OE provided us. Every staff member we met was so kind, helpful, and professional. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and we have everyone involved to thank for that. All of our guests were blown away not only with the venue, but the FOOD. OE's food is incredible and definitely will be something all our guests will remember. We had multiple people tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We have to give a special shout out to Kathi, our day-of coordinator. Kathi is truly one of the most amazing people we've ever met! From our initial meeting, to all the emails and phone calls in-between, she was SO helpful and knowledgeable. She thought of everything before we could and was always one step ahead. She made our day go so smoothly and everyone was so thankful for her guidance. The day after the wedding, our families talked about how we all already missed Kathi lol! We can't thank you enough, both Kathi and Oxford Exchange!!! Best. Day. Ever. <3

g from NYC. First off - Kathi, our on-site coordinator, was a dream to work with! From the first conversation we had inquiring about the space, to day of the wedding & all of the phone calls/emails in between - she was so knowledgeable, warm & made sure every detail was taken care of. Kathi connected with each of our vendors leading up to the wedding & gave our family members her phone # for last min day-of questions, so everyone was on the same page. Days after our ceremony - our families literally kept saying how incredible she is. (Shoutout also to Carolina & Sarah!!) Second, all of our guests came from out of town, and were in awe of the space as well as the amazing food/cocktails. We got so many compliments on both - no fear of cold dinners or slow drink service! We are so happy to have had such a memorable, intimate wedding at OE!

e five florists, two had $10k minimums, one never provided a quote after multiple calls and emails, one quoted 10k, and the florist we went ($6k later) was very disappointing. They forgot flowers in multiple places, did not use the flowers we had agreed to days before the wedding, and yelled at our wedding party and photographer. Also, keep in mind that the venue is dark which set a good mood but make sure your photographer is aware. My photographer set up blinding lights everywhere to get a shots we asked for and it can killed the mode. Discuss lighting with your photographer!

She treats you as if you are the only people that matter and you are her total focus (although she has so many vendors, load-ins, etc. to handle). Kathi helped save our day when our photographer contracted COVID right before the event and landed us the perfect photographer for our event! Thank you! The food and beverage were impeccable and Guests still talk about how incredible the food was (Appetizers: Mini Tacos, General Tsao's Chicken, Whipped Burrata Cristinis... Dinner: Filet + Sea Bass). That Sea Bass was UNREAL. So good! We had the time of our life and would not have changed a thing about our special day. This is the spot for your wedding and hire Kathi for your coordination efforts-- worth 3x your investment!

Second, we had the extreme pleasure of working with Kathi who not only made sure every detail was perfect from our tasting before the wedding all the way through our exit, but she was just a joy to work with and did so much to make everything so special. Kathi went out of her way to make recommendations for every little thing we asked about including hair, a classic car driver, balloon company, and even someone that could take care of our pup! The fact that everything was so turnkey was an immense help especially with our schedules and the changes we had to make due to the pandemic. I would not hesitate to pick this venue and and am looking for reasons to host more events here!

f there is nothing I can complain about. Carolina took care of our every need. Her staff was flawless. It was beautiful and stress free. People are still texting me about the food and cocktails. If you are thinking about doing your wedding here, I cannot stress how perfect they were.

e was on PTO. They listened to every request we made. When we compared costs across the different venues in the area, the way their pricing works makes the entire planning process so much more simple. You won't have to pick out and rent chairs, etc. The details are all taken care of. They work with some amazing vendors in the area that flip the entire place from a restaurant to a stunning wedding venue in a matter of minutes. Kathi told us we wouldn't lift a finger the day of our wedding, and she was totally right. The only thing I would change is getting to go back and relive it all over again.

que space. Sarah and Carolina were the event coordinators who worked with us directly and they were excellent! They were very prompt in returning emails and answering any questions along the way. They took care of every little detail for us which was the biggest relief. They created our timeline, managed the vendors, and made sure our night went smoothly. We basically got to pick the food and drinks and they took care of the rest! I considered it to be a fairly "all-inclusive" service as they take care of everything except the DJ, cake, photographer, and florist. However, they provide a list of vendors they recommend and we had absolutely no complaints with our selections! I was able to have a wedding that was far better than I could have ever planned and I would just like to thank Sarah, Carolina, and the OE staff for making it happen!

ything all night. The food was AMAZING. The venue is like someone plucked your favorite downtown New York hang out spot, dropped in in the middle of Tampa, and gave it a fairytale makeover. Absolutely stunning and it was the perfect back drop for our forever photos. Thank you for hosting our dream wedding!

ad our date available. We met with Michelle and she gave us a tour of the building, a packet of menu options, and a detailed breakdown of pricing. We came prepared with about 40 questions and she answered every one of them. Within two weeks, we booked out date. We booked about two years out, so it wasn't until about 4 months to our wedding that the real planning began. Prior to that, we had emailed several times with Michelle, Sarah, and Brooks - all of the OE girls were absolutely amazing and so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. They had great recommendations for us in terms DJ's, linens, decor, etc. It's important to note that they do have a preferred vendor list for a few things: IE - cakes and dessert by Chocolate Pi and 3 florist options - that you must choose from. However, this for us made the process a lot easier and every vendor we met with exceeded our expectations and reminded us why we booked with OE. These vendors are the BEST of the best and the end result from all of the vendors was flawless! We had our tasting about 4 months out and from there, everything fell in to place. The best part about booking at OE is the place is so gorgeous, we didn't have to add any other decor besides flowers and centerpieces. The menu options are endless and the chef, Rachel, was beyond accommodating and worked with us to create a menu we loved. The day of the wedding, it was amazing to watch everyone at OE transform the space in to our vision - all under an hour too! The night was magical, our guests were in awe of the space, and we could have stayed there all night to keep the magic going! If you're debating booking here, we highly encourage you to grab a cup of coffee or tea and sit and stay awhile. :)

hen you step in. We did not even need much extra decor because the interior is so beautiful. We loved that the dinner room has a glass roof so we still got the outdoor feel but didn't have to worry about the weather. Oxford also has two event planners, Sarah Fairbairn and Michelle Bastone, who are both fantastic! Michelle worked closely with us leading up to the day and hosted us at our tasting (which was to die for), and she is seriously so wonderful and so much fun to be around! The day of the wedding she was so relaxed, and was so sweet to check up on the girls and me when we were getting ready. Aside from their amazing event coordinators, the food is literally heaven on earth. If wedding food is important to you, then just stop searching and book Oxford! We got so many compliments on how delicious everything was multiple times! Overall Oxford was a package deal, and we could not be more thankful to have worked with Michelle and Sarah and for the most perfect wedding day ever. The way was really a dream come true and so beautiful. Thank you Sarah & Michelle for everything!!

ur style perfectly. Our issues with the OE was the communication. It was very hard to have an idea of what the budget would be, which ended up causing a fair amount of stress on our overall budget. If we hadn't had a wedding planner, I would have been extremely stressed and I wish they would work on their service and communication with the brides and MOBs. They also are very strict on particular rules (i.e. hardly anything allowed for your grand exit, unable to move many things, etc) but they are also a restaurant/shop during the day, so it makes it more understandable. We don't regret having our reception here because of the aesthetics and space, but we were disappointed in other ways.
