I cannot say enough wonderful things about Our Shop Bridal! From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with worship music playing softly in the background and a beautiful Bible verse displayed on the wall. It instantly set the tone and made me feel at peace—something I had not experienced at any other bridal shop. The true highlight of my experience was Isabelle, the incredible consultant who helped me find my dream wedding dress. Isabelle is truly extraordinary—young, vibrant, and so talented at what she does. She listened carefully to my vision and brought it to life in a way I did not think was possible. She made the entire process feel effortless and fun, and her genuine care and excitement made me feel so special. Thanks to Isabelle and the team at Our Shop Bridal, I found a dress that I cannot wait to wear on my wedding day. If you are looking for a bridal shop where you will feel valued, supported, and inspired, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I found my dress at Our Shop Bridal and had a wonderful experience! Upon arrival, we took off our shoes (which completely understandable) and washed our hands with wipes upon arrival, which I appreciated knowing since none of the dresses I tried on were in a plastic bag. I had Maddie as a stylist, and I truly appreciated her guidance throughout the entire appointment! She could tell that I was feeling overwhelmed at times throughout the appointment and was constantly reminding me that "the dress doesn't have feelings" (which somehow I needed that reminder often lol). I couldn't have had a better experience with Maddie as my stylist. The unforgettable experience at the end of the appointment was "walking down the aisle" with a bouquet of flowers and a veil, which is where I started crying and truly knew the dress was for me. 10/10 experience and will continue to recommend it to my friends and other future brides!

The staff at Our Shop is extremely helpful with finding your dream dress! I found the perfect dress for my wedding day and was so excited that I was able to find my dress at the first shop I went to. Everyone was helpful and happy to be there. Their selection of dresses is huge and have so many beautiful dresses is all different price ranges!

I can't put into words the elegance and grace Our Shop Bridal puts into their store. I had the most wonderful and meaningful time with Brittany as my bridal stylist. She was so sweet and just listened to all of my wants and concerns. Explained everything in great details for me to understand how dress shopping even works! They have a LOVELY dress selection, a little bit of everything which i loved because I could narrow down what I loved and wanted in one shop! God so very clearly has his hands on this shop. The worship music playing and the scripture on the walls confirmed to me that my dress was here! Brittany read me so well with the dresses she suggested to me, and in fact the dress i chose was a dress I told her I didn't even want to try!!! Her and my sister insisted i try it and lo and behold, it was an absolute dream. I can't thank Our Shop Bridal for every ounce of care and concern and help that they put into our big day and something that I will remember and treasure forever. The owner prayed over my sister and I before we left and it meant the world to me. Finding this bridal shop was such a blessing. To anyone whose got a heart for the Lord Almighty Jesus and wants to support a Christian business, come find a dress here!! You will not be disappointed.

This shop is beautiful. They had a wide variety of high end dresses and the staff was so friendly and really wanted me to just be myself and help me find the perfect dress for me. I bought my MOB dress here today. They had so many choices!! I was able to see all the colors all the dresses came in and try on a variety of styles. I will go here again for my next daughter’s wedding and she plans to get her dress there as well!!!

