They were great in accommodating some last minute rentals and tents decisions we had to make for our wedding. I highly recommend using them to have a worry free process when it comes to your wedding rentals. We had a tent, lights, and a luxury porta potty.

Darrin and Molly at Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals were great to work with. They responded to questions quickly and consistently. We rented drapes as a backdrop for the stage at our venue, Lake Mary Events Center. The drapery looked wonderful. They took great care in setting the drapes up too because we had a cookie table set up on the stage in the morning before the drapes arrived and they managed to set up the drapes without disturbing any cookies!

I can't thank this company enough for being a part of our big day! I wasn't even sure they would be available for our vow renewal on 02/11, but they came though with beautiful pieces to help bring our vision to life. Thank you so much for everything!

I worked with Christine Nguyen and Darrin Shifrel for my tent, lighting, and cooling units for Casa Feliz wedding. This team is so accommodating! If you have your wedding at Casa Feliz, typically you eat outdoors in the courtyard. You never really know if it’s going to rain or not, so booking your tent is important. The cool thing about Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals is the ability to book your tent and then cancel it a few days before your wedding if the weather looks good and you don’t want to move forward any longer. Fortunately for us the weather was beautiful on 9/21 and even a bit cool outside dropping to the 70’s at night. Regardless, I still kept my tent and cooling units just so our guests would be comfortable and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The team did an awesome job with set up. Everything looked exactly as I wanted it. We bought the “X” market lighting for the tent and it was the perfect amount of light!! I was so caught up with our wedding that I didn’t really notice the cooling units, but our guests said they were very comfortable outside for our 4 hour wedding and not hot at all! Christine is so sweet. I kept going back and forth about what pieces to buy from them, asking silly questions like “is this enough lighting,” “will this feel cool enough,” and she always had answers for me and was honest and prompt. Speaking through email was so easy too. Overall, we had a great experience. Love this team! You won’t be disappointed when you work with them.

Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals is definitely the go to rental company in Orlando and now I know why! They were excellent to work with from start to finish and the quality and value of their products was everything we expected and more. Their inventory of products is massive (and continuing to grow) and they essentially have everything you could need as far as rentals go for your big day. My favorite product we rented from them was the Barrymore Backdrop. It was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and really added a nice touch to the patio. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

There is absolutely no way our wedding could have been more perfect and so much of that is credited to Darren and his team at OWPR! He and his team brought our exact vision to life from the tent to the lighting to the beautiful chairs. Everything looked absolutely stunning. I can't say enough about how pleased we are! We ordered at 10x10 pop up tent and 130 Chiavari chairs from them and everything was perfect! The pop up tent was delivered on time to the Mead Garden Amphitheater to cover the string duo and the chairs were delivered on time to the Winter Park Farmers Market for the reception. The tent was clean and put up perfectly and the chairs were beautiful and sturdy. They added a beautiful look to the decor. The staff were friendly and easy to contact and very flexible. I was referred to Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals by my wedding coordinator. I was looking to spice up my ceremony and reception with chiavari chairs, add charger plates to the reception and find a focal point for the ceremony. I started with just chairs and charger plates and continued to add to my order throughout the planning process. While I was planning, Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals purchased an infinity arch and it was beautiful. It was just the focal point that I envisioned for my wedding day. Darrin and Christine were so helpful - Working with me to add additional items to my order at different times and they worked with my wedding coordinator directly to schedule the delivery for the wedding day. They transformed my reception place, they’re worth the price although a little pricey but what’s not expensive at weddings. They did an amazing jobs at our wedding and they work with you for your payments just talk to them.

Darren really made magic happen. His staff was so patient with all my last minute additions even up to the day of. I had my wedding the day after Thanksgiving and called them the day of to add heaters. They pulled strings and made it happen in such a quick timeframe I didn't even know what to say. I had my invoice redone a million times with count changes, adding ceremony chairs, adding a tent, etc. They made it all happen. Those heaters made all the difference because we got cold weather unexpectedly. It's the small things that count and can make all the difference and I can't thank them enough for making my day spectacular.

