AMAZING VENUE!!! Thanks to Melissa, Julia, and the entire Pala Mesa Staff & Kitchen, our expectations were exceeded with our ceremony and reception set-up! Melissa & Julia went above and beyond to ensure that our night was perfect, and I could not have asked for a better team to work with. My husband and I decided on a later reception time in November , and I am SO glad we did! The ceremony site includes two beautiful staircases that were decorated with tea lights, which made the night feel like an absolute dream. Both the ceremony and reception area are surrounded by beautiful trees and greenery that enhanced the "tucked-away", romantic feel. It was a cold night, but the heaters and reception tent provided the perfect amount of warmth for our guests. The food was FANTASTIC, and the service exceptional. My husband and I decided on a appetizer buffet instead of a formal sit-down dinner (more cost effective), and my guests RAVED about the menu options! From empanadas & tacos, to flatbread pizzas & sliders, my guests were ecstatic about the food quality and options. In addition, the hotel rooms were wonderful; spacious, clean & newly renovated, your guests will love the convenience of a short walk from the reception area to their rooms at the end of the night. One thing we particularly happy about were the enthusiastic the sales person, Melissa, and our day of event on site planner Julia. The food was delicious. Service was excellent and the overall experience was memorable and will be so for a lifetime. I highly recommend this venue.

Pala Mesa was the first venue that me, my mom, and mother-in-law ALL LIKED and we all loved it! We had a beautiful, small wedding reception in the Fireside Room and hope to return for a large anniversary party on the Terrace one day. Melissa did a wonderful job working with us to fit our desires, budget , and timeline. I never felt like I was being upsold nor forced to compromise.

Pala Mesa needs to win a Best of the Knot for 2020 Award, I insist it! For not only being a beautiful venue, but also for the value and service provided! 2020 has not been an easy year for the wedding industry, for couples, venues, and vendors alike. Our original wedding was planned for 8.29.20. However, closer to this point, weddings were not allowed. Pala Mesa was friendly and flexible in helping us postpone to 10.10.2020. We got the pleasure of working with Luciana at Pala Mesa throughout the whole process. Luciana was very communicative, helpful, and creative with solutions to the new unchartered territory of wedding planning circumstances. Because this was all new planning territory, there were a few bumps in the road as expected while we both tried to figure things out on how to accommodate for COVID restrictions and city orders. Both us as the clients and Luciana with the venue had to make certain concessions and compromises to make it work fairly, but with Luciana we were able to do so amicably and professionally, and in a way were both parties were happy. And I’d also like to add that I’m not exactly an easy client to work with as I do have many questions, more than most, and Luciana was quite patient with me throughout the whole process and answered every single one of my 1,000 questions. Now, onto the result: The wedding was ABSOLTUTELY PERFECT! On the Big Day, both Luciana and another Pala Mesa representative named Tania were on-site , dressed to impress, making sure everything was up to par and good to go. They took care of all details that may have been overlooked by myself and the coordinator, and even pulled a few more stops and upgrades for us on the day of, details that made our wedding even more beautiful! The Ceremony at Garden Pavilion was dreamy with our harpist and floral decorations. While the original reception was supposed to be up at the beautiful Cliff Terrace, we had to instead change it to a dinner reservation down at the Aqua Terra Patio, the hotel’s restaurant, due to receptions currently not being allowed per the latest health order. This is where Luciana’s resourcefulness and creativity and Tania’s attention to detail really shined. The team dressed up the patio super nice with linens and centerpieces and charger plates, set out all the wedding favors and guest place cards on the tables, arranged the guestbook and gift table in a perfect spot by the patio entrance, arranged a cake table in a perfect spot by the pond, and even placed their recommended live musician in a perfect spot by the firepit for everyone to enjoy from a safe distance. The food exceeded our expectations, many guests commented on how good the food was. And the service was great too, very attentive servers. One server even bought the groom a drink! How sweet! Honestly, even though we were not able to host a reception with a DJ and dancing as originally planned up at the Cliff Terrace Tent, the dinner at Aqua Terra was so classy, beautiful and relaxing, that we don’t feel any other alternative could have competed. Both the Ceremony and the Dinner were so perfect and beautiful, we are so very Happy. We would choose Pala Mesa over and over again in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and call Luciana and GO SEE THIS VENUE! It is gorgeous! Waterfalls and twinkle lights and ponds…. You name it. Gorgeous! On top of that, affordable! You just can’t beat Pala Mesa. You will NOT regret having your wedding here 😊. Thank you Luciana and Tania!!!

