Well beyond managing the details of the day, keeping the timeline, and facilitating vendor communication and organization leading up to our wedding- as a bride, I felt a sense of security knowing that Gina had our backs throughout the day. We planned and payed for our whole wedding ourselves and with Gina’s help as our day of coordinator, our day was better than we ever could have imagined. Everything that Gina and her associate did to set up was absolutely stunning and she thought of everything. She was so calm and collected and that was priceless, as it helped keep me grounded. She was detailed oriented and made sure everything was set up to our liking. My husband and I both haven’t stopped telling each other that hiring Gina was the best decision we made in planning since the day we first spoke to her. We felt an immense weight lifted off our shoulders since the day we hired her and the impact she had on our big day was massive. Would highly highly recommend!

Hire Gina! Since day one she was very attentive and ready to hear all about our wedding details and share what she could take off our plates. We had zero experience in planning a wedding and we cobbled together ideas from various social media sources. Gina was able to help us navigate what was still needed and what mattered. We hired her as a month of coordinator and she was amazing. She took off the stress of paying our vendors for us, you'd think getting in touch with people to get paid would be easy but it does take multiple phone calls at times of peak wedding season. I was very much a DIY bride but she was able to take what I had created and make sure it was set beautifully the day of the wedding. She and her assistant made sure we all kept to our timeline and everything ran smoothly. Our guests raved about the wedding and it is due in part to Gina's magic touch. Gina and her team had packed our wedding items and leftover DIY items so the next day it was an easy pickup for us to load into the car. I cannot imagine what the day would have been like without her. With her help, my husband and I were able to enjoy the day and breathe. No emergency questions or frantic vendors came my way, Gina handled everything. 1000% would recommend her for your wedding needs.

We hired Gina for month of coordination services, and she was so fantastic. If I had to give any future bride advice - invest the money to hire a great coordinator. Our guests raved how organized the evening was, Gina played an instrumental role in connecting with our vendors, creating comprehensive day of schedules, and finding solutions whenever we ran into challenges. At first, I was not sure how useful this service was going to be. We had some email issues at the beginning but once we met our day of coordintor, Christina, everything changed. She was a life saver. She kept everyone calm and got us where we needed to go when we needed to be there. The day would not have gone as awesome as it did without her. Highly recommend!

We were so happy with Christina from One Fine Day! She is amazing! So sweet, organized and just on top of everything. We used her for “day of” and I can’t believe how much help we got with that plan! We were so happy working with One Fine Day, both with Gina initially and with Christina as our day-of-coordinator. They were both friendly, efficient, and experienced. Christina made sure to review the plan in detail, and pay attention to the "little details" that would make my day a success. I chose to work with Gina at One Fine Day Events because she made me feel confident that what I wanted for my wedding could be easily executed. Plus, unlike other wedding planners I had met with, she was willing to customize how she would assist me in the planning process since I knew that I only wanted help in specific ways. With my wedding day behind us, I sincerely appreciate Gina's guidance in helping me choose amazing vendors in many areas including photography, music, and floral. Since there are so many choices out there, it was important to my fiance and I that we only hired trusted vendors for our special day that someone else had worked with. While there were times that Gina and I struggled to effectively communicate because we both lead busy lives, she did go out of her way on many occasions to attend meetings with me and vendors. One day she even met with me at my house to view decor I had purchased to ensure that I was well on my way to being ready for my wedding day. On the day of my wedding, Gina's professional ability to ensure that my wedding day timeline was just right allowed me to be a calm bride. Our initial meeting with Gina went very well. We were impressed with her presentation and professionalism and hired her immediately for the full package. However, I am reluctantly giving her four stars instead of five because I have to say that it was a slow start with lack of timely response and communication which did cause some initial unease. Despite that minor glitch, I have to say Gina really came through for us. She was wonderful to work with and provided us with some really awesome vendors. I couldn’t imagine doing this without her!

We booked One Fine Day Events, which I was not happy with the lack of unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and a disrespectfulness which we received from the wedding planner/owner when she showed up the day of my daughters wedding with no assistant which we paid for however; she arrived with her husband stating he was her assistant who was wearing jeans!!!!! My daughters wedding was held at The Hilton Naperville with 280 guest!!! I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND One Fine Day Events! Mrs. Jackson, Mother of the Bride

Molly was our day-of wedding planner and she was fabulous! I completely trusted her to make any last minute decisions she needed to and everything went off without a hitch! It was so helpful to have her confirm everything with the vendors so I didn't have to worry about it the week of. She was super accommodating and very helpful--so glad I chose One Fine Day for my wedding!

