We used this company for more of a day-of coordinator instead of a wedding planner. They were okay. The owner was out of town for our wedding and had some assistants take charge.

There were some things that bothered me, like one of the coordinators cornering my right after my husband and I said our vows to ask questions that 1. were on the timeline and 2. had been discussed previously. I think everyone should have known what time dinner was being served and if the bar was open. Because of that, my husband and I didn't get any time to ourselves after our ceremony, which bothered me.
Another thing that bothered me, is there was some confusion as to when I was allowed to leave the Bridal Suite to walk down the aisle.
Everything was set up pretty well, and they did clean up after the wedding to my and the venue's satisfaction. I probably wouldn't use them again, but if I had to, I would really make sure everyone is on the same page.
We did rent some twinkle lights through them, and they were put up in a timely manner and made the entire dance floor look great. I'm glad we did that.
Overall, they are a little pricey, but make sure everyone has good communication and knows what is going on. The last thing you want is to be stressed out by your coordinators on your wedding day!
A HUGE thank you and a big round of applause for Orchestrated Events, Sherri and Wayne, for your amazing eye to details, commitment to excellence and reliabilty! You made Brandon ...

th them they said give me your Pinterest account and we can make whatever you want. My mouth dropped. They came through. On the coronation side it also was handled with the utmost professionalism. Everything went so smoothly. Everyone said to me you just don't seemed that stressed and it truly was because of Sheri. Thank to Sheri and her husband and their team for making my wedding beautiful and memorable for an affordable price.

Did not follow the itinerary like I had made with her. Also, wedding planner did NOT have my permission or any one else's permission to shoot the video and take pictures. I did not...
like the way that the planner had set things not even saying anything to me. I was not pleased at all with the way that all my centerpieces were off of my tables by 7:30pm. Great wedding planner until the wedding and the rehearsal actually hit.
Thank you so much for making things go smoothly. Even when I would freak or worry about something or not knowing where it was you said its taken care of. And in the end it turned o...

ts from vendors who just wouldn’t call me back. I met Sheri and Wayne at a Bridal Fair in Papillion and they got to work right away with my planning. Sheri even helped me for my bridal portraits since I don’t have any family here. She kept me laughing through the chilly air and the pictures came out amazing. For the week of the wedding, I would have no other team to be there for me. When my linen rental place went out of business and didn’t tell anyone, she found my linens from another place and even ironed them. Her team decorated the church and fellowship hall and it was better than anything I could have dreamed of myself. She played the role of taxi driver to pick up family from the airport who were arriving during the rehearsal. I wasn’t allowed to see the fellowship hall decorations so that I was surprised when I first walked in and it was amazing. Day of the wedding, Sheri and her entire team were there to keep me calm and when my flowers didn’t show up on time, she called the florist and tracked her down. I loved working with Orchestrated Events and I couldn’t have pulled off half of what they did. Sheri and Wayne’s obvious love for one another immediately puts you at ease and their professionalism is unmatched.

We didn't have to worry or stress anymore, I mean they are taking care of literally EVERYTHING for us. I know later down the road when we renew our vows, we will MOST DEFF go back to them for planning and everything
