Victoria was amazing. She had the perfect balance between executing logistics and communicating in a balanced and measured way. This made the process of meeting and planning with her very enjoyable. She did a great job of intercepting stresses that I know could have otherwise been very challenging for us. Victoria carried this same energy to the day of our wedding where she set a calm tone and navigated all the small hiccups that came our way. I would highly recommend Outstanding Occasions and Victoria to anyone!

Victoria with outstanding occasions was nothing short of amazing. Victoria answered every phone call, text and email promptly. She knew every answer to my questions. Outstanding occasions made the whole process super easy for me. They provided a timeline of the whole day, a seating chart and visual, was the main point of contact for all of my many vendors, and set up and took down all decor. That is just a small list of everything they did but there is much more they provided. Katherine victorias assistant was also very sweet and beyond helpful during the wedding. Me and my husband could not have asked for a better coordinator. Will forever be thankful and highly recommend the outstanding occasions team.

Choosing to work with Victoria at OO for my wedding was by far the best decision I made throughout the whole planning process. She was with me every step of the way, always supportive and armed with advice and knowledge. I live out of the area, and knowing that she was there in-person to coordinate with my vendors was helpful and reassuring. She was also supportive and empathetic in helping me deal with the stress and drama that inherently comes along with planning! Post-wedding, I even now consider Victoria a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone who asks!

When my daughter first got engaged, I was convinced that the whole planning process was going to be so stressful and overwhelming! We had no idea where to even begin and how to make her vision come to life. We knew we wanted a planner to help us, but I also thought that would be difficult as I am a total self-proclaimed control freak! My daughter chose Outstanding Occasions and from the beginning to the end, it was amazing!!! Victoria met with my daughter on multiple occasions to really get to know her and to be able to get the perfect idea of what her dream wedding looked like. She made sure to include me via facetime and always kept both of in the loop on everything going on. She helped us figure out what we could DIY versus where it was worth it to splurge. She made sure we stayed on task during planning and made every decision seem almost easy. The day of the wedding was an absolute DREAM!!!! Victoria and her team made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. She literally handled Every. Single. Detail. the entire day and we just showed up and had fun. The amount of stress that was lifted off our shoulders knowing that this special day was in the hands of an incredible team was priceless for my daughter and myself. I kept waiting to feel stressed or worried and I just simply was not. Victoria and her team were our eyes and ears for everything from the vendors to the guests and there wasn’t a beat skipped all day. I can truly say that the entire experience was a dream and we owe that to Victoria and her team at Outstanding Occasions. I would do the whole thing again and again, as long as I had them!!! THANK Y0U ALL SO MUCH!!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Victoria with Outstanding Occasions & their whole team. Victoria truly made our wedding experience stress free during our entire engagement. She was so organized, kind, detail oriented, and fun to work with. I can 100 percent say my wedding day was as perfect as possible thanks to Victoria and her team. Victoria was thoughtful when checking in on me, and was always helpful taking care of any small hiccups. Her and her team worked so hard on every single detail so we could just enjoy the wedding day without stressing about anything big or small. We couldn’t be happier with the amazing job done by Rachelle at Outstanding Occasions. I heard so many stories from friends who were swamped and overwhelmed by details on the day of their daughter’s weddings. I had an amazing day, and was able to relax and be totally present and enjoy every minute of the day. Rachelle handled every detail and was a pleasure to be around. She clearly understood my daughter’s vision for the day, and was able to make that vision a reality!

Working with Rachelle at Outstanding Occasions was absolutely fantastic. She handled everything in such a timely manner and gave great vendor suggestions! The photographer she recommended we loved. On the day of I was not stressed out in the least and it was all because Rachelle and her team had everything handled. I got to soak up quality time with friends and family and just enjoy the day, rather than worry about details. I cannot recommended OO enough, they are the best!

Outstanding Occasions was a blessing to have for our wedding! Victoria was absolutely amazing and helped our day go off without a hitch. So many of our guests even commented on how organized and friendly she was. Everything turned out so beautiful and she took so much pressure off of our shoulders. Victoria was the best. I can’t say enough good things about her and her team. We had a small, non traditional, morning ceremony with a brunch reception. She understood our vision and made it come to life. She was always very accommodating of my schedule and made time to meet up when I was free (even if it wasn’t the most convenient for her). She thought of all the little details that I would have missed. Plus, she’s just chill, genuine, down to earth, and very easy to be around. Weddings can be stressful, but not if you have a planner like Victoria!!!

