I truly don't know where we would have been without Amber and Megan. From our very first call, Amber met our energy and made us feel scene. We planned a three-day wedding with a lo...
t of atypical ideas and these two took it all on without batting an eye. We booked Out West for full-service planning, and the value we received was far beyond our dollar. Throughout our planning process we were in constant communication. Amber and Megan were always a quick email response or text away from any question or ask we threw at them and never for a moment made us feel overbearing. They listened to what was important to us and didn't try to push us in any direction that felt inauthentic. Any time that I started to feel overwhelmed in the process, we would immediately realize it was because we hadn't had a call. Five minutes in to touching base, everything would calm and we knew they had our backs.
Aside from the emotional support throughout our planning and wedding weekend, one of the biggest value adds that Out West brought us was vendor sourcing. Amber has a "go to" person for everything, and everyone we added on to our team was the best reflection of us and of Out West. Our vendors were reliable, professional, ready to be out-of-the-box, and budget friendly. We didn't have to spend days sifting through reviews and on info calls to find "our people", and this was truly the biggest gift of wedding planning that I could have asked for. It allowed us to focus our time on what we valued, and check off the boxes efficiently for the things we didn't care too much about.
I can't say enough good things about Out West. Amber puts her heart and soul into this business and making her couples feel seen, heard and cared for. She truly has a gift. If you're looking for a planner that will work out-of-the-box with you to make your vision a reality, connect you with ease to a team of A list vendors, and hype you up every step of the way, Out West is the team for you! We cannot thank Amber and Megan enough for all their support throughout this process -- I can't imagine our wedding without them!

They are organized, prompt, and flexible and our wedding day was perfect. Additionally, these two are amazing humans as well, balancing their work with their families and couples with grace and compassion. Working with these two was a dream and I would absolutely recommend them for your big day!

nd tight timelines. She and her team made us feel very confident that everything would go according to plan. They went above and beyond to make our day so beautiful and organized. Amber was also very responsive before the wedding and helped me work through all of the last minute little details and logistics. Overall they are just great, genuine people that truly want you to enjoy your day stress-free.

in the middle of a pandemic and that she loved it so much she wanted to help other brides do the same, and BOY DID SHE! From meeting after meeting of keeping us on track to the flawless way she conducted our very busy big day Amber and Meg took such amazing care of us. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are truly of the charts. Just hire her, you won’t regret it. We are still so grateful for all of her help and feel that we’ve gained a friend as well.

my questions, answered ALL of my texts and emails, and really helped keep my stress levels down. She knows the Colorado wedding industry very well and I would recommend her to any couple looking for some planning help - and if you don't think you need the help....trust me - YOU DO! A million thank yous to Amber and her team.
I just had my wedding in early June and I could not have asked for a better team to help me bring everything together. I went with the month of coordination option and Amber, Megan...
, and Amelia were fantastic. They asked questions about details I hadn’t even thought about. Before my first call, I had been planning everything on my own and it was such a relief to have their help especially with rounding up some last minute details with other vendors we chose. They gave me such peace of mind leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. Megan and Amelia were on-site the day of our wedding and they kept everything on track, set up my decor just how I envisioned (both have great taste), and did it all with a smile. They were incredible. We couldn’t recommend more!
We loved working with Amber and Megan at Out West Events. We used their "Month of" option, in which they took over all contacts with vendors 1.5 months out and made sure we had eve...

d something come up on our wedding day, she had her coworker Megan take over. Megan worked so hard behind the scenes for us and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t second guess working with Out West! My family even mentioned how amazing Megan was in helping our day run smoothly. Hire them for all your wedding planning needs!!!!

middle of the busiest wedding season ever! Amber was well equipped with the most amazing vendor team that not only executed our wedding day perfectly with ease, but were truly excited about my vision and the non traditional style that we were going for. Amber and I first bonded over our love for boho vibes, but it was her organization and attention to detail that really blew me away. Our weekly zoom meetings, phone chats and texts really gave me the support I needed through all of the crazy emotions that wedding planning can bring. Amber is a very caring, loving and genuine person and she was a crucial aspect to making my wedding day dreams a reality! I cannot say enough about my experience and you will not regret hiring Out West Events for your big day!!
Working with Amber was such a gift. We are a laidback couple and wanted to keep our day simple and focused on the things that mattered most to us. We interviewed a couple planners ...
who didn't seem to get what we were aiming for, but Amber was a breath of fresh air. She immediately understood what we were looking for and adapted to give us just that. Thanks to her, we had a stress-free wedding day (no, seriously, it was stress-free). It was pure fun for us, Amber handled all the logistics and any little things that came up so we were able to be fully present with all our friends and family. She was great in the weeks leading up to the wedding, coordinating with vendors and only touching base with us when needed. She's organized, calm, easy to work with, and you can tell she really loves what she does. We have zero regrets about hiring Amber, it was definitely one of the best gifts we gave ourselves in terms of actually being able to enjoy our wedding weekend. if you're thinking about hiring her, do it!
Amber was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything more out of a coordinator. She was pleasant, non-stressful to work with and always happy. The day of we we’re waiting for last...

I also had a dress malfunction (between weather and a dress malfunction for a brides worst nightmare!!) and Amber was fully prepared with her own day of emergency kit that came to the rescue!!! Thank you Amber it was perfect in large part because of you!!! Cannot say enough you absolutely should work with Out West Events you will not be sorry!!!
