Most incredibe venue EVER!!! OP is your one-stop-shop for AMAZING venues, rentals, and staff to help execute your wedding. The lovely staff is helpful, creative, and organized. We loved being able to rent a lot of our decor from our venue so that setup was quick and easy--taken care of by the staff at OP. We chose to have a day-of coordinator through the venue, also, and it was the best decision I ever made. Logistics were so important on the wedding day, but I'd be amiss if I didn't mention that OP is gorgeous with multiple ceremony and reception options, not to mention a rehearsal dinner package that was amazing, also. GET MARRIED AT ONE PRESTON! :)

Beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor options. I love the sunset pictures. The One Preston team is very professional and go the extra mile to make sure everything goes according to plan. I love that they have an open vender policy which allows you to bring your own catering or florist etc.

The best!!!!!!!!!!!!! One Preston exceeds expectations and goes above and beyond!!!! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!!! They answer all your questions and make you feel so special - even when touring the property!!!! And the property - WOW!!!!!!!! So stunning......beautiful interior design and so much attention to detail - this place will not disappoint....even the lounge areas for brides and grooms are so immaculate!!!! And did I mention the stunning chandeliers? Wow!!! They will take your breathe away!!!!! It is so beautiful there!!!! They definitely help create a fairy tale - We loved it!!!!!!

Literally THE most amazing venue EVER!!! We used the Victorian House for our rehearsal dinner (which the venue catered and decorated for 😍), the Chapel for our ceremony, and the Barn for our reception. Let me tell you... they were all BEYOND AMAZING!! So, so thankful for One Preston and everything they did to make our day amazing!

Stop looking for a venue right now!! Everything about this venue is perfect. We had the most beautiful wedding because One Preston does EVERYTHING to make sure you are ready for your big day! We are super thankful for Jenna, she kept my head on straight and is truly just a genuinely sweet person. We loved working with her! The compliments we received from our guests about the venue just keep on coming. It is a naturally stunning property, so even with minimal decor, your photos will turn out amazing. I want to relive this day/night because it was all so perfect with One Preston!

One Preston, particularly Jenna, was super responsive and helpful with my millions of questions! Definitely read the contract carefully because they are sticklers for what is in it (reasonably so). The venue was beautiful and they had everything we needed the day of.

The One Preston Event team was so helpful throughout our wedding planning process and helping our vision come to life! They were responsive and great at answering our many questions, especially during COVID when requirements and guidelines were changing daily. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the perfect setting for our wedding day!

I had my wedding at One Preston on February 29 and could not have asked for a better venue or wedding planner (Sheri). We started working with Sheri 6 months leading up to the wedding and she was amazing at keeping us on track to ensure everything was good to go for the wedding. If you’re organized like myself, you’ll appreciate the monthly meetings with your wedding planner to discuss all wedding details and stay on top of the planning process. I definitely recommend the wedding planning package with One Preston. Sheri coordinated with all of our vendors on arrival/set up times and also created our timeline for the day. Sticking to the timeline was very important to us and we were actually running ahead of schedule during the wedding, which allowed for more time visiting with our guests and ample time on the dance floor. Our family and friends could not say enough great things about how beautiful the venue was. Everyone loved that the wedding was all in one place (ceremony at the chapel and reception at the barn next door). We were SO happy we picked One Preston for our wedding venue. The team here helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this venue and Sheri. Everything was incredible.

Sheri was WONDERFUL to work with. Very kind, caring and helpful. The venue was always kept so clean and nice, and all the staff was very helpful. Our wedding was perfect because of this great venue. 100% recommend to anyone!

Gorgeous venue! Barn is modern with beautiful chandeliers. Chapel is very charming! Loved the glass windows! UpLighting illuminates great in this barn. Ample space for guests to park! A big plus! Plenty of space for guests both inside and outside. Easy drive for wedding guests ,with hotel accommodations in either Frisco or Plano. Every employee is very nice and helpful! I highly recommend hiring their day of coordinator Sheri. She was a tremendous help and helps provide a wonderful stress free day for both bride and groom! Mother of the bride too! I highly recommend this venue on behalf of both bride and groom!

