From our very first contact in November 2023, Lindsey's immediate and enthusiastic response put us completely at ease • Timeline and Logistics - She provided great advice, recommending we move our ceremony to an earlier time to ensure a lively, packed dance floor at the end of the night. • Vendor Vetting - She guided us through securing our catering and DJ, providing detailed questions to ensure we finalized our contracts, such as discussing plated vs. buffet service and confirming the DJ would cover both ceremony and reception sound. • Meeting Coordination - She was an active partner in all communications with the venue, consistently following up on important details like construction updates and coordinating complex schedule changes for our final planning meetings. • Small Details - She went above and beyond to offer advice on logistics, from solving our hair and makeup vendor struggle to coordinating the precise details of our unconventional ceremony entrance. • Collaborative Design - After our design meeting, she quickly provided a detailed floral proposal and helped us finalize the aesthetic, incorporating custom items like end-of-aisle florals and bud vases to scatter around our decor. • Day of Florals - We were absolutely wowed by how spectacular the florals were. Lindsey was absolutely amazing on our wedding day and we couldn’t recommend her enough. We hired her as our coordinator and it took so much stress off of us, leading up to the wedding and day of. She communicated scheduling with all the vendors and helped create a timeline for our special day. She asked us many questions we had not thought of to make the day go smoother and ensure we were prepared. During the wedding day, she also set up our items at the venue, helped line up all bridal party for ceremony, made sure we had everything we needed, put all gifts/personal items in our car at the end of the night, and so much more! When we had a hiccup during the day (in no fault of Lindsey’s), she was quick to respond and bring everything back together, while ensuring no stress was placed upon my fiancé and I. Her and Stephanie truly saved the wedding day! I can’t recommend Lindsey and her team enough! She is great to work with, including communication and professionalism. We highly recommend!

Although her fee might seem high at first, once you start working with her, the value is obvious.. helping tie up loose ends, mediating ideas and even nagging my daughter FOR ME, she did it all. I originally hired her because I am not from Indy and felt that I needed someone in town. In all honesty, she is worth her weight in gold for any mother of the bride. If you think about it, the wedding business is all about relationships. She was able to fill in missing vendor slots with people that she knew would do a good job. If I were to do it over again, this is one aspect that I would not have changed. I would absolutely rehire Lindsey in a heartbeat, again.

I was BUSY. Lindsey kept my deadlines running, would check in with me, and above all, made sure the day of went absolutely seamless. She helped me organized the thoughts of what we wanted for our wedding, looked through my pinterest boards and also helped us to find and meet with our vendors. We were only able to go to Indy once before the wedding and Lindsey set up so many appointments for us over one weekend she was really on top of everything. She also checked in with email frequently even though we had a year and a half to plan. I really can’t say enough good things about Lindsey. The day of our wedding also went over perfectly as Ooh La La also did the day of coordinating. She checked in with all the vendors and made a five page schedule of the wedding day so that everyone and everything would be on time. The wedding day went perfectly and the flowers and décor, which Ooh La La events also did were amazing. Everything came together so well. I highly recommend Ooh La La events and Lindsey I really can’t say enough about her.
