Over the moon bartending is truly over the moon! We hired Joe and his crew for our wedding and he was so communicational throughout the entire process of planning our wedding! We knew we needed bar tenders that knew what they were doing and were familiar with the space. Joe and Chelsea were our bartenders for the amazing wedding night and they were on top of it! Brought everything they needed and they even stepped in when we had to find our sparklers for our sparkler exit and helped light all of the sparklers. They truly are more than just bartenders they will do whatever it takes to make your night a dream come true! We can not thank and recommend over the moon to everyone we come across. We booked Over the Moon Bartending over a year in advance for our wedding and are so glad that we did! While we did encounter some changes in their catalog as our date approached, John was flexible and worked with us to find a middle ground on some of the special touches we wanted, like a champagne tower. The service was outstanding—fast, friendly, and professional. John checked in with us throughout the night to ensure everything was going smoothly. Overall, the experience with Over the Moon was great and would recommend.

Had OTM bartend our wedding and they did a great job. They were a big help in the initial consultation, setting the scope of the wedding and their recommendations on alcohol types and amounts. Pricing was straightforward and appropriate. Day of, they were efficient and self-sufficient--always quick to pour a drink while being well stocked. All around, we were very pleased with the service.

Over the moon provided top-notch bartending services for our wedding on July 27th. Their professionalism, expertise, and knowledge made our event run seamlessly. OTM was open to all of my ideas - our signature drinks, using our bar signage, having a champagne wall, and using custom bar napkins and stir sticks - and they welcomed all of my ideas and suggestions and executed them all perfectly. The champagne wall rental was such a fun addition to cocktail hour and was so fun for our guests! They have a huge menu of signature drink ideas as well and it was so easy to work with them. The quality of service was elite. Joe made sure to check on my husband and I often during dinner and throughout our cocktail hour and brought us drinks/took our order. The bar area was kept exceptionally clean and organized, and was set up beautifully. They were attentive to guest's needs and our feedback about them was overwhelming positive! From the booking to the meetings to the final event, OTM exceeded our expectations. I can't imagine having another bartending service at such an important event!!

We just had Over the Moon bartend our Milwaukee wedding this July. They were awesome- and recommended by our venue actually! They were there with plenty of time to set up, brought great signature cocktails with them, and a bar menu they made for us. Joe was great to work with, he was very responsive whenever I had a question during the planning process. He and his manager were the ones who bartended for us, and they were super nice! They had a drink ready for me and my husband every time we walked up to the bar, and our guests loved them. My only complaint would be that we overbought quite a bit on booze and beer based on what they told us to buy (though I will say that we bought a bit extra than what they advised us to, but not by a ton). Overall, they were so easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Over the Moon Bartending was GREAT to work with! From the planning through execution ~ they made everything so easy during a hectic time! Good advice on quantity & variety of liquor to purchase, signature drinks to choose from, and overall advice to make a memorable wedding reception! And so easy to communicate with! Joe & Chris, our bartenders, were PERFECT for our wedding ~ our guests were commenting how great they were! Fun, funny, engaging, good pours, accommodating, knew so many names by the end of the evening. And they packed up and cleaned everything up before they left. What more could you ask for?? Over the Moon Bartending was responsive, professional, honest and truly had our best interests at heart when helping us plan our daughter's reception. We appreciated them never "up-selling" their services, often times doing the exact opposite, letting us know what we needed and honestly telling us that some of the "upgrades" we thought we wanted didn't add any value to our event (saving us $$). The day of the event they were professional, prepared, and had great energy and vibe. They managed the night seamlessly, truly adding to the overall success of the event! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They were the absolute best! We used them for our wedding. Our venue allowed us to supply our own alcohol and John did a great job guiding us through what was really important. He also did a spot on job with his calculations for how much to buy for each offering. During the wedding they executed perfectly! Honestly could not have ask for better.