My husband and I had our wedding hosted at Pala Mesa Resort December 21,2019! When we were looking for a venue, we wanted something romantic, elegant and lots of nature and open environment. We got engaged January 26th and started visiting venues right away. We visited 6 venues before coming across Pala Mesa Resort. We had looked online and realize that it was out of budget but we had a “self guided tour” and we fell in love. So I contacted the wedding department and scheduled a tour. To our surprise they were having a “wedding special” which fit our budget perfectly. Since the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Luciana (wedding director). She was so kind, patient and super helpful. She gave us a tour and within a week or two we contacted her to sign the contract. She made everything so easy and comfortable for us. The staff were phenomenal! Sydney Molé was our main contact however Luciana was always available if Sydney was not able to answer our questions. I bothered both of them many times but they were always kind, polite and patient. They really worked with my budget and helped me figure out ways where I could save money. The day off the wedding Sydney was there and she was so helpful, we didn’t have much help from relatives and she made sure she helped me as much as she could. Also, Tania (bride assistant?) she was so caring and thoughtful and made sure I was taken care of. I am so blessed that we came across this beautiful venue and fantastic staff. I would definitely recommend this venue, it was a dream come true!!! Thank you all!

We had our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception here. They are great people to work with and made everything super simple and easy. Everyone had such a great time here. It was so beautiful, food was great, and so memorable. We can't thank the wedding coordinators there enough! If I could give them a higher rating I would!

I don’t know where to start!!! Our experience at the Pala Mesa Resort was absolutely AMAZING. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at this amazing place and wouldn’t had want to have our special big day anywhere else. As the husband writing this, I can honestly say that our wedding at the Pala Mesa Resort was a dream come true especially for my wife. The Pala Mesa Resort staff were so helpful in anyway. Last but not lease I’d like to give a shout to Sydney who was our wedding coordinator. I love, love, love Pala Mesa! If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a single thing because our wedding was PERFECT! Our experience from beginning to end was EXCEPTIONAL! We still have friends and family who rave about how beautiful our wedding was and how much fun they all had. We had an instant connection with this venue and with our amazing wedding coordinator, Sydney Mole. She made the whole wedding process EXCITING and not as daunting as I had imagined it to be. There will never be enough words to express how much we appreciate everything that Sydney did for us. Her cheerful, bubbly personality made us feel very comfortable from day one. She was patient and kind and answered all our questions without judgement, and trust me, I had a lot of questions. SHE IS A GEM! Our day of went so smoothly because of the communication, attention to detail and dedication everyone had. As I walked up the stairs that led to the ceremony site, I immediately fell in love! I knew in that moment that these would be the stairs that would lead me to my new life as a married woman. The beautiful hillside with lush greenery that surround their antique bell tower, the crisp waterfall as a backdrop and the large bell that you ring after saying “I Do” is all that you need! It’s serene, peaceful and secluded, which helped build the romance that we were looking for. After we saw the ceremony site, we went to look at the reception space, and OMG!, it’s breathtaking. Pictures really don’t do it justice... YOU REALLY NEED TO SEE IT IN PERSON! The beautiful draping and amazing chandeliers makes this reception space even more magical. This permanent tent is the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor because our guests were able to move freely in and out and still have the coverage and comfort all night. I love that the dance floor was large and open and allowed our guests to dance and have fun all night! We hired mariachi during cocktail hour and during our dinner service. The beautiful mariachi guitars, violin and trumpet serenated our guests until our DJ took over, started the party, and we danced the night away. Pala Mesa Resort provides so many amenities that really made our experience so special. First, they only do one wedding per day. This was crucial because it meant our wedding was the focus of the entire day and because of its secluded location, there were no wedding crashers. Their list of preferred vendors is amazing and I strongly recommend going with people who know the venue. We had an amazing bridal suite that was available as early as I needed on the day of my wedding. This bridal suite is just steps away from ceremony and reception space, which made it very convenient. We had a beautiful honeymoon suite and had champagne waiting for us in our room. Pala Mesa offered us a room-block at a great discount since we had a lot of friends and family who were from out-of-town. This was a major bonus that most venues don’t offer. We also selected to do a farewell brunch for our guests who stayed overnight and the breakfast was AMAZING! We highly recommend Pala Mesa Resort for every occasion! They went out of their way to make our BIG DAY the most amazing day possible. As cheesy as it sounds, it truly was the happiest day of my life! We’re so blessed that we were able to celebrate this next chapter in our life with all our friends and family in such a beautiful and magical space. Can't express enough how WONDERFUL Alexis & Jacob's wedding at Pala Mesa Resort was! Both Luciana and Sydney were marvelous to work with every step up the way and were truly "personally interested" in making sure this special day went well! The Wedding and Reception venues were picturesque with the waterfalls, landscaping, wedding bell and so much more! We had many guests genuinely share that this was the best wedding venue they have ever attended! Thanks for making it so easy for us on what can be a stressful day.

