highly recommend, so many amazing things I can say about working with Pamela !! I seriously do not know what I would have done without all of her help throughout the last month of planning the wedding and every minute leading up to it. She made sure the day of our wedding was completely stress free and perfect. I highly recommend booking with her for the entire month of your wedding to help with planning. I was planning a wedding in CT from FL. From her reaching out to all the vendors, organizing the timeline, and ensuring every detail was in place - she did it all! She is kind, professional, and passionate about what she does. Pam truly made the day about my husband and I … I promise she is the absolute best!
Pamela is the most detail-oriented person we've ever met and it shows. She nailed every section of our wedding and made very last- minute decisions that made the world of a difference to us. We ended up only requiring some a la carte services and she was incredibly flexible. She is also worth way more than she charges, we highly recommend her for all events but especially delicate once-in-a-lifetime events like weddings. There were so many little hiccups throughout the night including catering being late, clean up crew not knowing what to do, cake dilemma, mariachi arriving late, etc. and we were never once alerted about the issues, they were just simply handled and nobody even noticed. Pamela is magic and everything she does makes perfect sense. She is also always in contact with everyone which made me a lot less stressed. She also delivered some photos right after the event which was great because it allowed us to actually see what the event looked like instead of waiting for the photographer or family to send it days or even months later. She was also able to communicate with family and vendors in Spanish and English which was a huge priority to us. It was a small 100 person wedding but we had a mariachi, two food trucks, ice cream truck, and outdoor games so it was a lot to handle the entire night and she did it flawlessly. Whatever the question, whatever the doubt, Pamela always had the answer.
Pamela was an absolute pleasure to work with. For a Type A bride that didn’t think I needed a day or coordinator, Pamela is why I tell all future brides hire one!!! Pamela joined in with our big crazy family, advocated for us as the bride and groom whenever necessary, helped everyone stay on task & on time, created back up & rain plans, and even was my content creator for the day! She went above and beyond for us and we hope to throw another event so that we can work together again!
I originally was planning on DIYing our whole wedding, but I kept getting advice to hire at least a coordinator for the day of and WOW are we so happy we decided to listen to that advice. From the beginning, Pamela was very detailed and caring about all the ideas and details involved in our wedding. She asked the right questions and listened to everything we had to say. We had meetings leading up to the wedding which made me feel confident that we were making good progress and were on the right track. The day of the wedding was seamless. It was nice to have a point person for my husband and I/guests to go to if needed. She made sure everything went perfectly and to us, it felt like the day went smoother than a face full of Botox!!! She truly went above and beyond (Pamela you know what I’m referring to) and was very communicative and positive throughout the whole process. Our guests complimented her professionalism and her ability to make the day go by so great. At the end of the day, she stayed stress-free and had high energy which transferred over to us. If anyone is even ~thinking~ about hiring a wedding coordinator, let this be your sign to pull the trigger because it was the best thing we did for our wedding. If you are looking for an event planner/coordinator, then congratulations… your search is over! Pamela Ventura Events is the only right choice. My (now) husband and I made the smartest and best decision of our lives when hiring this phenomenal team for our big day. In fact, if I could redo my wedding vows every single year just for the opportunity to work with Pamela again, I absolutely would. She is THAT incredible.
A wedding without PVE is just that- a wedding. However, a wedding with PVE is a whirlwind experience that will take the partial thoughts and Pinterest ideas you have lingering in the back of your head and turn them into something better than you could have dreamed.
Never in your life will you find someone who cares about clients the way Pamela does. I say this with total confidence since I interviewed 30+ wedding planner candidates, and none of them… I repeat: none of them, came close to offering the same level of compassion, talent, professionalism, and impeccable execution as she did.
Our families loved her. Our friends loved her. Everyone loved her. Even a wildly problematic vendor whom I was having difficulties with loved her! To the point that they even became friends!
Working with Pamela is like working with your best friend, ultimate hype woman, creative genius, and world’s best problem solver all rolled into one (Not to mention, she provides top notch therapy when your bridesmaids decide to act out or your wedding dress won’t be ready on time). She breathes life into your vision, and flawlessly wraps it all together as the most perfect and magical experience. Pamela is by far the closest thing to a real life superhero I’ve ever encountered.

