To start on a positive note- in the end, the lights looked great, but their communication was terrible, once they got our deposit, and dealing with them was one of the most stressful parts of our wedding. I even had to email them 3 times to ask when our second payment was due and remind them that I never got an invoice. They were extremely disorganized. I told them multiple times they could set up any time on Thursday or before 5 on Friday but they couldn’t commit to a time until a few days before the wedding. They were supposed to come on Thursday afternoon and they never showed up. I called them and they told me they couldn’t come until after 5 on Friday because they have a big wedding to set up for. After getting quite annoyed with them, they agreed to come earlier on Friday but again, came hours later than they were supposed to and I had to call and text multiple times. They also over charged me for trusses they didn’t use, but luckily they forgot to send me the invoice until a couple of days before the wedding, and since they were being so flakey, I waited to pay until after they showed up, so I was able to get it off the bill. There was never even an apology anywhere along the way

Didn’t answer multiple texts or emails.

I was very excited to hire Guillermo based on his excellent reviews. He was the top preferred vendor in the area for draping. Unfortunately, his communication was very poor to start off with. Never replied to texts or calls until I harassed him. He got better with communication. But then closer to the wedding, he provided poor service. He pushed our wedding low on his priority list because he had other weddings and our job must of not been that important. Even though I booked him 1.5 year prior to our wedding. He was supposed to set up the night before and didn’t show up. He told me he would be the wedding day early in the morning. Didn’t show up until noon and spent 20 minutes completing the job which he did incorrectly. He didn’t drape the gazebo at all and put the drapes on a pipe which I didn’t ask for at all. He left and his shit job fell apart resulting in my wedding planner fixing it and injuring her foot. I would not hire him at all. He overbooks himself, doesn’t have a team of people brings his wife and child, if you aren’t paying him $10,000 then your wedding is low on his priority list. So I would advise to hire someone else even though his reviews are misleading.