From the very first day we met Victoria for coffee, she made us feel heard and at ease. We were completely overwhelmed by all the little details of our wedding, and she helped us prioritize and streamline the process. The timeline was planned down to the 5 minute increment and included instructions for every single vendor so there was no confusion over who was responsible for what and when. Every little detail down to the fold of the napkins and the placement of the escort sign was nailed down and executed to perfection. In the days and hours leading up to the big day, Victoria and her team (Alexis and Brianna) were extremely responsive, reassuring, and supportive. We were able to fully focus on each other because we knew her team would make sure everything else ran smoothly. You cannot put a price tag on the peace of mind. I’m writing this almost a week after our wedding, and am still just now noticing some of the little things Victoria did that made a huge difference. I can’t imagine how many other fires she put out without us knowing. Seriously if you’re on the fence, just go with Outstanding Occasions (and specifically Victoria). You won’t regret it.

Rachel is a 10/10!! Not only was she an absolute pleasure to work with, she is a great communicator, negotiator and executed the details of the wedding with ease. Rachel's attention to detail and ability to hear her client are her greatest assets. She does a fantastic job communicating her clients wishes with their vendors and will exceed your expectations. She has terrific relationships with the best vendors and is highly respected. We would hire her again without hesitation!

Rachel and the entire OO team were incredible to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. Rachel is not only so sweet and fun to work with, but also very responsive, organized, and knowledgable. Even when out of town on vacation, Rachel was more than willing to chat and answer questions. She gave her honest input which we really appreciated while making some of the tougher decisions. On our wedding day itself, we were absolutely blown away by how seamless everything went. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect wedding day thanks to Rachel and Outstanding Occassions. She truly turned our dream day into reality after few minutes of conversation and reviewing some pictures. She took care of everything from start to finish which was essential for us as we live across the country and had very busy schedules. She was always a phone call or email away and always had the answer that we were looking for but at times might not be aware of. It is safe to say not once we were stressed about the event. She made this such a fun experience for us to plan our wedding. My friends joke that I was the least stressed bride but this is thanks to Rachel and her team.

We loved working with Rachel! From our first meeting to the wedding day, she was truly a pleasure to work with, always smiling, giving us great advice and guidance. She took our ideas and dreams and turned them into a magical wedding day that exceeded our expectations. The worst decision I made while planning was hiring Caitlin at Outstanding Occasions. I had doubts about her service throughout the planning process, but brushed them off thinking that when our day came we would have her full attention. Leading up to the wedding, I always felt like our wedding was not a priority- there would be very delayed response/communication and on multiple occasions vendors that she was managing would have our names wrong, and we were sent other couples contracts. My mom would reassure me that they (OO) needed to focus on the bride that was that week and on my day, the focus would be all mine. Unfortunately, "all mine" on the day of only works if the legwork leading up to the day is completed accurately. There were so many things that slipped through the cracks it is hard to know where to begin. First of all, our photographer did not have our very detailed shot list which started the wedding on a stressful note as we were trying to make sure we got all the shots we wanted. Next, right before the first look Caitlin notified me she could not find the marriage license. The license was supposed to be included with all day-of items given to her the day before. We are shocked that she did not have a checklist to make sure we gave her everything needed for the wedding. The reason we hired a planner was so that I would not have to be stressed or worry about things going smoothly the day of. The assistant forgot to give me my bouquet (it was sitting in water in the bridal suite) and they sent me down the aisle with no bouquet. I realized as I was walking down the aisle and didn’t know what to do with my hands and my heart sank. Caitlin and her assistant were the final check before sending me down the aisle and completely failed me. In addition to making sure the details are in order and the day runs smoothly, the planner’s main job is to ensure everything was set up correctly, which it was not. I specifically said multiple times no colored lighting as I wanted soft/candle-lit lighting for reception (and paid $$$ to have candles and extra chandeliers rented). The band had set up colored (blue/purple) up lighting on the stage and had a large TV screen with their logo right in front, ruining the backdrop of our first dance. We did not see the full set-up of the reception until after our first dance as we entered the room and immediately started dancing. Now all of our first dance pictures are colored blue and have an ugly TV in the background. I had to text Caitlin under the table during my father’s toast to tell her to fix the lights and remove the TV so they wouldn’t ruin the father/daughter dance pictures as well. This is something Caitlin should have corrected before anyone entered the reception space and certainly before I had to ask her to fix it. I felt the entire time like I had to fix things she was not paying attention to. It is hard to put in words how disappointed and devastated I feel. To add salt on the wound, we reached out to Caitlin a few weeks after the wedding to express our disappointment in her services and never received any response. The sole reason we paid a wedding planner was to make sure the details were all in order. Outstanding Occasions is clearly either taking on more business than they can handle or are just not organized and detail-oriented.