I gave her 1 Star because she has not respond to a message that I sent her about 1week ago.. I think it's unprofessional as a wedding planner.. I've given her enough time to respond and a timely matter because I'm aware that's she's busy but there's no excuse since it's been seven days..

We had Molly from One Fine Day Events as our wedding coordinator and wow, did we make the best decision ever! Having Molly and her team was such a weight lifted off of our shoulders. She contacted every single vendor for the day and mapped out when they would be onsite for deliveries/setup and made sure everything was running smoothly and according to schedule. She was extremely informative and kept us in the loop with the important information but we knew that a lot of the stuff she was working on was in the background, ensuring all ran smoothly without having to burden us with the details. She knew exactly what we wanted and she made sure everything went off without a hitch! She even monitored our gifts and gift card box and took all of that back up to our room before the end of the night along with other important items you don't think to monitor or keep track of like bringing up our champagne flutes/cake cutters/cake topper - all of the stuff the bride and groom don't want to have to worry about collecting at the end of the night! So many of our friends recommended getting a wedding coordinator and we could not be more happy with our decision to go with One Fine Day Events. And on top of it all, after doing a lot of research, their price point was right in line with out budget! Stellar service and a price that is on point - you can't go wrong!

Going into this entire process, we knew we needed a wedding planner that could really grasp our vision and style without us having to "hand hold" he/she through every decision. We were a long distance engaged couple, with me being in Boston, and my fiancé being in Italy and the wedding was taking place in Chicago. From the very beginning we noticed how easy Molly made communication for us and she was very considerate of our time. It never really took more than a few photos from Pinterest, or a quick text for her to grasp what we wanted, and then connect with vendors to make it all happen! Not only did Molly have the challenge of us being all over the place geographically, but we were asking her to pull this off in 7 months. She kept us on top of things as it related to our checklist and timeline, but without bombarding us, and even slowing us down to make sure we were taking our time with decisions. When it came to my needs as the bride, I couldn't have asked for better! Molly made things effortless. From being at my final fitting because my Mom couldn't make it, to picking up my wedding dress up and bringing it to the hotel after the final fitting, to getting every gift, card back to the wedding suite after the reception, she did it all! If you're a bride to be that wants to let someone else take care of all the little details without the stress that comes along with wedding planning, then Molly and One Fine Day Events should be your wedding planning choice!

From the moment I met Gina I knew she was my planner. She was SO professional, SO organized and our personalities just clicked. Hiring One Fine Day was honestly the best decision I made during my process. I wanted a unique venue (no hotels or banquet halls) which automatically eliminated a LOT of places but Gina was still able to book several viewings. It only took one day of looking to find the perfect venue for me. From then on her organization kept me on top of everything!! She sent task lists at the beginning of each month which were SO helpful. When it was time to complete any task she sent her recommendations and always asked if I needed help making a decision. Any idea I had, she would pull samples and we would go over things together. There really are no words to describe how much Gina meant to me during this process. I am literally getting emotional as I type this out. I am so grateful to have had the BEST planner EVER. I will forever be a supporter of Gina and her work!

Gina and her team were a godsend for my downtown Chicago wedding. I didn't have to talk to a single vendor or coordinate anything in the days leading up to my wedding - I just showed up, and everything was perfect. I was able to relax and had the best night!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our day of coordinator Christina was. She went above and beyond, providing a ton of help the month of the wedding, including creating a detailed schedule of the day and contacting all of my vendors. The day of the wedding, she made sure our venue was set up correctly, came to the hotel to help my bridesmaids and me into the limo and make sure we left on time, and then came back to the venue and took care of everything else for the night. She took care of a few minor crises and kept everything running smoothly all night. We couldn't have pulled off our wedding in an empty loft space without her.

My wedding was flawless, and I can confidently say it was because of Gina at One Fine Day. We booked the day of package but we met with her twice prior and I communicated via email frequently. I am very organized and had my vision of the day, but if you think you need help in those areas I would definitely suggest one of the other packages. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I could list the things I noticed they helped with but it wouldn't even begin to tell you what they did that I didn't notice that again made my night absolutely flawless...what bride can say their night was perfect??? If you don't think you can fit One Fine Day into the budget cut out something else...your piece of mind on your wedding day is worth more than I can even describe!!

