Ordered cards on 9/20/2024 and received someone else's cards on 09/23/2024. Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced! Had to send images of shipping label and the wrong card that was sent. After waiting 45 minutes, they told me I would have to create a ticket so they could identify the vendor that made them and shipped the wrong card. No mention of correcting the situation immediately by sending the correct cards. I Finally received a response to the ticket on 10/1/2024 that stated: "To make amends for the inconvenience you've faced, we would like to offer you the following options:
A reprint of your order 845445963 with the same shipping category. Estimated delivery will be provide by our production team once we have requested the reprint of your order. We hope this gesture demonstrates our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction and helps to restore your trust in our products and services". This is a bad company and should not be trusted. Find an alternative!
I paid additional shipping to receive bookmarks in time for an event. As event neared, checked my account, and items hadn't even been printed. Tried to cancel. The order mysteriously enough got a delivery label printed within minutes of my inquiry but still arrived after the deadline. Products were printed off-center. Check online reviews (I did not), and you'll learn this is a pattern with this company. The name and advertising are extremely misleading. Avoid.
Where is the option to leave them ZERO stars? I've been using these guys for almost ten years for business cards, postcards, and flyers. The quality was never amazing but I liked the price point . They totally screwed up on my last 2 order but it was this last one that sent me over the edge - I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
I made my original order on 12/7 with an est. delivery date of 12/15. It was X-mas cards that I wanted to send out before X-mas. When I received the order on 12/15, it was a bunch of cards for a company so they sent me the wrong order. I called and emailed them immediately to get this fixed. Instead of offering to "OVERNIGHT" me my new cards, they told me they would put it into a queue and when it gets printed, they would then send it out per the ORIGINAL SHIPPING i paid for which would then get here on 12/28. I was furious but told my family members that my cards would be a little late. Once the cards were "printed" on 12/22 - 7 DAYS AFTER THEY MADE THE MISTAKE, they called and left me a message that said they would send it out the next day (12/23) if I'm ok with that. I emailed them back immediately and said "GO AHEAD" and they sent me a notice that said it will be estimated to arrive on 12/28. ON 12/29, I called them and said I didn't get them yet and the rep said "Oh it's being cut as we speak and will be sent out as soon as possible". WHICH IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE CALL I RECEIVED ON 12/22 THAT SAID IT WAS READY TO BE SENT! I asked to talk to a manager and they did not have one available. I asked to have a manager call me back and they had another rep call the next day with "NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT" except for pay for the shipping. $12 compensation for a $100+ item that is now going to arrive ONE MONTH AFTER THE ORDER DATE! You tell me if that is fair?
I have worked in management before if the screwup is this bad, I would just fix it even if I lost money. They are not only going to lose money but future business from me!!!!
Overnight prints used to be a value to customers with quick turnaround and quality products. Over the years I have ordered over 20x from them with ok results. However, the last 3 orders have been extremely late and quality sub par.
Facts: I ordered cards in on January 18, 2022, with an expected delivery date of 1/22/22. That didn’t happen and they sent notification that my 100 cards on March 3rd was enroute. I asked for a full refund and they said NO and offered me a 91 cent refund to help offset the shipping.
Will never you them again. PS Print is more professional and will deliver on time and they have great customer service!
These people just don't care, its that simple
Here is a transcript from a chat I just had with them - you decide.
Chris: Hello
Chris: We have not heard from you for some time. Do you wish to continue to chat?
Ian: I am following up an order
Ian: 848846017
Ian: I don't know why it's taking so long to receive this order?
Ian: I have not heard anything form you
Chris: checking
Chris: I'll contact our manager to clarify the situation with your order and we'll ship out it asap
Chris: We can proceed with compensation for the delay once the order is received
Ian: what does that mean
Chris: That means the order is too long in production and we need to clarify why it wasn't shipped yet
Ian: okay
Ian: I just want to know when I can anticipate delivery of the order
Chris: Unfortunately we cannot provide a new estimated delivery date for this moment. We need to get an update from our production staff at fist.
You'll get a notification email once the order is shipped with tracking
Ian: I've been waiting for that email since 5/29
Ian: My level of confidence that I will receive such an email is very low
Chris: Unfortunately I cannot proceed with a resolution right now without any updates
Ian: so is someone going to reach out to give me an update once you've acquired the clarity you need?
Chris: if the notification email will not be received this week you can contact us via email/ chat
Ian: That level of customer service is totally lacking
Ian: You've had an order in your system for nearly a month
Ian: When I ask if someone is going to contact me for an update I assume that I'm lobbing in a softball to you - that of course someone will reach out - but, no.
Ian: If I don't get an automatically generated email in another week -- I must then follow up? are you kidding me? who is taking ownership, who in your organization cares enough to actually see this issue through
Ian: I'm very disappointed!
Chris: Have a nice day!
I custom made my invitations, double sided, round edges, and envelops for under $90 for 250. This service was quick and did exactly what I needed. I wanted something nice, but invitations was an area I did not want to spend money on. People just throw them away. I would highly recommend Overnightprints.com.
We had a friend design our programs and then used overnight prints to print them. They turned out great and came right on time. Plus, I couldn't figure out the website, but one of the staff chatted with me on the website and did a lot of the formatting for me just to help out.
We used Overnight Prints to print our Save the Date postcards. They did a beautiful job and provided excellent customer service. High quality product for the price.
We designed our own invites, but the quality of paper was lower than expected and the color was a bit off. We were over charged and it was a pain to get that adjusted.
I used this vendor for printing my invitations for my destination wedding. This company came recommended by the individual I used to design my invitations.
My sister, who is an amazing artist, designed our invitations and we simply uploaded them to overnight prints and sent them out ourselves. The invitations were solid black with white designs. There were a few invitations with white dots on them that weren't part of the design, but it wasn't extremely noticeable.
We used overnight prints to create our own save the date post cards and one sided-invitations. Both came out great and were incredible inexpensive. I think we paid $30 for 350 postcards and $90 for 350 invitations!
They print all kinds of things. Bookmarks, business cards, save the dates,....see their website, tons of options. We ordered bookmarks as favors. Went for the higher quality versions (not the "value"). Super cheap. Quality was good, and they looked exactly like the image we sent them. Exactly what we wanted. Shipping time was good.
Only problem is that we ordered way more than we needed (they were so cheap . . . Better to be safe than sorry, right?). Haha!
They operate online, your location doesn't matter. Will use them again.