We rented a tent from OWPR for our wedding at Casa Feliz. I originally wanted a clear top tent, but it was recommended, due to the heat, to chose a white top tent. This is something that I had not thought of and appreciated that Darren valued his clients satisfaction and comfort over making more money. OWPR not only provides an excellent product and service, but they are professional, patient and really care about their clients.

I used OWPR for the ceremony and reception drapery. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating to last minute changes I requested. Overall excellent service and I would highly recommend!

This company was great and helped me make my wedding unique and memorable! We had farm tables, market lighting, gold beaded chargers, gold cutlery, and a dance floor! We also had the photo booth! The keepsake book from the photo booth is much appreciated! It all came together beautifully! Many people remarked how gorgeous the table settings were, and I owe it all to OWPR! Thank you so much! All the chairs and rentals I ordered were at the venue before we even got there and took them down at the end and didn't have to worry about any of it. It was one of the smoothest parts of the wedding.

Orlando Weddings and Party Rentals was so easy to work with! We started with just getting chairs from them, and by the wedding day we had chairs, draping and a cake stand! They were very reasonably priced and Brittney was so easy to work with. She was very helpful and answered all of my emails in a timely manner. I was pleased with the prices that we were quoted and she even gave us package deals for adding things on later in the planning process. The draping looked absolutely gorgeous at our venue and really added a lot to the look. The chairs were beautiful and very comfortable and the cake stand made the already-gorgeous cake look even better! Highly recommend!

Initially, I had a bit of a bumpy start with my sales person at Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals. I felt like they didn’t need my business and was not as accommodating as I would have liked. Being in sales I strive to always let my customers know that I want to earn their business. However, when I began working with Stefanie everything changed. She was so attentive to my needs and answered my questions right away. She was so sweet & I truly enjoyed working with her. The day of the wedding the chairs and chargers looked great! They were clean and durable and I am very happy with the service of drop off and tear down. Overall, I would recommend Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals.

I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. I rented 175 chiavari chairs and 20 tables from orlando wedding and party rental. About an hour into my reception one of their tables completely snapped causing the table and tall floral centerpiece to fall onto the guests seated there. Imagine a tall vase of water falling onto guest... The day after my reception I received a call... the company put chairs on the wood floor without a guard, therefore causing the wood floor to scratch everywhere. I.E. The entire wood floor needs to be replaced. Darrin was made aware of all of these details and not ONCE reached out with an apology. Do not book this vendor because they have good prices or their pictures look good. It will only embarrass you, cause headaches, and end up costing you more in the end.

We used Darrin and his amazing team for our dance floor and chairs. We had so many compliments on the awesome white dance floor and the silver chiavari chairs looked beautiful at the Orlando Museum of Art. We could not have asked for better service and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone!

They are accommodating, organized, and honest. They made everything easy and beautiful. They even threw in some extras for us for free since we rented so much from them. I would recommend them to anyone needing rentals for their big day!

I worked with OWPR for chairs for the ceremony and later added a couple of tables that were required by some of the other vendors. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. I mainly communicated with Darrin, and he was just awesome, very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. We had made a couple of changes to chair counts when we were closer to the big day and they gave me no trouble at all to do so. I never actually met with anyone; we handled everything over the phone and via email and on the day of my planner was there to assist. Definitely recommend OWPR for your wedding day needs, the process was flawless!

Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals was amazing. We rented gold chiavari chairs for our wedding on October 15, 2015. Darrin was so great to work with! He responded to all emails very quickly. The pricing they provided was phenomenal, and the actual chairs were great. The gold chairs were delivered with ivory cushions, and I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the chairs and cushions. It is rare that rentals arrive in such great condition, and I was very impressed! They are great to work with, and the rentals changed the entire ambiance of the reception.