As a close friend of mine I personally chose Pamela to be my wedding planner and not just because of our friendship but because of her dedication and passion in being a wedding planner. She has the patience and grit that has made her successful and the results show! I did not have to worry about a thing, she was there from the moment of the engagement to the wedding day. She had double the work as she was also one of my precious bridesmaids! Pamela never disappoints and that's for sure, she knows the journey well enough to know the needs of the couple. I know from here, her success will only incline and one day be on the cover of Forbes and yes I'm being that dramatic because that's how serious Pam takes it lol. It takes a special kind of person to put up with everything when it comes to a wedding and Pam is the IT person for it.
Pamela and her team are simply the absolute BEST. Trust me when I say that I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for my husband and I. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect wedding, even after having some unforeseen circumstances that same morning. They made our vision come to life, and made sure everything was better than what we had imagined. Pamela’s passion and professionalism are unmatched, and she has the best personality too. What we liked best about working with her is how amazing she was once she took full control of everything, and took things off our plates. At all times she was a great communicator, and very organized. These things definitely reassured us that she was going to make sure our wedding day was as stress-free as possible, and she for sure did! Thank you, Pam!
There are simply no words for everything Pamela did for our wedding. We hired Pamela to be our day-of coordinator; however, our venue's continued disfunction caused her to go far above and beyond any contractual obligations day after day. When it was 8 weeks out and I still could not confirm a date and time for my tasting with my venue? Pamela reached out and confirmed. What about when my venue did not respond to my multiple inquiries for table dimensions? Pamela found it. How about the multiple times my venue went back on an agreement? Pamela was on the phone calming me down and simultaneously emailing the venue written proof of what they agreed to.
Despite consistent hiccups with our venue all the way up to days before, our wedding weekend was perfect. Pamela was with us every step of the way, bouncing between the both of us and the wedding set up the entire morning of, and even giving us snippets of information to give us the reassurance she knew we needed that the venue was (finally) taking care of things.
In addition to all of that, we hired Pamela because we wanted our wedding vendors to feel like friends and it didn't take long to feel that way with Pamela. She's the best mix of personable and professional, and knows when to "lay down the hammer". We couldn't have been luckier to have her with us.
Pamela was so professional during the entire wedding planning process. She went above and beyond to make sure our day was stress-free and we had such a great time working with her! She was prepared, kind, and extremely thorough. On our wedding day she treated our entire wedding party with respect but still made sure that we stuck to our schedule. She truly made our wedding day incredible and we could not have done it without her and her wonderful team!!!
I would say get you a Pam because I cannot recommend a day-of coordinator enough, but really you should get you Pam! There’s no substitute for her organization, her passion, or her enthusiasm. Pam is the ultimate hype girl. She was available any time to brainstorm and answer questions. Her taking the reigns with vendor communication and timeline creation was a huge weight off our shoulders. I knew day-of she could handle anything, and that helped us enjoy our day to the fullest extent. We didn’t love our venue day-of contact, so I’m especially happy we had Pam!
We had looked into a number of different coordinators/planners, but after our initial phone call with Pam, we knew she was the one. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, and especially the crunch time of the month before, we always felt so taken care of. Pam is extremely organized and is a consummate professional. Whenever we asked for her opinion, her answer always seemed tailored to us and never cookie cutter. On the day of the wedding, I felt so pampered and relaxed. She went above the call of duty time and time again (had a steamer ready to go for the bride and bridesmaids dresses, brought her own cake knife and stand).
One thing is for certain, I could not have gotten married without Pam! She is extremely knowledgeable in her line of work. From day one she was always so attentive and remained extremely informative throughout my whole wedding planning process. I was definitely a type A bride and Pam understood all my wants and needs and always figured out a way to make things work no matter how big or small the obstacle was. Thee biggest obstacle was when myself and daughter contracted COVID the day before my wedding! Pam literally became my superhero and spear headed all contacts and rescheduling for my second wedding date. She knew my vision, but after working with one another for almost a year and a half, she also knew my heart! Pam is remarkable! She went from a vendor, to a friend, to now practically family! I would hire her 1000 times if I could. She is practical, punctual, makes the wedding planning process a breeze and having her present on my actual day truly made the day go by seamlessly! Oh and I can not forget about her amazing assist Christina! A team that knows what you want/need before you do! Pam, Terry and I can not thank you enough!
