We were so fortunate to have Surbhi as our wedding coordinator for our garba night, wedding and reception in New Jersey. From the very first phone call, she made everything feel smooth and effortless, and her professionalism and warmth really stood out. As the head of the One Events Management team, Surbhi truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, ensuring that our big day was everything we had hoped for and more.
As a Gujarati, Surbhi naturally understood the cultural nuances and traditions that were important to us and our families. This made such a difference in the planning process because our parents felt incredibly comfortable working with her. She took the time to listen, be patient, and make sure that everything reflected our traditions while also making sure we would be able to do it in a timely manner. Her understanding of both the cultural and logistical aspects of the wedding really stood out, and we felt at ease knowing she was on top of everything.
One of the things that really set Surbhi apart was her commitment to only taking one wedding per weekend. It was so reassuring to have her fully dedicated to us, present throughout the entire weekend, and ensuring everything went smoothly. Her presence meant that we didn’t have to worry about timing or whether something would be overlooked. We knew she was there for every moment, which made a huge difference in our overall experience.
Surbhi’s attention to detail, her calm and reassuring demeanor, and her ability to manage everything with ease were invaluable to us. She ensured that all the moving parts came together seamlessly, and thanks to her, we were able to truly enjoy the celebration with our loved ones without worrying about a thing.

Having One Events/ Surbhi’s team for my wedding day was one of the best decisions we made. Starting a couple weeks before the wedding, Surbhi made sure we had everything accounted for so things run smoothly the day of. On the morning of the wedding, she made sure one of her team members was with me to ensure I had everything I needed. This helped me a lot when you obviously forget some things that early in the morning and need someone to track things down. Pratixa was so professional and helpful. We had a large amount of guests and Surbhi made sure that everything ran on schedule which is so hard to do with that many people, especially with a large amount of wedding group photos the team did well to keep it moving on time. After the wedding, she made sure I had enough time to unwind before the reception. During the reception the team made sure all of the intros and formalities were done seamlessly. There was an unexpected fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate during the open dance floor but Surbhi and the team handled that process well and we were all able to go back in after about 10-15 minutes. She kept everyone calm and moving. At the end of the night, they made sure all of the items that we wanted to keep were placed at a secure location. I had taken off my dupatta that night during the dance floor and the team made sure it ended up in my room (I wouldn’t have even recalled this). Even little things like this made a difference. All of the things they took care of really added up and made the day so less stressful. I am so glad we had her and the team for our wedding and couldn’t imagine doing it alone. Thank you for everything!

Our wedding would not be possible if it wasn’t for Surbhi and her team! The calm, genuine, attention to detail personality was something that won us over from the start! Surbhi and her team treated us like family! They made sure every aspect of our wedding was taken care of. Our guests had a good time! Our parents! Everyone there noticed how loving and caring they were. They did not miss a beat! Surbhi and her team went above and beyond all of our expectations. She made sure there were no hiccups or shortfalls. Their experience made everything seamless, especially while dealing with a brand new venue! Surbhi took the initiative to ask the questions and take the lead, in all aspects. Our family and friends still to this day praise Surbhi and her team! They truly made our special day the most memorable day ever! Thanks for being so patient with us! Thanks for embracing our family and making this the best day! We can’t thank you enough!

Surbhi and One Events did an absolutely fantastic job coordinating our NYC wedding. We had to reschedule our 2020 wedding, and there were more than a few hiccups along the way, but Surbhi and her team always knew how to keep me calm and get through! Before our wedding, Surbhi contacted all of our vendors, created a full day and reception timeline, and completed a walk through at our venue. Our wedding day went seamlessly! She draped my lehenga (and steamed my fiancé's dupatta and draped him too!), made sure all vendors were on time, and kept the timeline moving. Her team did so much work behind the scenes, honestly I probably didn't notice some of it because that is how great they were. Hiring her was the most important and best decision we made!

We used One Events Management for "Day-of Coordination" for our wedding last month. I had expected it to just be creating a timeline for our wedding and making sure we stayed on schedule, but it was honestly SO much more! Surbhi began familiarizing herself with our vendors one month before the wedding. During that time, we had weekly phone calls where I was able to give her updates and more details regarding the event. Surbhi not only listened to what I wanted/envisioned, but also offered her expert opinion when needed (which was pretty often for me). From speaking with her I could tell that she is experienced and knowledgeable in event planning. Her team was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The morning part of my event did not go as planned, but Surbhi and her team were able to make impromptu decisions with the time we had to make sure that the rest of the event was not effected by unexpected delays. When a problem occurred, Surbhi made me aware of the situation while also offering me potential solutions to choose from. Her team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were always courteous and respectful to my family and anyone else involved in the planning. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through the day without Surbhi and her team there to support me and make sure I was able to enjoy each moment. I HIGHLY recommend hiring One Events Management for your next event.

We're not sure where to start with Surbhi and OEM...well, we weren't sure where to start with our wedding planning either. We had booked our venue and started to source other vendors, but were overwhelmed at the amount of coordination required for what would originally be an atypical outdoor wedding. Surbhi helped plan for that from the start - until we had to shift gears and change our venue midway through. She rolled with the punches and quickly adapted to help us through the change and move our already booked vendors over. This could have gone very wrong, but with Surbhi, it was seamless. The end result was a wedding where we, the bride and groom, actually had fun with our guests since Surbhi ran a tight ship. Even our parents, family, and friends made it a point to tell us that our wedding was well planned, on schedule, and that the wedding planners were amazing. We would hire them again and would recommend to any of our friends and family. "Thank you" just doesn't cut it!

I cannot rave enough about One Events Management (OEM) team. I myself am a project manager and needed help with the finer details and execution of my wedding. OEM was there for us through every step from helping to create a budget, to choosing vendors, and finally being by our side throughout the day of the wedding. They were completely professional and were able to be our peacekeepers and sanity checkers throughout the entire wedding process. I'm so glad that they were part of our special day and would recommend them to any Bride looking for that organization and flawless execution of their dream wedding. Thank you guys for all your help!!!
