealing with this salon's rude staff. I ended up finding my dress that same day at a different salon in Winter Park. The staff at the salon in Winter Park treated us with respect and cared for us like we were family. I wish I had gone straight to that salon and not put my family through this experience at One & Only Bridal.

I absolutely loved my time at One and Only Bridal. We chose to have the VIP experience and had the whole shop to ourselves and it was perfect. I felt so special. My biggest concern while shopping for dresses was not being able to find something that came in my size. They have dresses that come in sizes 0-30. It was so refreshing to not be so limited in my search as a plus-size bride. Vanessa was incredible and knew exactly what I was looking for and made great suggestions. We clicked really quickly and she made the day even more fun. I had the absolute best time with my bridal party, the snacks and champagne were an extra fun touch! Found my one and only dress on July 16th!!!

They’re amazing. They were gracious enough to accommodate us without a reservation and were considerate of our budget. They have stunning dresses and a beautiful establishment with knowledgeable staff. We said yes to the dress. I would shop there again if this wedding doesn’t pan out.

One & Only is the cutest little bridal boutique. I was expecting to just try on dresses for the first time, but ended up finding my One & Only dress! Loved the little details they incorporate to make your appointment special. Like your name on the board outside, a champagne toast when you find your dress, and a board with your new name on it to take pictures with! Can’t wait to pick up my dress once it arrives.

Its a beautiful shop with so many options/styles to choose from as well as a wide price range to fit your needs. The shop is extremely clean and perfect for all the cute pic moments. The girls at One & Only are absolutely amazing, I am so happy I purchased my dress, veil, and earrings here. Eunice was so sweet and helpful every time we came into the shop. Not only do they have the most gorgeous selection of gowns, but the store itself is just stunning. I had actually tried on my dress at a couple other locations, but the experience I had here was completely different from the others. They give you a very personal and fun experience, in the most picturesque bridey shop. So so happy to be an O&O Bride!!

Enjoyed my experience from start to finish with One & Only Bridal Everything was personalized and Maraget my bridal stylist was amazing and very attentive. Still haven’t decided yet on a dress. But will definitely go through them if the dress I chose is sold at their location.

The whole team at One and Only Bridal went above and beyond to create a great experience. Starting from my initial search and suggesting a loaner dress for a style I fell in love with. Any time I would call the salon everyone was so polite and professional on the phone. Then fast forward to the day of my appointment. Vanessa was so fantastic to work with. Her kind demeanor, professionalism and fun attitude had me feeling so relaxed and kept me enjoying my shopping experience. I am so happy I said YES to the one at One and Only Bridal.

I looked for my dress at three different salons but this one was by far the best experience! My consultant Vanessa was incredible: she truly listened to what I was looking for, made me feel comfortable and was overall the perfect consultant! The store itself looks absolutely beautiful and they really care about your experience as the bride. And last but definitely not least, I found my one&only dress!

Oh my gosh...the absolute best bridal boutique visit hands down. I visited One & Only Bridal Boutique for the first time yesterday (3/20/21) and immediately fell in love with the store, the staff and the overall vibe. I knew that this was going to be the place where I was going to find my wedding dress, I just knew it. Euni was the absolute BEST with helping me find the dresses (which I was so happy to have had the chance to research/save to my look book in advance) off of my favorites, was able to try on almost every single style that I wanted to, all while hearing her excellent recommendations as well. She was very personable & so friendly. I am SO happy that I found my One & Only wedding dress with all of my family & friends around me in this beautiful bridal boutique. We had an awesome experience with our Bridal Stylist Alli. She was very professional and helpful as we're all the staff. I loved the store’s decor!! Great for pictures. They also had a great selection of dresses at a range of prices. It was my first and one time trying on dresses and I was able to say YES to a beautiful dress, in the price range I wanted. Super excited! Highly recommended.

I had Stephany as my consultant when I came into One and Only and she did an absolutely AMAZING job! She made me feel like a friend and comfortable which made the process that much better! We found my perfect dress and I am so thankful that she was the one I worked with! I LOVE my essence dress! I cannot recommend One and Only enough for Brides-to-be. They have an amazing selection for all price ranges and they have knowledgeable consultants who help you find what is perfect for YOU! The ability to make someone so comfortable while making such a big decision is a hard quality to find and they definitely cultivate that there.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Eunice was so helpful in showing me different types of dresses. She ensured I was at ease when trying on all the different styles, and was open when I changed my mind and went a million different directions. My dress and veil were so beautiful and the buying/picking up process was seamless!

This was the only bridal salon I went to when looking for my wedding dress. It felt super personal the whole time. I had the consultant's undivided attention the full time. I could not have asked for a better shopping experience.

When I began searching for a wedding dress, I initially chose another location blindly without doing research - as I was not sure how to even begin the process of finding my dream wedding dress. I had a sense of discouragement after going to that other bridal salon. I then heard of One & Only Bridal. I immediately made an appointment and when I walked into the salon - I was at ease. I knew that I would find my dress there. The salon itself was 10x more organized, appealing and the dresses were hands down much more elegant and of high quality. I tried on maybe 5 dresses and when I tried on the last one - it was over. I had found my dress. I didn't even want to take it off. Vanessa was amazing; she, along with some other women there, and also the dress, made me feel like the most beautiful woman. Book your appointment there and I promise you won't be disappointed! Love One & Only Bridal and I can't thank them enough for helping me find my dress!!!

