With our Silver Day of Coordination Package, We will schedule an in person design & planning meeting where we will go question by question over our detailed timeline questionnaire, discuss all the potential vendors one could have at their wedding, what to look for in said vendors as well as provide invaluable hints & red flags when it comes to finding vendors & assist in vendor recommendations. During the meeting we will also provide design & style assistance, hints to help stretch your budget and much more!
The best part of our Silver Planning & Design Package is that you will receive a detailed first draft timeline within two weeks of the meeting which gets everyone on the same page and helps alleviate most of the wedding planning pressure couples feel. We will also provide e-mail introductions to our amazing vendors & secure rental quotes for your big day and, any vendor love discounts we receive, are passed onto you! One Fabulous Event will spend the time learning about every detail of your vision to ensure a smooth, fun yet structured wedding & we will be by your side the whole way! You will enjoy unlimited communication with us which helps to put your mind at ease! This package includes One Fabulous Event coordinating on your big day for up to eight (8) hours as well as setting up and packing up basic personal items on your wedding day allowing your family, friends & you to simply enjoy the wedding!
We also offer a Gold Partial Full Planning Package that is the perfect package for our busy couples who need more assistance in keeping them on track. This package includes everything from the Silver Planning as well as a mid-planning and final month meeting, two venue inspections & we will attend your catering, floral and rental vendor meetings as well as coordinate your rehearsal and rehearsal event. The Gold Planning is a must for any busy couple to ensure that they have all the support that they need from start to finish creating the perfect planning experience!

Angela did a fantastic job as our wedding planner! She was helpful through the whole process and was extremely "on the ball" during the whole wedding event. Angela went above and beyond in making sure our special day went smoothly. She was very flexible with some of the last minute changes that we had and kept constant communication with all of our vendors.

I hired Angela and her Gold Event plan. She provided everything I was looking for as my daughter's wedding was on a military base with extra hoops to jump through for both guests AND vendors.
She is professional, timely, attentive to detail. She created an excellent timeline communicated clearly to all vendors. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone starting their planning process.

I highly recommend hiring a wedding coordinator. In my case, I needed someone to be in contact with all the vendors, help me with a timeline, and day-of services. One Fabulous Event did these things for me, and much more! I was lucky enough to work with both Angela (planning) and Katey (day-of). It was so nice to have Angela help with the months of planning and her ability to quickly to respond to questions was so comforting. She is very confident in her abilities which is great for planning a wedding. Katey made sure our wedding day was efficient, smooth, and fun! Angela was wonderful, she made my wedding day perfect. She’s very knowledgeable, responsive and organized. On my wedding day everything went exactly as scheduled, it was so well planned and efficient. She communicated clearly and often with the other vendors. She provided several timelines to ensure all questions were answered and everyone was on the same page. Angela also has great relationships with vendors and was able to recommend multiple people for anything I needed from florist to photographers, etc. I highly recommend Angela and she was a pleasure to work with.

I met her at the Bridal Bazar and knew in that brief conversation that I needed her on our special day. My husband and I took her Wedding Boot Camp class and she provided us with a detailed timeline skeleton to assist us in customizing our celebration complete with payment due dates for vendors. She helped keep me organized by following up and requesting the signed contracts and checking in on details as they were solidified. She took the lead on ceremony rehearsal and was all over the day-of details. I was able to relax because she was so involved with my vendors and understood what I needed from her. I am so thankful for her!
Angela was great to work with. She created a timeline, coordinated the vendors and helped bring it all to life on the day of. I was well taken care of. She even ran to Michael's day of when I realized I had forgotten the table numbers! Everything turned out beautifully and I was stress free for most of the entire planning process and day of. Planning my wedding during Covid was definitely a challenge and was stressful at times. I knew I would need someone to take charge on my wedding day so I could enjoy it all. I heard about One Fabulous Event through a friend of mine and I hired Angela as my day-of wedding coordinator.
I can't even express how thankful I am to have had Angela as I was finding vendors and putting the day together! She helped us find a videographer and DJ by providing recommendations and we were happy with those vendors. She is really connected with various wedding vendors.
