have been better - it was the best sit down meal that we've ever experienced at a reception/banquet. All of our guests commented on how excellent the food was, especially for serving over 300 guests. The staff at Orlandos was so accomodating from the moment we began planning to the delivery of the final product. It was a seamless event and they were able to accomodate all of our requests to make it a very special event.

and the staff was professional and so helpful. I truly appreciate all that Laurie and Mike did for us.

I messaged them and asked some questions, I was disappointed when I was asked questions that were included in the same email thread that I had already answered in writing, it gave me the impression that they did not care or were not organized. Either way I thought maybe this is a fluke or this guy is having a bad day, so I went to my appointment hoping it would be better. I asked to get off work early and everything. We went in and there was nobody there, finally after waiting someone came out to greet us, she had no idea we had an appointment and didn't even introduce herself to us. She seemed like a nice enough lady and talked to us about packages, however I felt like I was pulling teeth to get info from her. If they cannot even keep their appointments straight, or read something already provided to them, I would hate to see the disorganization in action on our wedding day!! Not to mention everything inside was a weird mustard color.. from carpet to walls. Orlando's is a hard NO from me.

e to handle without any issues. I was wrong. Upon arrival, your staff was not able to locate my personal items. It took about 30 minutes for them to be located (in the coat check area). We then had to scramble to place the items. I assumed the purpose of bringing the items beforehand was so that your staff would handle the setup. I talked to Laurie about the arrangement of the tables in the room. Since the wedding and reception was taking place in the same room, it was recommended that there be a center aisle where I would be able to walk straight in and to the front of the room without having to navigate the tables, again this was not done. The manger on duty, while very nice, seemed clueless regarding this and so guests had to move and wait for the staff to rearrange the tables. At this point our frustration was increasing. While this was an important day to me, it seemed trivial to you and your staff. The tables were arranged in a manner that did not allow those at the reserved tables to have a clear view. This was just awful. A side note to this, we asked if someone needed to be there during setup to ensure everything was correct and was told the staff is well trained and this was not needed. The dinner rolls were cold and some still frozen. The bartender was the one bright spot on your staff. He was very professional and accommodating to everyone. I talked with Laurie extensively regarding the upgrade of the bar. Originally we chose the House Brands package and later decided to upgrade to the Premium in order to have specific brands. Needless to say the bar was house brands only. Again your staff seemed clueless. I asked that you be called to straightened things out. My conversation with you left me thoroughly disappointed that we choose your facility. Laurie called me a liar by saying that she did not have a discussion regarding any particular brands. I had this discussion with Jordan and Laurie. It was the only reason for the upgrade to the Premium Brands package. Your attitude, tone of voice and choice of words while on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. You said it’s not in your contract so that nothing could be done. You were right about it not being in my contract. This is my fault. I should not have trusted what was being told to me by Laurie. I just could not imagine that this would be an issue, why would she not tell me upfront that that you did not have the brands? On the phone you asked how we could resolve, I suggested that we keep the House Brands package (since that is how the bar was setup) and a refund be issued. Your response, “You can just forget about any type of refund!” You then went on to say that you will allow me to now purchase my own from the liquor store across the street or the grocery store next door. I was left flabbergasted and felt violated. As of today (01/08/18) we have not received a response to our letter. I know that the amount of money we spent was relatively small but honesty, respect and courtesy should come no matter how much you spend.

super special. Laurie was absolutely wonderful to work with and gave us so many wonderful ideas for the event. She took care of everything which left us with no stress!! I highly recommend Orlando's for any event you are planning!!

Laurie was super responsive to all e-mails. It made things a LOT less stressful. We were able to drop off our additional decorations the day before with Mike with a few instructions on what I saw for placement of each item. When we got to the reception on Saturday night, it was set-up PERFECTLY! The food was fantastic, and all I heard were complements about that and the space all night long. I highly recommend them for your wedding. They will strive to go over every last detail with you and make sure your night is perfect!

If you're looking for a place that includes EVERYTHING you need at an affordable price with great food and amazing staff. This is the place to book. I'm so grateful we went with them.

we had all the last minute details all set. The day of went very smoothly and the service was wonderful! The staff who served at our reception were amazing and ensured that everything was going as planned. Coordination with our DJ went wonderfully and the night was seamless and so enjoyable! At the end of the night, the staff even ensured that my mother-in-law made it safely to the car! I cannot thank everyone at Orlando's enough for everything!

ery to the way the bows should be tied on the chairs. Orlando's remembered all of the little details for our reception and made sure that it was a great night for everyone in attendance. They even allowed us to go in the night before and decorate the space with our own centerpieces that we had created. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire planning process and the finished result. Also, the food and drinks were delicious and we had someone taking care of us the entire night (asking if they could get us any drinks, etc.)! Thank you again Scott!