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at this bridal boutique. As an older bride, I was nervous about trying on wedding dresses. I was paired with a young lady named Margaret as my stylist and she made me feel so at ease. She was not pushy or salesy, just very relaxed, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went to other wedding dress shops after my appointment with Margaret, but ultimately I came back. The experience and my wedding dress are second to none! Highly recommend

I can't thank One & Only enough! These girls are seriously making my dreams come true. This boutique has so many different styles and sizes to chose from it was actually hard for me to pick But when my stylist Vanessa pulled out a dress I knew just by looking at it that it was the one. Also, my dress's quality is amazing. Very comfortable and not scratchy like some at other places I've been to. My mom and friends were in shock that the dress was $1,800 so it was a no brainer. UH-MA-ZING! The nicest store I visited on my search. So cute and clean, very friendly, and found a dress I hadn't seen anywhere else for a great price. We all had such a good time.

I was paired with Faith for my appointment and I could not have been happier with my experience. She was so down to earth and never made me feel pressured into buying something. She truly wanted ME to love my dress. My group was very opinionated lol.. but Faith made sure to listen to my wants. I almost bought my dress at two other shops before coming into One and only, and I'm so thankful I didn't. Other stores seemed to use my opinionated group to push me into buying something that just wasn't me. But now, I am OBSESSED with my dress!!! I feel like a queen! Thank you Faith and all the sweet employees!

Seriously brides, I wasted so much time visiting 4 stores in the orlando/winter park area and they did not compare to One and Only at all. The staff is beyond sweet, they make you feel so comfortable and their dresses are way better quality and actually a lot more affordable than everywhere else I went. Thanks One and only!

If you're in it for the 'gram, go ahead and stop in. I was in it to shop for a wedding dress and would not recommend stopping in for that. Upon walking in, I was barely acknowledged and also had nowhere to stand because the shop was incredibly crowded with guests. Crowded stores are generally unappealing to me but especially during COVID-19. Masks were not enforced and there were large parties accompanying certain brides. The selection process was terrible. You get a walkthrough of the store and just walk around and pick whatever you want to try on. No help or guidelines. Pretty overwhelming in my opinion. My consultant was very friendly but incredibly inexperienced. She was not helpful in selecting gowns, she was not skilled at clipping the gowns to allow me to visualize them, she was overly chatty, and she kept disappearing to chat with her colleagues. The setup of the shop is terrible. My mirror section (which was not at all private) was toward the front of the shop and the dressing room was in the back of the shop so I had to trip across the entire store, nearly running into other customers and bridal consultants in the narrow hallways, often in gowns that weren't clipped or zipped properly, to show it to my party of two. We were there in the late afternoon and the sun was shining directly into the mirror. Not fun for the eyes and not great for taking photos of the gowns. The selection of form fitting gowns was lacking. Overall, a super disappointing experience and a waste of time.

I honestly don't even know where to start! One & Only Bridal was the best wedding dress shopping experience that I could have asked for! From the moment I arrived I felt so comfortable and supported through the entire experience. Eunice was my stylist and she was amazing ,even when I kept wanting to try on more and more dresses to make sure I found the perfect one. When I did find the perfect one she helped me find the perfect veil to complement the dress! I can't say enough good things about O&O and would tell anyone looking for a dress to add this shop to your list!

Very professional and courteous staff! Everyone was so happy and helpful. My experience was made so easy and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy, try on certain styles, ect. It was a stress free process, and I was able to find my dress in an hour! I would definitely recommend for future brides. The average price point is also about $1800 per dress, which I thought was pretty reasonable considering the dresses they have are gorgeous. Margaret was in charge of my appointment and she was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I can't say enough amazing things about this place! Iv'e been to a few other stores in Orlando and Winter Park and they did not seem to want to help me. All the girls here were so sweet and understanding of my situation. Kelsey, my stylist you could tell was very knowledge about the dresses. I found the most perfect dress UNDER my budget, we celebrated with my family and it was the most amazing moment. They really care about you here, I can't recommend enough

Love these girls! Everyone at one and only is so kind, helpful and knows what they are talking about! We had the best time and they helped me find my dream dress. I had to come back three times so all my family and friends could see and they never got annoyed. Cant wait to wear my dress in a few months!

Where do I even begin? CUTEST STORE EVER! Dresses, prices, staff, the decor itself...all so amazing. 100% the best store I've been to during my search, and luckily the last! I found my perfect dress with my stylist Faith who was so understanding and helpful. Seriously so sweet to me and my family, she really listened to all aspects of my wedding to help me find the perfect dress and veil. All was under $2,000 which is amazing for the quality of their dresses. Could not have asked for a more perfect day and end to my dress hunt. THANK YOU to all the ladies at one and only!
