We found Pantera productions from theknot and let Chris and his team be the ones to DJ your wedding. We were looking for a bilingual DJ who can clearly and concisely explain or give announcements to guests. Chris and his team executed and exceeded our expectations and allow us to explain further. Since the planning process, Chris has been responsive, professional, and flexible with our schedule. We switched our wedding date and venue after booking with Chris and he was super accommodating with this change. After booking, he walks you through the whole process from the timeline, type of microphones we could use to the flow of the music and beats per minute of the songs. He truly gets you hyped up for the day months in advance. We would always end the call happy and relieved knowing our trust was in the team. For the day of the wedding, Chris and his team had all the equipment ready and the upgraded set up was so worth it! With the lights and the modern DJ stand, it was beautiful. We had no microphone issues during the ceremony but were assured to see his team on standby if we had any issues. He picked up on cues and made announcements throughout the day if deemed necessary. When it was time for dinner, he explained in both languages to our guests about the seating chart as our families were not familiar with assigned seating, thus making it a seamless transition into dinner. Our grand entrance exceeded our expectations. He hyped up the guests so much that our guests were cheering and even twirling napkins! It was so lively when we walked in. It was our dream grand entrance and I can’t stop reminiscing about this special moment. He was so involved throughout the day that he spoke to our violinist (who had played for the ceremony) and she ended up staying the whole night. As an impromptu for our first dance, the DJ played the tracks and the Violinist played her electric violin using his speakers. I still to this day have no idea how they were able to seamlessly set it up so quickly. But it was one of the highlights from the whole day and our guests raved about it! He understood the vibes from the guests and played music that kept people on the dance floor all night. Out of the two hours of dancing, I barely left the dance floor. We had a wonderful experience with Chris from PanteraCali for our wedding this past weekend! He stayed connected with us throughout the planning process and made sure every detail was communicated and in place for our big day. From the start, he was quick to respond to us and always kept in touch. He MC’d for us in both English & Spanish which was great for our families. Just a heads up! This review might be a little long, but I hope that it helps make your decision to choose photos, music, etc. a lot easier! My wife and I got engaged roughly about 2 years ago. As we started looking, it seemed like we couldn’t find a good DJ. I remember my wife found a TikTok account and an Instagram account from Pantera Events. My first thought was “idk they’re out of California:/“ bummed because we were so close to Oregon. So we kind of just kept looking. We made calls and it seemed like we were going nowhere. One day we just talked about it. And my wife had called them; she knew it from the very beginning! So I did my research and called them too. We talked to Chris last year around the middle of the year. We didn’t know what way to go; when it came to DJ and or entertainment. So talking with him just made things 100x easier. My wife and I had our wedding in Vancouver, WA. I’m originally from the Tri-Cities; roughly 3.5 hours away. It seemed like every DJ we contacted before Chris: lacked professionalism, and communication, but most importantly it seemed like they didn’t care at all. This was the opposite; since the moment we called Chris. He and his team were the perfect choice. He has great taste in music and has experience from all kinds of weddings. To be honest, I wish I would have taken more time to choose more specific songs with our music. Sorry Chris! We probably made it a little harder than it had to be. However, since we had a few hick ups with my suit, we had some more things to take care of. (The company we went with got me my suit 1 week before the wedding.) But these things are things to expect when working with multiple groups and companies in an event like this. On Chris’ side, our experience with him was flawless. They took care of everything they were supposed to. I just remember Chris saying “Don’t worry! Let me handle the music.” He met with us virtually every time. Even tho we felt like other things around us were making us stressed or worried, he reassured us everything was going to go great. The wedding process should be smooth! Trust me when I say: that Chris took a lot of weight off of our shoulders. Chris! Thank you! From the very beginning, you were super responsive. You put all our concerns at ease. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Chris be our wedding DJ & MC. He is AMAZING at what he does!!! Chris made the planning process very easy. He helped guide me and give me recommendations when there was something I was unsure about. Day of the wedding, he helped keep the timeline flowing. Once he opened up the dance floor, he kept every guest engaged and fed off of their energy. Most of my guests did not leave the dance floor all night! Definitely 10/10 recommend!!