Our wedding was truly outstanding- absolutely perfect and stress free thanks to Rachel’s precise organization. Everything went like clockwork. Every vendor she suggested was terrific. I can’t recommend Rachel and Outstanding Occasions more highly . Thanks again Rachel for making our truly memorable day one we could enjoy without worry or stress.

We planned our wedding from Asia and wanted local expertise and local vendors. We're so happy we worked with Rachel and all the vendors she selected. If you want to prioritize design and execution, Rachel is your go-to person. She took inspiration from my Pinterest and articulated a spot-on theme that reflected our aspirations. She and Carte Blanche, the floral and event design company, then came up with an absolutely amazing design that was beyond our dreams! (You can see our head table on their Services page right now.) I honestly only had one note which was to add the color red and they made it happen. During the critical months leading up to your wedding and on the day of, Rachel and her team will pull together your wedding and all the details with what seems like little effort. Meanwhile, there is so much happening behind the scenes to make sure there are absolutely no issues. Wait until you see her day of schedule for the wedding party! I would say selecting your planner/designer is absolutely the most critical decision in planning a wedding - for Arizona weddings, Rachel and her team are definitely the best of the best.

Caitlin Caval was my husband's and my wedding planner in April and we cannot say enough great things about her! She instantly understood our vision and always allowed us to make our own decisions but gave her input when needed. Part way through planning, we decided we wanted to have her plan our rehearsal dinner as well. She handles all of the stress so well and always seems cool, calm and collected. Our rehearsal dinner and wedding by far surpassed our expectations and we owe it all to Caitlin and her team! If we did it all over again we would 1000% use Outstanding Occasions!

Rachel and her team are the Best Wedding Planners ever!!! Throughout the whole planning process they were super organized and always happy and pleasant.. All I can say is of all the vendors throughout the wedding process this one was hands down the best money could buy. I worked with Caitlin and she was absolutely incredible!!! I live out of town from my family and could have NEVER pulled off a wedding like I did if it wasn't for Caitlin and her incredible team. She was unbelievably responsive throughout the whole process and was so quick to act when anything happened. She made the day and weeks leading up to SO smooth for my whole family and I that I can't adequately put into words how helpful she was. Her team is beyond professional and has this whole thing from start to finish down to a science. I would absolutely recommend OO to anyone and specifically Caitlin!!! Every bride has last minute changes, needs help running items back and forth, managing vendors, etc. and this team couldn't have executed it more perfectly. I owe my perfect and magical day to them!

Outstanding Occasions did a fantastic job coordinating our daughter’s recent wedding at Desert Botanical Garden. Danielle Goettl was our coordinator. Through the entire planning process, Danielle was on top of everything. She listened to what our daughter and her fiancé wanted, gave us all great advice, then managed our agreements with the vendors and kept everyone on the same page at all times. Thanks to Danielle, we all could relax and enjoy the entire preparation experience. But it was on the wedding day that Danielle really showed us what a pro she is. I don't even know where to begin to give a worthy review of Danielle and the rest of the girls at Outstanding Occasions... I couldn't have been happier with their service and how flawlessly my wedding went off. They didn't miss a detail, there were no hiccups whatsoever (at least that I was ever made aware of!), and Danielle's constantly calm and "everything is great!" demeanor helped keep me present and calm my entire wedding weekend. Leading up to the wedding, the communication back and forth was timely and thorough. Every concern, stupid question, and demand I made were always addressed. They completely had everything together every step of the way, and didn't miss a detail. Coming down to game time, they were in constant contact with me, making sure everything was handled and on schedule. The day we arrived in Scottsdale for the wedding, Danielle had to break the news to me... "There is possible rain in the forecast for the wedding day. Let's just come up with a backup plan if it happens.". She was calm and laid out all the possible options for us being that we were having an entirely outdoor wedding. I told her point blank "I am NOT getting married indoors or in any of the ballrooms. If it rains, just make an outdoors ceremony happen". She just said "Ok, we will handle it". There was no objection, complaining about the amount of work it could take, etc. I was extremely impressed and happy that she understood. Thankfully it didn't end up raining (it actually wound up being a sunny beautifully perfect day!) My wedding day was perfect. Nothing was missed or went wrong. Danielle was such a joy to be around, and she executed perfectly. I cannot thank her enough for making my special day truly perfect. I made the best decision ever by choosing Outstanding Ocassions!