Pala Mesa Resort is amazing! The ceremony and reception site are absolutely beautiful and very secluded. The waterfalls create a great background noise and make wonderful spots for photos. Hi Sydney, the wedding coordinator, was so wonderful to work with, along with all of the staff at our wedding. I am so happy my husband and I choose this venue for our wedding!!

Our wedding reception in June was absolutely magical, and it was made that way by the efforts of the Pala Mesa staff from start to finish. The fantastic team of Sydney, Luciana and everyone in the wedding department exhibited top-notch communication even when we hadn't decided on a venue. They walked us through everything, gave us helpful tips on how to get the most out of our special day, and arranged everything perfectly. No detail was too insignificant, and they made sure to remind us of a few details that we had missed! The venue itself was everything we hoped for, and our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful the site was. The folks at Pala Mesa made sure we had no worries on our wedding day, took care of us AND our families to the highest degree, and their efforts made for a wonderful, unforgettable wedding. I would recommend this venue to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Our daughters wedding was here 10/21/19. Everything was exceptional. The staff was friendly and more than willing to assist us throughout the process. The wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful , the surrounding waterfalls and lush gardens were the perfect setting. The reception was a blast ! I strongly recommend this place for weddings, golf or just friendly get togethers. We had a very large group each visit to the restaurant, and the service was excellent. Every meal there was fresh delicious and priced fairly. Thank you to Everyone at Pala Mesa for making our daughters wedding a HUGE success !

Sydney was an absolute star. Leading up to the wedding date, whenever we had a question, we would simply email them and have a response within a day. On the day of the wedding, the whole Pala Mesa staff was very professional and whatever we needed they had there for us. My husband and I could not have asked for a better venue and team, to make our special day even more memorable. If I had to do it all over again, I would 100% chose Pala Mesa again and again!