I had an amazing experience shopping at Our Shop Bridal for my wedding dress. Maddi did an incredible job helping me try on dresses and made me feel so beautiful in my ultimate choice. All of the dresses were in excellent condition. The owner, Kathy, was so kind and attentive during our appointment. This was my very first bridal appointment, ever. I had some themes and ideas but went in pretty open. Grace, my consultant, met us at the door and led us to the seating area. She offered our group water and then took me to pick dresses. She explained the sizing, the tags, and the styles as we went. She was able to take the elements I liked in one dress but wanted some element of another dress and worked to find dresses that captured that. As a midsize bride, there was no shortage of options!!!! While the salon was busy on a Saturday, our appointment still felt “just us”. I tried on a variety of silhouettes before deciding the mermaid style was for me. Grace helped me get each dress on and off, and even had a little face covering to prevent make up transfer to the gowns (their samples are GORGEOUS. No rips, tears, or foundation smears or bronzer burns. Great condition!) she always asked if I was ready before coming in. She made me feel wonderfully comfortable in my body and the dresses. When I put on a Maggie Sottero style, I had The Moment. Tears in the fitting room, tears in front of my people. She grabbed a veil with complimentary lace. This was my dress! We had another salon to go to, I asked if I could come back. I went back to Our Shop about 45 minutes later: I couldn’t get that dress out of my head! Grace had the dress and the veil already pulled so I could try it one more time. Delighted, giddy, and excited, I exhaled on the pedestal and said “this is my dress!!” Truly stellar experience, start to finish. This is what bridal salons should aspire to do and be! One last note, the style name of the dress I said yes to? Grace.

Our Shop was my first stop shopping for wedding dresses, and I am so glad it was! Immediately, we felt welcomed, seen, and listened to. I went to Our Shop Bridal to look for accessories, specially detachable sleeves. For such a specific bridal accessory, they had an incredible selection. This was the third bridal shop I visited for detachable sleeves and they definitely had the most options! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Emily helped me try on several options and made me feel comfortable and reassured. I would absolutely recommend Our Shop Bridal!

This place has such a beautiful set up! For being so nervous to try on dresses for the first time, they were able to move me somewhere a little more private with my family which eased the nerves. I do wish I wouldn’t have purchased my dress day of as I was hoping to sit on it overnight to decide and come back Monday to order it so I’m a tad bummed out about that because all sales are final but that’s more my fault and being a people pleaser and not wanting to waste people’s time. I LOVE that the shop is a Christian based company and they play Christian music which I personally think was the greatest part of all! Being able to be open about your faith especially at a wedding dress shop is huge to me. I was able to chat a little bit with the consultant helping me out about our faith and it was wonderful! I will be recommending this shop to anybody and everybody.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The second I sat down with Brittany, I knew we were in the right place! She had texted me earlier in the week to get a vision of what I wanted. She got my 3 guests who I brought with me comfortable. She calmed all my nerves and said all the right things to make me feel special. She helped take what I liked and didn’t like from each dress to find the right one. She helped me do the “bridal walk” and made it so special when I found the perfect dress. I loved all the selections of dresses they had there, it was so easy to pick and choose. I ended up finding the dress that checked every single box that I had in my vision. The dress is simply perfect! We joked that Brittany & I became besties during my appointment because she was so genuine and thoughtful in order to assist me. She, and all the other consultants, were so helpful and supportive. It made the day perfect! I will be sending all my friends and family here!

I had a wonderful time at Our Shop Bridal. I did a lot of research on wedding dress shops and chose this one due to the affordable price ranges and style of dresses available. Ahead of time, they sent me messages checking in and asking for inspiration photos. I highly recommend saving images that are directly on their website, because they had my top three there in store for me to try on! I came in really not knowing what I wanted and a wide array of dress styles in my inspiration folder. However, they were always patient and encouraging. We were able to try on many, many dresses in my appointment time and - after gaining a sense of what I was leaning towards more- my consultant Maddi found the perfect dress! Also, even though the store was busy and there were other people around, it still felt like my dress trying experience was private for just myself and my group which was very nice. Even though I went a touch over my appointment time, they never made me feel rushed and made sure I got that "magical moment" by doing the fully dressed up walk with bouquet. Plus, as an added bonus, they had little bundtlettes to try from Nothing Bundt Cakes to celebrate 🥳. Thank you for a truly great and welcoming experience that set the tone for the rest of my wedding preparations.