Angela is incredibly organized and I wholeheartedly trusted her to take complete control of all matters. She quickly answered all of our questions and provided many recommendations throughout our planning process. My husband and I appreciated having Angela there to guide me through them all especially with some issues with Covid guidelines. On the Day of my wedding, Angela took charge and set everything up beautifully for all the guest tables, sweetheart table and the guest book table. She was absolutely incredible down to every detail. I explained to her that we might have guests try to rearrange the seating for the tables and when they did, she was right there to make sure everyone was seated where they were assigned. It was so helpful to not have had to deal with that situation and I got to relax and enjoy my wedding.

Wedding planning during COVID and still having a wedding during peak COVID times was not only one of my biggest stressors, but could have easily ruined my big day with all the changes happening. Angela was such a joy to work with. She helped our wedding come off seamlessly. She was organized, helpful, and possessed of a take charge attitude that, come the day of the wedding, allowed me to just be in the moment and enjoy the event. As a bride who hasn't been involved in a wedding in a good long while and who was quite ignorant of some important aspects of getting hitched, she proved to be a fount of knowledge. She wasn't shy about giving us her opinion and when asked why she recommended certain things, she provided logical explanations. Being a bride that has had to postpone twice this past year, and still waiting for our third and final date change, I felt the need to give Angela a review before our actual wedding. SHE IS AMAZING! She is a consummate professional with a ton of experience who will help you think of and handle all things relating to your wedding - big and small. She's also responsive, efficient, kind, and a pleasure to have around.
Leading up to our wedding day she helped us plan our timeline, consider options for what to include and when, choose vendors (she suggested both our florist and DJ and who were both excellent!), coordinate with vendors, and so much more. She provided so much guidance and expertise while always ensuring the wedding reflected all of our own choices and personality.
On the actual wedding day I could have sworn there were three of her. She was handling every question that came up, coordinating with every vendor, and attending to details, all without intruding on us or taking us out of the experience at all. My Dad asked me, "how much did you pay her?" and when I told him he said "it's not enough!" I absolutely agree!
There were so many details that Angela kept in her mind that I would never have thought of, and all of her tremendous efforts resulted in a seemless and stress free day for us. I cannot recommend her more highly. Even if you think you don't need a coordinator, trust me, you will be SO glad you have Angela on your team.
We met Angela at a Bridal Bazaar and felt she was a great match with her energy and how OCD she presented herself to us that day. In the beginning, everything went as expected. We kept in touch through emails and she seemed on top of everything.
As the time got closer to our wedding, I started to have to chase after her with not replying to emails or not following through. By all means, I’m not a bridezilla and I understand people sometimes get busy, but you’re the coordinator so I expect you to be on top of things and not have to chase after you for anything.
The main reason why she is receiving a poor review is from what happened the day of our wedding. My wedding was simple. No bridal party…just me, my groom, and my dad walking down the aisle. When the ceremony started, I asked Angela how would I be able to know when to walk because I can’t even hear the music from back here. She said she would cue me in of course. I walked almost halfway down the aisle/hallway and that’s when I realized the processional song (the songs the guests arrive to) IS STILL PLAYING!! That means my husband didn’t even walk down to his song!!! What the heck?!
I start slowing my pace hoping for this to get fixed asap. Now, the music stops entirely. SILENCE. I really don’t know if I should keep walking or what. Where’s Angela in all of this? No where. The music my husband was suppose to walk to now starts playing….then it changes to my song as I reach the altar. Oh my gosh. My (now) husband and I just held hands and stared in each other’s eyes in disbelief. The ONE moment we had on this special day WAS STOLEN from us. Our mood was ruined and we just tried to refocus so that we could enjoy the remaining ceremony.
It’s been a couple of months since our wedding and we’ve had time to reflect on what may have went wrong. Although the DJ plays the other big hand in this situation, we truly believe it was Angela who failed to make sure she had clear communication, eye contact, etc with the DJ. The first screw up is when my husband walked down to the incorrect song, the processional song. At this point, did Angela not notice? I would think if she realized THAT song was messed up, she would make it a BIG point to not mess up the bride’s song. But, no. I, too, am walking down to the same incorrect song, the processional song!
There were other small mistakes she did during the wedding, but really, our walk during the ceremony…that was the biggest. Yes, we all make mistakes…but this is really one that shouldn’t have happened especially for the very, simple wedding ceremony that I had.
I wish I could give 5 stars as a lot of people have on here, but unfortunately my experience was not a good one.