We used Christina for my daughter's wedding for the day of services. She was so helpful with questions and guiding us through the process. I invested in Gina and her team to be my day of coordinators. I can't recommend something like this highly enough! We were delayed coming from our 3rd photography session, our limo driver made a wrong turn to pick up my parents and my husband-to-be's family. What a stressful 45 minute delay! Gina looped in my bridesmaids and dealt with our officiant to speed up the ceremony and get us into dinner on time. By the time dinner was over, we were only 5 minutes behind schedule. One Fine Day did exactly that.. make our big day a One Fine Day! I just needed help with setup at our reception site (decorations, making sure vendors were ok, set up, etc.) The two staff persons from One Fine Day Julie and Shannon were both very, very professional and helpful. Everything turned out as good as I could have hoped for! Knowing they were covering the details of getting things set up gave me such peace of mind. Their rates were also reasonable, and they'll work with you to create a custom package for whatever your wedding-day needs are!

My fiance and I had needed advice on décor, color scheme, attire and favors. Gina was instrumental in providing this consultation and helping me (as the bride) come up with options and feel secure in making decisions. Everything looked beautiful together, and we received so many compliments on how cohesive everything appeared on our wedding day. Some people said it was the nicest wedding they had been to! I felt that, without Gina's support, I wouldn't have known about all of my options or felt as confident in making decisions. We also had requested help on the day-of our wedding, and Christina was our coordinator with Shannon as her assistant. She met with us before the wedding and on the day before. She was the utmost professional. On the day before, we had some last minute details to iron out, and she literally took them off our shoulders and handled them so we could spend more time with friends and family. On the day of, it rained between the ceremony and reception, and she helped us still get pictures taken outside under an overhang. She even made sure I didn't get my dress wet!! She worked very well with all our other vendors, and was very likable and helpful. Both Gina and Christina helped our day run smoothly, and we are so grateful that we hired them!

Gina and her staff did an amazing job of making sure that our wedding day went exactly as we had planned and dreamed! I used One Fine Day Events for the Majestic Bride Package (day of services). Gina actually contacted me six weeks before the wedding although the contract states one month. She was very thorough and in charge in contacting all of the vendors and arranging times and locations. I had a very busy wedding in which there was entertainment and several wardrobe changes. I was quite impressed in how she was able to coordinate everything with a very detailed outline. She gave suggestions that were not overbearing but, actually very helpful. We did run into one major problem though, one of my bridesmaids cancelled at the last minute so it made for a difficult rehearsal. Despite this hiccup, the actual day of the wedding was fabulous, ultimate perfection. I was so happy how smoothly everything turned out. I forgot one of my many dresses at the hotel and she had an assistant go to the hotel and pick it up. Gina is truly a professional and all around classy lady.

When we got engaged I thought I could plan a wedding, my mother was right and I took her advice, hire a wedding planner. Gina at one fine day events was amazing. So professional, accommodating and we made a new friend! One fine day events has all types of packages depending on what the bride and groom need. We did the complete package and every dime was well spent. It was very affordable and she made me feel like I was her only client, which wasn't the case. She answered all emails and phone calls very timely and kept me organized. She was able to take care of the contracts, gave us great referrals for everything which helps on cost as well. From the beginning she felt like an extension of me --she knew exactly what i was looking for --from the selection of flowers, to finding a perfect location for our wedding, to coordinating all vendors --she kept things on task and made me feel very comfortable.

I used The Knots' guide to choosing a wedding planner. And offered a payment plan that fit our budget. We were able to pay a deposit and then make monthly payments. Gina is great with communicating. Never made me feel silly for sending 6 emails in one day with questions and concerns, or ideas. She always responded promptly, as well. She accompanied me to every appointment and even appointments that inspired more ideas. She always gave her personal input as well, which helped me not be too overwhelmed with prices or services. She was always able to work with my schedule without a hitch. Gina quickly became my right hand in the crazy world of planning a wedding. She isso dependable. Unfortunately I never made it to the aisle. However I recommend Gina for any event. She is thorough and the most amazing person. I know I will be calling upon her again when I am ready to take the walk, one more time.

I don't know how we could have pulled off such an amazing event without One Fine Day Events help. I hired Gina as my day-of wedding coordinator, but she did so much more than that. She frequently checked in with me to see if we were on the same page. She is extremely attentive, organized, and detail-oriented. My wedding was ahead of schedule, stress-free, and simply amazing. I was a little frustrated at the beginning of working with One Fine Day because I felt they were not presenting tons of options for vendors and helping with the selection, but they did come through in the end. They were vital in making sure we had everything covered specifically with the tent and food vendors. More importantly, they were great for the day of service. It was great not to have to worry about a thing or answer any questions because I knew it would be taken care of. It really made for a stress-free wedding day- which made all the difference.