Our Shop Bridal was the first place I went to find my wedding dress and they set an incredibly high bar! So many beautiful dresses and I was so impressed with the level of care they take to preserve them. It made me so confident purchasing a dress “off the rack”. After four other appointments around the Twin Cities, I’m really glad I waited to say “yes to the dress” at Our Shop. I worked with Maddi - she was so sweet and kind, and went above and beyond to make me and my squad comfortable. We were able to take our time and have fun. The dressing room had a cute little basket with water, mints, hair ties, and other supplies - I thought that was a really nice touch. The selection of dresses was great and in a good range of prices. Lots of fun accessories and shoes too. Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience at Our Shop. Emily made my daughter feel good about what she was choosing and listened to what she liked about each dress. They do a lot to protect their dresses which helps them stay in great condition compared to some places. They were able to squeeze us in late on a Saturday so we could retry a dress as there was one we were considering at a different store. They were so helpful and friendly through the whole experience.

Jenna was amazing! The staff was so welcoming. And the space was beautiful. I appreciated how they had us use baby wipes on our hands to remove lotions or oils, and a face net when trying on dresses to protect them for future guests, and people who might later purchase them as samples. As a plus size woman I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to find things that fit, or to see myself in the space, but I felt very welcome. Thrilled I got to say yes to the dress!

My daughter and I worked with Emily and the owner to try on mob dresses. The experience was wonderful. I had pics of my likes that Emily looked at. She had us look at dresses while she pulled some for us to try on. I can't say enough about their attentivnes! I bought a dress here and when there was a glitch in their system, the owner was right there to fix it. We were thrilled with our experience!

All the staff want to help you find your bridal dress, even if it’s not at their store. I absolutely loved my experience here. I worked with Isabelle and came in two times. Once with my sister and the second time with my mom/sister and grandma, fiancés mom/sister, and my other grandma on FaceTime! Isabelle made the whole experience feel very calming and just fun! She listened to all of my needs and even held the phone while I “walked down the aisle” so my grandma on FaceTime could see the dress/be a part of the experience. from making an appointment to the experience of dress shopping was amazing ! Their sanitation and cleanliness is top knotch! You have to take your shoes off at the door (so bring socks or slippers) and then they have you clean your hands with wipes to keep dresses clean ! It was so nice to see how well they keep their dresses and establishment. I had gone to Our shop bridal twice, my first experience was with Amie, and I had so much fun with her, she was giving great feedback and was very attentive to me and detail. Having been dress shopping with a few friends for their weddings at a different place (you may be able to guess which one) and being stressed as just a spectator, I really wanted a place that wasn’t going to be pushy, high stress, or unable (or uncaring) to understand a bride’s desire for her dress. Our Shop Bridal was the exact opposite, and their workers went out of their way to find the dress I wanted. It was such a pleasant experience, and such a Holy Spirit filled place!!! I brought my mom and two bridesmaids to Our Shop as my very first stop in my wedding dress search and I'm so glad I did! From the minute we walked in, it was so welcoming. Sophie helped me through the process and I couldn't have asked for a better person. I was nervous at first and wasn't totally sure what I wanted. She asked great questions with each dress I tried on - how I felt in it, what I liked and didn't like about it. At the end we found one everyone loved. I had one other appointment that day and the experience didn't even compare. I went back a second time to try on a few more dresses now that I knew what I liked. Sophie was so happy to see us and guided me without steering me in any direction. I felt zero pressure to make my purchase there, but loved that dress I found at my first appointment and ordered it! Our consultant Sophie (incredible!!!!) sat down and was intentional about asking me what I’m looking for in a dress and what my wedding will be like. They were all encouraging, helpful, supportive, patient, and so knowledgeable! It was a great mix of her choosing some dress options and me choosing ones that caught my eye. Shopping for a wedding dress is such a unique and fun time, they made it a dream! Such a pretty store and good set up and vibes! Can’t recommend enough :)

I had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress at Our Shop Bridal! Abby was fantastic and we were able to find the perfect dress!