Angela is amazing!!! I planned my wedding from across the country so I never even got to meet her. I found her through my venue and she had great reviews. We talked on the phone once and I knew I wanted to hire her. We got married on a military base and she knew everything that needed to happen. From security forms to vetting vendors to all the little details that I never would have thought of, Angela was ready for it all. Not only that, but she was absolutely amazing with my flower girls and ring bearers. She brought them dinosaurs and candy and balloons to ensure they would walk down the isle and have something to look forward to when they were done. I literally would have been lost without her. Angela is amazing at what she does and I highly recommend her services!!! Thank you so much Angela!
Angela worked our wedding in November of 2019, she was very attentive and informative for us. If we didn’t hire her for our wedding it wouldn’t have gone smoothly, but because we did everything was. I strongly recommend her service it’s as bullet proof as it gets.
My husband and I first met Angela at a bridal show and were immediately impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. We spoke with several coordinators and every time, we kept coming back to Angela, and we are so glad we did! She was meticulous and organized with everything leading up to the big day. Multiple timelines were revised and sent out and she coordinated with all of our other vendors. She helped us set up the day before at the rehearsal, and the rehearsal itself went smooth and quick. Everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing, where they were supposed to be positioned, and when they needed to be there. We cannot say enough amazing things about Angela and her services and will recommend her to anyone we know that is looking for a day-of coordinator.
We weren't thinking about hiring a wedding day-of coordinator until we met Angela at an open house event and saw the amount of detail she puts into a timeline for your event. OH MY GOODNESS she is organized and in communication with you every step of the way! Knowing nothing about planning and hosting a wedding, we are so glad we had Angela to help with the timing and flow of the day, and all of her work with our personal items and set up was a blessing. Angela was amazing!! She is very organized and makes sure everything goes smoothly. She had great recommendations for details and venders, most of which I used. I only wish that I hired her as a full time coordinator instead of a day of. She was THAT good. If I ever were to have a large event again, I would 100% use her services again!!!
Angela was LITERALLY THE BEST decision we made during the entire wedding process. We met her at the bridal bazaar, and when we told her it would be cold this December and our wedding was at the beach, she suggested having a hot cocoa bar! Were impressed by her creativity right away, and scheduled her wedding boot camp. I can't imagine what we would have done without her. Before our boot camp we were totally extremely stressed out, but she managed to make that go away, because she really has it together and knew exactly what we needed to do. She is so very organized and brought up things I knew I wouldn't have thought of without her there. Her recommendations were all amazing, and she saved us a lot of money from the chairs/tables to the catering through her suggestions. So many things could have gone wrong day-of, but she worked her magic and everything turned out. Angela is such a social and friendly person that we loved having her around to help out with our wedding planning and day. I couldn't recommend her more highly! Do not do wedding planning on your own, call in the very professional and very amazing One Fabulous Event, we are super glad we did.
As someone who knew next to nothing about planning a wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Angela to help me. She is without a doubt someone you need by your side during this journey. Angela showed us everything down to the fine details, some of which I would have never thought of myself. What can I say about Angela other than she is absolutely amazing at what she does! I thought that I had everything under control and could plan my own wedding. As the date got closer I soon realized that I was in too deep and just couldn't do it alone. We made an emergency call and thank goodness she had our date open. It is worth every penny!! She is quick with communication, timelines are great, had every vendor on time and in place. She even convinced me to change and do some tings that I was against. If you are wondering if paying for a coordinator is worth it, let me tell you it is! When I started planning my wedding I didn't even consider a coordinator, but the venue we chose required a day of coordinator and thank goodness. I met Angela at the Bridal Bazaar in San Diego, my MOH and I immediately knew she could get stuff done. We live in the bay area, but are originally from Southern California, and we made it work with a phone interview, phone calls, texts, emails. She was very prompt on her emails, very knowledgeable and did pretty much all the communication with our vendors (once we booked them). There was a little mishap/misunderstanding with our DJ, Angela took on the responsibility to "be the bad guy" to not jeopardize our relationship with the DJ and straightened the situation out. We had a great time working with Angela and made the day of the wedding close to stress free. I didn't have to worry about the cake getting there, if the reception room wasn't finished, or if the photo booth arrived, and neither did my mom or MOH. By having a coordinator it allowed me to not have to put a huge responsibility on my Mom, friend, or other family member. We only had the funds to have a day of coordinator and that was a HUGE help, I couldn't imagine what her full coordinating package would be like. All of our friends and family commented on how smoothly the day, ceremony and reception went. It was the best feeling at the end of the night when everything was packed up and wheeled to our hotel room and we didn't have to do anything, but go to bed. Thank you Angela for all that you did, we always talk about how we want to relive our wedding day, again and again. Let's get some sangria next time I'm in town!
