was extremely helpful with coordination, in particular the venue coordinator Allison was amazing to work with. She was extremely helpful with any questions or needs leading up to the big day, and then during the wedding itself she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that all vendors had everything they needed to make the brides and grooms big day perfect! Couldn’t recommend this venue or Allison more, and very much look forward to celebrating here again with future brides and grooms !

e want to try to return every year! All of the credit belongs to Jennifer Levering, Emily Sipe, and Erin Leon. Though the ownership has changed recently, they are absolutely the core of the flawless planning and coordination of our wedding. Everything from the accomodations, to the food was fabulous! This wedding experience was like no other we have ever been to, and to think it was our own is like a dream. Jennifer, Emily and Erin were incredibly kind, professional and extremely easy and responsive to work with. In fact, one of the main reasons we picked the venue in the first place was due to not only the location, but because they immediately responded to all of our emails and calls. When you plan a destination wedding, that relationship and trust was so important. As a couple who works in the customer service industry, we have a great deal of respect for the amount of professionalism and dedication it took for the team at Margaritaville to make it such a lovely and amazing experience for us and our guests. We are truly grateful that OUR wedding was the time of our lives. Thank you so much!!!
Some of our guests for our destination wedding stayed at this hotel. The location was less idea, not as close to Duval street, but none of the guests seemed to mind.

The Westin was a great place to get married. It has the perfect location for Key West! The catering manager (Erin) is awesome and handles every detail. My complaints are as follows...
: the food was cold and the fish entree was mushy when served. They overcharged for the bridal suite and my parents room and are not returning phone calls or emails.

We met some of the people who prepared our meal on Duval St. and they started on Wednesday making food for our wedding on Saturday!;It was a bit too warm until near the end of the reception, when they opened some other doors and it got cooler.