We worked with John for our 10.14 wedding the Black Swan, and I can't say enough good things and him and his staff. He was such a great sounding board for us leading up to our day--we were pretty nervous as we had to bring in our own booze, but he worked with us on quantities, as well as helping us make our day personal to us. Day of, they were a well-oiled machine and my friends and family raved about their professionalism, friendliness, and great drinks (especially our signature drinks!) I would definitely recommend working with Over the Moon!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Over the Moon and John as our day of bartender. They're extremely good communicators, reliable and our guests were so happy. Unfortunately, we had a major schedule change the day of our wedding and John was able to help ensure our guests were taken care of and helped us fill some gaps with our alcohol supply. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone having a wedding / other event.

We appreciate how flexible OTM was with scheduling initial and follow up calls. The guests loved the signature cocktails and speedy service. What EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE, DRINKS, AND PROFESSIONALISM! Thank you to John and Joe who ensured that my son and my new daughter-in-law's wedding reception felt like home. Each guest was welcomed and catered to with a smile and fun banter. It was easy breezy to work with John throughout the barentending schedule of each phase of the journey. Talk about being attentive with communication...Johnny on the spot! OTM makes getting the liquor at our local vendor down to a science. Not only did we have a beverage consultation with John before purchasing the amount of liquour, but we had an "AWESOME" (according to the liquor salesperson) purchase guide that OTM created. Like I said, easy breezy. The very best part, is that we knew we were in professional hands, and that is worth its weight in gold!

We used Over the Moon for our tent wedding in a park and they were FANTASTIC! John, one of the owners, was our contact person and worked our event. He was always easy to reach via email and was proactive in setting up the necessary meetings leading up to our big day. He made the whole process super easy so we weren't stressed about drinks in the days leading up to the wedding. On the actual day, John and the other bartender were super friendly and checked in with me and my husband consistently to make sure we had drinks and were having a good time! Many of our guests commented to us about how great Over the Moon was throughout the night and in the days after the wedding. We had a wonderful experience with Joe and Over the Moon Bartending, and I cannot recommend them enough. We hired Over the Moon to bartend for our backyard wedding, and they went above and beyond for us. Any time they weren't actively serving guests, one of the bartenders would help pick up empty glasses and cans. Over the Moon is THE best bartending service out there! Giordi and I booked them for our wedding and John was our bartender and the owner. To have the owner bartend our event was impressive in itself. John helped us craft our specialty cocktails and arrange the perfect amount of alcohol needed for our event. He handled our event with ease and made sure my husband and I had drinks in-hand for the entirety of the evening. My wedding guests couldn't stop talking about John, mainly because they were crushing, but more so that he was super sweet and provided amazing service to everyone. Nothing but positive things to say! My initial conversations were with Joe but John took the lead for our wedding. Prior to the wedding we chatted about our vibe and he gave us a rough idea of how much to buy. John and his other bartender were super kind, made everything easy, refilled our drinks without asking, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing all night. He was also willing to move from one bar to another bar after cocktail hour to better suite our needs. I highly recommend!

John and Over The Moon Bartending has the best service. The guys keep our event fun. John was also beyond helpful with prepping and planning. He shared his knowledge of how much to purchase but also was mindful with usage so we got the best bang for our buck and we’re able to return unopened items. He had many ideas and suggestions for signature drinks. All our guest loved talking to him too. I wish we could of partied with him until the next morning after our wedding. Highly recommend. Working with John was pretty easy, and his recommendations on alcohol varieties and amounts were spot on for our wedding (we did end up having leftovers but the advantage of supplying it ourselves is we got to take home the remainder!). John was very friendly at the wedding, being super accommodating with drinks that we (the bride and groom specifically) requested, and my friends have mentioned once or twice how cool John was. Whenever I need to hire a bartending service, Over The Moon will be my first call.

