s well and then of course she got the video to me that day. When we received our initial trailer it was not to the song we requested and so she changed it, but I still do not have it uploaded to our Google Drive which I have asked about and have not received an answer to. I had to reach out to her so many times, call her, and email and many times I did not get any response. It really is such a scam she is running with this and I would just spend the extra money for someone with good reviews as I did not have these reviews when I booked her.

ver, days leading up to the wedding, she all of a sudden stopped communicating right away. It would take weeks to hear anything back. My wedding was 8 months ago and I still have yet to even receive our 3 minute trailer. I reached out, back in January, to see how much longer it would be and she said due to covid it was taking awhile but she would get us our raw footage within the next two weeks. I told her no problem and that I understood as long as communication was open. Well, it is now end of May and we still haven’t received anything. It’s sad because I really wanted our video before our year anniversary but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. I have texted and emailed several times, since January, and have even threatened small claims court and still haven’t heard anything. She’s basically ghosting me and it’s very sad. I really wish I would have spent a little more money to get a higher quality videographer.

tmas time, I received only the three minute trailer clip (this was nearly 17 weeks after my wedding date). I reached back out several times after I received the trailer inquiring about where our full length videos were and I received little to no response. From February 2022 - April 2022 she did not respond to any emails. I eventually messaged her on Facebook and my heart sank when I saw that several people were complaining about the same things happening to them! A couple days later after no response to my Facebook message I remembered I had her phone number so I texted her to see what was going on. She did respond later that same day and said she was working on the video. I did receive the full video but it was still after the timeline that was originally promised - I feel I am one of the lucky ones that I received anything at all. While I was texting her I was very up front with my disappointment with her communication and I was very upset with how it was handled and threatened to take further action if I did not receive my video. Most of the video was acceptable to me especially after all I had to go through to get it, however me walking down the aisle with my dad is completely blocked by people and the entire ceremony the angle she filmed from you can only see the back of my head, which was disappointing to say the least. I do not recommend Paige as a videographer for your wedding!

ication is awful, she has not replied to me since Nov 9th. She keeps promising that videos will be done "tomorrow" or "later this week" but then ghosts brides for months after. There is a huge thread about it in the Wisconsin Brides Facebook page with a bunch of screenshots and hard evidence. We are not quite at the point of legal action because it hasn't been super long since our wedding (about 18-19 weeks I think?) but from what I am hearing from other brides, it is probably in our future.

She kept saying that she will get it to me this weekend, and this weekend never came. I finally got my videos almost 6 months later... 6 MONTHS LATER. I would not recommend her. She does not abide by her contract and does everything on her own timeline. She said that she would refund me some of my money but that never happened either. She did not communicate and keep me informed with what was going on with my videos. I am completely flexible and willing to extend the timeline, but as the vendor, she did not keep me informed. Again, I would not recommend her. She even took down reviews on FB and other social media platforms. Let me save you some time and headache- find someone else.