Gina from one fine day was a rock star! A quote from one of my vendors "Gina is the one holding everything together." I was anti wedding coordinator at first, but definitely don't regret getting one AT ALL. During your big day you won't see the behind the scenes problems going on and you won't have to worry about them. Money well spent when you think about how many other things you have to deal with that day. What impressed me the most is that Gina knew what to do and never once had to bother me with questions. It was clear that she had done mannnny weddings. She executed mine and was always on top of everything. Gina and her team were very sweet and professional. I only wish I could work with them again! I had the best experience working with Gina. I wanted to hire a day of wedding planner (since I was having a very small wedding) and Gina was great and I am so glad I was able to work with her. I hired her last minute and she was able to squeeze me into her already busy schedule since she had a rehearsal dinner the night before and another wedding the night after our wedding. She was extremely responsive, very personable and was able to meet all of my needs as well as bring up things that I would never have thought of for the wedding. Gina Vittorio was the perfect person to coordinate the wedding day and set up wedding blocks at the hotels. Planning a wedding in Chicago can be difficult and exhausting when you live in another state. You won't believe what Gina did for me! I had hired her to help plan my wedding and coordinate everything on the day of the wedding. We starting meeting in Sept. 2012 - and then she texts me one morning in October to ask if I would be interested in being on the Nearly - Wed Game of the Steve Harvey Show. My fiance and I said sure and 48 hours later we were at NBC Towers in downtown Chicago taping a show with Steve Harvey, 2 other engaged couples and 200 people in the audience. The game was lots of fun and guess what? We won the $12,000 Wedding Package - Oh My God!! We had no idea there were these unbelievable prizes for the winning couple! We got a free honeymoon in San Juan, a $2,000 wedding cake, and an entire bridal dress, jewelry, makeup and hair package from Briannah Jayde at Eva's Bridal. So, my conclusion from this entire situation is.....Gina truly has connections and will do everything she can to give you the best service possible! Our wedding day isn't til next July but Gina has already gone "above and beyond" as a wedding planner and I highly recommend her!

I planned and designed my wedding mostly on my own, but I always knew I wanted a day of coordinator so that I didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the day, and with Gina and her assistant Angela, I was able to do just that. With a type A personality, it's very hard for me to relinquish control, but Gina made it so easy. I completely trusted her to take over everything the night of the rehearsal and the big day, She made sure everything looked and ran exactly how I wanted it and definitely improved on some of my ideas that weren't entirely fleshed out. The money I spent on hiring a professional to run the day for me was 100 percent the best money I spent on my whole wedding, knowing that myself, my girls and our families could sit back and relax because Gina had it under control. Knowing someone was making sure the day was just how i wanted it, but not having to worry about it myself, was definitely a big part of why my wedding was so enjoyable for me. If you're thinking about hiring a planner or coordinator, you should definitely call One Fine Day Events!

Gina with One Fine Day Events is AMAZING. Not only is she sweet and easy to work with, she has awesome ideas that will truly make your wedding unique. She also has a custom invitation service and pricing is super affordable – I’m still getting compliments on the invitations her team designed for me! I loved every minute of planning with her and was stress free because I knew she could take care of everything. Gina went out of her way and spent so much time and effort on making my wedding spectacular. It definitely wouldn't have been the same without her! She literally saved us $1000s because she actually knows how much things should cost. She is unbelievably quick at responding to email, and was totally happy to chat on the phone when we had questions. She went above and beyond her role as our day-of coordinator to make sure everything went smoothly before, at, and after our wedding. I would never had made it thru this wedding without One Fine Day, Gina is so organized, has recommendations for the best vendors and is great in communicating and handling all aspects of the wedding. She handled all the minor details, had iteneraries for everyone and had it all come together perfectly--I wouldn't have changed a thing for the entire event. She reminded me of all things necessary, kept time lines and sent reminders, she presented me with 3 choices and bids for everything and layed it out so it was easy to make decisions. And she did it all for a very reasonable price. Took all the stress out of the day so I could enjoy a perfect event.

She knew when to step in to move us along the itinerary and when to let us enjoy our wedding. She took care of all the little details that I didn't even think about. We could not say enough to relay how wonderful Gina is. She went above and beyond any expectations we could have ever had! I'm halfway through my wedding planning and I just don't know what I would have done without Gina. I work 60 hours/ week and have a lot of trouble giving up the control of my wedding, but she has really proven herself as someone I can rely on. She has kept me on track not only time-wise, but budget-wise too. In fact I might be under budget due to her seriously amazing negotiating skills bringing costs down. Gina has been a GODSEND!!! We contacted her as soon as we got engaged and she was on top of things immediately. When we met, she took the time to get to know us and put together so many unique ideas that were specific to us. Gina was so incredible helping me plan my wedding. My whole family lives in Chicago where I grew up. I live on the east coast and HAD to have my wedding in Chicago.
