Whether it was helping us get the perfect photos, managing transitions between events, or offering thoughtful touches like checking in during private moments, her presence was both calming and essential.
What really stood out was her ability to handle behind-the-scenes hiccups discreetly—we didn’t even know there was a potential issue until after the fact because she resolved it so smoothly. While she was officially our day-of coordinator, Surbhi was truly by our side throughout the entire journey. She is deeply dedicated to her clients and genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. From our consistent and thoughtful planning meetings to carefully building out our wedding weekend itinerary, she always left us feeling secure, grounded, and hopeful — especially as the big day drew near.
On the morning of our wedding, Surbhi was our gem. The moment she walked into my room, she took charge with such ease, and I instantly felt the weight of stress and worry lift off my shoulders. She reassured me throughout the entire day, reminding me to simply enjoy each moment while she and her team flawlessly orchestrated everything behind the scenes. From working seamlessly with our venue, priest, and vendors, to tending to every little detail for both Jay and me, she was truly all hands-on deck.

She was the reason we were able to pull of 2 wedding events (a hindu ceremony and a western one). She kept us organized, helped us find the right vendors, collaborated with the venues, and made sure that we were enjoying ourselves through the events.
Even the venue coordinator for one of our ceremonies told us that she was very impressed with Surbhi. And that's coming from a person who works with wedding planners for a living.

for so things run smoothly the day of. On the morning of the wedding, she made sure one of her team members was with me to ensure I had everything I needed. This helped me a lot when you obviously forget some things that early in the morning and need someone to track things down. Pratixa was so professional and helpful. We had a large amount of guests and Surbhi made sure that everything ran on schedule which is so hard to do with that many people, especially with a large amount of wedding group photos the team did well to keep it moving on time. After the wedding, she made sure I had enough time to unwind before the reception. During the reception the team made sure all of the intros and formalities were done seamlessly. There was an unexpected fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate during the open dance floor but Surbhi and the team handled that process well and we were all able to go back in after about 10-15 minutes. She kept everyone calm and moving. At the end of the night, they made sure all of the items that we wanted to keep were placed at a secure location. I had taken off my dupatta that night during the dance floor and the team made sure it ended up in my room (I wouldn’t have even recalled this). Even little things like this made a difference. All of the things they took care of really added up and made the day so less stressful. I am so glad we had her and the team for our wedding and couldn’t imagine doing it alone. Surbhi and her team always knew how to keep me calm and get through! Before our wedding, Surbhi contacted all of our vendors, created a full day and reception timeline, and completed a walk through at our venue. Our wedding day went seamlessly! She draped my lehenga (and steamed my fiancé's dupatta and draped him too!), made sure all vendors were on time, and kept the timeline moving. Her team did so much work behind the scenes, honestly I probably didn't notice some of it because that is how great they were. Hiring her was the most important and best decision we made!

hedule, but it was honestly SO much more! Surbhi began familiarizing herself with our vendors one month before the wedding. During that time, we had weekly phone calls where I was able to give her updates and more details regarding the event. Surbhi not only listened to what I wanted/envisioned, but also offered her expert opinion when needed (which was pretty often for me). From speaking with her I could tell that she is experienced and knowledgeable in event planning. Her team was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The morning part of my event did not go as planned, but Surbhi and her team were able to make impromptu decisions with the time we had to make sure that the rest of the event was not effected by unexpected delays. When a problem occurred, Surbhi made me aware of the situation while also offering me potential solutions to choose from. Her team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were always courteous and respectful to my family and anyone else involved in the planning. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through the day without Surbhi and her team there to support me and make sure I was able to enjoy each moment. rs, but were overwhelmed at the amount of coordination required for what would originally be an atypical outdoor wedding. Surbhi helped plan for that from the start - until we had to shift gears and change our venue midway through. She rolled with the punches and quickly adapted to help us through the change and move our already booked vendors over. This could have gone very wrong, but with Surbhi, it was seamless. The end result was a wedding where we, the bride and groom, actually had fun with our guests since Surbhi ran a tight ship. Even our parents, family, and friends made it a point to tell us that our wedding was well planned, on schedule, and that the wedding planners were amazing. We would hire them again and would recommend to any of our friends and family. "Thank you" just doesn't cut it!