Angela Anderson the owner of One Fabulous Event was the key to the magic of Brad & I's wedding. The amount of effort and care she put into helping us plan our special day showed 100%. All of our guests commented on how seamless the day went by and my husband and I agree!
Angela was extremely tentative and prompt on EVERY question we had, (& trust me, we had a lot of questions) always giving us the correct amount of guidance and advice without taking over on our vision of our own wedding. A lot credit is due to this single woman on the beautiful outcome of our awesome, September wedding! Every vendor communication was all her, and that alone was a lifesaver! (stress relief)

I met Angela with my mother-in-law at a bridal show and immediately thought she seemed awesome and had a personality that would be great to work with. After going back-and-forth with my husband as to if we should get a coordinator we made a last-minute decision in August (for a Sep wedding) to hire Angela. Lucky for us she was still available! We just so happened to fit in buying a house the month before the wedding so there is no way we could have executed an event as well as Angela did. She took our exact vision and made it happen.
We hired Angela as a day of coordinator, but she far exceeded this and worked with us all of Aug and Sep on timelines, logistics, vendors, etc. My parents were extremely pleased with the attention to detail that Angela brought to the evening. They were raving about how great she was and how much they appreciated her for days after the wedding! We would 110% recommend One Fabulous Event. You will not be disappointed!
We met Angela at a bridal fair about 15 months before our wedding. I knew within 5 minutes of talking to her that we wanted her as our wedding coordinator. She is one of the rare people whose personality perfectly suits her job: she’s courteous but to the point, extremely detail oriented, and just by talking to her, you know that she gets things DONE. What else could you want in a coordinator?
Once we hired her, we met with her over drinks where she went through more details than you could imagine existed about your special day. And this was still a year out from the wedding!!
We ended up moving out of the San Diego area about 11 months before our wedding (but kept our venue), so our choice in coordinator became even more important. As the wedding got closer and closer, she would help us stay in contact with our vendors, even suggesting vendors she had worked with before and providing feedback on their strengths and weaknesses. She also helped remind us of things we needed to get done, again and again if necessary (sorry Angela!!!)
During the wedding, she had everything down pat - our wedding started right on time, and everything occurred right on schedule. She was great at keeping wayward groomsmen focused, lint rolling our outfits and making sure everything went according to plan. I was particularly impressed with her ability to walk the line between keeping us informed and letting us enjoy our day. For example, we committed the grievous wedding day sin of forgetting to count ourselves in our final head count, so there was a shortage of chairs. Angela quickly worked it out with the caterer and solved the problem with little issue - we heard about it after the fact!
Honestly, as two very detail oriented people, we were worried that we would both stress over all of the details at our wedding. Angela confidently and competently addressed so much of the minutia that we were able to clear our heads and enjoy our day rather than trying to figure out if there were enough chairs for everyone. She was the best money we spent on our wedding and we would do it again in a heartbeat!
It is hard to put into words just how amazing Angela is, she is organized, professional, funny, responsive (at even the wee hours of the night) and did I mention organized? We met at a bridal event and once you have been to a couple of these they start to feel redundant. You meet so many vendors that it's hard to remember what you do and don't like- not with Angela, she stuck out to me right away as someone that knew her stuff among a sea of vendors that were hopeful to work with brides and I felt like I wanted to talk to her more. I'm so glad I did.
I'm a woman that considers herself very crafty and wants to do things on my own, I've also been in 9 weddings and really felt like I had this whole wedding thing down. Fast forward to my own wedding where I'm faced with so many decisions and options that I started to feel like I could use the help and expertise of someone that knew weddings maybe even just a bit more than I thought I did.
When I met Angela she showed me a sample timeline of a wedding and really that's where it all started, I was so impressed with her organization and attention to detail I knew that having her on my team would be the best decision I could make. It absolutely was! We met for about an hour and 1/2 after the bridal event and talked about my plans for the wedding and the fact that I needed a day of coordinator - I'm from the south and have never heard of such a thing but it's true almost every venue requires you have 1. I was trying to justify adding this service to my budget and it seemed like a lot but looking back it was the best $ I spent.
