We totally recommend working with PANACHE Events to coordinate and complete your wedding! Stacey took us on as a couple from out of town with lots of questions, opinions and changes leading up to the big day. She was always so flexible and understanding, presenting us with so many options to make our visions come to life. We always felt comfortable with her. She was very pleasant to work with, professional and you could trust her to get the job done. She even went above and beyond to include elements from her personal garden to complete our greenery when in a pinch. Thank you Stacey for everything!
Look no further! Stacey DeWine your girl. Assertive, patient, organized, and most importantly, easy to work with. Most wedding planners would have moved the ceremony inside due to weather related issues. Stacey did not. She knew how important it was to hold the ceremony outside and waited til the last minute, which resulted in the perfect outdoor wedding. Highly recommend Stacey and Panache Event Group.
THE VERY BEST! Searching for a wedding planner is a daunting task as you are placing so much trust in ensuring your event will be flawless. Look no further! Stacey of Panache Event Group is beyond perfection. She is highly regarded with vendors and hotels for her organizational and professional skills. She worked with us through COVID, tears, and frustration as we had to postpone the wedding once, then reorganize to a smaller ceremony in October, with a large reception to follow in May 2021. Stacey helped with reinventing what these events would look like and created a wonderful and beautiful experience for my daughter and her fiancé. Her coordination with the vendors (hotel, cake, flowers, photographer, band, DJ, etc.) and wedding party was seamless. As MOB, I got to enjoy every moment knowing Stacey was managing the details. We simply could not have done it without Stacey’s experience and expertise. We can't wait to work with her again in May 2021 for the grand reception!
Stacey was the most ideal wedding planner we could've asked for! She made our entire experience so fun and easy! She had connections with every single vendor we ever spoke to in the San Antonio area, all of which said "I've worked with Stacey many times and she's wonderful!". Throughout the entire process of planning our wedding she was VERY organized, remembered every little detail I told her that I envisioned for the big day, and made sure every single moment was flawless. Stacey was fabulous! We cannot say enough positive things about her. She absolutely knows the ins and outs of every aspect when it comes to planning a wedding. Before I started planning my wedding, I hired Kryzta with Panache Event Group to help me plan and she did a fabulous job! First of all, when I got engaged I knew NOTHING about planning a wedding and what a massive undertaking it can be. If you can, hire Kryzta BEFORE hiring any other vendors because she will help you make smart decisions. Shortly after I got engaged, I met with Kryzta so I could tell her my ideas and what my wedding budget was. She gave me so many helpful tools, planning tips, and recommendations on vendors. She was a constant resource when I had questions or wanted to run options by her. When you plan a wedding you make a million decisions and it’s so great to have a resource like Kryzta to rely on. My fiancé got tired of hearing me talk about wedding planning so it was great that I could reach out and talk to her at any time! She’s been in the wedding business for years so she knows a lot of people and has worked at many events. Utilize her experience to help you make your dream wedding WITHIN your budget.
On the day of, I was so glad I hired Kryzta. It was one of the best investments I made. With her in command, I could sit back and just be a beautiful bride and let her run the show! She had a very capable and professional staff assisting her as well. I literally had a team to run my big day! My wife Kryzta works for Panache Event Group in the Austin TX area. As a newly engaged couple in 2015 Kryzta, looked to her mentor and owner of Panache Event Group Stacey DeWine for guidance through our own wedding planning journey starting in January 2016. Utilizing the Essentials Package, Kryzta planned our wedding with a hands-on approach while still having Stacey as a guide and biggest supporter. As always, Stacey remained positive and incredibly helpful providing us with constructive feedback and expertise when it came down to our important planning choices. Within the Essentials Package, Kryzta had all the tools she needed for efficient and stress-free planning. Panache Event Group clients are also guaranteed a planner through the whole process and an assistant the day of the event. Typically, Kryzta is the assistant for Stacey’s events and the question was who would team with Stacey on our own wedding day?
It was obvious we needed a coordination team to take over and implement Kryzta’s planning during our wedding day. After many months of planning it was time for us to step back, relinquish control and at last focus on being a stress-free bride and groom. With Kryzta’s experience in the event industry she knew who she needed to add to our rock star vendor team.
From what I know It is not common for two event planning business to work the same wedding let alone as teaming wedding coordinators… but Stacey DeWine of Panache Event Group and Tina Humphrey of Diamond’s and Dreams worked together as an incredible wedding management team. They both arrived incredibly early to our Sunday morning wedding. They each had positive attitudes and got to work right away in and out of the rain! Having them both at our sides left Kryzta and I with complete relaxation and most of all trust! I knew that the wedding would look amazing even with a few rain clouds that had passed through… I knew this because the ceremony was in view of my dressing room.
Still to this day Kryzta and I watch our wedding movie and relive each happy moment. There are times in the movie that I see Kryzta’s amazing vendor friends make movie appearances while setting up decorations. After seeing them all have fun behind the scenes illustrates to me why my wife loves this industry so much!!!
Not trying to be biased here but our wedding ceremony and reception was the most beautiful event Kryzta and I have ever experienced together! We are just a few days away from our one-year wedding anniversary on the 6th of November. For us, this year has been the most special because our 2016 wedding has continued to be the talk of the 2017 year! We have been featured in the July 2017 edition of San Antonio Weddings magazine in the Looks We Love segment and my wife’s wedding planning through Panache Event Group won an Antonian Award for Best Wedding Under 50K!!!