My wife and I LOVED Pala Mesa and cannot recommend this venue enough! There are many, many things we could rave about, but this review will focus on just a few key takeaways. First, their staff is PHENOMENAL. Our primary point of contact was Sydney Molé. She was always extremely responsive, professional, and patient with us as we bombarded her with questions throughout our engagement. And, when the big day finally arrived, she made a fantastic day-of coordinator. Likewise, our banquet captain for the rehearsal dinner and reception was extremely courteous. He made sure we were in the loop and well taken care of on both nights. In fact, when we came up against our 11:00 PM deadline on the night of our wedding, he kindly let us extend the music until 11:20 PM to keep the party going. Next, focusing on the venue itself, the extremely close proximity of the ceremony spot to the reception location is a convenience your guests will thank you for. Our wedding was in late-August, and the ceremony was entirely shaded by the lush, beautiful hillside. This ensured all our guests were comfortable and no one was squinting awkwardly to watch the ceremony unfold. Once married, the ringing of the bell tower is a super fun bonus that you won't find at other venues. As the night progresses, the grand, permanent tent is the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor, letting the cool summertime breeze blow through while still providing plenty of lighting for photos and comfort for guests. Our wedding was in the summer of 2019, and at that time the resort was undergoing renovations to become a Hilton DoubleTree hotel. As a result, the hotel rooms mere steps away from the ceremony and reception spots were unavailable for our guests, as the rooms were mid-renovation. That said, the resort still managed to give my wife and I the honeymoon suite we had requested when we first toured the venue. And, despite the construction, there were still plenty of rooms available within a short walk of the ceremony/reception. If you're planning a wedding in 2020, the newly upgraded rooms and their incredible proximity to ceremony/reception is something you'll be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. We could go on, but we'll stop here. We hope you'll consider Pala Mesa for your wedding... we're sure glad we did!

Our wedding day was perfect. While Sydney helped with all of the pre-wedding planning and coordination, Sara was our day-of coordinator. They were both so great. Sara checked in on us throughout the day and helped to set up anything we needed. I felt reassured knowing she was there to help us. The venue was beautiful and the food amazing. We received so many compliments that it was the best/most beautiful wedding our guests had been to. I agree. Thanks Pala Mesa for making our day so memorable.

My husband I were married late December of last year. We couldn't have asked for better weather, it wasn't too hot and the sun was out all weekend. We had a few guests not make it due to snowed in flights, and the staff at Pala was more than understanding. Everything went off as planned and we can't wait to attend our friends wedding there in the future!

I LOVED Pala Mesa! From the staff, to the location.. my day was AMAZING. I still get compliments of guest telling me how my wedding was the best wedding they have been too. The bridal room is so cute!! And has amazing natural light. The ceremony location is breathtaking (do yourself a favor and go see it in person)pictures do not do it justice. The reception (tented area) was so classy and elegant looking. I got married in January and no one was cold. My overall experience was perfect. Pala Mesa Resort was my dream venue from the beginning. I initially assumed it was way out of our price range when we started looking so we checked out other places in the area (I really wanted to get married in Fallbrook!) Nothing stood out to us so we went there just to see what options they had. I was completely amazed with how prepared and professional the wedding director and her staff were. They listened to our vision and made it a reality! We got an all inclusive package which was perfect since it narrowed down our vendor search and it worked with our budget. We did not have a traditional wedding and they went above and beyond to create the wedding of our dreams completely personalized. I already referred this stellar venue to future brides and I am excited to say I'll be experiencing a Pala Mesa wedding from the guest side next April!!!

Pala Mesa Resort is really a breathtaking venue. The minute I laid my eyes on this place, I fell in love with it. I never thought I'd choose an outdoor venue, but this place if gorgeous. The waterfall behind our sweetheart table, the greenery all around, and the lighting was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony site is the best I've ever seen with the water fall in the background. There are so many details that makes this place very memorable. Many of our guests said this was one of the most beautiful venues they'd been to. The staff was absolutely helpful and catered to all our needs. We enjoyed our 2 night stay, the room was very cozy. Overall, our experience was perfect! I would definitely recommend this venue!

