The passionate team at Oreades Events is led by owner Jenn, who has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Above all, Jenn loves planning and being a part of her clients' memorable milestone moments. Their goal is to put soon-to-be newlyweds at ease on their big day, allowing them to stay in the moment and focus on making happy memories that last a lifetime. They are a pro-woman and pro-diversity company that believes that love is love. A strong sense of integrity, inclusion, and commitment is a part of every professional relationship they build. When Jenn isn't making wedding dreams come true, she can be found traveling the world and exploring different cultures, hiking, cooking, and seeking out the best fine wines. Oreades Events allows you plenty of flexibility when choosing how much support you need throughout your journey. Whether you're looking for full-service planning from start to finish or help with the finishing touches, no vision is too big or too small for them. They offer packages to meet a wide range of needs, including assistance with DIY decor, a two-hour planning session, full-service or partial planning, and comprehensive day-of coordination.

great things we want to say about Jenn! In every aspect of her job, she went above and beyond what we could’ve possibly expected. In the months leading up to the wedding, she was super responsive and easy to reach and always willing to meet to discuss anything that was on our minds. She is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and experienced so if ever there was something we were forgetting while planning the wedding, she was there to tell us about it and give us suggestions on how to implement it. On the weekend of the wedding, she came to the venue the day before to help us make our centerpieces, run our wedding rehearsal, and make sure everything was organized for the next day. On the wedding day, she took care of all the décor, going above and beyond what we had expected and even adding pieces of décor we hadn’t even thought of that made the event so much more beautiful. She made sure that we didn’t have to stress about anything that day and could just enjoy the wedding we had spent so long planning. She made sure all the vendors knew where to be and when, and she was able to make sure our whole wedding party was always in the right place at the right time (not easy with 9 groomsmen and 7 bridesmaids!) Overall, Jenn was professional, organized, communicative, creative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We could not recommend her enough to anyone who wants a stress-free wedding! Hi there! I’m Jenn (she/her/hers), the founder and principal at Oreades Events. I started working in the hospitality industry 15 years ago when I took my first after-school job in a small Chicago restaurant. It was love for serving my neighbors and community from the very beginning. I live in Maine with my husband, our Doberman, and our 5 chickens. We love to travel, immerse ourselves in different cultures, and more specifically, try a ton of different foods! I love to hike, craft, cook, and am obsessed with wine and will take any opportunity to help people find new wines to love!
