To start on a positive note- in the end, the lights looked great, but their communication was terrible, once they got our deposit, and dealing with them was one of the most stressful parts of our wedding. I even had to email them 3 times to ask... when our second payment was due and remind them that I never got an invoice. They were extremely disorganized. I told them multiple times they could set up any time on Thursday or before 5 on Friday but they couldn’t commit to a time until a few days before the wedding. They were supposed to come on Thursday afternoon and they never showed up. I called them and they told me they couldn’t come until after 5 on Friday because they have a big wedding to set up for. After getting quite annoyed with them, they agreed to come earlier on Friday but again, came hours later than they were supposed to and I had to call and text multiple times. They also over charged me for trusses they didn’t use, but luckily they forgot to send me the invoice until a couple of days before the wedding, and since they were being so flakey, I waited to pay until after they showed up, so I was able to get it off the bill. There was never even an apology anywhere along the way