I am SO SO SO happy we chose the Pala Mesa for our Wedding Venue! From the moment we stepped on property we knew it was the place for us. The ceremony site is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning waterfall behind you as you say "I Do." Very minimal decorations are needed since the outdoor scenery is breathtaking. The aisle is made of stone so no need to worry about heels getting stuck in the grass. The reception site is outside under a beautiful tent, with another beautiful waterfall. You will receive a nice breeze throughout the evening so its never too hot! Everything is tucked away from the golf course so you never have to worry about strangers just randomly walking up and watching your wedding. The staff is INCREDIBLE! Sydney and Brianna helped us gather our thoughts and made the planning process so simple. They walk you through every single detail that you need and help you realize how little or much you have ready! They are very responsive and professional. We really felt like they were our close friends and were only working on our wedding alone! They made us feel so special every single time we talked to them and made our wedding day go off without a hitch. I did not feel one single ounce of stress the day of my wedding because I knew Sydney was taking care of everything. PLUS they are dog friendly and were more than thrilled for us to have our precious golden retriever at every event! The only draw back was having to load in and load out the same day. You have to store your decorations in your room if you are staying there at all. I recommend getting a great team of family and friends to help you with the decorating and load out process so you don't have to lift a finger on your wedding day!

Wow!! Cannot think of one negative thing about this venue! They definitely did not disappoint during any part of the process or the wedding day. Everyone was punctual which made it all run smoothly. Nothing beats this venue for the decor or price! Open bar was beyond our expectations and totally gave our guests a great time with lots of drinks to enjoy. Highly recommend for any bride and groom! Photos turn out great with all of the natural surroundings and gorgeous stairways and rock bell tower! Love love love love!

We had our wedding here, and everything was FLAWLESS. From the minute we decided on Pala Mesa to the Thank You letter we received in the mail after, everything was just as we'd hoped. Briana and Sydney were very accommodating to any and all ofour requests (sweet tea - Southerner style with specific instructions), and were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Day of, Sydney was very approachable and helpful (she visited the bridal suite and we gave her the assignment of setting up the party favors). The wait staff was very gracious, and even helped make sure I didn't leave anything behind (like my veil!). The rooms have recently been remodeled (within a year maybe?), and are quite large (the groomsmen all get ready in our suite and had no issues, vaulted ceilings). There venue has so much natural beauty, from plant life to waterfalls. Our wedding was at the end of March, so everything was in bloom. It was so beautiful on its own that I bought the bare minimum of flowers (bouquets for the bride/bridesmaids and aisle flowers that doubled as centerpieces). I have since gotten many compliments both from guests and from family who only saw pictures about how beautiful the venue was. I loved being able to ring the bell at the end of our ceremony - how memorable! I definitely recommend!!

My husband and I recently had our ceremony and reception at Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook, CA. Their beautiful gardens, waterfalls, greenery, and overall natural beauty of this property are just a few of the reasons that we chose this venue, and we are SO HAPPY that we did. The resort as a whole has great options for customizing your wedding to make it as unique as you'd like, they have a wonderful preferred vendor list (that we highly recommend you use), and Sydney and Briana (who work at Pala Mesa) were professional and accommodating throughout the entire wedding planning process. Our wedding coordinator was Briana Gesswein and she was incredibly friendly! The food was delicious, the rooms were really nice, AND the venue itself was beautiful. The ceremony site was a dream come true. I still remember the first time we went to visit the resort to check out the grounds. My fiance and I stood at the front, hand in hand, like we would on the big day. It instantly felt right and magical. We are so thankful we chose Pala Mesa Resort. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was. Pala Mesa came through on every single detail and executed everything perfectly. At the end of the night my new husband and I were escorted to our honeymoon suite on a golf cart! All of the staff we came across was friendly.