I couldn’t recommend Chris and the Pantera Events team enough. We couldn’t find anyone we liked in our area that was also bilingual and we were more than impressed with Chris and his ability to travel to Oregon for us! From day one we made a plan together, he worked together with our wedding planner and vendors and it was executed better than I could have imagined. I wish I could have him at every event!!

Best night of our lives was what my husband and I would describe our wedding. Chris and Jacquie were so organized and had part in making in it the best night with music. 100% recommend!

Chris Vargas and Pantera Cali truly made our dreams come true the night of the wedding! Out of all the stress of planning, music and MC details were never one of them! Our guests can’t stop raving about our DJ and the music selection (which he was very flexible with)! We were Chris’ first Greek wedding and he killed it! We supplied him with the files and links for the songs we wanted and he incorporated them perfectly! Everyone was so impressed! The extra small stuff Chris and his wife did to make our day even more special was so appreciated. Their setup, attention to detail, and amazing equipment were perfect! The gobo light was so beautiful and special on our dance floor. Even when our schedule was running a bit late, they were flexible and adapted to make sure we still did everything we planned to do from our itinerary. Definitely would recommend! 10/10

Chris and his team were absolutely amazing. We had a great mix of songs. The dance floor was not once empty. They were easy to work with, even when we had last minute changes. They were extremely accommodating, and never once made us feel like we were a bother.

Chris & Jacquie were amazing to work with. Dancing and music was very important to us and when we hired Pantera Events, they definitely hit that spot on! The set up, their lights with the music- beautiful. Even my husband & I were vibing and dancing in our bridal suite while waiting for cocktail hour to pass. Chris was the DJ the night of the wedding where me and my husband first met. Which is why is was that much more special that he was the DJ at our wedding 7 years later. There was not a dull moment in the night thanks to him. His communication was excellent and he is very organized. I would definitely hire him in the future!

Amazing Dj/ MC. Me and my wife actually had a DJ before meeting Chris but once we started communicating with Chris me and my wife instantly felt a great vibe and comfort we had been looking for. They provided these cool lights that went everywhere including to dance floor, they gave us these lights we can hold while dancing, and they also gave us a costume monogram we had displayed on the dance floor that we customized to say whatever we wanted. The communication throughout the whole process was amazing and fast. Every time we had a question he had an answer. Thank you ! 10/10 recommendations!

First of wanted to say that if you want a stress free day, you need to contact panteracali, they will make sure to bring to live everything you envisioned for your special day. We hired rosita and Sara photography, MadCreate for film, and they captured everything possible. Both teams were professional, punctual and fun to work with. Our DJ Chris was great, he made sure to understand what we had in mind, set up appointments to get to know us as a couple, and gave us a few pointers on things we were forgetting for the Big day. On the day of the celebration you have nothing to worry about because Chris and his team are good at reading the ambiance of the room and will make sure everyone is having a great time. Highly recommend the whole team. 5/5 would recommend.

My wife and I want to give a huge thanks to Chris our dj who did an amazing job with being attentive with what we wanted and staying on top of all the important details for our wedding regarding his field. We decided to have the clouds for our first dance and it was such a memorable moment that my wife and I Shared, DJ Chris did a great job on when to start the clouds and everything ran smoothly. My wife and I loved that throughout the entire night, the dance floor was not empty and we had a blast with the songs he put on. My Wife and I also wanted to give a huge thanks to Madcreate for shooting our wedding video and we really appreciated his attention to detail in so many moments of our special day and how he wasn’t in the way of any important moments but was still able to get great shots of us.

He was very easy to talk to and made us both feel comfortable. The day of the wedding Chris and his wife set up to do our audio at our ceremony and then set up at our reception site. They made the night so fun and included everything we specifically wanted. We 100% recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Our wedding was in the middle of COVID, and a lot of our friends and family joined through Zoom. Christian and his team ensured that those at home were able to connect on time and with zero connection issues! The music they played that night had everyone dancing and singing along.