I was required to work with a specific caterer when I booked my venue and she helped to navigate & negotiate through all of their contracts making sure I was getting the best price and everything was exactly how my fiancé and I wanted. She was so on top of it throughout the process that it put me at ease, she contacted all of my vendors to make sure they had everything they needed onsite and knew of specific delivery times for our big day. I literally left all of the coordinating details to her and felt confident that it would be perfect and it was flawless. Angela has been in San Diego for many years and was able to offer a suggestion and point of contact for anything I needed from dessert to dance lessons and everything in between.
As the wedding approached I realized I needed some help with the rehearsal dinner too and she was quick to offer her assistance with suggestions on table decor, bartenders, and taco companies she had used at previous events. I couldn't have been happier with the service she provided throughout the process on both my rehearsal dinner and wedding and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Day of coordinator or event planner in general.
The timeline she put together for my wedding day spoke to my heart with every detail that was important acknowledged and thought out so well with regards to flow of the evening. She set up everything on the day of, center pieces, the dessert table, my gift table and photo booth area exactly how I had envisioned it while I was getting ready to marry the man of my dreams. When I finally got to the reception I was so excited to see all of my plans executed exactly how I had hoped! Angela is absolutely fabulous and anyone that hires her is lucky and in great hands! Thank you Angela for all of the work you put into making my wedding perfect, I hope to have the chance to work together again!
Recently I officiated a wedding with Angela, of One Fabulous Event, doing the coordinating. I have worked with tons of coordinators over the past 25 years and I was so impressed with Angela for being so incredibally on time with everything. She greeted me when I arrived and made sure I was up to date on everything. I noticed how well she interacted with all the vendors, making sure that every detail was covered and that everyone was in the right place at exactly the right time. It made all of our jobs much easier with Angela being so on top of everything at every minute. Wow, she is a jewel. Her couples are very lucky to have her.
I met Angela at an Admiral Kid tasting/vendor fair. From the moment I met Angela she not only impressed me by her details but also impressed my mother and aunt who had been against me hiring a day of coordinator. From the moment we met, to the day of my wedding (9/27/16) she had answers to every question and had wonderful suggestions. One suggestion was having Hostess Snack Cakes at the dessert table. It was probably the biggest hit of our night. We had so many guests telling us how awesome it was! She had me thinking of things I hadn't even considered or thought of! When my day big day finally arrived Angela's planning and assistance made all the difference in the world. I can't imagine my day been as wonderful with out all of Angela's hard work. As my husband said Angela's the Mary Poppins of coordinating! She certainly made my day worry and stress free! Thank you so much!
Angela is truly the most amazing coordinator. She was hands down the best money we spent toward wedding costs. First if you're thinking about not hiring a coordinator skip that thought and call Angela. At first I thought my bridesmaids and family would help me and I could save the money but even my husband said he would have paid double for what she did for us. I did the bootcamp and day of coordination but she did so much more than that. We sat down right after we hired her and Angela and I went through and picked out every detail that I thought I had already chosen. Next we went over budget and exactly how much I was looking to spend. She told me where to save money and spend it. I am so glad we listened to her advice. She went through and found multiple vendors for each of my needs, contacted them for availability and then got the prices even lower! Everything she saved us by contacting them paid off what we paid her and more! She is so detail orented and amazing with the entire event that I literally couldn't have a bridezilla meltdown. Anything that could have gone wrong she fixed ahead of time. I am so thankful that my husband and I had her to coordinate my fairytale wedding!
I had a mental picture of my daughter’s wedding reception in our back yard, but did not have the expertise or experience to accomplish my dream. Angela provided outstanding guidance and support in helping me to achieve my vision. She listened thoughtfully to my ideas. She made suggestions when necessary. She carefully guided me through choosing materials, selecting vendors and signing contracts. On the day of the event, her appearance eliminated all worries and stress. She arrived and immediately took charge of the vendors, the set-up, the staff and all finishing touches. She made certain that I had no worries except getting myself ready. A major asset was her cuing us for the crucial events. Her timing for toasts, special dances, cake cutting was impeccable. It allowed my husband and me to thoroughly enjoy the reception. We knew that Angela was in charge and the night would be memorable.