We LOVED having our wedding at One Preston Events. We could not have asked for a better venue! From the first meeting, we were treated like family. The venue is spectacular! They have thought through every little detail from the chapel to the bride/groom's suites to your choice of reception site, and the grounds are beautifully kept. The Carriage House is gorgeous and was exactly what I was envisioning for our wedding day. The venue was so flexible with letting us decorate before the rehearsal the day before the wedding. This allowed us to totally relax the day of the wedding and fully enjoy it. One Preston has a list of preferred vendors, but you aren’t required to use them. We used some which helped us save so much time and energy searching. I think one of the best qualities that One Preston is their amazing team of planners. Madison Brown was phenomenal to work with as our day of coordinator! You can tell she truly loves what she does and is dedicated to her couples. She made sure everything went smoothly and we got exactly what we wanted the day of the wedding. She is very organized and was always prepared for our meeting. She had wonderful suggestions for the day of that I’m so happy she shared with us. The day went perfectly thanks to Madison. I could not have done it without her! Every single team member at One Preston was so sweet and genuinely did everything to make sure our day was perfect. All of our guest were in awe of how gorgeous everything was. I would absolutely recommend One Preston to anyone! One Preston was truly my dream venue!

Venue was difficult to work with regarding finances and payment plans. They mis-charged credit cards to the wrong events (reception/wedding versus rehearsal dinner). There was lots of confusion as to what was and wasn't included food wise and their food vendor was also difficult to communicate with. After repeatedly asking if all payments were complete they sent us a additional bill 3 days before the wedding. Beautiful venue and location but difficult to work with.

I was so beyond impressed with One Preston Events. I went with the Wedding Planner package with Sheri and it was the best decision I could have made for my special day. I was treated like a queen and everything was basically handled for me. The venue was beautiful-all of my guests complimented the beautiful barn reception. I would recommend this venue to any of my engaged friends who are looking for a gorgeous, accommodating venue under your budget!

My daughter’s wedding was awesome. The facilities at One Preston are absolutely beautiful! This was her dream venue and it fully delivered. Our day of event coordinator, Sheri, and Assistant, Linda, both worked so hard to accommodate our requests and my daughter’s visions of what her wedding would be. As my husband and I were paying the bill, my concerns were a combination of “how much is this going to cost me ?” and “how much time is this going to take me?”. I felt like One Preston really worked with us to come up with an affordable plan where we could pick and chose what we wanted to do ourselves and what we were better off leaving to professionals. They were very accommodating. We chose to hire their recommended vendors in many areas and were very happy with all the recommended vendors. We brought our own alcohol and did most of the floral, for example, but we hired their recommended caterer, photo booth, d.j., bartenders and photographer. The professionals they recommended knew the venue well and everything went seamlessly throughout the wedding. It was a lot of work for us and our friends to do the alcohol and floral but it did save us money. This venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. I would have another event at this venue in heartbeat.

First let me say that Amber was AMAZING and if you are hiring a OPE coordinator, you should request Amber. She did everything she possibly could to make my wedding day amazing. The issue I had was dealing with OPE management prior to the wedding. I originally had a different coordinator, who told my family & I many incorrect facts about the venue and services I would be receiving. We were told if we booked our rehearsal dinner through OPE, we would have the entire venue on Friday evening to ourselves and that was the only way to secure a Friday evening rehearsal time. Because I wanted to be sure we got a Friday evening rehearsal slot & liked the idea of having the premises to ourselves to be able to set up the night before, we went ahead and booked the Rehearsal through OPE and their vendors. I ended up finding out through a FRIEND not affiliated with OPE that there was a Friday evening wedding the night of my rehearsal. I emailed Mina and she confirmed that was true and told me all the reasons why it shouldn’t be an issue - even though it is an issue because that’s the ONLY reason I booked my rehearsal dinner there and not through a different venue/restaurant. Secondly, Mina called me TWO DAYS before my wedding and very sternly told me that she was unable to make my original ceremony plan happen because they did not have enough chairs to accommodate (after I had confirmed multiple times there would be enough chairs). I ended up moving my ceremony to the chapel, which was fine a beautiful- albeit SNUG - but the main issue is that the manager of OPE (without the approval/prior confirmation from my very kind coordinator) called the BRIDE the week of the wedding. Very unprofessional. Finally, they advertise that the venue can hold 300+ but that is NOT the case. Our final count was around 230 and the reception was very snug (with a dance floor) and the chapel was VERY VERY snug. I’ve had other friends who said people had to stand during the ceremony also. When you’re paying that much money, you hope that all your guests have a seat. All in all it was a great weekend and great wedding day, and I can’t stress how much Amber made everything come together with great customer service. My main warning is that management only cares about the $$$ side and they will tell you things up front that will not be honored come your wedding weekend.

