Lindsey was such a godsend for my peace of mind for my wedding day! When I reached out in search of a day of coordinator I received a call the same day and I knew almost immediately that I would be in great hands. Lindsey was able to help us secure the last of the vendors we needed and helped us stay on track throughout the process. She helped ask all the questions we didn't even know we needed to ask. I had the best time getting ready for my wedding because I knew things were being handled. I didn't know about day of coordinators till we were deep into the planning process but it is definitely a service that is well worth the investment. I can not recommend Lindsey and the team at Ooh La La enough!
If you think you don’t need a coordinator, please take my advice and think again! Even if it’s for the day or weekend of. I am so thankful for all of Brittany’s help. As a bride I thought about the larger details, not the ones in between that help those larger details work. Brittany was there to think of everything I would have missed and then some. The timeline she created helped keep everything and everyone on track. All of the ideas Brittany suggested are what helped my perfect day run smooth and she took the stress away from me. She was knowledgeable, responsive, kind, organized, creative and had so many wonderful ideas. I am thankful I had her to help make my day stress free and perfect!
Brittany and Lindsey with Ooh La La are just the most amazing event planners you'll ever work with. We hired them as month-of planners for our wedding and Brittany was our lead planner. They are incredibly organized, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, creative, communicative, and just absolutely wonderful to work with. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of Brittany's ability to work and coordinate so well with various vendors. My husband and I had the best time at our wedding and didn't have to worry about a single part of the coordination of the day because of Brittany. I 100000000% recommend Ooh La La as your event planning team because you won't find anyone better!

We had the absolutely, most amazing experience working with Brittany and Ooh La La Events. She helped with the entire weekend of planning including our daughter's bridal luncheon, wedding, reception, Sunday brunch and she did the florals for the entire weekend. While Brittany is a FABULOUS wedding planner, she is an EXTRAORDINARY designer. Every event looked like the cover of Brides magazine. Brittany took our vision and made it come to life at a level that we could not even imagine. In addition to her incredible talent and passion, she is the most amazing person to work with. Calm, professional, fun loving, caring and has the ability to solve problems before you ever knew there was one. My daughter and new son-in-law's magical weekend will forever be remembered by all our family and friends, and we will forever remember and recommend Brittany and Ooh La La Events. Thank you, Brittany, from the very bottom of our hearts!
Brittany was crucial. Things got dicey with one of my vendors and she completely took control and remedied the situation so I could spend time worrying about my vows instead of my centerpieces. Everyone needs an advocate on their big day and Brittany is the best. 10/10 recommend.
At the end of the weekend, my new son-in-law said to me, "It was everything I wanted, and more!" That pretty much sums up our experience with Lindsey.
I admit that I was not the easiest mother of the bride. I had a vision, but did not have the resources to make that vision come to life. I also threw some curve balls to Lindsey and she handled each of them with ease and professionalism.
Although her fee might seem high at first, once you start working with her, the value is obvious.. helping tie up loose ends, mediating ideas and even nagging my daughter FOR ME, she did it all.
I originally hired her because I am not from Indy and felt that I needed someone in town. In all honesty, she is worth her weight in gold for any mother of the bride. If you think about it, the wedding business is all about relationships. She was able to fill in missing vendor slots with people that she knew would do a good job.
If I were to do it over again, this is one aspect that I would not have changed. I would absolutely rehire Lindsey in a heartbeat, again.
Lindsey did a wonderful job planning and executing my daughter's wedding. She is easy to communicate with, very detail oriented, and was very patient with all the questions and periods of indecisiveness. The wedding was planned and then delayed by a year due to covid and Lindsey managed through all the changes, including the last minute changes that pouring rain brought. In the end, it all came together beautifully, and everyone had a great time! I would highly recommend Lindsey and will certainly call her for my other childrens weddings.
Lindsey was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the whole process. As a bride who was graduating nursing school and starting my first job all within the week of the wedding, I was BUSY. Lindsey kept my deadlines running, would check in with me, and above all, made sure the day of went absolutely seamless. I had her help through the planning and she took over at the end and I was able to just enjoy the best day of my life with NOTHING to worry about.
I can’t remember how many times I called her freaking out about one thing or another and she was right there at the other end of the phone brainstorming solutions with me. Even when I wasn’t sure how to explain what I wanted, she knew what I meant/wanted!! She is an incredible wedding planner. You need someone like Lindsey on your court during the planning and on The Big Day.