My husband and I had our wedding at Pala Mesa Resort this past May and were so happy we did! We had our first consultation/tour with Luciana. She was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the main ceremony space, Garden Pavilion (with the large bell), and the reception space, Cliff Terrace (tented space with chandeliers)... which we fell in love with! So pretty, and we loved how close everything was to each other. Luciana was able to answer all our questions even after the first consultation. Briana is awesome! Although we never met Briana in person, she kept in touch via e-mail and phone to make sure we were on top of our wedding planning. Cristina is also fantastic! She was there every step of the way when it came to planning our wedding (from menu tasting, to detail discussions, to décor set up, to rehearsal day, then up to our wedding day). On the wedding day, Cristina greeted my bridesmaids and I in the bridal suite to let me know that she was there for me! :) Venue is large/spacious, gorgeous for photos. Bridal suite is beautiful! (But its restroom could use a little renovation). Appetizers and food are delicious. Waiting staff = good service! Our wedding day timeline ran as planned with all the wedding coordination. There are 2 reasons why I took 1 star off: #1: The overpriced hotel rooms that my husband and I booked a hotel block for, including the Honeymoon suite. We expected nicer "resort" rooms, but they are all outdated. Unfortunately, we heard that one of our wedding guests found bugs in their bed, (which was quickly taken care of by Pala's accommodating staff). Also, the complimentary Honeymoon suite for the night of the wedding was clean and spacious- however, we wish the rooms were luxurious and romantic for the price we spent for our wedding. I do know that Pala's hotel rooms will be updated/renovated (by the end of this year I believe, which is nice to hear), unfortunately- just not in time for our wedding weekend. #2: We wish the staff prepared for our grand exit. Our golf cart unfortunately died when we had just got in to say goodbye to all our family and friends... so we awkwardly waited for some time for another golf cart to take my husband and I to our Honeymoon suite. Other than that, we were definitely pleased with our wedding venue and its gorgeous waterfalls! Thank you Luciana, Briana, & Cristina for everything! My Husband and I absolutely loved the ceremony and reception areas for our wedding. Our guests couldn't believe how gorgeous the sites were because you don't know what to expect as you pull into the main entrance. The ceremony site is stunning with a large structure, well manicured lawn for the guest chairs and beautiful flowers. It looks marvelous as-is but with florals and other decor it is even more magnificent to look at. The reception area is incredible. Hardwood floors, tented area, small waterfall that sits behind where the sweetheart table goes, chandeliers, uplighting, draping, and chivary chairs are all included in the package which was a great deal. The food is fantastic as well. The cocktail area was lovely as well and had bistro lighting, and is in a good transition area from the ceremony site. Our guests loved all aspects of the wedding flow. The coordinators at Pala Mesa are also fantastic. Briana, Cristina, and Luciana were all very responsive, and very lovely people to work with. The reason I am taking a star off is because of the experience we had with the rooms. The bridal suite is gorgeous, and honestly is a brides dream with all of the glamorous decor, and space for large bridal parties to get ready, but the air conditioner stopped working the day of and the room felt like a sauna. The resort sent someone to fix the air conditioner, but there wasn't much they could do. Obviously being in a hot room before the ceremony was not ideal but we made the most of it. Also, the front desk where guests check in had rude customer service clerks. One of them was very rude to my mother when she was trying to check out. My mom also lost power in her room the night before the wedding, and her door was difficult to lock. The rooms are a little dated and are due for some modern updates to match the magnificent ceremony and reception sites. Our guests definitely loved that they could stumble to their rooms after a night of open bar, but it would have been nice for them to have more modern rooms to stay the night in. Other than that, pala Mesa is great. I would have my wedding there again with no hesitation.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and deserves 5 stars! I fell in love with it as soon as I took the tour and so many of our guests could not stop talking about how it was one of the prettiest weddings they have been too. It was the perfect backdrop to our special day. Sadly, the staff and the day of services are the reason for the 3 stars. I, along with my husband and MOH were very disappointed with the services provided on the day of the wedding. During the planning process I was satisfied with the help from the wedding services manager. She was very responsive and answered my numerous emails throughout the year of planning. However, on the day of my wedding we were assisted by the wedding coordinator rather than the manager who we had been working with. The coordinator was very hard to get a hold of to answer our questions and seemed VERY out of the loop with the various details of our wedding. Honestly, my MOH did more wedding coordinating that day then the actual coordinator did. Another disappointing part of our day was that the groom and groomsmen were not able to check into their room to get ready at the promised time. They ended up waiting in the lobby for over an hour before they could check-in.