The whole process with One Preston Events was a nightmare. Madison Gann was our coordinator, but we never talked with her in person. Since Madison was supposed to be our coordinator, we wish she would have been in charge of communication and the 30 day walkthrough. It was extremely unprofessional because she was our main point in contact, but we did the venue tour with her mom (Sheri) and even our walk through. Many things seemed to have been miscommunicated because she was not available during the walk through. Madison double booked us with a tour that day. She was not available through the phone which was frustrating. Our DJ had booked a time to see the venue and on the day of, he called because she was not responding to her emails. She said that she had forgotten about it and had already left. Our understanding was that they didn’t have time slots for a rehearsal later than 4pm, but they had one for 5:30pm. Four months before our wedding, we set up a rehearsal time. We arrived at the venue to find out that they never put us on the calendar and we should have known because we had not received a Google invite. We were not told that we should expect a Google invite when booking a rehearsal time. When I sent Madison a follow-up email after the rehearsal, she put the blame on us. In her email, she stated “Also in your email you let me know you were going to call to confirm the time and day during that week and I never got a call to confirm. Lastly, I believe nothing was said at the 30 day meeting. I believe that's where the confusion was.” Not once did she apologize. She does not answer her phone and we had called her. Lastly, she had her mom conduct our 30 day meeting because that was the day she had double booked. Our wedding day was beautiful. The venue was perfect. There were a couple of things that went wrong, but they were minor mishaps. We sent a seating chart that had 19 tables on it, but only 14 tables were set up. During our walkthrough, they mentioned having plenty of gray linens. We found out that some of them were sent to the cleaners so we had a mixture of gray and white tablecloths. We rented a cake serving set and an easel. They only provided the cake server and not the knife, so we cut our cake with the server. The easel was not the one we asked for, but luckily it had worked. I loved my wedding day and truly it was the best day of my life. I wish I could say the same about my experience with One Preston Events but every step of the process was met with disappointment, due to the lack of professionalism.

My husband and I just got married here a few weeks ago and couldn't have more wonderful things to say about One Preston Events! Everything about the venue was perfect, from the setup to the photo opportunities and amazing staff. Highly recommend!!

We used all of their preferred vendors (but you definitely don't have to) which spared us so much time and energy trying to find someone trustworthy. The whole team is so easy to work with and accommodating and we could not speak highly enough of them. They truly exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you, Sheri and One Preston!!

We LOVED having One Preston Events as our Wedding Venue. The convenience of having EVERYTHING on site was the biggest factor for us chosing One Preston. However, the Victorian charm and natural beauty that One Preston had was the icing on top for us. The Victorian Estate is a dream, especially their patio and the Carriage House was perfect for our day. Sheri was our wedding planner and Day-Of-Coordinator as well and she was AMAZING. I think one of the best qualities that One Preston has to offer is their amazing team of planners. Sheri worked with us leading up to the wedding and kept us on track. We would NOT have made it through the process in one piece without her! Also, the day of the wedding she had a team that set up everything, an assistant that was helping us in the morning, and an assistant that stayed there until everyone had left. So really, booking your day-of or wedding planner with One Preston is the best two-in-one package you can find! Every single team member at One Preston was so sweet and genuinely did everything to make sure our day was perfect. Sheri and her assistants catered to my husband and I's every need and allowed us to truly enjoy our day. All of our guest were in awe of how gorgeous everything was. I would absolutely recommend One Preston to anyone!

We had our two bride wedding here in August 2019 and absolutely loved it. One Preston was the first barn venue we toured and we fell in love but wanted to be sure so kept searching, but ended up booking One Preston. They are family owned so communication and changes/accommodations were easy. Sheri always responded to my questions and met us at venue several times. The venue is clean, well equipped, a good price, and beautiful even without decor. Everything came together seamlessly and we are so thankful we booked here.

We had went for a bridal wars event before the wedding to help all the bridesmaids bond and this place was absolutely amazing! The owners were so nice they even showed us around the different venues , and everything was gorgeous inside and out! Their attention to detail to the bride and groom having their own suites. Highly recommend for the venue and space and beauty it offers

After a lot of searching online at many many different venues, I picked One Preston and wasn't really sure what I was getting myself into. However, the VALUE was amazing! We were able to bring in our own caterer, DJ, rentals, alcohol to stock to the bar, etc. and ended up saving money where we could because of that. We hired Madison, who gave us a tour of the venue, as our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond making sure everything was planned well! I'm extremely detail-oriented and I like to plan a lot of things myself, but I was very confident in Madison taking the reins and she did without fail or hesitation on the day of the wedding! She handled everything, and if anything wrong I didn't know about it-- which was exactly what I wanted! I cannot recommend this venue and the great people that work there enough. THANK YOU!