Working with Caitlin at Outstanding Occasions was amazing! Knowing we had Caitlin by our side on our wedding really let us enjoy our special day. One of the best decisions we made was picking Cailin as our wedding planner. She went above and beyond and printed all the ceremony readings on cardstock and provided our officiant with a beautiful portfolio and all the night before. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend working with Outstanding Occasions.

Outstanding Occasions was one of the best choices I made in the wedding planning process! As a bride, it's so easy to become super overwhelmed by the amount of information, vendors and options thrown your way. I spent a lot of time researching the best wedding planners for a Paradise Valley wedding and was recommended over and over again to the OO team. Both Rachel and Danielle had the expertise, professionalism and relationships built to help us plan the absolutely perfect wedding day! I really couldn't have done it without them. One of the best investments we made!

I would consider myself a modern day bride-- peaking in my career (working long hours and little to no time to plan a wedding), funding my own wedding (on a tight budget), yet unwilling to sacrifice on all of the details (who doesn't want their cake and to eat it too?). I hired Outstanding Occasions for Day of Services and Design Assistance (someone had to make sense of my Pinterest board!), but I received SO much more than that. Constant communication, vendor coordination (matched us with the perfect vendors), personal favors, in person meetings (aka happy hour), but most of all we were given a sense of peace from our first day of planning to the morning after brunch. I had the pleasure of working with Danielle, and she executed flawlessly on my vision of an intimate, non-traditional, southwest/bohemian wedding. The majority of our guests were from out of town, and we had two main requests; 1) They fall in love with the desert 2) They have an unforgettable weekend. I can say with confidence both goals were exceeded, our guests cannot stop raving about our wedding. Even male guests commented on "the details" LOL. We would do it all over again if we could without changing a single thing, we had a blast! That's when you know you have an amazing wedding planner!!

Thanks to Danielle and Outstanding Occasions all of my wedding dreams (and more) came true. I had no idea how much work went into planning the perfect wedding, and thanks to Danielle everything was seamless. She made sure to take care of things I never would have thought of until the day (when it would be too late, of course). I was a very non-commital bride and basically just showed her a few pictures and let her pick out everything and it was beyond perfect. She got my style and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be. Throughout the entire wedding weekend (it was a destination wedding) she made sure I had everything I needed and that I wasn't stressed out. Some people might be nervous planning a wedding from far away, but I gave Danielle full control and she didn't disappoint. Would highly recommend Outstanding Occasions and I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Outstanding Occasions made our wedding day so flawless and perfect! From the minute I woke up I did not stress about a thing because Danielle had everything all under control and was one step ahead of the day. During the planning process, Danielle knew our wedding vision and made our dream wedding come true! Going into wedding planning I planned to use Outstanding Occasions as a "Day Of" service, but they were so much more than that and were with me every step of the way once we hired them. I could not have gotten through my planning or my wedding day without the help of the staff at Outstanding Occasions. Totally recommend Caitlin :)

Rachel and her team were fabulous !!! If there were 10000 stars it would not be enough. My daughter lives in Atlanta and we had a destination wedding at the Four Seasons Scottsdale. I had to worry about NOTHING and we had a million moving parts. Correspondence with Outstanding Occasions was awesome as well especially because the bride and groom did not live in AZ. My daughter found Outstanding Occasions I believe through google. We met with Rachel who was super accommodating especially with meetings gave to face through out the process since Kristin did not live in AZ. All Outstanding occasions vendors are top notch!! Kristin said Mom, I have a vision of what I want for my wedding. I just need some direction and help on how to get there. Her wedding was fabulous. I can not thank Rachel and her team enough.. my daughters wedding a 4 day affair with welcome party wedding reception brunch golf fare well BBQ transportation was perfect. I would recommend Outstanding Occasions. The best in Phoenix are by far for any event really.

Awful. Not worth the money, and very impersonal. I could tell to my planners my wedding day was just another work day. 100% our day would have been better without their presence. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

I cannot even begin to imagine how I would have gotten through my wedding without this amazing group of girls. Caitlin was my head planner and she went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect! I am seriously sad that my wedding is over and that I won't get to work with her anymore. Best wedding planners in AZ, hands down!
