Shauna did such a wonderful job making our wedding beautiful and effortless. We were so overwhelmed going into it, knowing hardly anything, but her expertise and guidance helped us along every step of the process and made everything go as planned. On the day of the wedding, she dealt with each little complication perfectly without missing a beat. We're incredibly grateful to her for making our special day so memorable.

My venue required a Day of Coordinator even though my mom felt like we could do it all! Thank goodness for Shauna! I spoke to several other coordinators on the phone or through email and didn't feel like anybody "got me" as much as Shauna did. She was understanding of family dynamics and was so organized that I felt like all I had to do for my wedding was show up! When stress levels were high, Shauna was so calming and reassuring. Everybody says that something will go wrong at your wedding, but not mine! So much of this is thanks to Shauna! I wish I could do it all over again just to spend time with Shauna and her wonderful assistant!
I was the photographer for a wedding Shauna coordinated, and it was one of the best timed weddings ever! Somehow amidst the wedding day chaos, Shauna calmly handled everything and arranged the timeline so we had plenty of time for every aspect of the day. She and her team worked super hard to make the couples vision come to life and it definitely showed!! Would definitely recommend her to my couples!

Shauna of Palm + Pine Events planned and styled the most dreamy and elegant wedding at Serra Vista! Coming into set-up as the wedding calligrapher and with several pieces, she greeted me with a friendly and calm presence which is crucial for the day-of with so many people and requests coming to her at once. She coordinated everything beautifully!
As a fellow vendor, I absolutely love working with Shauna! I am an Event Specialist at Jay's Catering and I have had the pleasure of working with Shauna a few times now. We just recently worked together on a wedding at the beautiful Serra Plaza. Shauna was prompt in assisting me with getting all the information I need to successfully execute the catering side of this wedding!

Planning a wedding is insanely overwhelming. My bride and I tried to start the process ourselves, but then realized we were way over our heads and hired Shauna and her team at Palm and Pine Events. This turned out to be the smartest decision we made.
Shauna is EXTREMELY great at her job. She has a ton of experience and has very reasonably priced levels of help she can provide between just a day-of coordinator through full planning (vendor selection, florals/setup selection, the where, who, when, what, and how).
Shauna's extremely patient and knowledable. Our wedding was a "destination" in that we were headed to California even though we're from Seattle. This meant a thousand more emails, phone calls, etc between Shauna and ourselves to coordinate and not once did she get annoyed at our million little questions.
Everything about our special day went absolutely perfect because of Shauna. Even when there was a minor disaster (our shuttle broke down meaning half of the guest list was late), she was on top of it, calling people to get them there all the while reassuring us and making sure everything else was taken care of. All of the little details were perfect. Everything flowed on time even with the folks being late. She handled details with all of the other vendors and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it, exactly where it should be at exactly the right time.
I honestly cannot stress enough how impressed we were with Shauna and her team. Absolutely out of this world wedding planner! A++++
Thank you Shauna for your calm and wonderful demeanor and flawless execution of our wedding! From my first email and phone call with Shauna I knew she would be a great fit for our wedding. I had felt a sense of ease when I spoke with her and felt that our personalities clicked. I didn't need a ton of planning help, although she provided great vendors and ideas, but I did need someone who would execute the day exactly how I envisioned and handle the logistics and details that I definitely would have missed without her! Shauna met me in Palm Springs for a walk-through and tasting and I was immediately relieved she was there. She asked the venue a ton of great questions I would have never thought of and helped me figure out the best timeline for the day. She was patient, thoughtful, and creative. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, she answered all of my questions, jumped on the phone when I needed assurance of things and coordinated everything with my vendors. She even worked secretly, behind the scenes, with my mom to plan a video surprise at our rehearsal dinner. My mom was so grateful for her help and we were sooo excited when the video played! The day of the wedding was PERFECT! She came with a big smile on her face and the same calm demeanor that I desperately needed! She handled everythinggggg for me so all I didn't have to think about one thing! I heard after the wedding, one of the groomsmen forgot his suit and my husband had issues with the sound equipment, all of which Shauna gracefully handled with ease so I never even knew there was any problems! Again, SO GRATEFUL! When I came back to my hotel room at the end of the night everything was packed up so I didn't need to worry about a thing! Highly recommend booking Shauna for all of your wedding needs. Thank you, thank you!
We had the most perfect wedding, thanks in part to Day of Coordination Services from Palm & Pine Events (Shauna and her assistant Amanda). I was referred to Shauna by the lovely ladies over at Pop The Champagne. It was an absolute pleasure working with Shauna + team; she was there to answer "silly" questions via phone/text/email starting over 6 months out when we booked P&P and really just ran our big day. She came to our mock table set up which was SO helpful as well as our rehearsal and our entire wedding day. (I'm sure it was easily a 14-15 hour day for her, at least). I am a very organized person and I've hosted many events before, so I knew how much I would need someone that I really trusted to run our big day so that I could actually enjoy it. Shauna was so helpful in getting everything organized, reaching out to vendors, coordinating with vendors and doing whatever we needed. For me, I was stressed out about the "getting ready + photos" at the hotel before we even left for our venue. Shauna volunteered to come to the hotel and assist in coordinating this time and then went back to the venue with us before our ceremony for pictures. My mom was particularly impressed the way that Shauna went through all of our vendor contracts with a fine tooth comb to ensure we were all on the same page/nothing was left out/etc. Shauna knew the in's and out's of our wedding and ran the show so that we + our families could enjoy. Our families were also impressed that during clean up they wrapped everything in plastic wrap to keep it safe. Highly, HIGHLY recommend using Palm & Pine events for DOC. Shauna was the reason we were able to relax and enjoy our big day.
Bergen from Palm + Pine literally swooped in and saved me from a TERRIBLE experience with another Wedding Planning Company. I was on the fence about even hiring a Coordinator, but after talking with Bergen I was sure that she was the right person for the job! In all honesty, hiring a Day Of Coordinator was one of the best investments we made for our Wedding Day...they give you the opportunity to actually enjoy and BE at your wedding. We were never asked a single question by any of our vendors because Bergen handled everything from arrival times, final payments, set up, and break down.
She brought a huge sense of calm and relief whenever we spoke...and made herself available whenever I needed her help. Bergen is extremely organized and it was nice to have another person involved that kept notes, asked questions to the vendors that you do not think of, and stayed on top of the wedding party...and they are a wild bunch! I found out later that she also kept tabs on the Groomsmen and Bridesmaids to ensure that they were also being taken care of and stress-free! She keeps little bottles of booze in her bag to help settle the nerves.
I also had several opportunities to meet with Shauna who also contributed on our Wedding Day. Whenever I needed something, one of them was near by to make sure nothing was forgotten. I can honestly say that throughout this process from start to finish and even now, I felt like Bergen was a great friend who genuinely was invested in our Wedding Day. FOREVER grateful for her expertise, support, our inside jokes, and all around positivity with planning our Wedding and Coordinating our Wedding Day. I would highly recommend either of these ladies to help you with your Wedding or any other Special Event!
Bergen and Shauna were just fantastic...definitely the best investment we made for our New Year's Eve wedding. They were consistently professional, helpful and extremely FUN to work with. Having them involved to help with our day-of (more like month-of) coordination made the day a breeze and we were able to truly enjoy every moment. No matter how minor the request, the time of day or the extent of my O.C.D. panic, they were there to help. They even ended up completing our signs for the big day, which turned out fantastic. I'd highly recommend these amazing ladies to anyone planning a wedding...or any big event.