Just had my wedding in March and seriously we could not have asked for a better place to have it. We planned our wedding for over a year and everything was absolutely seamless. It was a beautiful day and my guests still can't stop raving about how beautiful it was and how much fun it was. If I were to do it all over, I'd still pick Pala Mesa. Briana, Cristina, and Luciana are all amazing. Highly recommend to all brides thinking of getting married in the souther California area!!!

When I saw Pala Mesa Resort on pictures I really wanted it to be my venue already, but ofcourse my fiance has to say yes also and we have to see the place first. (TIP: it maybe good in pictures but you have to see it in person before making decisions) When you walk up the stairs to see the ceremony site, I was is awe coz you would slowly see how gorgeous the place is and its not even decorated with flowers at that time. I was really inlove already. And ofcourse we went to the reception.. there was chandeliers and drapings. And that was one of the few things Im looking for because I want my wedding to be glam and romantic. If you are looking for a venue, you should also consider those people who will be workinh with you. I search and googled things about these issues (even youtube videos). And Luciana and Christina helped me a lot! I emailed Luciana a lot... i have too many questions and she answers every single one of them. You dont usually plan weddings a lot (unless youre a wedding planner) so its kind of overwheliming. I probably emailed her even follow up questions.. (questions after questions) and she would always just email me right back. Its good to have that re-assurance feeling from your vendors atleast youll know your venue is one stress less. I havent had my wedding yet but I want to help other brides. I was also looking at this other place.. but the girl who was touring me looks like she was bored with us.. and yes I get personal.. but weddings are something personal.. its that one big day in your life so you have to know who youre working with or consider the ones who will be there around you on ur day.It is very stressful but Im so glad i found this venue and these lovely people to work with!

The entire staff at Pala Mesa Resort was AMAZING!!!!! From booking our wedding with Luciana, to our day of coordinator Briana we could not have asked for a better team to work with. The ceremony site is beautiful and the draped tent with crystal chandeliers is beyond gorgeous. All of our guests we very impressed!!!

Pala Mesa is simply gorgeous and being that we are a gay couple we were worried that maybe it would be weird for the staff. The staff was nothing but amazing to myself, my bride and all that attended. Briana , my wedding coordinator, was amazing at answering all my questions leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding, she was also so great at having everything run smoothly and making sure everything was perfect for Melissa and I. This literally was way better than any dream either of us could have had. They gave us us the best day of our lives.

This place deserves 5 stars. First off the venue is absolutely stunning and the food was delicious. I had my dream wedding at the Pala Mesa Resort. The day went perfect. Every single detail I planned out was executed perfectly and I didn't have to lift a finger! The banquet staff and my amazing coordinators (Briana, Christina, Luciana) made it so my husband and I were stress free. The months leading up to the big day played a huge role in why everything went so smoothly. Our coordinators made sure we were on top of things and we were in constant communication. I would definitely recommend this venue to future brides. You don't have to do much decorating because your guests will already be blown away with how gorgeous the set up is and the surroundings.

I don't even have enough words to explain how wonderful Pala Mesa Resort was to work with for my wedding. They truly went above and beyond and were so helpful and accommodating in every way possible. I had the pleasure of working with both Briana Gesswein and Luciana Nichols. They are both absolutely amazing and are so welcoming. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure that your special day is perfect! I cannot recommend Pala Mesa Resort enough. It is the perfect place to get married and the bridal team is absolutely amazing to work with!