Pamela made our wedding experience a literal dream! From the start she heard our wishes and visions for our special day while providing input meaningful and suggestions along the way. She was organized in everything she did from visions, to timelines, reaching out to vendors and keeping everything in check seamlessly! She withstood us changing our venue and date not once, not twice, but THREE times and made it happen as effortlessly as ever. As the big day approached it surpassed all of my expectations! Our wedding was the best day of our life and it was beautiful to watch our vision unfold and come to life with the help of, Pam! All of my bridesmaids ask, “ how are we going to get married without a Pam?!” Everyone needs a Pam! We do not have enough good things to say about our experiences and I would recommend her to all future brides!
I cannot recommend Pam and her team enough. We tried to plan everything ourselves but realized we were in over our head a few months before the wedding. We were lucky enough to be able to snag Pam and we are so happy we did! She has an amazing personality and I loved chatting with her on our pre-wedding calls. It was like hanging out with a friend. And she is the ultimate hype woman! I honestly think she was just as excited as we were for the wedding!
Leading up to the big day she was not only encouraging but helped coordinate so many moving parts. A few days before the wedding when I thought I’d be stressing big time, I was completely fine because Pam was handling everything. Then when it came to the actual day she killed it! She handled it all, allowing me to enjoy the day without a single worry. My mom was having issues with her dress and Pam’s team took over and helped my mom when she needed it most. They also constantly checked in on myself, my husband, and our bridal party during the night to see if we needed anything. From decorating, to wardrobe malfunctions, to packing up at the end of the night, Pam did an absolute fantastic job! Without her I wouldn’t have had the wedding of my dreams. Thank you Pam!
Pam is wonderful! She thought through every detail after reviewing our contracts and made the evening completely seamless. We were unsure at first if we needed a coordinator, but having worked with her, we could not imagine pulling the wedding off without her. Highly recommend!
My husband and I recently got married, we had tried to do it all on our own and ended up hiring Pamela about 3 months before our wedding day. Let me tell you, it was the best decision we ever made, she jumped right in and took all of our stress away. Our wedding was exactly how we had envisioned and Pamela and her assistant were incredible the entire day. So attentive, and detail oriented. She made us feel so comfortable with her, it felt like we had another friend or family member by our side the whole day. I cannot recommend Pamela enough! Pamela assisted in day of coordination, starting 6 weeks prior to my wedding. She was organized, professional and, overall, such a positive presence to have by my side on my wedding day. Multiple people in my bridal party stated "everyone needs a Pamela!!" THE PERFECT FIT! -- There are not enough words to describe how well of a perfect fit Pam was for us! From the very first moment I spoke with her, we just clicked and I instantly knew we needed to hire her! Even though we hired for only Month-of-Coordination, Pam immediately got to work on getting caught up on everything we had planned/booked, having consultation calls, and immersing herself in our wedding. When it came time for the final details and the day of, she was on top of everything and stayed in constant communication with us. For myself being a very anxious person, I felt this overwhelming sense of calmness on our wedding day because Pam and her assistant, Neisha, went above and beyond for us. It was vey windy during pictures, and they were by my side holding my bouquet, carrying my train, and making sure my veil didn't fly away the entire time. They just knew how to anticipate every need and detail. We cannot thank Pam enough for everything she did for us, and we would hire her over and over and over again every single time!

There’s nothing more nerve wrecking than preparing for your wedding, it’s one of the biggest singular moments in ones life. It’s an event that anything less than perfection is frowned upon and considered a disappointment. So making the choice of who to help bring this to reality for my husband and I was super important. Everyone talks a good game but working with Pamela was the best choice we could have made. She took the pressure off of us by helping translate our fantasy into reality. She’s a true professional and kept her word for everything she promised. We went in with high expectations and they were met and exceeded. She worked with us in every way giving us the best value for our money. She was flexible, punctual, and considerate of all of the specifications we had personally and from the venue. I am thankful and appreciative of the turnout. I will recommend Pamela to anyone, she gave us something priceless and that was peace of mind and a successful wedding.
Wow! Pamela was amazing to work with. She was very professional and took the time to cater to all of my wishes. Whenever I reached out she was prompt with her responses. I was able to stay within budget thanks to materials she provided. When I asked for changes she quick to adapt or let me other possible options. Let’s not forget how beautiful every set up was!