Now— let’s talk about the flower arrangements on the tables, my bridal bouquet, and the bridesmaids bouquets. Do you know the bridal bouquets that you see on Pinterest? And they look too good to be real? That is what ALL the flowers for my wedding were like (aka A DREAM). Every single arrangement was meticulously put together and well thought out. My bridal bouquet was a dream-come-true. There is no other word to describe it other than PERFECT.
I can’t imagine my wedding without Lindsey there to make all the ideas I had into my head turn into reality. If you want the best wedding planner and florist for your wedding, then you want Lindsey.
Lindsey has been my party planner for 6 years now and our parties always turn out amazing! She is is super detailed oriented so I can always count on her to make sure everything is done! She also comes with great ideas and makes me feel like a guest at my own parties, which is the best part! I would recommend her to anyone!
Hiring Lindsey was the best decision that we made in the year leading up to our wedding (7/5/19). She helped with planning of my wedding, rehearsal dinner, and welcome party, and she did the florals for my wedding. Lindsey is INCREDIBLE. She is detail-oriented, professional, insanely responsive, and so on top of everything. She is also fiercely protective of her clients and will do anything in her power to address any issues or complications that might arise with vendors. She will take your vision and make it come to life more fabulously than you ever imagined. In addition to her professional talents, she is also a dream to work with interpersonally. She is warm, caring, sensitive, and always a calming and supportive presence in stressful moments. Thank you Lindsey for everything you have done for us!
My fiance (now wife) is a full time med student, and I'm not the world's best planner, so we hired Lindsey, who was recommended to us by a friend. She helped us choose a venue we loved (Canal 337), an incredible band (Living Proof), and a fantastic photographer (Jennifer Van Elk) and helped us plan the wedding we wanted from start to finish along with a few surprises that made the event even more memorable.
Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control we had to change the date of our wedding NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. Each time Lindsey took care of everything for us, rescheduling all of the vendors etc. We would have been totally overwhelmed without her help.
Then the day of the event came and Lindsey was a rock star. Everything that day ran with remarkable precision; all we had to do was show up. The flowers and decor were exquisite. We're still getting compliments from our friends and family about what a great party it was. So much of the credit rightfully belongs to Lindsey and Ooh La La. We highly recommend them for any and all of your event planning needs.

Lindsey Romack, the owner of Ooh La La Events was the coordinator and florist for my daughter’s July, 2018 wedding. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Lindsey is excellent at her craft and has a wonderful talent for being friendly and caring while maintaining a professional and supportive presence.
My daughter had a specific vision for her reception with a slightly different vision for her ceremony. Lindsey was incredible with ideas and examples of how to pull it all together. The result was breathtakingly beautiful! She even added a few surprises we didn’t think would be possible. What a special evening we had. Can’t thank Lindsey and her team at Ooh La La enough.
Lindsey was very helpful for our September 2017 wedding. She helped us narrow down vendors from hundreds to just 3 or 4. She was great to point out little things that we would never have thought of. On the actual wedding day she was AMAZING! It was so nice to be able to sit back and relax and just enjoy the day.
My wife and I worked with Brittany for our wedding back in October. I cannot begin to explain how helpful she was for the entire month leading up to our wedding. She truly was there for anything and everything we needed. Small tasks, to large items...she helped out. We live out of town and having her check in on items was very nice as well. On the day of the wedding she was on her game and had everything running so smoothly for the entire day/night. The entire wedding was perfect and went on without a hitch, and Brittany was a huge reason for it. She has my recommendation for sure!
Lindsey from Ooh La La Events was amazing. I live in NC but I got married in Indianapolis IN so I was worried that the planning would be stressful since I lived so far away. However, after I hired Lindsey for my planning everything went so smoothly.
She helped me organized the thoughts of what we wanted for our wedding, looked through my pinterest boards and also helped us to find and meet with our vendors. We were only able to go to Indy once before the wedding and Lindsey set up so many appointments for us over one weekend she was really on top of everything. She also checked in with email frequently even though we had a year and a half to plan. I really can’t say enough good things about Lindsey.
The day of our wedding also went over perfectly as Ooh La La also did the day of coordinating. She checked in with all the vendors and made a five page schedule of the wedding day so that everyone and everything would be on time. The wedding day went perfectly and the flowers and décor, which Ooh La La events also did were amazing. Everything came together so well. I highly recommend Ooh La La events and Lindsey I really can’t say enough about her.