As I started my wedding planning process, I had no idea that trying to find the perfect venue would be so difficult. I searched high and low on the internet and made an endless amount of phone calls. Then I stumbled upon Pala Mesa, it was everything that I wanted. What I loved most about the venue was that everything would be in the same location. Rehearsal day/dinner, ceremony, and reception. Not to mention that all our family and friends could stay on the grounds and literally take 5 steps to their room at any time during the big day. Also, the wedding staff was amazing! I mostly worked with Briana and she met all of my bride needs. She ressponded to all my 100 emails and was great to talk to over the phone to work out any details, questions, concerns that I had. My wedding day at Pala Mesa was a dream, everything about it was perfect and I couldnt picture our big day going any more perfect at any other place other than Pala Mesa!

My husband and I got married at the Pala Mesa resort and could not have asked for a more magical day. Our wedding was everything and more that we have ever dreamed of. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, Briana, our day of coordinator went above and beyond to make our day perfect and the food is incredible. All of our guests our still talking about how our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever seen. I cannot thank the Pala Mesa enough for all they did to make the day spectacular.

We got married at Pala Mesa Resort on September 3, 2016. Luciana was amazing, she showed us the venue in February & we fell in love with the site. The pictures don't do it justice. The sounds of the waterfalls on the property combined with the beautiful location is something you just have to experience. Throughout the planning process Briana was the main person we were in contact with for all of the planning and she was just as amazing. The entire wedding team was wonderful and so helpful. Briana was there by my side the wedding weekend starting with the rehearsal. The day of the wedding she checked in on me a few times to make sure my girls & I were well taken care of. A little while before I walked down the aisle, Briana & Lucia a both came in to see me & it was such a calming feeling just knowing they had everything handled and under control. I know they do many weddings at Pala Mesa, but they make you feel like you're the only person they're working with. After the ceremony, my bridesmaids & maid of honor all scattered. Luckily Briana was there to help me bustle my dress before the grand entrance to the reception. Once we got to the reception, Angel took over with the coordination. Overall the whole wedding was everything we wanted it to be. The wait staff and bartenders did a great job and were very friendly. We've had so many compliments from our wedding guests on the venue & on how great the food was. Many of them have said it's one of the best weddings they've attended. There is only one complaint I have & that is that on the weekend of our wedding, there were not enough hotel rooms available for all of our guests. There were only enough rooms for parents, grandparents, & wedding party. Most of our wedding guests had to stay at the quality inn a mile down the road, so it wasn't too bad. Unfortunately we planned our wedding very quickly & when we booked the venue, there were already 2 other weddings booked & the rooms were already taken. We still loved the venue & the wedding turned out perfect. Thank you Pala Mesa Wedding team!!!!!!

Pala Mesa was the PERFECT place for our wedding. Not only was it an absolute beautiful location with amazing views (our guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding location they'd ever been to), but the staff was fantastic! We dealt with Briana and Lindsey for most of the process, and Lindsey took over our day-of coordination. Everything went seamless and there were few small hiccups along the way. The only downfall of the day was during dinner. The meals were absolutely fantastic, but my plate was unfortunately taken away before I had a chance to truly enjoy it. I know eating is a difficult task for a bride at her wedding, but there was some downtime after a bit of dancing where I could have snuck in a few more bites before being whisked away again. Hopefully I can get this same dish again at a future trip here to enjoy it like it's meant to be enjoyed! Overall, we are so happy we held our wedding here and would recommend any couple use this beautiful venue for their event! You won't be sorry.

The staff was amazing at Pala Mesa!! Working with Briana to help plan our Wedding Reception, Welcome Reception and Farewell Brunch was so easy and made the planning experience really fun! A lot of our guest stayed at the Resort and had a wonderful stay! The food was amazing for all of our events! The Mashed Potato Bar we had at the Welcome Reception was the best! I would highly recommend Pala Mesa to anyone!
