Wow! Palace party’s team was awesome! We really enjoyed having them bartend at our wedding, I was very happy with their service and communication and attention to detail when it comes to making drinks! My wife and I had no worries while enjoying our big day! Thank you Sarah and your team for going above and beyond for us! We will recommend to all family and friends! Thank you again!

Palace Party Bev. was great at responding to my husband & I up until we placed our 50% deposit for our wedding. From that point on, it would easily be more than two weeks to receive a response. I felt that PPB was in it for the initial booking & financial gain, but not for the customer - which was surprising to us as we were led to believe they were the best around from previous reviews. I was also a COVID-19 bride, who had to postpone my date as my venue county was in threat level 1 of COVID-19 & my venue had an occupancy limit of 10. Our postponed date was also during threat level 1, our venue still have occupancy restrictions, & COVID-19 was the highest it had been at that point. My husband & I contacted them regarding our situation to figure out what options we had in regards to cancelling since we already tried the postponement route, however, it took over a month for them to respond.  Their contract clearly stated that in the case of a Force Majeure event, "the parties shall consult together". We understood that everyone was struggling, both vendors & brides, so my husband & I offered to work with them, however, it truly felt that they only wanted what worked best for them. I'm sure their beverages & services are good, as seen from other reviews, but if you are looking for a vendor who genuinely cares about their clients, I'd recommend searching elsewhere. I kept tabs of how long it took for them to respond & the longest it took during a period of time was ||34 DAYS|| & that was with follow-up voicemails from both my husband & I, I have proof to show. PPB was the most difficult vendor to work with out of all vendors that I used for my wedding, simply from their lack of communication. All other vendors were more than willing to come up with a resolution that would work in the favor of both parties, however, working with them was a headache (literally, multiple). Take time to do research when choosing vendors because it's unforeseeable times like these that having a vendor with strong core values matter. Researching brides & customers, beware!

I had a great experience with Palace Party. The staff was easy to work with through the planning process of my wedding. They provided 2 bartenders, Amaud and Theo, and one bar back and they were all AMAZING. They were the life of the party at our wedding, performed magic behind the bar and even entertained our guests with dancing. We got so many compliments and were very pleased!! Such a fun group and I highly recommend for any wedding or events. We will definitely be using again.

Just amazing! Russell provided the perfect service for our poolside Bachelorette party. He brought lots of energy and provided so many great tips and facts!