They were very personable with our family and friends and went above and beyond during every step of the night. We had the great fortune of having Over the Moon serve at our wedding. The clearest sign of a great vendor is the approval of other vendors. Each and every one of our other vendors (like the caterer, the venue, the day of coordinator, etc) said "oh you're working with Over the Moon? They're the BEST you're in great hands" and that was absolutely the case. John and his team were incredibly easy to work with, providing great assistance in terms of planning our event (how much and what kinds of drink to purchase). They were super relaxed and friendly, with all of our guests being very happy with the service. Never had a line either. Also super flexible with some last minute changes to our menu as well. Even the small details, like neatly packing up and going through all of the leftovers. Could not recommend Over the Moon enough, but don't take my word, just ask any of the pros who have worked with them.

Assisting with a tent wedding-at home-in a field is a logistical challenge for any vendor. No running water, no refrigeration, limited access to power - no problem! Over the Moon Bartending was 100% up for the challenge! John was of great help in our planning and the services provided day of were outstanding.

Over the Moon was one of our favorite vendors we worked with for our wedding this past weekend. From the moment we first made contact, John was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Having had prior experience at our venue, he was also able to provide really great insight and advice regarding what was necessary, even saving us some money by telling us certain additional things were simply not necessary for our needs. It was a pleasure to work with John, we really appreciated his expertise. You won't be disappointed working with him! The actual bartender for our event, Randy, was amazing as well. He was personable, worked hard and very thoughtful. Throughout the night he would check-in with me and my wife, making sure we had beverages or if we needed anything else that he might be able to help with. Several guests came up to us throughout the evening and in the days since remarking at how much they liked our bartender. Randy helped our entire day go off so smoothly and it was just wonderful having him there with us. Can't recommend Over the Moon enough - they've got some rockstars and it is apparent that they know what they're doing!

I don’t have enough good things to say about this small business! From the start, John was extremely communicative, reassuring, and an absolute professional. Pricing is very straightforward with no crazy hidden fees like many bar services like to sneak in! I had him bartend my wedding at the Riviera in Lake Geneva this past weekend, and he was familiar with the space and left me feeling confident he had everything under 100% control. John and his team provide everything but the alcohol. He provides an excellent consultation to help you figure out exactly how much alcohol you need to buy. This was especially useful for us being on a budget! We were going to go with a full-service bar package from another company at first, but decided to last minute make the switch to OTM and I am SO GLAD WE DID! I had guests coming up to me all night extremely impressed with the bar service. Not a SINGLE complaint all night long! Even after our wedding was over, my family was still raving about the excellent service provided. If you’re looking for the final reason to book OTM, let this be it! They totally made our wedding what it was!

Joe at Over the Moon was extremely helpful throughout the booking and planning process, and his whole team was great on our actual wedding day! Joe provided us with guidance on how much alcohol to purchase and also gladly looked over our final excel sheet/plans for alcohol quantities. My wife and I booked with them prior to Covid impacting 2020/2021 and they completely understanding of the situation and willing to pivot through our multiple wedding reschedules. Their flexibility and willingness to work for us is reason enough to book with them. Prior to the event they provided insightful coaching and advisement on how much beer, wine, alcohol to purchase and were pretty spot on with their recommendations. When it came to the day-of event, they had everything set up and ready to go prior to my arrival. The craft cocktails they made for our wedding reception were a hit and everyone was very complementary of their service. 10/10 would recommend using them for outsourced bartending services.

We loved working with Joe and his team at Over The Moon! Much more than just bartenders on the night of, Joe was an alcohol consultant, working with us every step of the way to make sure we had enough of the right kinds of alcohol so our guests would have the best time. If you’re looking for a full service bar staff that brings professionalism, punctuality, collaboration and FUN look no further than Over the Moon. Working with John was a delight - he was responsive, helpful and made us feel at ease while we planned our wedding in 8 months! Our wedding guests were amazed at how quickly they mixed up and served libations and beers. Even with a line after dinner, they worked through it with ease. My(now) husband never had an empty hand - the bud lights just always appeared! Absolutely loved working with John & Joe!

Joe was great in helping us pick our signature cocktails, nail down what type of drinks to serve, how to make the most of the schedule and even helped us brainstorm touches -- like a welcome drink.