This was an absolutely incredible Venue! The staff and owners are so sweet and helpful and they do everthing possible to make your day perfect! This place has thought of everything and I highly recommend getting married here. It is so well equipped and everything was gorgeous. I can't wait to see our pictures!

There's truly not enough characters to write down everything I love about this venue and to express how much excitement I have about getting married here next May! We toured 10 other venues over the course of 3 months before we found this gem. I don't think we were too picky, it was just so many venues didn't have what we wanted and were so expensive. One Preston has absolutely everything we wanted and then some, for the best price! I believe this venue and the team are worth every penny spent. Madison (Maddie) is our awesome point of contact and she has been so helpful and accommodating since the very first message of interest. The venue itself was already beautiful and perfect for us, but Maddie has been the cherry on top of the sundae. She has been so flexible with our schedules, wants, and needs. It's awesome to feel valued and like your vendor team is just as excited as you are for your special, once in a life time day. That's what makes this venue stand out so much aside from the beauty and everything they have to offer building wise. Their team is made up of special people who really want to help and are excited for you!

Hands down the most incredible venue!!! I went to 9 weddings in 2018! One of which was at One Preston! I had already decided on this venue before I helped my mom coordinate this wedding. Seeing everything from an outsider looking in got me so excited for my big day!! I got to work with Sheri, a coordinator at One Preston, and she is nothing short of amazing! If you can make a request for her, do it!!! My mom and I had always wanted to open a venue but it wasn’t the right time, so we knew what we wanted when looking and One Preston has it all! Truly!! The most elegant of venues (three to choose from) and it’s family owned by an equally amazing family! Everything went off without a hitch! The ceremony was held in their chapel and the reception was held in the carriage house. The guys had the Victorian to get ready in and the girls got ready in the bridal suite in the carriage house! Vendors were coordinated with and all my tables and linens were perfect! As I said, I had been to 9 weddings prior and I am so thankful I chose One Preston! It’s where you want to have the most important day of your life!!!

I cannot say enough good things about One Preston Events and Sheri, our coordinator. Every detail was handled perfectly and patiently. Our wedding and reception had many moving parts and encountered some tech complications (no fault of One Preston). At every turn, they were patient and willing to help with whatever was needed. My company has produced hundreds of events. Believe me when I tell you that you will not be disappointed.

Our wedding day here was perfect! The staff was super helpful, especially Amber who was right by our side from the day we first toured, to the actual big day. She responded to all of our questions and was always willing to meet us at the venue. She was truly a blessing through this process. We can't thank Amber and the rest of the One Preston staff enough!

Madison was nothing but helpful and accommodating the whole process of planning and through the event. I was so thankful we found this venue last-minute and they made everything a breeze.

I signed my contract with One Preston Events in March before they had any weddings out there yet. That being said, after talking with Mina and Amber I had no doubts that’s they would personally make sure my wedding was everything that I wanted it to be. Even so, they far exceeded my expectations. The barn and chapel are absolutely beautiful and I’m so thrilled with how the pictures turned out. Amber, our coordinator, met with me several times to go over rentals, rain v sunshine arrangements, timelines, and every little detail. She was also there day of helping set up and making sure that it was exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to get married at one preston events!

We could not have been happier with One Preston. The venue is top notch from the beautiful chapel to the wonderful barn/reception hall. But the thing that stands out the most was the people who run it and work with you. Amber was our event coordinator and she was so flexible and accommodating. But then again, so was everyone there. They truly wanted my daughter’s wedding to be the absolute best it could possibly be! One Preston is a first class venue from top to bottom.

This place is awesome! Three beautiful buildings, so there's something for everyone. The owners are truly wonderful to work with. I am getting hitched here in April 2019 and also work here part time for fun. You won't be disappointed!

I was so nervous when starting to look for wedding venues but Mina and Lauren at One Preston made everything so easy and exciting! Whenever I called someone always answered and was so kind and helpful! The chapel and barn are both breath taking and Mina is so flexible, you can really tell that the staff wants you to have your perfect day. I would HIGHLY recommend one preston events to anyone and everyone. Plus, they have great promotions going on for weddings in 2018 and that was the most exciting thing!