Stacey was amazing on helping put all the finish touches on my wedding day. She gave great suggestions for last minute vendors and even reached out to them to make sure they were available before I even called to talk to them. On the day of the wedding everything ran smoothly, she wrangled an overzealous church coordinator and gave me what I wanted with the first look. Stacey was AMAZING with getting everything put together! Her team has a solid understanding of the business needs, and I felt 100% confident in trusting her with any major decisions that I couldn't dedicate time towards. WOW, where do we start? March 12, 2016 was the day best day of our lives thus far! It was everything and more that we could of dreamed of, thanks to Stacey, and of course, my parents. Stacey helped us thoroughly every step planning process, taking the stress out of what could have been a very stressful time for us. She did everything from helping us create the look of our wedding to building out a timeline for the day (down to the minute), and everything in between. The day of the wedding, she even packed up several containers of food and a bottle of champagne for us to take back to our hotel.
Stacey was the sweetest, best connected, and most efficient planner around! Anyone would be lucky to work with her. Now that our day is over, I'll miss speaking with her often, but I'll always treasure the beautiful memories of our dream day that she helped make a reality!
Stacey DeWine was recommended by Erin McLarty of Eden's Echo Florist as "one of the best" coordinators in town and she is just that! Stacey truly is a professional at her job, detail oriented, organized and proactive in her coordinator services. She worked closely with all of the vendors I had selected on my own and also offered suggestions for vendors I had not decided on prior to our meeting. She assisted with every detail to make our wedding day celebration beautiful. Hiring Stacey allowed me to enjoy the day and make memories with our family and friends. Trust me, you will be glad to have her coordinating your wedding!
We bought the Gold package from Panache and it was worth every dollar! Stacey was professional, calm, and an encourager in all circumstances. My daughter had a very specific vision for her wedding and Stacey truly helped to make it a perfectly magical event, pulling together a perfect team of vendors who worked together to have "the smoothest wedding event ever held" at our venue (according to the venue owner!). We are still hearing comments about our "perfect wedding". Truly--I have no comments other than to totally embrace Stacey and her staff. Thanks, Stacey!!!
Stacey and her team are truly amazing!! She helps you plan and keep track of everything from the first visit!! Stacey also truly understood my vision for the wedding and had great ideas to add. Her list of vendors in the San Antonio area is fantastic and the vendors she suggested truly were fantastic!! The month before Stacey started taking over all communication with our vendors and set up the schedule for the day. On the day of the wedding Stacey made sure the schedule for the day was perfect and everything was set up. If we didn't have Stacey we wouldn't have remembered to cut the cake or do the bouquet toss or anything else, so we are so glad Stacey and her team were there to make sure the day was perfect. It truly was amazing to be able to relax and enjoy the day and let Stacey run the show, she is truly amazing!!

Absolutely wonderful. Stacey delivered all that we expected and more. The wedding was beautiful and flowed so smoothly without any delays or issues despite the weather threatening to disrupt the entire event. Stacey jumped in and secured tents at the last minute, made sure they were beautiful, and was able to replan the entire ceremony the morning of the wedding when the sun came out, so that my daughter could have the wedding of her dreams. I cannot thank you enough for ensuring everything was perfect. I would not think of going anywhere else for a wedding planner, Stacey was the best! All the other vendors she secured were also top notch. Loved every minute of it, down to the last detail.

When my husband and I were starting to plan our wedding he immediately wanted to hire a wedding planner. I, on the other hand, was not entirely sold on the idea of spending money to have someone do what I could do myself. After two months of unsuccessful wedding planning I decided to humor my husband and shop for a wedding planner. When we met Stacey it only took a few minutes of talking to her to realize how valuable her services will be not just in the planning process but on the day of the wedding. We liked her organization, her knowledge of the business along with the vendors, and her flexibility. After talking it over we quickly hired Stacey without evening knowing our wedding date!
We wanted a beautiful wedding on a budget, just like most couples do and Stacey delivered! She helped us find the perfect venue, along with the most amazing photographer. Stacey also reviewed all of our contracts, from our cake and florist to our DJ and rental contracts. She helped us to revise contracts when needed and gave her honest opinion on vendors based on previous experience. She was a big help in planning our wedding! When our catering plans fell through a month before the wedding she quickly did some research and found another caterer so that we wouldn't have to deal with that stress. When I was getting ready to order linens she told me where the best deal for the value is. Stacey also made sure I rented all the linens I needed and did not get anything that I did not need. Stacey thought of things I would have never thought of when signing the contracts. Which, when you are planning on a budget is very helpful!
Within the last few weeks leading up to the wedding Stacey created a time frame for my vendors, my wedding party and my guests. She took care of all the questions from my vendors and verified they were still going to make it to my wedding. She dealt with my questions and my break downs! For instance, Stacey helped me put together a seating chart the day before the wedding because I decided I wanted to have the seating chart on a poster where everyone can easily see their names. Of course, I had no time to design a poster or go to get it printed, but Stacey managed to create a beautiful poster within minutes and took it to the printers for me.
Lastly, Stacey was phenomenal on my wedding day. No matter how much planning and thought went in to my wedding I definitely would not have been prepared to handle it! However, with Stacey there I got to fully enjoy my wonderful wedding without knowing about the issues. She set up my bar when the bartenders were running over half an hour behind schedule. She realized I forgot my marriage license and sent my brother to go pick it up. She even cleaned our tables when the servers refused to do their job. She did everything in her power to handle any issue that arose so that my husband and I could fully enjoy our special day.
If you want to hire a wedding planner you definitely need to talk to Stacey!
