Who is P3 Event Co. + What do we do?
P3 specializes in creating exceptional events! Focusing on bespoke details that make the day truly you and unforgettable. At P3 events, we don't do cookie cutter weddings. We work with our clients to establish their priorities, define their color board, and curate a design that fits their priorities as well as their budget.
From beginning to end, P3 ensures the process of planning, setting up and running your wedding day festivities goes exceptionally smooth. We work behind the scenes coordinating the chaos, so you don't have to stress or worry about what's supposed to be happening when. We also partner with exceptional vendors who deliver quality service time and time again!

P3 is located in Shepherdstown, WV and serves the following areas: Frederick, MD and surrounding areas in MD, the Eastern Panhandle of WV, Chambersburg, PA and surrounding areas in PA, and all Northern, VA.
What Does P3 Offer?
At P3, collections are broken into phases of the process:
- Pre-Coordination = P3 planning all the things leading up to your wedding day
- Easy Beginnings = P3 Setting up the day of the the wedding
- Bella Bliss = P3 Coordinating your wedding day
All weddings are different and don't always fit the needs of these collections. You may need parts of each of them, or all of them!
- Bespoke rentals for your unforgettable day! Even if you don't hire P3 for planning or coordination, you can rent those statement pieces that keep your guests comfortable and elevate your decor!

She always worked on behalf of the Bride & Groom to assist vendors, execute the timeline, and ensure the entire event went according to plan.