I went to Our Shop Bridal by myself in early November and loved this shop! The cleanliness, the displays, the overall look- it was a fun, beautiful and fresh-looking environment. My assigned sales associate, Sophie, was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive, personable, funny and was really observant in my reactions and facial expressions when I tried on dresses. I was able to choose dresses from a variety of racks and seeing their inclusivity of sizes was wonderful. I am mid-size in street clothes but in bridal sizes I am a 20 and I was happy to see the selection of size 20 dresses. I loved two of the dresses I tried on and Sophie wrote down the designers, style/model #s in my account if/when I came back. I immediately booked another appt for Dec 3 so my mother and one of my bridesmaids could come with me. Dec 3 came and I had my mom and bridesmaid with and Sophie immediately greeted my group. She had pulled my favorite dresses and I tried on my #1 favorite right away. I still loved it just as much as the first time I tried it on. I thought I’d be willing to say yes right away but Sophie asked me if I wanted to look at the racks again just to see and I decided to give it a shot. I ended up pulling 3-4 more dresses and had a lot of fun trying some of them on. But the last dress was a complete game-changer and I ended up having a tough decision between the original dress and this new one! I tried on a veil and accessories with each one before making a decision and I said Yes to the Dress! The sale was very straightforward and I even received a 10% discount with a holiday promotion the shop had going on for the month of December. I received a folder with the invoice plus a list of seamstresses that Our Shop Bridal recommended. I cannot recommend this bridal shop anymore highly than I already have to friends. 10/10 a wonderful experience.

Went for my first wedding dress shopping appointment here today! I had very little idea of what I wanted and am slightly picky / indecisive. I also had some jitters and was a bit overwhelmed with all the options! But Abby, who helped us, was great. She worked with me from when I walked in until the very end! I'm very confused at the low rating on Yelp for this place. I felt comfortable and taken care of! Some people commented on the no shoe policy - I am glad bc if I have to walk around in socks, I don't want shoes walking in there as well. And some comments on them not pulling and clipping the dresses...Abby did clip the straps gently as needed. But as someone who bought my dress off the rack, I'm glad they're taken good care of! A tip would be to wear maybe a stick bra so you don't show through the dress as well as the person you work with does help you in and out of all dresses but I felt completely comfortable with her. The more important thing I wish would've been told to me is to wear shape wear! A nice updo would've been smart as well because my hair was in the way a lot. A few things I would've changed is some sort of champagne or even a non-alcoholic drink to "pop" - although I did get the "I said yes" feel from walking down their aisle (they even have bouquets you can hold to truly envision). I would've liked them to have more readily available bra cups to borrow while trying on dresses as mine doesn't come with them and it was hard to get a clear picture of how it's look without proper cups to place in. One other thing is I bought off the rack but you don't get a discount for that, and I have two buttons missing so technically it wasn't able to be worn without being fixed so would've been nice to get some discount for that. I did get the "I said yes" or something discount for getting a dress at the first appointment. Abby was sweet though and went looking for and found a button for us in the back. Overall, great experience! I really liked Abby who we worked with. She is the one who pulled the dress I said yes to based on what I liked and didn't from the dresses I tried on. The price was fair, I found most dressed were between $1,500 and $2,500 but good quality. I didn't feel pressured to buy accessories and I feel Abby respected our price range when pulling dresses. And she was great about allowing us to take pictures and videos, even holding it in place for some and giving some tips and pointers. This is a great place to visit for you wedding dress needs - can't speak to ordering a dress or alterations as I bought off the rack and my mom does alterations. Now to get the dress altered perfectly to my body and await the big day!

I had the best experience! The staff are so knowledgeable and kind. I was nervous going into the appointment and they took all that away in a second. The staff listened to my likes and dislikes. They tailored the appointment to my needs. The store has a wide selection of dresses. I would go here over and over again!

They listened to what I was looking for, let me pull dresses that caught my eye, and pulled dresses that I wouldn't have initially thought of that I ended up loving! Sophie and the rest of the staff were beyond kind and supportive, and I felt beautiful. I would highly recommend this shop!
